  Weapons & Armor: Lauichev has a personal unarmed android body guard that follows her around. Even though it provide the best protection in terms of being armored against most types of weaponry, all it takes is an EMP blast to change it into a invulnerable statue.

Laui also has a handful of political, economic, and, to some extent, administrative connections on her fingertips. There’s also a huge fortune of credits that Laui have obtained by legitimate and illegitimate means and spare valuable gems from her collection that the senator has no problem using to get what she wants. She also possess a small agile unarmed scout-class ship capable of FTL flight with radar and scanner jamming technology.
  Skills & Abilities: Lauichev has a golden tongue that more than often got her out of most sticky situations. When that fails, there's old fashioned running and creative stealthy thinking. Other than knowing a thing of two of the political game, Laui is a shewed negotiator.

  • Phasing Invisibility: Lauichev can make her body invisible to a point she can go through objects and be unseen by sensory means.

  • Her mind reacts negatively to being near any living thing with a negative psionic level. Depending on the strength of the negative, this can range from a mild headache to crippling migraines.
    
  • If she is suffering mental aches from being near a negative, she can’t phase through objects.
    • If she's right by a negative, she can't turn invisible and she will turn visible painfully when she gets into an arm's length of one.
  • Laui’s early laid back lifestyle as a diplomatic senator regressed her racial regeneration process to its lowest point where a sudden loss of a limb can cause the process to slow down dramatically temporary. While practicing the regeneration process could bring it back to the Voshon standard of rapid and painless healing, it’s a painful practice that Laui has no intention to go through willingly.
  • At times when she wants to disguise herself to avoid being seen or noticed, it is very difficult for Lauichev to do that considering her popularity as 'that reptilian with the mouth' with the very unique voice that she loves. Not even moving all the way to Voyrillia could help her avoid the popularity that she didn't want now. A little popularity is fine, but too much can invite trouble considering a certain bet that she has taken.

  Backstory: Lauichev never wanted the position as a representative senator of her home system within the Counsel at first, but luck and suspicious circumstances made her draw the short straw when she became the last of her family to inherit the diplomatic title of marquess of her home planet. Laui quickly learned to cope with the responsibilities as a senator within the counsel and a marquess by taking full advantage of the privileges of being both. This naturally made her sealed criminal record stack up with charges of being indirectly involved in credit laundering, fencing racketeering, illegal gambling and bribery.
  
  Two senators got fed up with her efforts of making cloning and vatgrowing illegal and got creative by making a bet with Laui for a rare gem. The bet? It was for Laui to avoid capture by bounty hunters for a year with a whopping three billion credit bounty on her head out of their personal money in exchange for this gem. If somebody manage to capture and brought her to Okniae’s capital system, Moltsir, before the Okniae Royal Table, Lauichev have to give up her senate seat voluntary. Laui managed to bypass the senators’ combined loaded pockets by bribing to a higher ranking official from the Federation Galactic Database to modify the bounty’s pay out to be exactly one credit and scrambling most of her information in the electronic database before the bounty became active. However, it was only a matter of time before somebody finds out the truth.

  Hobbies: Laui is a huge sucker for valuable and rare gems that she does not have yet and has a vast collection of them at back in her estate. She even keeps a box of extra gems that she has for trading. This Voshon loves money just as much as gems, but not just the money itself but the interactions around it, especially when it comes to negotiations and more so if she managed to strike a deal that’s in her favor.

Her twin brother Aartyom inherited the less playful side making her the playful, not shy one. Valainath is very confident, and can be manipulative; especially when dealing with diplomatic negotiations. Seeing and remembering her father's death hurts her emotionally, but she's brave enough to endure it because of her ambition. She is slightly religious, following the ideas that everything happens for a reason, and that there is a plan for us all. This does make her a bit more modest compared to other women, unless around an individual she is attracted to.
  Applicant No.181974 - Aartyom is more of a business first type of person. However he is also a kind soul who would give the shirt off his back. Unfortunately Aartyom knows little Common and has to pause in between sentences to think about what he is saying to prevent wrong words from being said. He is deadly serious when on a mission or around stranger, but does like to have fun as he gets bored easily. A background check revealed that he has been merciful to some even though they had done horrible deeds, not the best trait in my opinion. After his father got deathly ill his emotional status quickly deteriorated leaving him mentally unstable. He turned to powerful (and illegal)hallucinogens to try and cope with the loss of his father. Valainath managed to turn him away from this darkness by giving him a purpose as her Surveillance partner.
  
