Camp Half-Blood; A New Generation!

Aetos felt the blow in his shoulder as he winced in pain. He had only knew pain a couple of times. He planted his mace into the ground as he would take her own without his weapon. This was never a good sign. Aetos used a weapon to slow down his movements. He stepped forward towards her and released a fury of punches as one grazed her arm, letting her known that even victory was touchable. He pulled back and hit the ground causing a small wall to form between them. "Your insults will only cost you this battle, woman." He was angered as his greaves began to form with fire around them. "I will not lose here or now." His voice angered like a hammer destroying tempered steel. His anger fueled his strength and his speed. He would truly give her the battle of her life and not let this be one of the less remembered battles if he did lose. Through this anger though, he was smiling. She had gave him exactly what she wanted and he couldn't ask for a better fight. She was bringing out his rage and he would show her why he was the son of the god of war. The flames grew more intense with every angered thought. He would end this quickly.

Jacob watched as Aetos put down his weapon and punch at Victorique, which on grazed her arm. Aetos was becoming the Son of Ares that he truly was. Maybe it would be true. Maybe the God of War would Triumph of the God of Victory. It was no doubt a good fight. Jacob nodded at Serenity with amazement on his face, expecting the same expression from the Daughter of Poseidon. However Victorique was NOT going down easy. She had managed to block or dodge most of Aetos's attacks earlier, but Aetos seemed to get angrier and angrier as the battle continued. Jacob was about to yell something to Aetos but decided against it, just so Aetos wouldn't lose his focus.

The punch seemed to only make her wince, her body slightly turning with the impact. Her fiery eyes seemed to blaze even brighter as the anger boiled in the pit of her stomach. She implanted her sword into the earth and slowly turned to him. Like him, her without a sword was an deliriously unfortunate idea.

She curled her fingers into a tight fist and landed a harsh blow to his jaw with a satisfying crack. She then sprung forward and kicked him hard in the side, using a great deal of strength. He seemed to skid back quite a bit before she invoked strong surges of fear into his brain. If she willed it, she could make his head combust. With a flick of her wrist, she withdrew her switch blade and ruthelessly sliced a clean cut length-wise across his right cheek and then against but on the side of his midsection.

"You have angered me, child of war."

Victorique kicked him in the stomach before punching his shoulder rather hard. She was urging him to show her the best he had to offer.

"I'll explain to you guys later..." Venicia said, her voice now no more than a whisper. "And sure. I'll come with you guys." She said, her voice lifting slightly.

"I'll come too." Ambre said with a side glance at Venicia, wondering how they were connected or something. This year of camp is getting weird... She thought. To find another involved in the incident five years... Its pure luck...

Aetos felt the pain from the blows. He started huffing. He hadn't been pushed like this in a while. His body started to have steam roll off it almost as if he was burning. His skin was hot to the touch. "Touch me again. WOMAN." His eyes were blackened and his facial expression only a sadistic smile as he leaped forward grabbing her by the head and slamming her down. He then contorted to the position above her to drive his knee in her back. He threw her up, releasing his grip as he kicked her towards a tree. His facial expression faded as he staggered for a moment. He knew his body was taking too much with him calling on his powers. "You want to finish this, Lets finish." His voice roared among the skys. He wasn't content with having to go all out, but he loved the challenge and surprisingly a woman at that was the cause of it all. He wouldn't hold back just because of her gender. "Make your next move count." It was almost as he was giving instructions. Was the son of Ares being soft??

She winced with every hit but when she was tossed towards a tree she spun around in the air and slammed her feet against the trunk before launching herself towards him. She pulled out a knife and drove it into his shoulder, but not far; just a tad past the tip. The attack was ruthless but not fatal. He could have it fixed. She landed lithely on her feet and then slammed her fist as hard as she could into the spot she stabbed him with a dark laugh. She whispered some words in Greek and tendrils of shadowy smoke slunk out of all crevices of the shadowed forest and begun to spin around her arm, slowly enveloping her hand in black.

