In an alternate timeline of Eos, Ardyn Lucis Caelum defeated his decendent Noctis and his companions and spread darkness all around Eos. It didn't satisfy him. After resesearchng and finding the way to travel to other worlds,he set his goals on the multiverse.
He conquered any other worlds,crushing heroes and spreaded his starscouge. A few heroes survived and went into hiding while villaind joined Ardyn's growing army.
Many worlds have fallen. Ardyn's multiversal conquest have reached the ears of the multiversal goddess Cosmos. She sealed the fallen warriors's souls and essence inside small magical crystal shards and sent those crystal to our world,as Ardyn sets his eyes on the real world next.
Cosmos contacted her most trusted general from Earth, Commander Cid Carlson to find pure hearted beings who could use the power of the warriors within the crystal to defend their world and the multiverse from Ardyn and his forces.
Cid founded the SHARD secret organisation, and with the help of surviving multiversal heroes is seeking individuals who were chosen by the soul crystals and who would fight using their power.
Cid created bracelet like devices which could be used to channel the soul crystals's powers,allowing the user to use a warrior's power or fuse with tem and take their form,skills and abillities. The soul bracelets come in three types:
Power type: Allows the user to use a warrior's powers and abillities
Shifter type: Allows the user to merge with the soul within the crystal,taking their form and giving access to their full power.
Summoner type: Allows to summon the warrior to fight alonside the user for a short time.
Some Soul bracelets can be use to mix and match types( ex: can be both shifter and summoner.)
Will you join SHARD and save the multiverse ,or join with Ardyn's army to conquer it?
Even if the base of this RP has a Final Fantasy theme,you can use characters from any video game.anime/manga or comic as either soul crystals that your OC will use or surviving canon characters.