  Backstory:

  Applicant No.181973 - Valainath was what was called a Savior during her time on Zethi. Saviors were tasked with creating the technology necessary for Space Transportation. Under her supervision it was possible for the creation of the Dark Warp drive. Whenever she wasn't busy developing technology, Valainath was at a secret Military base where they studied her... Unique abilities. As a child it was discovered by her twin brother that she had superior Psykic powers; revealed when she completely destroyed their father at the Atomic level. The Kala took her away from her parents along with Aartyom so that their psykic secrets could be revealed for their secret project dubbed Aetherium Adaptation. Aetherium Adaptation was the process of infusing Aetherium into organic being with the intention to create bioengineered super-weapons. Both Valainath and her twin reacted violently to the infusions, Valainath in particular released immeasurable amounts of Psykic energy destroying all nearby electrical equipment and killing the nearby Kala Scientist. Although both were placed in Solitary confinement, Valainath's Psykic abilities got immensely stronger. She was able to make telepathic contact with Aartyom, and convinced him to attempt an escape and free her as well. Not too much time passed before Aartyom found her, tearing the door off of its hinges. He was drenched in blood, it was unclear whether it was his or someone elses but it was clear that he had been mentally traumatized. As they reunited, Kala security forces had again taken them back into custody. It was then made clear that they would not be able to contain their combined might so the Kala made a compromise. Both Twins would serve Zethi by aiding in the Space Flight development. However the Kala would treat them horrendously, feeding them barely anything, constantly putting them through exhausting physical regimes, and giving them tranquilizers in order to suppress any Psykic energy withen them. Eventually, Valainath lost all telepathic connection with Aartyom, leaving her to fear the worst. These endeavors continued for 12 (Zethiin) years, and soon Valainath was little more than a drone for the Kala. It took Valainath many years (Galactic) but she finally proposed the Dark Warp drive, the only known Zethiin form of Space Transportation. However the only means of powering this device was out of their reach but at then the last of the Kala, a scientist called Breln revealed that the Kala had secretly discovered the source of their superiority, the Aetherium Crystals. It was also revealed that Breln was the one pioneering the Blind Hope, and also the one responsible for Aetherium Adaptation. On his deathbed, Breln gave Valainath the last of the Aetherium in order to power to give the Zethiin a means to escape, claiming he wanted redemption for his actions. After his death, Valainath was finally released from the suppression and made telepathic contact with Aartyom for the first time since their seperation. Not long after she found her younger twin Aartyom selling illegal weaponry in the slums of Norahii, famished and pale. Once he saw her, Aartyom lost control of his emotions, and wept; overjoyed to finally be reunited with her. After some convincing Aartyom joined Valainath as she led the first Space Expedition to find the Galactic Federation. After making contact with the Federation and meeting with officials, they offered compensation in the form of Federation support for the Zethi. To this day, Valainath and her brother work as Mercenaries and Scientific Consultants.