Victorique took a step forward and then punched him in the face, the attack up'd a degree from the manipulation of shadows. She smirked and then Aetos begun to feel very upset. She was infusing strong feelings of sadness and pity. Pity was the worst feeling. Hitting a girl? Shame on you. With one last effort with the help of the tendrils of shadows, she round-house kicked him in the face, almost breaking the poor son of Ares' nose. She pulled her sword from the earth and used to hilt to catch him in the weak side of his leg, causing him to fall to his knees. She leveled her blade tip to his throat, her eyes glittering darkly as she raised her chin to look down upon him without a word.

This was quite funny. He was in pain. He was on his knees to a woman at that and she was looking down on him. He felt the urge to surrender, but that was just not his nature. His face went completely expressionless as blood ran down his beaten body. He almost looked like he was gonna give up. Suddenly, a smile appeared on his face as he reached up with his fist simmering, upper cutting the blade out of her hand and getting his neck nicked in the process. He reaches out with the other and punches her while slightly twisting it, causing immense force to send her swirling backwards."Don't you ever look down on Aetos. the son of ares." His body seemed as if pain was not hurting him. Before she could react, he was on her again pounding her towards the ground, He jumped up and came crashing down with immense force once more to create a crater. He fell on his knees beside her from the pain almost breathing heavily. He looked at her with a smile." If you get back up, Victory is yours. You have beat me to my limit for i cannot truly unleash in the game." He looked as if he was about to pass out.

She was launched backwards, her face contorting in anger. She was now weaponless. At the last second, she landed on the ground, her legs up in the air and fingers digging into the earth. With a deep breath, she lauched herself off her hands and landed neatly on her feet but not without a stumble. She was growing exhausted from this long, straining battle. She puffed out a breath and the shadows on her body vanished but not before he came at her again.

She raised her arms in an "x" formation, blocking his hard attacks with a curl of her lip, flashing sharp points that almost seemed animal-like. Her red eyes illuminated the darkerened shadows that clung heavy in the air from her magic. Her braid had come undone and now her long scarlet locks blew outwards on small gusts of wind. She spit blood on the forest floor and then kicked him in the face, causing the son of Ares to fly up into the air and land on his back. She grabbed her sword and pressed it against his chest.

"Stay. Do not get up..." she murmured before stepping back. She grabbed the shaft of the red flag and held it high above her head for all the campers to see before she passed it to Jacob, who was on her team. The female then fell to her knees beside Aetos, ripping off a piece of the fabric of her shirt, quickly tying it around his wound in a tight manner to stop the bleeding.

"You fight well..." she breathed, trying not to sound too tired and weary.

"Alright lets go." Toby said. He began running toward the big house. "Hang in there Ro" He said under his breath. He ran into the big house. "Mr. Mason!" He yelled "Mr.Mason!" He was starting to get frantic. He knew she was probably fine but he still felt like he was going to loose her and that it was his fault. "Rowen's hurt!" he yelled again.

Mr. Masin trotted out of the big house with a first aid kit. He deemed that someone would run towards him at one point, calling his name.

"Lay her on the ground," he demanded and once Toby did so, the horse went to work, going about all the damages to the daughter of Hestia's body before cleaning them and bandaging. She offered a small sliver of ambrosia and stepped back, admiring his work.

"She should be fine. Take her back to her cabin to rest."

The two girls followed them to the big house, both silent as a somber and slight disturbed air hung around them. That memory... It seems like at one point... Me and that girl, Ambre was it? Were friends... Venicia thought as she came upon the Big House. Ambre kept swiping slide glances at Venicia, her eyes cold and calculating now. What could that memory have meant... I mean, this girl, Venicia, was in it... Was there a possible connection between them? Does it mean she was with her at the quest that happened five years ago that caused herself, and possibly this girl to lose her memory and her... sister?... to lose her life? She thought as she walked beside Venicia.

