Lore
Let us start at the beginning, the new beginning. History has been rewritten.

The populace of Bordova is made up of humans and demons, monsters, and other mythical creatures. all on equal terms with one another. This came to be by the hand of Lord Joseph, a current head of one of Bordova's many lands. Advocating for equality between them all, Joseph was able to show the humans that not all creatures of the supernatural were inherently evil. And even though they are in the minority, these supernatural beings are able to live peacefully with other humans. Although, this doesn't deny the fact that there are indeed multiple amounts of these very same creatures that would do harm to humanity and even their own kind, for not everyone will see eye to eye. Some creatures will succumb to their nature of malice, some will fall from grace to commit evil acts, and even humans are capable of this evil, because in Bordova there's never a real clear understanding between good and evil. That is why the Vale stands.

The Vale was once named Cerberus Vale within its original counterpart, in this universe though it is named The Vale. This organization of hunters were created after an outbreak caused a panic among Bordova 35 years ago, one that shifted the natural balance. The "Un-Dying" they are called, and the first of their race almost caused an all-out war between Bordova and himself. Knowing full well there were others like him in Bordova, simply waiting to one day awaken their powers, he surrendered, and was sealed away, somewhere only the leaders of each land of Bordova would know. And just as he predicted, many more Un-Dying arrived from the unknown, causing catastrophes with their unusual powers.

As a counter measure, Bordova sought out to combat this new threat by studying them. The few that were caught, yielded results aplenty. The Un-Dying can revive within seconds of being killed, have an unusual power that seems to activate after death, upon which they are able to use it when they re-awaken from death, and are able to be entirely destroyed if using certain magic that binds their soul to their body entirely.
Thus the Vale was formed, to find hunters that could combat both the Un-Dying when needed, and to deal with anyone that tries to disturb the peace between humans and the supernatural. The Vale stand in the middle of good and evil, always within the grey. Choosing the option that is best for all as compared to the few.

Locations
Bordova is a continent bursting at the seams with different cultures, but how did it come to be?
A war against Hell, and the closing of the Demon Gate is how Bordova was formed, the leftover energy that remained after the closing of the Gate by an unnamed hero, decided to etch itself into the world. Forming a large continent enriched by magic within its soil, and secrets at every turn.
Bordova is split up into 5 different lands, each with sights to see and its own distinct features.
  • The Inner City - Smack right in the middle of the continent, and shaped around in a circle is the Inner City. Packed with gothic architecture, cobblestone streets, and high buildings reminiscent in the style of Rennaissance Italy. The City is run by a lord named Joseph, A demon who has walked Earth for hundreds of years after being exiled, having taken a path to help humans. Alongside him are 3 other high-class indivduals each representing a part of the Inner City's government. The Inner City is well known to be where most, if not all noble families will reside. Though that doesn't discount that poor families are also present in the Inner City. One of the Inner City's most amazing features is the trolley that roams the streets day and night, taking nobles and even the working class citizens to wherever they see fit. The Inner City is well known for the Festivals it will hold, allowing any and all to attend them. No less, with all the fun of being cramped, do not forget that which lurks in the shadows...Awaiting to strike.

  • White Desert of Saleem/Black Desert of Torrun - South of the Inner City is the Desert lands, upon arriving from the Inner City, you will be met by the White Desert. The sand is as mentioned in the name, as white as snow. For miles one could walk across sand dunes, but the White Desert does yield an incredible amount of Oases, and around these Oases are a mish-mash of hang-outs, villages, towns, and a large marketplace, further south you will be met with the Tower of Saleem, well known to be the home of the current leader of the White Desert. Going past the Tower, you will be met with the blackened sand horror of the beyond, where tombs and ancient buildings stand, frozen and slowly fading away with time. The Black desert is ruthless, and monsters roam about this untamed land frequently. Maybe you have the hopes of finding long forgotten treasures in this Black Desert, one thing is for sure though, the Guardian of the Black Desert will judge thee worthy to walk its lands.

  • Mokujin Kingdom - To the East of the Inner City, one will find the heavily Asian/Japanese inspired Mokujin Kingdom, temples, shrines, bustling streets and amazing architecture that loudly presents the Japanese Minka homes. Towns, Castles, and so much more await you here in Mokujin Kingdom, a beautiful land for a get-away honeymoon. See the Sakura Trees, watch koi fish ponds, attend plays, dine with Lords and Ladies of all kinds. Mokujin Kingdom is hustling and bustling and has a lot of beauty to offer. Dojos strewn about to teach anyone the way of the sword, or the way of martial arts. The sunset is one of the most beautiful things you could see in Mokujin Kingdom, but do not forget that there will always be evil strewn about, especially at night time. Yokai as they are considered, will roam about freely, causing mischief and perhaps, even worse to any passerby. Let them become too strong, and they may very well become a problem in the future.

  • Tundra Fortress (Kingdom of Iced Iron) - To the north of the Inner City, is the Tundra Fortress, ice, snow, bone chilling cold. Mountains and hills, winding narrow paths, and winds that make anyone wake up after a good sleep. At the top of a mountain that was oddly cut in half, an iron fortress looms above all. Within this fortress lives a whole Kingdom of people born to enjoy the cold. Leading her people with a wise, iron fist and taking pride in her powerful military is Madame (Commander, to anyone else) Vanessa. The Tundra Fortress is impenitrable, and any monster or demon that lurks will most likely be outside in the cold. The rarest of occassion there will be a mishap, but Madame Vanessa deals with it almost exclusively, rarely calling for any help unless she is unsure of what she herself is going up against.

  • City of Rememberance - To the west, lies the largest land of all, the City of Rememberance is modeled after London and New York, skyscrapers rittled across this modern-esque land. Roads, side-walks, houses, apartment complexes, and so much more await you here. The City of Rememberance is and oddity in its own right, as those who travel here are usually those seeking some inner peace, or find a struggle within themselves that can only be mended here. Though there are citizens of the City, they do not like to draw attention to themselves. Shrouding the City itself in mystery as to the populace that live here. One thing is for sure, even if they do not draw attention to themselves, the people of this city watch over one another. Always in secret. The City of Rememberance is also highly known for its constant rainy days, or the beautiful music that escapes buildings, muffled by windows or doors, walls, or anything else, but still strong enough to grab at the soul. None know who controls the City of Rememberance or is the current leader at this time.
Any questions afterwards can be asked, I will answer the best way possible!
