Mi Rae is the leader of the dance group, Real King - who are known as the bottom of the food chain in school. She dislikes the arrogant and self-centered students, specifically the White Tigers. Many people view her as loyal, sassy, strong-willed and brave.

Jeong Si is seen as a bully in Sevit, though that's because he somehow gives off a scary vibe as said by many students. He tends to have problems at home with his parents, which was the main reason why he attended Sevit - because he was forced too. He is one of the best dancers in Real King.

Tae Gan is the leader of the White Tigers, and not only that but he is the highest ranking student at Sevit. He's the son of an extremely wealthy father, giving him an intelligent, cynical, arrogant and witty persona.

Ji Eun is ranked second place at Sevit. She is continuously pressured by her mother to become first place - as they both have dreams of her getting into an Ivy League university. But, consequently, she fails to realise the important of friendship and can be quite manipulative, selfish, harsh but deep down inside, afraid.

Areum is best friends with Ji Eun, also. She is easily influenced by her and somewhat has a reputation of being promiscuous. She can be slightly clueless even though she's in the top five percent of Sevit.

The principal of Sevit Academy. A few years ago, the previous principal had struggled to maintain a superior image of the school therefore Gyung-Ran became appointed, successfully turning the school into a prestigous academy.


Ever since then, her duty has always been to make sure that the students are well behaved and are achieving high grades.


Though after the dance-group Real King had formed, all she has ever tried to do is get rid of the group due to the ruckus they cause.

Tae-Bum struggled to find a job, but luckily was employed as a teacher at Sevit Academy on a fixed-term contract.


He is loved by many as he spends his time trying to help the students raise their grades up. However, many teaches see him as too easy-going and naive.

The principal's loyal right-hand man. He tries his best to impress the principal by ordering around students and making sure that nobody breaks the rules.

Identifies the students with the academy and encourages identity with the academy.


Prevents students from coming to school in fashion or ‘designer’ label clothes that could be distracting in class or create a sense of competition.


Makes students feel equal to their peers in terms of appearance.


Is regarded as suitable wear for school and good value for money by most parents.


Is designed with health and safety in mind.

The Sevit Dorms, only a ten minute walk away from the Academy, are seperated into two buildings; males and females. No visitors are allowed anywhere near the dorms unless they have permission.
