Name: Magolor

Universe From (Series your character comes from. OCs are labeled as OCs): Kirby

Gender: Male

Sexual Orientation (Optional): No

Species: Halcandran

Bio (Short/Long, who gives a shit?): Magolor is first seen in the series crashing his spaceship, the Lor Starcutter, into Popstar. Kirby and co. offer to help repair the ship, and in exchange, he offers to take the group to Halcandra. Upon arriving, they’re attacked by the dragon Landia, which he explains to be the being that caused his first crash onto Popstar, and Kirby and co. then offer to defeat the dragon for him. Magolor shows up after the fight and takes the crown the dragon was safeguarding, revealing himself as a manipulative jerk, where he becomes the final boss and wants to “thank” Kirby and co. for helping him by destroying Popstar first. He of course ultimately loses, and appears to fade away, but he survived, and even apologizes to Kirby by building him an amusement park. Somehow. Space wizards.

Personality: Magolor is a manipulative, deceitful space cat. He has no problem lying to others to get his way, and is in fact ridiculously friendly if he wants something from someone. Even after getting defeated by Kirby, he still cheats at the races he challenges Kirby to, and will even gloat if he gets far enough ahead.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff): He can pilot at least his own ship, and has enough technical skill to repair its computer systems after a disastrous crash. He’s also just so gosh-darn cute that there’s no way he’s lying, guys.

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff): As he has no legs, his only means of movement is by floating/flying. He can also teleport shoot small projectiles.

Weaknesses (If anything notable): Even scaled up to match Kirby’s size from Smash, he’s pretty small. His magic is also not very impressive when he’s not in his final boss forms.

Name: Vivi Orunitia

Universe From (Series your character comes from. OCs are labeled as OCs): Final Fantasy IX

Gender: Male

Sexual Orientation (Optional): No

Species: Black Mage

Bio (Short/Long, who gives a shit?): He was found after falling from an airship carrier and eventually taught basic things by someone who he wound up thinking of as a father figure (though said figure only took him in because he thought Vivi would get bigger and more edible).
When his caretaker died, Vivi set off on his own and wound up traveling and getting into JRPG nonsense.

Personality: Vivi is an artificial being that's a bit of a blank slate. He’s at least got the personality (and stature) of a small, neurotic child.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff): His skillset isn’t very impressive as he’s roughly 6 months old, so things like being able to talk are about all he’s got right now.

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff): As a black mage, he’s got access to elemental and some negative status magics, and given a long enough time in combat, he can enter “trance” which allows him to cast two spells at once.

Weaknesses (If anything notable): He’s about as tough as you’d expect for a 9-year-old, and he’s not exactly a genius.

Others (Trivia, Theme music, etc.) (Optional): His last name is also “Ornitier” sometimes. I’ve heard it both ways.
Whimsy fourth character let's go.

"Rejoice, child. Your wish has come true."

Name
Kirei Kotomine

Universe From
Type-Moon

Gender
Male

Species
Human

Bio
Raised into a family that devoutly served the Holy Church, Kirei Kotomine had been trained since ten years old to become an "Executor" for the Church, an agent who specialized in killing demons and other threats. He grew up as a sort of soft genius within the Church's ranks, becoming a highly talented priest as well. Even so, his life was a bit of a mess, between marrying and conceiving a child with a terminally ill woman who died two years into the marriage, struggling with his inner demons and wondering why he could never feel anything like love, and so on.

At the age of 27, Kotomine took part in the Fourth Holy Grail War, a ritualistic battle royale held by mages in hopes of summoning the Holy Grail, a mystical artifact that would grant a wish. Suffice to say, he was able to get some good kills in, to keep it brief. After the war, he took in Rin Tohsaka, the daughter of Kirei's late teacher, as a pupil, helping her grow to be a talented mage over the next ten years.

Personality
Unknown to all those around him, Kirei was born defective, possessing a warped mind since birth. He is an evil person, but not a villain. He is deviant, but not inhuman. He is not sane, but neither is he insane. Despite his personal accomplishments, he never felt satisfaction. Despite his best efforts he could not enjoy what other people found happiness in, and instead found himself drawn to negative emotions like the pain of others. He is able to act like a normal person, even bringing pride to his father, but he intrinsically cannot understand others or things they see as "beautiful." Thus Kirei can be described as a sociopath.

