This obviously wasn't getting too far. Everyone's constantly at the same page and the same accusations. It was almost starting to peeve Oshiro. There must be something they're overlooking, something out of place that they haven't touched on. Otherwise, the students wouldn't be split at such a defined stalemate. There's debating, but at the same time, it's not helping at all. People are taking sides at this point based on complete biased and gut feeling. Think, think, there must be something else...

Takeo clencthe his fist as he looked at everyone. "Isn't obvious? I keep going for this theory because 1. I don't see anyone else giving up ideas. And 2. If those two didn't kill each other then...then that means one of us did it. And I'm so sick of doubting each other...I really am." He said as he unclenched his fist and placed his hands on the stand. "True I don't have proof that Masahiko was the one that took my arrow, but it makes sense. I mean think about it. We know nothing of Masahiko he was an actor he could hide his true intentions with ease. We know had anyone else found my arrow they would have given it back...but we don't know if the same goes to Masahiko." He argued before sighing. "We are going in circles...I think my idea is pretty solid what is missing that you guys can't agree on?"

Finally... An idea...

Hibiki thought to himself. If he couldn't get anywhere here he had to run the tables to a new subject. Takeo wasn't cracking here, but if he could destroy arguments around it the key to proving the victims didn't kill each other would surely open. What if he threw suspicion on another person. Showing evidence someone other than the two were there. Someone who was important to Takeo,

"New topic... As Takeo said... We're going in circles... But since you know who killed who and how everything played out...

I have a few questions... Question number one, Why was there a broken Violin? There was blood on it... Was it a weapon? But this leads me to the second one...

One thing I noticed... Chiya's hair Clip, alongside a Earring... explanation please?"

Takeo let out a sigh as he scratched his head. "I'm pretty certain the violin was used for the final blow, as for the hair piece it's the music room and Chiya is a musician, so it's not out of place if she lost it there. And the earing actually is the one I'm wearing. Abd before you go pointing at me again this earing has a loose clamp so it falls off easily. See?" He said before grabbing the earing and tugging it lightly making it unclasp. "So there is a chance that he took the earing when it fell." He said. "How come only me and Hibiki are discussing this? Has everyone else gone mute?" He joked as he looked around.

Ludovica glanced at Chiya, then nodded, "Its true, most of Chiya's things WERE there at the scene of the crime, but how else could it have gotten there? Unless someone took her things and she didn't notice-- I can only imagine that she had all that with her... but there is one thing im questioning, and that is, why would she leave so much stuff? Kind of a sloppy job, don't you think?"

Dammit... W-Was... Was I wrong?... No... Akaiko and Masahiko didn't kill each other... I can't accept it!

Hibiki closed his eye's and gritted his teeth, he was trying so hard to find a contradiction but was failing.

He couldn't let everything end here. he had to destroy Takeo's argument so no one else dies... Besides the killer.

I got it!

Hibiki smirked, glaring at Takeo. A question Takeo couldn't explain the answer to.

The bunny boy put his hands on the podium and smirked,

"Masahiko was bleeding out and crawling away, right? But... I don;t even think making it to the door would be plausible... Why?

Because of the wound in his neck! Can you explain this?"

Takeo stiffened slightly as he ran his hand through his hair. "Ne-Neck wound? Crap...forgot about that." He muttered as he closed his eyes and tried to think of something. "Maybe he got it when he fell of the stage? You know from the violin that was scattered all around?" He asked as he rubbed his shoulder.

Her eyes widened as she said that. It was true that she left that there, but it wasn't on purpose. "I didn't put it on purpose. Why would I make it so easy?! And besides, I was there with Ren, so my hairpin might have fallen off or Ren took it off when I didn;t notice." She said as she put a hand on her chest.

"Nope! I'm sorry Takeo, but the fact is a broken piece of the violin wouldn't make a mark the size of that, let alone a cut. And if it was from the violin wouldn't we see traces og the violin in or around the wound? It can't be the pieces. But I do have a theory. The knife in Akaiko's and... Wouldn't that fit the wound?"

Hibiki asked, a smirk on his face. After pointless bickering he found a whole in Takeo's logic. Seeing the tensing only made him smile more. Knowing he got him,

Takeo wasn't the best liar but he sure did know how to keep a poker face.