  Applicant No.181974 - In stark contrast to Valainath's success in creating the Dark Warp, Aartyom was led down a far darker path. By the time Valainath had created the Dark Warp, Aartyom was addicted to 'Burning Blaze', a radioactive drug that alter's ones mental state. He had been selling weapons of his own designs to criminals in the slums of capital city of Niithaam. These weapons were of incredibly lethal design, some would claim that they were surpassing their own military, even some Federation weapons stood no chance against his own. The reason behind his superiority was simple; he had been taught by the Kala. How he fell into this asylum had a far less positive upbringing when compared to his sister Valaineth. After losing their father to Valaineth's accident Aartyom and his sister were confiscated by the Kala. When he was in their custody he was beaten, abused, denied sustenance. Aartyom was placed in what was called "The Black Box" A room designed to negate all Infrared, Ultraviolet, Radio, and Sound waves making him completely blind to all around him. It was here where Aartyom developed his thoughts of revenge, how he would destroy the Kala for this harsh treatment. One day, Aartyom was removed from the Box and placed in a medical room. There A Kala named Dr. Breln injected a strange glowing substance into Aartyom. Although the substance was painful and there was some minor Psykic phenomenon Dr. Breln was... unimpressed with the results. Therefore, Aartyom was against placed back in the Black Box. The only comfort he had was the voice of his sister in his head. As twins of Psykic capability they were capable of telepathy, allowing for long distance communication. To prevent Aartyom from going mad, she would sing to him the song of their mother. However, one day, Instead of singing her song She begged for him to save her. Now motivated by the call of his sister, Aartyom smashed through the Black Box during a power outage, and ran rampant in the Kala facility. He was stopped by many Kala Soldiers but as a Zethiin, he was far stronger than his physically weaker captors. Using a strange brute strength, Aartyom tore through a battalion of Kala, his body drenched in their dark blood. It wasn't long before he found his sister who was shocked by his violent appearance. Still she was relieved and embraced him crying. But the Kala were not easily defeated, Dr. Breln subdued Aartyom with a tranquilizer and threw him into a max security prison. Here Aartyom was given a new task, as a test subject for Kala Weaponry but instead of being the target of the weapons, he would try to recreate them. Using his mechanical skill Aartyom was able to recreate the weapons, and refine them into a more advanced product. One day, Dr. Breln approached Aartyom and announced that he would be freed from their care. When Aartyom asked about his Sister, Breln turned silent and simply had Aartyom cast out into Norahii with only a piece from his journal. At first Aartyom attempted military service but was denied due to being male. (Zethiin are a mainly Female race, with the rare males serving diplomatic purposes.) He tried everything, day jobs, volunteered labour, even diplomatic service but he had been denied each time due to his strange mutation caused by the Adaptation. With nowhere else to turn, Aartyom created and sold illegal weaponry in the Zethiin Underground. It was a hard life, with death at every corner. For many Zethiin years he had been hardened and reformed into a criminal, nothing more than a stain upon his former glory. That is until one day he felt a connection once more, that same soft voice called to him. He could hardly believe it, his twin sister Valainath was still alive! When she had found him Aartyom was ashamed and disgusted of who he was. Yet Valainath showed him kindness, and offered him a new purpose, as her protector as they would find help for their dying race. Aartyom quickly accepted this role and used his knowledge to support the Zethiin race as they made their first voyage to the Galactic Federation. Now, Aartyom follows Valainath serving as her bodyguard and as a Weapon's Consultant to provide aid for Zethi.

  Key Information: Aartyom and Valainath were born on the planet Zethi, a dark and incredibly volatile planet plagued by constant nuclear fallout caused by the mistakes of the other race of Zethi: The Kala. Just a few centuries ago Zethi was a fairly vibrant planet where life evolved breathing Carbon Monoxide and Nitrogen, elements normally lethal to Carbon based Life forms. Flora evolved to use Oxygen and sulphur in place of Carbon Dioxide in order to generate the Nitrogen and Carbon Monoxide that Zethi life forms needed. Intelligent life (including animal life) developed a different type of protein for transporting the Carbon-Nitrogen mixture known as Klyiaglobin that has a more purple color instead of a red. A rather sophisticated evolution.
  
  The Kala were a more radical scientific race who favored extreme scientific leaps while the Zethiin prefered steady advances in technology, especially due to their racial handicaps of not being able to see white light. However the Kala wanted to develop the means of space travel as a Space station was placed above their planet by the Galactic Federation. While their intentions were good in nature, their methods and means of trying to develop a space worthy vessel were incredibly volatile. An attempt on a Nuclear Fusion drive was developed using a massive amount of uranium, and plutonium with minimal shielding due to the Kala being relatively hasty. This Fusion drive was placed on a large freighter named the "Blind Hope", an unusually odd name that the Zethiin assumed was a compliment to them as the Kala and Zethiin were very close allies at the time. At first the Blind Hope was able to get off the ground and it seemed incredibly promising that the Nuclear Fusion drive would have worked as it almost got high into the atmosphere. Thats when everything fell apart.
  