Outwardly, he is a strange individual, one that many around him find deeply unsettling, yet at the same time, wise and fatherly, fitting for a priest. He often acts in a wry, sometimes even deliberately patronizing manner, but when the situation calls for it, he is able to act seriously, and in general, seems to be a difficult person to get a rise out of.

Skills
Highly skilled and trained in many martial arts, including kenpo, bajiquan, karate. Possesses over at least ten years of intense combat experience and is a talented strategist, able to defeat opponents stronger than him in every way with his wits if given the right tools. Skilled at free climbing.

He is also greatly skilled with his weapon of choice, called "Black Keys," long rapier-like blades generally meant to be used as projectiles, though they are able to be used in close quarters as well.

Powers / Abilities
Possesses superhuman strength, strong enough to punch a man hard enough to propel him into a wall and create a large dent whilst also destroying his heart. Also possesses superhuman speed, able to easily run at least fifty kilometers per hour on uneven terrain and while holding a child, and his general movements are fast enough that he is able to throw a pair of Black Keys in his hands at 0.3 seconds with great accuracy.

Due to the nature of his body, he is able to interact with embodiments of evil that might otherwise harm a normal human being without consequence.

He is also skilled in a number of different magecraft fields, such as spiritual healing, necromancy, reinforcement, alchemy, divination, summoning, and spiritual evocation.

Other
Really loves mapo tofu.

Name: Argit

Universe From (Series your character comes from. OCs are labeled as OCs):

Gender: Male

Sexual Orientation (Optional): Straight

Species: Unknown

Bio (Short/Long, who gives a shit?): Argit appears in a flashback in Weapon XI: Part 2 where he first meets Kevin Levin when a younger Kevin gives a caged Argit a leaf to eat and tells Argit that he is going back to Earth and save it and intends to take down Ben. Argit was watching secretly and discovers that Kevin was the key to the Rooters and the Amalgam's powers as Kevin and the others drive into Earth. On Earth, Argit is discovered by Kevin and Kevin threatens him to start running. Argit escapes and observes Ben Tennyson, Gwen Tennyson, and Max Tennyson eventually arrive in the Rust Bucket and Ben exits from the Rust Bucket as due to wanting to fight Kevin. Kevin then uses a blaster in order to shoot at Ben, who manages to avoid the shot through running over to a tree stomp and hiding behind it, and Max saves Gwen from Pierce's attacks. Helen takes the ray gun from Max but Gwen trips her up with a spell. Younger Ben transforms into Eye Guy and blasts down Kevin. Eye Guy pins him down wondering since when Kevin uses blasters and Kevin says it's not a good idea to let him get close. Kevin touches the Omnitrix and Argit watches as becomes mutated. Argit becomes afraid and continues watch as Kevin starts to blast at everyone including the Amalgam Kids and says that he is the hero. Ben says that Kevin is going to become insane and Kevin responds through saying that Ben is the problem. Young Ben transforms into XLR8 and starts to speed around but Kevin uses the abilities of a Florauna to trap everyone. Kevin says that everyone else is the problem and prepares to take down everyone by eating a rock (mostly attempting to use Upchuck's ability). Gwen blasts at Kevin trying to snap him out of it but the attacks do nothing. Argit uses his quills to knock Kevin out and Kevin transforms back to normal. As Gwen looks over Kevin, smoke fills the area and Kevin and the Amalgams take Argit and return back into the Null Void. Then, Proctor Servantis wiped out everyone's memories (including Argit's) due to the plan being a failure before setting them loose in the Null Void.

Personality: Argit doesn't care about anyone but himself and money. He is more than willing to betray people even if they trust him, making him a lying backstabber. He will do anything to secure his wealth, safety, power, etc. He is also self-absorbed.