Aetos looked at her. He was smiling and looked dumb for smiling after losing a battle, but he had seen what he wanted to. His body was weak from the over exertion of his power as was she. He had pushed her to her limits as well as she had his. He had quite enjoyed this battle. He knew not to show his true power unless he wanted to become bloodthirtsty. His mind was blank for a few moments, almost confused as he seen her bandage his wound. He never expected to have such a battle today. He looked up for a moment keeping his eyes upward as if he was thanking his father for such a battle. He stared up for a few moments, almost enjoying the peace which was unusual for a son of ares.

Finally, Aetos returned his gaze to Victorique. "You fought well. You are just as tired as i am. You're strong. I like that." He breathed a few more minutes before his eyes closed slowly. He had exerted too much energy. His breathing was slow. He had passed out from the immense battle. He didn't have time to do anything, but rest. His mind was calm while he was out and his body would eventually heal from the exertion, but til then he was a resting vessel. He couldn't move nor will the strength to move. He would remain where he was. Unconscious.

Toby rubbed Rowens head. "Thank you so much Mr. Mason." Toby said looking up at him from his crouched position next to Rowen. He picked her up and turned to Venicia and the other girl from the forest. "Thanks Venicia for coming. And I didnt catch you name" He said turning to the other girl.

With a sneer as he passed out, she sat back for a moment and caught her breath, her body placid. Her pallid face was upturned, also thanking her patron for allowing her to win. Her mother was always in her favor. She nimbly stood, her weariness rendering most of her savage movements. Her muscles ached from being so coiled. The female reached down and lifted the boy up slowly, groaning from his weight. She then dragged him towards Cabin Ares, harshly kicking open the door. Victorique dropped the male onto a bed; she clearly didn't care which one and cut open his shirt. She kneeled down beside the bed and reached just under it, fumbling for the small first aid kit.

"Erg," she muttered and grabbed hold of the white container, pulling it out. She knew exactly where it was due to Chione. The redhead opened it up and begun to fix up the wounds on Aetos before bandaging and pulling the blankets over him.

She stretched and yawned before lumbering out of the cabin and towards her own. She would tell Mr. Masin of her victory later. She opened the door to her Cabin and closed it with her heel. She swiftly stripped of her armor and put on a pair of joggins and a loose camp t-shirt. The female fell onto her bed and instantly fell asleep.

Aetos felt his body being dragged and placed in bed. He didn't know by who, but he knew it would be quite the hassle. He also felt bandages being put on him. He wondered if it was his opponent from the battle, but that at the moment wasn't important. He laid there not moving. He was quite comfortable in his bed. He reached down while barely conscious and pulled the covers over him. He smelled the scent of a woman. He knew it was her who put him in his cabin. How frail. He had been took care of a woman, but on the plus side she was a hell of a warrior. He smiled as he passed out.

"I'm Ambre." She said, giving off a sweet friendly smile. "Its a pleasure to make your acquaintance."

Venicia also smiled. "Your welcome. Anything for a friend." She said.

(Oh the cruddiness of this post...)

Serenity was awe struck as the battle commensed, even she was starting to become wary of the situation. She even had lowered her blade to watch. But as quickly as it had started it ended, they both were tierd, but the Son of Ares had passed out. Which, she figured was the end of the Capture the Flag. Serenity watched as Victorique had walked off with him. She was blown away, but also a little hungry. She knew dinner would be soon, or hopefully. Serenity turned as she decided she return to her cabin.

On her way she noticed Four people, Ergh--- Three Demigods and a Centar. She didn't recognize the two, Rowen and Toby. The other two she did recognize, Venicia and Mr. Masin. She only knew Venicia because of her godly parent, Zeua. Another child of the big three. Serenity realized she was staring, and broke off her gaze. Carring her shield, alonf with her sword she hurried to her cabin.

