Broken Dawn, Russia.

A abandoned series of buildings located within a forest. The location used to a town but eventually the town was shutdown after a nuclear powerplant had a meltdown in the 1980s, forcing everyone to evacuate the area quickly. Over the course of the recent decades many people who have decided to venture into Broken Dawn have gone missing. There have been a few attempts with local police, local rangers and the Russian Government to locate the missing people several times over the last few decades each time a new person goes missing however there has been no success in locating anyone.
The forest has overtaken Broken Dawn since the meltdown.
Case File: The Lullaby
A Russian Family. Extremely Rich. They say they lived in Broken Dawn in the 1980s. A family of four.
They lived in a manor within broken dawn. However they were reportedly unable to evacuate in time before the town was shutdown.
Case File: The Pages.
Some authorities have reported finding pages throughout Broken Dawn, some detailing fictional characters or containing horrifying images. Despite this there have been no reports of anything matching the decriptions of these pages within Broken Dawn.
Broken Dawn will be a horror RP that focuses on a group of individuals who end up venturing into Broken Dawn. It will start out as a vacation trip between a group of friends who vacation to Russia. They eventually find themselves in strange towns with strange people and eventually will get knocked out and awaken within Broken Dawn. There will be monsters within Broken Dawn, including a killer that roams throughout Broken Dawn.
