Why you decided to come here/kidnapped?: She had heard rumours about the school and decided to find out more about it herself.
Some background info: Winter grew up in a town with her parents and older sister, they lived a normal life until her parents would start fighting almost every day. It got so bad to the point that she would leave the house for hours just so she couldn’t hear them. After a few months when she had reached the age of 13 they got a divorce and moved away to a small village with her mother and sister. She enjoyed the nature around her new home but could never shake off the fact that she couldn’t see her father as much anymore.
Power: Owl shifter
Power specifics: She can turn into a dark coloured owl or change some parts of her body into them (Can make wings, claws etc). Her wing feathers are thick enough to be used for attacking but doesn’t know how to aim properly.

Out of fear and desperation, she signed up for this school, wanting to control her powers, not knowing what she’s getting into. She needed a school who knew and accepted that she had powers. As it’s also a boarding school, she signed up to escape her father.

Sunny grew up on farmland for most of her life. Out in the Sun all day working, that was her family’s way of helping her, although she was never that much help on the farm: her body from her powers was just too frail. She never expected herself to have powers. She didn’t even BELIEVE people had powers until this kid she met in school showed her them. They bonded, were best friends- until they got kidnapped. Sunny watched it all happen. Her friend being approached by a stranger. Sunny’s mother seeing them being taken away and following after them. Never appearing again. Ice crept up Sunny’s arm as Sunny suddenly felt cold in 100 degree weather. This was the first time she noticed her powers showing off. Without her mother there to help her. When her father knew her mother was kidnapped, he started drinking to get rid of the pain inside of him. After this incident, they were forced to move to the city. Sunny went through all of elementary school hiding her powers, but in middle school, they got stronger, leading her to show her powers, harming a classmate of her’s. She’s had to hide out from school since then, leading to being in online school. She really needed to get back into public school, so she signed up for Mystic’s Boarding Academy.

Charon grew up in a small house, taking care of her older sibling, doing whatever they wanted to do- not out of force, just out of her own free will. As such, she's never done much just because she liked it, save for a few things her sibling showed her and she enjoyed. Char, when alone, tended to just sit and wait for someone to follow by playing with rocks.
One day, while Char was following her sibling, they had found an advertisement for the boarding academy. Their sibling showed Charon the advertisement, showing excitement for the school. Char, though hesitant, agreed with her sibling to go.

Charon can move and manipulate rocks and similar non-living things, along with being able to give them consciousness, basically turning them into living puppets. The downfall to this is, once the rocks gain consciousness, they are no longer under Charon's control, and typically become aggressive to anyone around for a few minutes before calming. Just manipulating the non-living things may cause headaches if she uses it too long.

Sirius had sworn that they'd not let Charon get hurt or become a criminal herself.
On the day they had found the advertisement, Sirius was ecstatic. They could get away from the town and give Char some real education.

Akira decided to come here when Ami was kidnapped. His main reason for staying is to watch over her.
~Background~
Akira was born to a very powerful demon, making him a pretty damn powerful one as well. While growing up, he didn’t really get a good view of women, finding almost every single one he met even more annoying than the last. The one woman he respected as a child was his mother, who was the only one who treated him with any type of kindness. His father was normally business. Caring more about his work than his own children. Akira only got to spend time with his father when he brought him up to Earth to train with him, taking peoples lives, almost like the grim reaper in some sort.
As time went on, Akira’s power just got strong and strong, making his bloodlust go up as well. He found joy in doing his work, and it’s what finally made his father proud of him. He brought home a new prize every time he went to work. Akira would bring home things like heads or anything that was left of them. Once he had turned 14, that’s when he had met Ami, who was supposed to be his next victim. That was the first time he had met a completely innocent human and was unable to cross her name off his list. Normally people ran when they saw him, but she was so opened to him, willing to let him do his job. Akira decided to spare her life. When he heard what had happened to her, he gave up most of his powers just to bring her back to life. Now he’s back to square one when it comes to his powers.

Ami is a slightly curvy, but short woman, only standing at 5’2. Even though she seems small, she’s actually pretty strong for someone her size. She didn’t get that strength until after she came back to life. She has pale, almost porcelain, skin with stitches all over. Ami has big eyes with long eyelashes. One eye is a grayish green color while the other is light blue. She has long light gray hair that stops right at the end of her rib cage.

