If my crush was dating another person, if it was before I would probably respect them and not get in their way if they really love each other. But I've come to learn that bottling up these emotions inside will only leave myself with more regrets later on. And now I do not want to regret not doing anything. Instead I want to do something, it's better to try than do nothing after all. This time I'd probably blatantly tell him. In the worst case at least they would actually know I had feelings for them. If that creates an invisible line between us then so be it. Maybe our relationship just wasn't good enough to remain as friends. But if the feeling is mutual, then of course I'll take it. After all it means the relationship that they had wasn't serious.

There's so much I'd have to do... First and foremost, I'd scan the CSEC archives to see if there was anything super-important that had to be done. After that, I'd let Vap0r and everyone else know that I would be leaving. I'm not sure if I'd tell them why... After that's said and done, I'd do a complete reformat of my hard drive. Wipe Hacknet off of it forever. I don't trust anyone else with it, and Bit asked me to remove it anyway. After that... If I could work up the courage, I'd tell Kiri about what I'd been doing. Hiding my job from her for so long has been unbelievably stressful, I just need to get it off my chest finally. If she hates me after that, well... At least I'll be dead soon afterwards, right? After that I think I'd sit in my apartment and wait for what was going to kill me.

My favorite hobby? Oh come on, can't you think of something ... I dunno ... a little more challenging? That's alright, we can't all hit a homerun every time. Unless you're me. Anyways, let's see here. We're still on the topic of hobbies! Right, I totally know where I'm going with this. I like to crochet, and knit, and hide dead bodies, and sew! Just kidding, I really had you going for a while there huh? .... We both know I didn't have you going for any amount of time, but we'll continue on nevertheless. I guess my real hobbies consist of skateboarding (oh yeah, I'm living the american dream right here), listening to rap music, and gambling. Hey, I saw that look, it's a perfectly unquestionable hobby.

Disneyland? God that's so far. I'm going to have to buy a plane ticket, pack bags, book a hotel room, ugh that would be so much work! I mean I'm not going to California just to go to Disneyland. There are other places I want to go to too. If I'm going to skip my classes, it needs to be for something really worth it. I want to at least travel around a little. Wait, am I allowed to bring someone? Because I want to bring my bestie Sherri. She'll probably want to go with me. She always wanted to go to Disneyland. Oh well, if I can't bring her, my family has enough money to pay for her. Okay, first thing I would do would be go get some Dole Whip. I heard that it was pretty good. Then, I would definitely hit the theme park rides with Sherri. I would try to get on as many rides as possible that day and try to eat as much tasty food as possible, without throwing up of course. At the end of the day, maybe I could possibly gain enough courage to do what I wanted to do for years. Maybe I can finally tell Sherri I love he-Danny! Want to go get bubble tea with me?What the hell Sherri?! I thought you were in class!The class got let out early. What are you doing? I heard my name-You heard nothing! You're delusional if you think someone as great as I am would be talking about you. Let's just go get that bubble tea.

A mage from the village of Scarfala, which was attacked and destroyed by monsters. She learned her craft at the Mage's Guild in Holaria, and is chasing her sister all over the world in an attempt to bring her back from her corruption by dark forces. She keeps a cheerful disposition, as a cover because she doesn't want others to worry about her.


My earliest memory? Man... If I remember right, it'd be the first time I walked into the flower fields to the east of Scarfala. I was a little kid at a time, so it was all so magical to me. My mom used to tell me stories about how Fairies would wander the fields at night, I remember sneaking out once in a while to see if I could catch one. I never saw any, but still... It was fun. *Giggle*

Serah is from a universe where a powerful alien race attacked a rapidly expanding galaxy for humans, wiping more than a quarter of their colonies in the initial attacks. Humans had numbers and they were able to hold them off because of that, but superior technology slowly pushed them to the brink. The governments started on project 'FRAMEWERK' which were gigantic mecha suits designed to resonate with the user and 'synchronize' as it were to make them feel like an extension of the body, all outfitted with advanced weaponry. The catch is that these can only be operated by people with free spirits, so young people. Therefor the youngest a pilot can be is 14, and the oldest is 25. The older you are the more experienced you start out, but the younger the more you'll be able to synchronize right off the bat. These are rolled stats, not player-choice. Serah is 16 and surprisingly gifted, she also thinks of her framewerk as a friend and not machine.


