Moving is never easy.
You leave your old home where so many fond memories were made
Your friends who you'll never be able to be as close to as you were before
Your entire life changes, from the people in your community to the Neighbor's awfully maintained garden.
But that's the one certainty in life; That things change. Nothing can remain the same.
But hey, that doesn't mean that everything has to change for the worst, right?
New Town, new beginning!
New friends to be made, new house to be made a home...
But something seems eerily weird.
Is it the new town being miles away from any actual city, your parents insisting on the rural setting being "good for your health".
Is it the fake smiles on your neighbors faces, only to shift into sinister grins when they think you aren't looking...
Is it the fact that most of the town's outskirts are full off abandoned houses....
Is it the huge gothic church in the middle of the town....
Is it your home being so close to the local forest...
Is it the sounds of scratching at your window, trying to rationalize it as twigs in the wind...
Or is it the eyes that seem to stare at you from behind darkened windows, from the dark of night....Or from the very eye sockets of your new "acquaintances".
Something is wrong in this town, and it isn't just because you moved here mere days ago...
Bright eyes...
Blinded by the fear of light.

But Dust won't be Dust
Now as you might have already noticed this is going to be a Horror role-play.
Revolving around a cast of different characters that had just moved to this old town in the middle of nowhere, their only common trait being that they're seemingly the only ones that sense something wicked going on behind barred windows and moon-less nights.
There's something going on, but like every good horror story I won't tell you what just yet.
Your characters will be subject to weird occurrences as they try to uncover the mystery of this old town and try to put and end to what is hiding behind the facade of your usual rural town.
You are susceptible to fall victim to what's lurking behind bright eyes though, meaning your characters are going to...change, as will your role in this RP. You won't die and be thrown out of the rp, I'll simply invite you to a conversation (with all the other victims and co-GM) so that you know WHAT happened and what is going to. Meaning in the end the number of sane people is going to dwindle.
The ending of this RP is up in the open, if you succeed there will be a happy end.
Though I doubt it'll be 100% happy and concluding....
If you fail...Well, we shall see about that, huh?....
