I like pretty much all types of music, but I predominantly listen to kpop, punk rock, metal, and acoustic type stuff (not country). I'd like to see what your favorite songs and artists are as well as branch out in different artists! Comment some of your favorite stuff, and I'll watch a m/v or listen to the song and then give my feedback, idk.

I'd reccomend you to check out the band AJJ (formerly Andrew Jackson Jihad). Their music is kind of a mix between punk rock, folk rock and country, and they talk about some heavy themes regarding internal reflexion and self-image. I think their songs are very relatable :v
Out of their albums, I think a good one to start is Christmas Island.

If you're interested in branching out in your musical tastes, I can recommend some weird and experimental music to you. You mention you like acoustic stuff, so I'd recommend the album Giles Corey, which is an album with only acoustic instruments.

A little bit about the album: it's really weird, probably unlike anything you've ever heard, and can be difficult to get into. Giles Corey was a real man who was crushed to death in the Salem Witch Trials, and I think this album's title really suits it. It's very much a concept album and it's about feeling crushed to death by loneliness and depression. There's a mix of very experimental tracks and acoustic ballads on this hour-long LP, all dealing with the central theme of depression. The music of this album really manages to pull strong emotions out of me since I find it so relatable. And it goes through so many emotions as well when confronting its central theme. Just because it's about depression doesn't mean it's just a banal, bland, and mopey musical endeavor. For example, on the track "No One is Ever Going to Want Me," the music swells at the end as the singer shouts out in anger and desperation about how he wants to feel like he's asleep.

Again, this album is a very difficult listen, but a deeply rewarding one too. If you want to give it a try, I recommend listening to the track I mentioned in the previous paragraph, as well as the song "Blackest Bile." Make sure to stick with both tracks all the way through, at least once, and if you like them, go ahead and give the whole album a shot.

Have you ever listened to The Rasmus? They're a good sort of pop/punk band with suuuuper catchy songs. I suggest you start with "In the Shadows" if you feel like giving them a listen!

You might like the soundtrack of Life is Strange. The game might not be your taste, but if you like some introspective acoustic music then that's your jam.

Agreed 100%!!! The music in that game is so chill and awesome to listen to.

Caffeine Freak Caffeine Freak ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) This all the way, all hail Papa Franku.

Anyways for my suggestions:
Ludo (Punk Rock -ish Song Examples ~ Love Me Dead, The Horror of Our Love)

Xavier Dunn (Acoustic Cover of Fuckin' Problems is fantastic, albeit extremely inappropriate)

Die Antwoord (??? Rap, Metal, Pop, Something? Just give them a try, I prefer I Fink U Freeky, Cookie Thumper, Babies on Fire, >>>Strunk<<<, and Ugly Boy)

Jason Aldean (country music usually makes me want to jam a finger up my throat, but damn if I don't love Jason Aldean, songs in particular are Night Train and Burning it Down)

Eminem (I don't know if rap is your thing, and you've definitely already heard of Eminem, but have you heard of Stronger Than I Was? Got me through some rough times and one of my all time favorite lesser known eminem songs, acutally one of my all time favorite songs in general)

Kanye West (Speaking of rap icons, here's one I actually don't really like, but I adore the song Runaway, I just feel like I connect with it so much. Shit, maybe I should have been suggesting songs and not artists, oh well no need to break format now.)

BABYMETAL (Do you like heavy metal? Do you like Japanese girls? Enough said.)

Chevelle (Probably my favorite Rock/Metal band, like seriously if you haven't given them a try, please do. My favorite songs are Same Old Trip, Fell Into Your Shoes, Highland's Apparition, and The Clincher.)

Cradle of Filth (Are you talking metal metal? I'm talking metal metal. Give Nymphetamine a listen.)

Anyone can let me know if they'd be interested in more suggestions, I listen to a lot of stuff.

BadBadNotGood is really great if you're looking for some instrumental stuff to vibe to while you're doing other things. I like to listen to them while drawing.

You should listen to everything made by Marina And The Diamonds, she's so underrated but she has a devoted cult following, which is good to know. She deserves a larger fanbase, though.

I like Bryce Fox, Bishop Briggs, AC/DC, Def Leppard, Hozier's "Arsonist's Lullaby", Lucy Dacus, X Ambassadors

If you have a spotify acc. the album that most of them are on is "Swagger"
