Camp Half-Blood; A New Generation!

Drake was about to reply to the two Apollo boys when he heard the screams from the woods. He shut his mouth and picking up his spear he ran away without explaining. He shot a thin lightning bolt into the air and a small caw was heard. From high above a thin sleek beautiful bird fluttered down and landed on his shoulder. He smiled at the bird but continued on to the more pressing matter. He changed his spear back to its easy carrying form and jumping onto the branch of a tree he began to jump from one to the next, his bird flying close to his head as he did.

He noticed the girl was back to back with him now. Very little distance between him. He wondered why a hunter of artemis had taken interest in him. A few words escaped his lips as he spoke to her."What is a pretty face like you doing out here?" His gaze staring straight as he wouldn't look at her. He only wished to delve in conversation for the moment and that was all he needed. Conversation. His whistling began once more as a small smile crept across his face. This would get interesting.

"Don't throw empty compliments at me, son of Apollo. I don't take kindly to fools," she replied with a tone that dripped with acid. Her fingers slowly curled around and arrow in the quiver on her back and withdrew it from its haven, idly inspecting the wounded shaft.

"Nice hit though," she said that lightly, referring to when he shot his arrow. She then walked off into the forest with one of her broken arrows in her hands.

The smile faded as he simply sighed at her words. He watched as she walked off into the forest with a quick glance as he went back to whistling. He started out of the archery grounds and felt the grass underneath him give way as he continued to walk. His whistling could be heard by those that passed and his mind wandered back to the girl who had just spoken to him. He shook his head as he kept the melody going and closed his eyes while walking. He would let the land guide him. He could see nothing but the back of his eyelid as his feet guided him towards a destination. Would he run into something? He didn't know, but walking into something blindly was always the best way to go. Especially when you're a demi god. A small philosophical ideology he had. This was going to be interesting any way that it turned out. He changed tune to something soft but sad as he faded off the archery ground and off into an unknown destination.