Serenity entered her cabin quietly, she relaxe at the smell of the sea. She personally loved her cabin. It was so Peaceful and relaxig. But there was only one real problem, it was super lonely. She had no normal sibling's, except for the Legend Percy Jackson. But these day's, even she didn't know where he was anymore. The cabin was always so empty, quiet, and big on space. She had always had this dread when she walked past the Hermes Cabin, or the Ares. It was so full of life. But Serenity knew well. Children of the Big three were dangerous. She only knew two other's at the Camp; Vincent and Venicia. Child of Hades and Child of Zeus.

Serenity placed her dented shield on her bed. Along with her sword, she began to take off her armer. Serenity approached the small Glass tank that was a gift to her older brother, from her father. She twirled her finger's around the water, getting a wif of the sweet aroma. Serenity quickly changed, A new Camp half blood shirt, a pair of dark denim jean's, and she even pulled her dark hair back into a ponytail. In the mirror, her hazel freckle's brightened her green eye's, which glowed in the dark room. Serenity plopped down onto her bunk and glanced around the room What should I do now? Se wondered.

Jacob walked back to his cabin, at normal speed, processing what just happened. Aetos had gone down like a sack of bricks, and it must have really hurt. The smell of the sea filled the air as Jacob walked near the Poseidon cabin. He knew Serenity was in there. His own cabin was empty, just the way he liked it. It offered so much room, so much area to enjoy and place your junk. Jacob walked to his bed and looked at a picture of Hermes. The golden casing around the picture added even more 'pizazz'. The God of Messengers stood as if he was jumping, with the winged sandals and scepter with an eagle on it. Hermes' cap also was winged. Jacob wished to see his father again. What way could he do that?

Deciding to go to out to the lake, Jacob wanted to stop by the Poseidon cabin to see if Serenity wanted to come. Jacob was there in an instant, running at three times the speed of sound once more. He opened up the cbin and saw Serenity sitting down.

"Hey Serenity. Its me, Jacob. Do you want to come down to the lake with me? Go for swim maybe?" he asked the Daughter of Poseidon.

"Well it was nice to meet you Ambre. I'm gunna go put Ro here in her cabin. See you both at diner!" He said smiling as he walked toward the Hestia cabin. he walked inside and set Rowen down on her bed. Her wall was covered in pictures of toby and her and of her and her father. and she had transformed some of the other bunks into book shelfs for her collection of books since she had the cabin to her self. Toby walked out side and picked up the book that Rowen had dropped there earlier and walked back to the book shelfs and put it in its place. He looked at Rowen and smiled. he sat down on the bunk they had made into a couch together and waited for the diner bell.

Aetos awoke feeling pretty sore. He thought at first all of this was just a bad dream until he began to move. His body hurt a little. He got up and stumbled around the cabin of ares with intentions of changing. He took his armor off. Each piece clinked and clanked as it hit the floor. He sighed as he remembered why he was so sore. Victorique had really given him a beating. It was enjoyable while it lasted, but the after effects always sucked. The fatigue and soreness of his body was evident. He sighed again as he began to stumble. He wouldn't let a battle keep him down. He went towards the dresser in the middle of the cabin near his bed. He had to find something to wear. He couldn't just stay almost naked. He wanted to go outside and see the sky. He wanted to enjoy the peace for once.

Aetos finally picked out some clothes. He found a black tank top he slid over his upper half trying not to remove the bandage that was placed on him. He threw on some black sweats to cover below his waist as well as some sandals for his feet. He walked towards the door and slowly twisted the knob. He could feel how weak he was, but he was determined to get out for a bit. He finally manages to open the door and stumbles out as he shuts the door quietly behind him. He didn't want to make too much of a commotion. He looked up at the sky as a breeze passed by him. It felt nice. He was actually enjoying the peace for once. Later would be a completely different story, but he didn't feel like worrying about later. It wasn't his style to plan ahead or worry. After all, He is the son of Ares.