Skills: Expert conman

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff):

Paralyzing Quills
Sleep Inducing Quills
Tonic Immobility
Enhanced Strength
Enhanced Durability
Enhanced Agility

Weaknesses (If anything notable):Being fairly small and only good for his spikes, his own strength and durability is not always be enough against more powerful opponents

wasp__avengers__earth_s_mightiest_heroes__by_edcom02-d9ptto4.png

Name:
Janet van Dyne/The Wasp

Universe From (Series your character comes from. OCs are labeled as OCs):
Marvel (Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes)

Gender:
Female

Sexual Orientation (Optional):
Heterosexual

Species:
Possibly a Mutant
Bio:
Wasp (real name Janet "Jan" van Dyne) is a female superhero and a college student who works with Hank Pym at Greyburn College in New York City.

She is one of the five founding members of the Avengers and the one who gave the group its name.

Little is known about Janet's early life. However, at some point, she had obtained her powers

When Hank Pym was attacked by Klaw and his thugs in Africa, Wasp and the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents arrived to help him. She was glad he was unscathed by the attack, but annoyed by Pym's flippancy regarding several mercenaries left to be saved from attacking ants.

Janet van Dyne became bored of Hank's research on ants when she saw Whirlwind and engages the villain in the streets. She tried to convince the villain to change his ways, but came to no prevail. She was aided by Ant Man, who feared for her safety; however, she was able to convince him otherwise.

She went with Hank to go see Nick Fury in The Big House. She stood by as Nick Fury and Ant Man argued about the status of supervillians and the possible formation of a team to bring them in. Wasp later apologized after Hank refused the offer made by Nick Fury.

Personality:
Wasp is enthusiastic about being an Avenger, and crime fighting in general. She appears shallow and self-absorbed at times, but beneath it all she is a compassionate person who is willing to reach out to others in need, and genuinely cares about others. An opinionated individual, Wasp is not afraid to share what is on her mind and firmly stands up for what she believes. She likes to have fun and hates being bored. She is laid back and light hearted, and finds seriousness stifling. She is also likes to talk smack to her enemies. Despite being an adult, she has shown some very childish behavior, such as when she mimicked Hulk's angry face and stuck her tongue out then turned away.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff):
Janet is also a talented young woman. She is essentially Henry Pym's business partner, and books all of the events and jobs that he attends and is hired to do. She is also an apparently talented fashion designer. Though it may not be a skill, Janet is also a power shopper, using her wealth to buy the clothes she wants.

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff):
Janet van Dyne was given her powers by Henry "Hank" Pym using Pym Particles.

  • Size Reduction: Janet's primary power is the ability to reduce her size and mass. Unlike Ant-Man, this reduction is not achieved via technology and appears to be generated from Janet's body. While small, Janet has been shown to retain her human sized strength, as she was able to lift a SHIELD Agent while flying at a reduced size. Janet has shown that being crushed at a small size is one of her greatest weaknesses.
  • Flight: When she reduces herself in size, Janet grows a pair of yellow insectoid wings that allow her to fly. Her top speed is unknown, but she was able to keep up with an AIM hovervehicle alongside Thor. Wasp often uses her small size and flight capabilities to dodge enemy attacks, or to fly around them while utilizing her "Stings" at a rapid pace.
  • Bio-Electrical "Wasp" Stings: Due to alterations by Ant-Man, Janet is able to harness her own body's bio energy and project it as bright yellow blasts from her hands. These blasts, dubbed her "Stingers", are powerful enough to cause pain to superhuman beings as durable as Skurge the Executioner and are able to blast through most heavy metals as well. They have also shown to be more powerful while she is at full size, and have knocked both Whirlwind and Crimson Dynamo unconscious while at point blank range.
  • Size Addition: Janet also possesses the ability to grow to enormous heights, similar to Giant-Man. Though it was only shown briefly, Janet apparently gains all of the same powers as Giant-Man does while at this height, and was capable of punching Ultron and causing some harm to him before shrinking back to her normal size. Use of this power seems to exhaust Janet, as she rapidly shifted back to her normal size after using it.

Weaknesses:
Janet is only able to fly at her reduced size. Her reduced size also means that she is vulnerable to being crushed and has been rendered unconscious by other attacks due to her size (such as Zemo's gun).

Others:
Wasp relies on her stingers and fast flight to take down foes. She often used her variant of the Space Armor which greatly enhances her stings' effectiveness.

( ... Okay. I'll do Winx Club then xD ). I was going to add either Ryu or Akuma anyways... But I wanted to ask which did you like the most ? Because... I'm having a hard time choosing.