Ami likes to dress in a pretty girly way. She loves to do her nails, normally painting them black, and her makeup. Ami isn’t sure why, but she was kidnapped when she wondered away from Akira
~Background~
Ami’s childhood was filled with unhappiness and loneliness due to the bullying and abuse by her stepfather. Though she had a mother, she was never there. Her mother valued her freedom and was not willing to stay home with Ami, wanting to live her life as she did before she was born. She would often leave her daughter in a dirty apartment to go out partying with all of her friends. Ami’s stepfather never laid a hand on her when her mother was around, but she knows that her mother knew what was happened to her. She just didn’t care and she didn’t have to witness it.
Ami was often left locked up in a dark room by herself. It left her to be scared of the dark, too scared to even cry. Every now and then, her stepfather would give her a roll of bread. Life didn’t get easier for her, getting bullied by a group of random kids whenever they saw her out by herself. When Akira came for her, she though an angel had finally came for her. Though he didn’t take her, but her life was slowly getting better after meeting him.
Ami doesn’t remember how she ended up dead or dismembered. In fact, she forgotten everything that has happened to her in her past. The earliest memory she has is being revived by Akira. She couldn’t even speak when she woke up. It was almost like being reborn. Ami can now speak, though she’s still learning. Ami’s childhood was filled with unhappiness and loneliness due to the bullying and abuse by her stepfather. Though she had a mother, she was never there. Her mother valued her freedom and was not willing to stay home with Ami, wanting to live her life as she did before she was born. She would often leave her daughter in a dirty apartment to go out partying with all of her friends. Ami’s stepfather never laid a hand on her when her mother was around, but she knows that her mother knew what was happened to her. She just didn’t care and she didn’t have to witness it.
Ami was often left locked up in a dark room by herself. It left her to be scared of the dark, too scared to even cry. Every now and then, her stepfather would give her a roll of bread. Life didn’t get easier for her, getting bullied by a group of random kids whenever they saw her out by herself. When Akira came for her, she though an angel had finally came for her. Though he didn’t take her, but her life was slowly getting better after meeting him.
Ami doesn’t remember how she ended up dead or dismembered. In fact, she forgotten everything that has happened to her in her past. The earliest memory she has is being revived by Akira. She couldn’t even speak when she woke up. It was almost like being reborn. Ami can now speak, though she’s still learning. His mother was able to use telekinesis while his dad was able to use minor earth manipulation. When they found out that their son held special powers just like they did, they were eager to teach him how to wield his powers properly which would lead to many accidents to ensue. It wouldn’t be uncommon for several objects to start flying away from their house or for small structures to collapse seemingly under their own weight. Fortunately though, they lived in the countryside the majority of the time so being watched wasn’t much of an issue. However it did result in him being careless with his powers to an extent and would get into trouble for using them whenever he was in the city. Said use of powers would usually involve messing with people or for his own benefit although this started to tone down as time went on.

Tony, despite growing up in an orphanage, had big aspirations in traveling the world and learning all of its secrets. Needless to say, when his powers manifested at a young age, he began traveling the world, using the orphanage as his hub for eating and sleeping. At some point, he stumbled into the world of the supernatural, where he learned many things, perhaps, too many things. After winding up in a place he shouldn't be, he was trapped with spatial magic and held captive for a few weeks. It was only after a timely raid that he was saved from being sacrificed and ended up staying with the group that saved him as their transporter for large missions and messenger for hard-to-reach individuals. When he became of age, the group, looking to expand his future, sent him to the boarding school (yes, this one) where he graduated as a distinguished scholar. While still serving as his group's messenger, he received a request from a close friend to help fill in a position, or at the very least, let them use his doors. From there, the rest is history.

Tony is able to conjure any number of indestructible, white doors of any size to act as portals. As far as anyone can tell, he can make doors appear anywhere from any distance. However, a select few spatial distortion magics are able to block his ability. These doors are temporary and require a "refresh" every 5 minutes before disappearing. To create more permanent portals, he needs to touch an existing door and set it to another permanent portal. Unlike the white doors, permanent doors never need a refresh to remain active but can be destroyed despite their name. Additionally, these doors can activate conditionally, like only allowing certain people to activate the portal. However, once activated, anyone can enter through. (Both white and permanent doors can have peep holes that, when looked through, will show the outbound location.) Tony can also summon "the black door", but nobody, including himself, has managed to open it. He mainly uses that one to scare misbehaving students.

- He's unable to use any other forms of magic. He can use magical tools, however.
- Due to his previous occupation, he's fluent in several different languages, even in mystical tongues.
- Charring an normal door black and turning it into a permanent portal does not turn it into "the black door." A friend of his already tried that.
- Sometimes takes students on "field trips" to museums and historical sites while lecturing them. Non-human students are required to wear glamour charms for obvious reasons
- The weird hats come from him losing a monthly bet with a close friend of his (not the one that asked him to teach), the loser getting to initiate the bet the next month at any time. While Tony doesn't exactly like it, he doesn't mind it too much and actually finds it funny. However, he does mind when he loses the bet on a field trip day. It's only happened once, but once was enough to make him despise wearing the hat on field trip days, much to his friend's delight. There are times where this bet does not apply, usually when either person has serious business to attend.