Ludovica was a bit excited to hear the contradiction, but she immediately frown and the sound of Akaiko being accused of stabbing Masahiko on the neck, "S-so you really think that Akaiko could've killed Masahiko? But... that cant be right! Right?"

Chiya looked down as she held her head. She wants to defend him, but her brain hurts so much from this trial. "I-I just don't know anymore. This is so confusing!" She muttered as she shut her eyes tightly.

Hibiki shook his head no, Ludo had got the wrong idea from his statement,

"I think you misunderstand... I only said Akaiko had the knife... but was he the perpetrator? No... The person holding the knife when we got there and the person who stabbed Masahiko we're the same... Remember? Akaiko died a full four minutes before Masahiko-senpai did. The wound in Masahiko's neck would mean almost immediate death.

Akaiako couldn't have killed him. Which is why I suspect a third party."

"A-A third party?" She asked confused as she looke up at him. "What do you mean by that?"

Takeo let out a sigh and relaxed. "Well you blew my theory out of the water, but who do we suspect now?" He asked as he crossed his arms. "There is to little evidence. Does anyone have anything?" He asked calmly keeping a blank face.

Hold on. That makes complete sense. "No evidence relates to us...so, what if it wasn't us...?" She mumbled, a bit on the incoherent side. It sounds silly right now to think something such as that, based on what has happened. But that also doesn't mean it's impossible. There has to be something more relating to this theory...

"Now wait. If it isn't one of us, then maybe Monokuma did it to let frame some other people, right?" She asked as she looked at Oshiro.

"Well... there is the mastermind but-- why would the mastermind want to kill them if they could just kill each other? A separate motive maybe? They got bored and took matters into their own hands? Or maybe... they really want to see us accuse each other with no end, and just confusion? If so-- then its real stupid and annoying..."

There's only one person who could have killed the pair... The murder was set up in a genius matter... The person had to have has experience killing, couldn't have been afraid of blood, not afraid to move a body, they must've had access to Takeo's arrow. There's only one person it could have been...

"It's you... isn't it...?... Takeo Mayumi!?"

Hibiki stared dagger's at the Super High School Level Hunter, it made sense. The way the murder was played out. The reason he insisted the victims killed each other. It filled in holes within the case. He had to go with his gut feeling.. Was he the killer?

"He is not the killer! Hhe would do something like that. Especially to his own friends!" She defended him as anger showed her face.

She snapped out of her thought process to Chiya's accusation. No wonder. No wonder the evidence was so widespread, or the thought voting anyone here was atrocious. The only one who could possibly throw us through a loop this badly, the one who watched every killer, every victim, every flaw...it's almost the perfect crime. Almost. But, they still needed proof. What could that possibly be...?

Ludovica was a bit surprised to see Hibiki so sure about this and began to panic, "H-hey now! It just couldn't be Takeo! I mean, I trust him now! Even though I really thought it was him at first I can totally trust him and not think of him as the killer! He wouldn't let me down like that! Right?" she looked at Takeo with a nervous smile, hoping that he would also disagree.

Takeo eyes widened slightly as he took a small step back before he tool a deep breath and calmed down. "Please tell me you have something to back up that claim. I get it I kinda pushed for the idea of the two killing each other a bit too much. But who can blame me? I don't want it to be any of us. But what eveidence do you have that points to me? I told you I lost my arrow on the morning of the trial, obviously I was set up. Seeing as I lost it then anyone could have taken it." He said as he shook his head and looked at Hibiki. "So...your proof?"

"How can you say that for certain!? How long have we been here? Can you really use friendship as an alibi at this point? Who cares about trust? Who cares!? Takeo, you're guilty of killing Akaiko Lockser and Masahiki Kichirou. This I know for fact."

Hibiki bluffed, it was only a gut feeling... People we're trying to defend Takeo. But it made too much sense. he didn't want to doubt anyone. He wished no one ever had to die. He wish he could live a normal school life. but normal was thrown out the window the day they woke up here.

If it's evidence you wan't Takeo. I`ll try my best.

"So, you want evidence, huh? Let's go back to the cut on Masahiko's neck, yes? Akaiko couldn't have done that. You say the arrow was taken but no one can prove that. You also tried your damn hardest to pin the crime on the victims. How could I not see you as the killer?"

"He wouldn't. He wouldn't do that to Akaiko and to the others. He cared for me and the others. How can you not see that?!" She asked as her anger increased. She wouldn't let Takeo die. She doesn't believe his words at all.