  The Blind Hope went into nuclear meltdown, and it crashed back down into Zethiin raining Nuclear fire upon a large portion of the planet. Seeing this destructive act, the Federation Space Station immediately retreated from Zethi, leaving the races of Zethi alone to fend for themselves. The Nuclear fire lasted for years, every attempt at stopping the flames failed. Lethal Gamma radiation started to leave its mark on the planet. Much of the vibrant and exotic life was burned or horrifically mutated. A constant rain of Gamma radiation known as "The Burning Rain" now plagues the planet, bringing destruction to the few oasis' of land still left on Zethi. The Kala, who were once the premier race of Zethi, were driven to the brink of extinction over a span of a century. The Zethiin in a desperate motion began to develop Space travel technology in a more reckless fashion. They continued to this day until they finally developed an engine called the Dark Warp that when given enough energy can use the dark matter in space to power a Warp.
  
  With the help of the remaining Kala, the Zethiin had created technologies to fight the radiation, to protect against it, even to see it. Finally the Kala revealed their most powerful secret. The real reason why they were developing so quickly was that they had discovered a large amount of Aetherium Crystals. The Kala had used this to fuel all of their advances, all of their technologies. Advances that could've been used to help the Zethiin Centuries before the fall of Blind Hope were kept hidden for the Kala's selfish ambitions. The remaining Kala gave the Zethiin the remaining Aetherium Crystals and by using this remaining psykic energy the Zethiin managed to develop a newer more stable Cold Fusion drive that uses the element Nitrogen brought to such a cold temperature that it becomes solid so that when combined with the psykic energy from Aetherium Crystals it causes fusion which in turn created enough energy to power the Zethiin's Dark Warp vessel. The Zethiin miraculously made it to the Galactic Federation, millennia after their first interaction. Zethiin ambassadors went to the three factions begging them for assistance with their planet, offering their unique technology and a portion of their best and brightest to serve the Galactic Federation.

  Appearance: Valainath is fairly tall standing 5'11", she is fairly beautiful as she has dark hair, a lean build, and a small crescent tattoo on her cheek. She has the Zethiin's slightly darker bluish grey skin with the bright blue eyes that are a trademark of their species. A slightly ridged skull and pointed ears complete her appearance. When Valaina isn't wearing her uniform she prefers simple blouses and slacks; she will wear fancy dresses or gowns on diplomatic missions.

  Aartyom is 6'4", has faded blackish hair that is kept short, fair muscle density, grey eyes and a tattoo of a crescent on the back of his neck. He has the same blueish grey skin as all Zethiin do, but what makes him different is that his skin is particularly darker than his sister, more resembling an Ash-Gray than a pure blue. His ears and skull ridges are far fiercer than his sisters as they are almost small horns. Malcolm prefers to wear some form of armor at all times, even when out of uniform he will always have some form of metal plating on him.

  Valainath's Equipment: A Zethiin made "MultiSpectrum" Visor. It allows her to see the world to a rough extent.
  
  A custom made Aart-tech "Punisher" T91 Semiautomatic plasma shotgun. It can shoot 9 shots per crystal cartridge, each shot shoots a widespread spray of plasma thats effective up to 35 Meters, and has been retrofitted to also accommodate normal shells, up to 6 shells at one time.
  
  The Aart-tech "Arbiter" D17 Macarev pistol which can shoot 9mm bullets and small plasma discharges, equivalent of government issue, but has been modified to also shoot normal bullets.
  
  2 Aart-tech "Fulcrum" I33 exotic folding knives, designed for... getting rid of targets without creating a huge fuss.
  
  An Aart-tech "ElectroShade" Arming sword designed for stealth combat. Has specially designed Electrical conductors that releases Electrical Plasma, hyper-heated to allow for burning through some metals and even stone.(One handed double edged sword).
  
  A custom fitted RecoSuit made of a special sound absorbing fabric to promote stealth and RecoKevlar padding for basic protection. Is capable of withstanding most normal bullets, but no plasma rounds. It also has basic shielding technology to serve as the second barrier against attacks. "One can't be too well armed."

