Director
ilPQHvr.jpg

Name: Libby Marie Powell
Age: 29
Race: White
Height: 5'5
Weight: 140lbs
Position: Director
History: Cruising her way through high school, right into college, Libby had thought she had everything figured out. Starting off in the prison business is not an easy thing, she discovered. With her father being chief of police at the local station, Libby had her mind set on law enforcement her whole life. When she was offered the position at Brinestone as a director, she immediately took it, completely unaware of the work that came along with it. Being a hard-working woman most of her life, Libby never had the time to settle down and find someone to spend her life with. Not that she wanted that, anyway. Living in a small apartment about fifteen minutes from the prison, a small dog named Bito was her only company.

Emily "Blade" Silver - Prisoner
Cristina_Scabbia_Cropped.jpg

Name: Emily "Blade" Silver
Age: 28
Race: Caucasian
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 135lbs
Position: Prisoner
History: Emily had a good start to life and her parents had set her on course to study towards becoming a doctor after high school. Although Emily was intelligent enough to be a doctor, deep down it wasn't what she had wanted for herself. During high school, she wasn't really popular as she had to spend most of her free time studying and missing out on parties. She grew to resent missing out on having friends and fun.

Whilst she was studying at university, she began dating Matt, a member of a biker gang. For the first time, she felt accepted and part of a group of genuine friends. As she spent more time out drinking, she spent less time studying and eventually dropped out of medical school. She'd never wanted to be a doctor in the first place. She spent the days partying, working out and riding on the open road. Everything was perfect.

As the months went on, she began to see things weren't as perfect as she'd chosen to see. Although she never took drugs herself, she watched as one of her friends died of an overdose. Bloody fights would often break out with other gangs as well as amongst her friends. Thankfully, she always had Matt to reassure her. That was until one night, when she saw Matt kissing a blonde woman and she soon learned he'd been cheating on her for weeks. Part alcohol and part rage, Emily attacked the pair and stabbed the other woman twelve times.

Emily has spent the last six years in prison for murdering the woman and violently resisting arrest. Though she expects to spend quite a few more years behind bars she tries to stay out of trouble and is generally friendly with those who don't cause her any bother. Staying out of trouble isn't always possible with her fiery temper and strong desire to stand up for her beliefs. Physically strong, she does a good job at defending herself and on a few occasions other prisoners have tried to encourage her to be a "top dog" to them, but she has always refused. One thing she hates to see around the jail is drugs, remembering in great detail how her friend had died from an overdose.

AJ Clarke
boy-cute-faces-funny-Favim.com-3329217.gif

Name: Alexis Jay Clarke
Nickname: AJ, Clarke, Alex
Age: 20
Gender: Trans Male (He/Him)
Sexuality: Homosexual
Race: White American
Height: 5'3''
Weight: 102lbs
Position: Prisoner
History:
Alexis was the first kid in their family and older by a few years. He has a little sister called Jade who he calls JB or Sunshine. In return she called him Moonlight or AJ. His Dad was called Christoph and he's a bad person, a child abuser. His Mom was called Becca who is working an underpaid job to support her two 'girls'. Their parents are divorced. They were divorced once she found out he'd been hitting Alexis when she wasn't around. His Dad was a cop and his Mom ended up not getting custody of her children. She went to live with her sister and JB ran off soon after that knowing something bad was gonna happen, promising to keep in touch but she never did.

She was right about the bad stuff. Their Mom died of cancer 6 months later but they told everyone it was a car accident. A rib punctured her lung and she died on the way to the hospital. Apollo couldn't mourn for long. His Dad got even more violent against him and he was bullied at school. He began finding ways to escape. He went to the music room at lunch and began to play guitar and sing. He was pretty good only he didn't like his feminine voice, his curves or anything on his body. It was around this time when he figured out he was transgender and started calling himself AJ like his childhood nickname. He also graffitied at school and around town to give him a reason to stay out of the house. He couldn't be there when his Dad was there, drunk and abusing him to the point of him going to the hospital.

When he was 19 he started making a plan. A plan that would completely change his life. Operation: Kill Dad. It was scary but he had to do it. He wanted justice for what he's done to him his entire life. The plan went through and he dumped the body in the river and filed a missing persons report two days later. When they found the body in the river weeks later it was identified to be Christoph Clarke. He put on a show. Fake crying and feeling bad that he was gone. He said that the killer must be his uncle. He said that his father was going to visit him at the time so it must have been him. It went to trial. The State vs Xavier Grayson. It was all looking so good until they finally connected the dots and realised it was AJ.

He had the means and the motive. He was the one who filed the missing persons report and he accused the uncle. He was taken to court and they couldn't do much. He eventually confessed, saying how his father was a bad man and deserved to rot in hell, and was given 40 years in prison due to his stealing and graffiti as a minor which he was never charged for as they never found out it was him. He was sent to a women's facility even when he asked to be sent to the male's one. They said no as they feared for his 'safety'. He silently cried at that. Even in prison he couldn't be a boy.

Name: Julia Medina
Age: 27
Race: White/Latina
Height: 5'10
Weight: 136 pounds
Position: Psychiatrist
History: Julia was born in New Jersey, into a family of two parents and three older brothers. Her father was in the military, and therefore they moved around a lot. She doesn't really like to tell other's about how she grew up, seeing as it's sounds like such a cliché to her. When she was 13, all of her older brothers had moved away, and she had no interest in moving around anymore. Therefore she moved in with her aunt and lived with her for the rest of her teenage years. Besides the fact that her father was never around, Julia's upbringing was quite happy. She was always surrounded by people who loved her, and she never felt out of place.

A part of her felt like she lived a very sheltered life, and therefore she wanted to experience parts of society she had yet to learn anything about. Because of that, she decided to apply for a job in a prison. That introduced her to an environment which she had never experienced before, and quite frankly it scared the shit out of her. However, she promised herself that she would never quit on something, so she is determined to not leave the prison out of fear.

Name: Wayne Summers
Age: 35
Race: Caucasian, American
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 180lbs

Position: Prison Guard
History: Wayne spent his early twenties serving the the army, until he was discharged following an injury to his shoulder. He spent the next few years as a security guard at a shopping mall. Bored with the routine of working at the mall, he looked into working as a prison guard. After his training, the first position that became available to him was at Brinestone Prison. He was reluctant to apply for a job in a women's prison, but decided the experience would be worthwhile should a position come up elsewhere.

Wayne has now worked at the prison for four years and hasn't yet had the desire to look for a job elsewhere. He finds the job interesting and mostly worthwhile. Some of the prisoners can be a handful but overall he has a relatively good guard/prisoner relationship and gets along with most of his colleagues.

Having recently split up with his fiance after his long and erratic working hours caused them to drift apart, Wayne now lives alone. His parents and sister often visit him when he isn't working weekends.
