Hey guys! I am desperately wanting to do a kind of 1984/Brave New World inspired RP. The idea is that there'd be 3 social castes comprised of the Aristocracy, the Bourgeois, and the Proletariat. Aristocrats live in floating cities high above any pollution or turmoil. There would only be 12-20 families that control all the wealth to be had. The Bourgeois are made of what's left of the middle class. They act as the police force holding the Proles under strict martial law. They are granted all the basic creature comforts but in the eyes of the Aristocracy, they are little more than dogs. The Proles make up about 85% of the population. They live on the Earth's surface with the Bourgeois but instead of houses, they'd build vast sprawling shantytowns and hoovervilles.
Main plot would kick off with some kind of catalyst leading to an outcry among the Proles, and maybe a fracturing of the middle class. Tech would be standard low sci-fi such as smart glass, holograms, self driving vehicles. Anything old, broken, or discarded is thrown in trash heaps the Proles pick through.