Incredibly nice reference to Street FIghter Crenando Crenando . Excellent. Ryu it is. I'll try to make him more at peace.. Though the core aspect of his character is not knowing when his Darker half will take control.

“You can die quickly if you don't shut up! Now stop wasting your breath. I'm not the sort of floozy to swoon over a cowpile of trite flattery.“

Name: Severa

Universe From: Fire Emblem

Gender: Female

Species: Human

Bio: Severa is the daughter of Cordelia from the future. In her childhood, she grew up in the shadow of her mother's legacy. Despite her best efforts to show any sign of prodigious skill, her attempts were considered inferior to Cordelia's natural abilities. One day, she got into an argument with her mother, questioning if she loved Chrom more than her. Cordelia reassured her by telling her that she fights to protect someone special to her, but Severa still believed that her mother meant Chrom. However, Severa would later regret this final argument, as Cordelia tragically died in the battle following that conversation. She was given her mother's ring as her only memento left of her. Severa joined Lucina and the rest of the children to return to the past and prevent the ruinous future.

Personality: Describing herself as a snarky individual, Severa possesses a barbed tongue that she freely uses to speak in a cold, harsh, and condescending manner to the people she interacts with. Despite her rudeness, she is known to have the tendency to mean the opposite of what she says, a fact that is often not detected by those who are already put off by her initial attitude. However, this exterior exists to protect a much more vulnerable side of herself. When she allows herself to be honest, she comes off as genuine.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff):
  • Expert swordswoman

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff):
  • Armsthrift: Severa’s weapons and equipment don’t seem to wear down, whether through continual use or over time. In-game, the skill Armsthrift has a chance of activating whenever the user must attack or retaliate, allowing their equipment not to degrade from that clash.
  • Patience: Patience is a skill that increases Severa’s accuracy and evasion when an enemy initiates an attack. In-game, it raises both respective stats by 10.
  • Galeforce: Inherited from her mother, Cordelia. In-game, Galeforce allows Severa to take another action if she successfully downs an enemy. These actions do not stack, even if a second enemy is defeated.
  • Rally Spectrum: Inherited from her father, Robin. Rally Spectrum allows Severa to increase the morale of her surrounding allies, increasing their abilities in the process. In-game, Rally Spectrum increases all stats (Attack, Magic, Defense, Resistance, Speed, Skill, and Luck) by 4 for any allies standing within 3 spaces of the user. This takes up an action, meaning that Severa cannot attack or use items if she chooses to use this ability.

Weaknesses (If anything notable):
  • Severa is overly competitive and is known to frequently pick arguments with other characters and strive to be the victor.
  • Severa has a severe inferiority complex, often trying to find any sort of talent or identification to make herself feel superior.

Others (Trivia, Theme music, etc.) (Optional):
  • The biggest shopaholic of the Shepherds.
  • Born on the 21st of January.

"Ready?"
"Tally-ho!"

Name:
Sienna Contiella, nicknamed “Squigly”

Universe:
Skullgirls

Gender:
Female

Sеxual Orientation:
BITСH SHE’S FOURTEEN

Species:
Human/Undead/Parasite Host

Biography:
Squigly is the last “surviving” member of the Contiello family, a long lineage of opera singers and among the Medicis’ most valued clients. Fourteen years ago, Squigly’s mother Selene obtained the Skull Heart, resulting in Lorenzo Medici ordering an attack on the Contiello family. Fraught with despair, Selene became the Skullgirl and revived her family as an undead army. What spared Squigly from becoming a mindless minion was the intervention of the Parasite Leviathan, the Contiello family’s friend and guardian.
The battle between the Skullgirl and Lorenzo threatened to spread across New Meridian if not for Squigly and the intervention of the ASG. With the Skullgirl’s defeat, the power that animated Squigly faded, putting her to rest. Lorenzo generously paid for the Contiellos’ funeral and has not had conflicts with the Medicis’ other clients since.