Serah had grown up as a normal child until she was nine, where a cruxi warship blew up the space cruiser she was on with her entire relevant family. Serah is one of few survivors, all children who escaped via emergency pods. All the kids were orphaned, and Serah got bullied at said orphanage. At some point in her history, a boy started to defend her from the bullies and became friends with her, even though the orphanage tried to keep them apart. Serah studied as a mechanic at a local school, but at some point the orphanage decided to use children as test dummies. By at some point, I mean their 14th birthday. So it was that Serah was found with exceptional gifts and she was forced into military service, torn away from her only friend. She's self-loathing on the inside, but incredibly cheerful when in someone else's presence. She's a frontliner with an extremely fast framewerk and feels like her own life is worth less than her squad's since she has nobody left to return to, so goes ahead and protect them at all costs.


She'd meet her childhood friend as an addendum to her squad later, but that's a story for another time.


"Uhm... Gee, that's tough! I've had to sacrifice a ton of things, down to my lunch for pranking Siggy... But I guess I sacrificed my dream. I... used to have aspirations, really, but not anymore. Everyone I care about is dead or gone anyway, so... I guess I'll just have to make sure the others don't give up on theirs! I like to see others smile, so I'll definitely protect theirs... and everyone's future! Even if I don't have one of my own anymore."

A Succubus who spends most of her time in the mortal world researching the energy that her kind absorbs - The emotional energy that mortal beings give out when intense emotions are felt. Love, hate, sadness, etc. - and has discovered a way to feed without taking the life of the one being fed upon. She started researching this technique out of fear of the Humans, due to their tendency to spawn Heroes: Characters of great power who pose a great threat to anyone who stands in their way. Even though none of her kind shares her enthusiasm, her discovery is a great source of pride for her.


"Yeah, I guess you could say so. I mean, sure, I only have like one friend among Demons, but I have gathered a few friends among Humans and other races. Even though most of them don't know who I really am. Since normally when people find out they fly into a mad rage... Not to mention I'm always traveling, so I don't really see any of my friends very often... But yeah, things are better than they could be, at least. Earth is a nice place, the people here [REDACTED], and it's nice to know that, should a Hero ever pop up to fight against the Demons, I'll have a few Humans on my side to help me out. I guess the one regret I have is that I can't ever convince the other Demons to do the same."

Yuuji was a regular college student like any other until a rather bizarre event hit the earth. Ficitional characters started merging with real people, some got only the powers while others transformed outright into the other person't body. Yuuji transformed into a purple haired girl called 'Senia' and struggled between his own memories and hers, as well as the fact he was of the opposite gender. He had trouble keeping 'Eternity', a curse Senia is inflicted with, under control and eventually left his group of adventurers to scour the strange messed up world on his own. He eventually met up again with them later, though as foe rather than friend. Eternity had managed to amplify the rage inside of Yuuji, to the point where they didn't hesitate to try and kill their former friends. After a battle, they managed to seal eternity back into the body, though not permanantly. Yuuji left again, this time to find a way to contain both Senia's influence as well as Eternity's.


"G-Guh... What kinda weird question is that?! Uuuh... W-Well, I guess that I... I've been in this situation before. T-This... girl... Senia... I woke up as her in an unknown location. First thing I had to do was fight for my life against... a Nazi T-Rex. I guess what I would do is the same as back then; Latch onto the first friendly group I meet and try to stick in the back. I've managed to keep the girl's shyness under control, but I still get kinda anxious, so I'd probably stick around the back. If I were on my own... Well, I'd just wander like I did before."