Finally, He decided to walk over to an old oak. He wasn't paying much attention to anything, but the nice calm breeze that was blowing. He leaned against the tree and relieved some of the pressure on his body. He began to think back to the fight. Did he really get beat? Why did he not let all of the rage out? What kept him calm? He couldn't shake these question. He just continued to stare up at the sky with his brown eyes. That girl had interested him, but also put him on edge at the same time. Could she have been the reason he didn't strike out full force? He shook this thought. He wouldn't let it bother him for now. He returned his focus to the sky and simply smiled. He had a good fight today and made his father proud. He couldn't ask for more. One day, he would be his father's greatest child, or atleast he hoped. Nothing could be certain. Life was always changing.

Boredom, thats what soon she had felt. The simple of idea of doing anything was sounding pretty good. Serenity focused on the water in the fishing tank across the water. Still sitting, she held out her hand for some to come. Smiling broadly, a good amount of the water floated in mid air. Serenity twirled it into the air creatig various shape's and size's.'She normally didn't do stuff like that, but it took her mind away from things. Escpecilly the fight between Victorique and The Child of Ares. Serenity realized she had began to loose her focus, so she gently placed the water back into the tank.

Serenity crossed her hands in her lap in about the same time the door had swung open, instantly she jumped up and reached down onto her thigh for her sword. Only realizing it was still lying on her bed. Serenity glanced up to see Jacob, The Child of Hermes. She relaxed as he had asked her to the lake. Serenity nodded in agreement, "I Would love to go to the lake." She replied, glancing out the window quickly. Almost everybody at camp knew the lake was her favorite place to be, her Father being the Sea god and all. Serenity stepped outside, but the scent of the sea still circled around them. She turned to Jacob, "Ready?"

Victorique climbed out of her bed slowly, almost allowing herself to fall onto the floor. The sheets were tangled around her slender body, making it seem as if she were wearing a chiton. Grumbling softly, she ran a hand over her face and then through her hair which oddly seemed flawlessly untangled and straight. The redhead picked her way over to a closet and opened the large oak doors, peering idly at the array of attire. She pursed her lips and then picked out a pair of normal white skinny jeans and a light blue, soft top that had lace reaching just above her bosom. However, this shirt buttoned up her neck slightly and had folded collar. A very stylish top, she had to admit. Mr. Masin had an amazing sense of style.

"Mpmh," she said in the back of her throat as she stretched and then carefully pulled her hair up into a high pony-tail, allowing it to reach down to the middle of her back. She really did have long hair. The statusque female begun to tap her fingers against the wood of her closet door, using her foot to pull out a pair of simple black, but flexible flats and slipped them onto her feet. Finally, she was ready to go outside. The girl glanced in the mirror as she departed from her cabin. The dark eye make-up around her eyes seemed to be untouchable because it looked perfectly fine. She had always made the outside of her eyes dark to compliment her fiery and abnormal red eyes. No one else could pull it off like she did. Half the time it seemed just so damn natural.

Victorique walked up the hill and entered the dining pavilion and sat down at a table, readying herself to have a bowl of Italian food; which was her favourite. She took a bite and closed her eyes, relishing in the moan-worthy dish.

"Yes, I'm ready." Jacob smiled at Serenity. They were walking to the lake, and he wanted to start up a conversation. Serenity was very nice, and beautiful, Jacob thought he was developing a big crush. His cheeks flushed red before he opened his mouth.

"You know, I wondered why Aetos lost. He was the Son of Ares! It seemed like a simple battle, but of course Ms. Victory had to ruin his day. Aetos fought extremely well however. So, what is it like being a Daughter of Poseidon? I can't raise the dead, summon lightning, or create waves and control water. I'm wondering what is it like to just heal yourself with water instantly and be able to create awesome waves?" he asked.

[so like, did the capture the flag game end or what? Who won and how did under twenty four hours of time lead to 4 pages of new stuff? This will be replaced with a post when i understand what the heck happened. Sorry for the questions. ]

(Blue team won. Victorique battled with Aetos and Aetos lost. The game was won. That is basically it.)
