Realistic or Modern Coach's new problem

Hi there everyone,

Hope we're all enjoying our Fridays.

I'm hoping to do a roleplay based around this plot:

My character (MC from now on) is the young bad boy of the team. He is also one of the most talented players on the team with quite a good gift. Your character (YC from now on) is the new manager/assistant manager/coach of the team and have to try and handle MC.

YC can be a boy or girl, old or young. MC is 16-18, and looks like the guy below plus a load more tattoos. Maybe there are underlying issues to MC's bad behaviour?