  The Aart-tech 'Deadeye' R49 Sniper rifle. It's capable of shooting all standard bullets and plasma filled X rounds with a lethal range of 1.5 miles.
  
  The Aart-tech 'Arbiter' D17 Macarev is his side arm, it shoots standard 9mm rounds and small plasma discharges, equivalent of government issue, but has been modified to also shoot normal bullets.
  
  His armor is the A90 SurveiSuit custom designed for lightweight maneuverability and medium protection against bullets. It has metal plating in specific areas to protect against both blades and some bullets. It comes with the Valainath's "DarkPhase" shield technology to defend against Mid-Grade military plasma weaponry.
  
  The H792 "MultiSpectrum" Helmet has advanced zoom, thermal vision, and even echolocation technology. Perfect for a spy, or a blind, slow speaking killer Scientist who builds weapons and armor for a living.

  
  Items and Personal Belongings: Half of Breln's old notebook containing records of Aetherium and its many uses - Currently in Valainath's Possession. A Locket, containing pictures of the Twin's parents. Is severely damaged and barely legible - Currently in Valainath's Possession. The claw of an Elnagorax, the alpha predator of Zethi. Is as hard as diamond, and highly treasured by those in the underground - Currently in Aartyom's Possession. It is unclear whether this is because not much was actually recorded from these experiments or if they indeed do not know what exactly their experiment had done to them.   Weaknesses: One Major weakness to both of them is the fact that they cannot see White Light (What we see) as they have instead evolved to see Infrared light. (Similar to Predator heat vision, but in gray instead of color) Their visors and helmets function to correct this by enhancing their infrared vision while allowing them to see other light frequencies, Ultraviolet, Radiation, Radio, and even Sound waves (In Aartyom's case) Therefore without their visors, they are almost completely blind.

    • If she's right by a negative, she can't turn invisible and she will turn visible painfully when she gets into an arm's length of one.
  • Laui’s early laid back lifestyle as a diplomatic senator regressed her racial regeneration process to its lowest point where a sudden loss of a limb can cause the process to slow down dramatically temporary. While practicing the regeneration process could bring it back to the Voshon standard of rapid and painless healing, it’s a painful practice that Laui has no intention to go through willingly.
  • At times when she wants to disguise herself to avoid being seen or noticed, it is very difficult for Lauichev to do that considering her popularity as 'that reptilian with the mouth' with the very unique voice that she loves. Not even moving all the way to Voyrillia could help her avoid the popularity that she didn't want now. A little popularity is fine, but too much can invite trouble considering a certain bet that she has taken.

  Backstory: Lauichev never wanted the position as a representative senator of her home system within the Counsel at first, but luck and suspicious circumstances made her draw the short straw when she became the last of her family to inherit the diplomatic title of marquess of her home planet. Laui quickly learned to cope with the responsibilities as a senator within the counsel and a marquess by taking full advantage of the privileges of being both. This naturally made her sealed criminal record stack up with charges of being indirectly involved in credit laundering, fencing racketeering, illegal gambling and bribery.
  
  Two senators got fed up with her efforts of making cloning and vatgrowing illegal and got creative by making a bet with Laui for a rare gem. The bet? It was for Laui to avoid capture by bounty hunters for a year with a whopping three billion credit bounty on her head out of their personal money in exchange for this gem. If somebody manage to capture and brought her to Okniae’s capital system, Moltsir, before the Okniae Royal Table, Lauichev have to give up her senate seat voluntary. Laui managed to bypass the senators’ combined loaded pockets by bribing to a higher ranking official from the Federation Galactic Database to modify the bounty’s pay out to be exactly one credit and scrambling most of her information in the electronic database before the bounty became active. However, it was only a matter of time before somebody finds out the truth.

  Hobbies: Laui is a huge sucker for valuable and rare gems that she does not have yet and has a vast collection of them at back in her estate. She even keeps a box of extra gems that she has for trading. This Voshon loves money just as much as gems, but not just the money itself but the interactions around it, especially when it comes to negotiations and more so if she managed to strike a deal that’s in her favor.
