Nick blamed literally everyone but himself for the situation he was currently involved in. Everyone included his asshole dorm mate who had told him that they were going to hang out at a club, and also everyone else in the building that was obviously not a club. When he had first entered the abandoned building he had thought that it was some kind of underground rave type of thing, but once the freaks in red robes starting getting together and some old man took the stage to talk about destiny thoughts like that went out the window.
He had tried to run, but was surrounded on all sides by other people in red robes, his roommate included in the group. They dragged some random woman with glassy eyes onto the stage and the old man had stabbed her in the heart, and thats when things went beyond his threshold of understanding. A bright flash had appeared and people around him started dying one by one, falling to the ground with various wounds and screams. He took a step back, fear running through his body. It was only then that he heard the voice,
'What do you desire?'
As the voice spoke to him Nick mind his entire life played in front of him. Being rejected by everyone around him, his dad spending most of his time away from the house, and just generally being the biggest outcast in the world. "I wish someone in the world would give a shit about me." he closed his eyes and expected to die, but after a minute passed and he still remained alive he opened them, seeing an unfamiliar person in the room, walking toward him.
Basic idea is that John and his newly joined bound to him supernatural friend have to figure out how to exist without getting on each others nerves while a shadowy organization attempts to hunt him down believing that he had sacrificed the cult to summon y/c. Interest?