Fourteen years later, Bloody Marie’s emergence has stirred Squigly from her long slumber…

Personality:
Squigly, for the most part, is a collected and caring individual that upholds a good moral code, and shows this frequently through her caring demeanor and her distaste for violence, unless issued out upon those deserving of justice. She allows one’s actions to display whom they truly are, and is quite outgoing and kind with those that get to know her, valuing trust and friendship over her own needs. However, she does heavily dislike those who manipulate and use whoever would benefit them (see biography). Her Parasite, Leviathan, is shown to be a gentlemanly, orderly individual as well, yet he is deadly to whoever would become Squigly’s foe, and highly protective of Squigly’s wellbeing. The two do get along rather well, however.

Skills:
Squigly is an accomplished singer, possessing a serene and beautiful voice that can help her in combat. Though other than her singing, she really has no other attributes unique to herself as a person, other than her unique synergy with her Parasite, Leviathan.

Powers and Abilities:
Squigly is undead, meaning that if killed, she will likely return if Leviathan is not dispatched as well. While she and Leviathan time their attacks well, the serpentine Parasite dishes out the most damage with ease: Leviathan can strike his foes with his head and tail, bite his targets viciously, extend his tail and use it as a whip, and grab onto his foes before dragging them closer. Additionally, he can generate a form of bright purple energy, which occasionally resembles fire - this energy can be used to form balls of harmful energy, one which is placed in front of Squigly and moves with her, and another which is larger, flies towards the opponent, and moves back. He can also breath this “fire”, if needed. His tail can propel Squigly forwards and backwards as well, and if given time, charge up this energy to make basic attacks more powerful.

Weaknesses:
Even with her ability to cooperate and time her movements with Leviathan, Squigly is, by no means, a capable combatant when on her own: she's more likely to run from a fight than actually engage in combat. Additionally, she is undead, can be burnt to a crisp and probably smited by holy means, and relies entirely upon Leviathan to keep herself alive. She possesses no superhuman feats, and can be knocked out or killed as easily as any other human being.

Trivia:
Twenty-eight years old, though physically… fourteen.
Her favored animals are birds and snakes, while she enjoys bubble baths, things related to music, family and traditions, gardening, the smell of incense… and not being dead.
She isn’t a fan of dishonesty, rudeness, thunderstorms, not taking karaoke, and being dead.
She is 5’3” and weighs 118 pounds.

When peace talks broke down on the planet, Johnson would then help to evacuate 95% of the planet's population.

After, Johnson would continue to serve in the UNSC, and fight across both Halo rings encountered by the UNSC and the Covenant, the Flood, and would not only witness the beginning of the covenant war, but also its end with the death of the Prophet of Truth. Johnson then went with Master Chief Petty Officer John-117, Thel 'Vadum, and Cortana onto the replacement Halo built after the very first Halo encountered was lost. There, they would activate the ring before it could properly fire, destroying it and the flood. However, in the process, Johnson was shot by 343 Guilty Spark and was left behind.

Personality: Eccentric, with a habit of nicknaming objects and people alike. Johnson would often give speeches or joke in response to enemy or friendly conversations, and was quite the smartass. Unlike most others, Johnson does not discriminate based on any circumstance and has respect for any ally of any creed, color, or species. Of his allies, Johnson is deeply protective and willing to give his life, and is even more willing to put his opponents through hell on any occasion.

Weapons/Gear:
-MA5C
32-round variant of the Assault Rifle that is much more accurate and reliable at the cost of less firepower.

-M6G
Small self-defense pistol with a much faster rate of fire.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff):
-Master Soldier: Johnson is an accomplished veteran of a war on the Insurrection and the Human-Covenant War, and has extensive skill across all aspects of combat from CQC to Sniping, and even has some proficiency in piloting vehicles.
-Charisma: Johnson is rather skilled at boosting morale in those he fights with, often giving speeches before a protracted battle.

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff):
-Augmentations: Johnson has numerals physical and mental augmentations to improve strength, speed, endurance, reflexes, and awareness. These augmentations also allow for the user to learn and retain information as a markedly more rapid rate.
-Boren's Syndrome: While technically, this is supposed to be the result of a radiation dose that should kill, this is infact a result of Johnson's augmentations within ORION. This Syndrome is marked by a 'scrambling' of the nervous system that while providing no ill effects to the victim, allows for an immunity to mental attack like the flood's ability to wipe memories in those they infect and would also feasibly prevent mind control or reading.

Weaknesses (If anything notable):
-Johnson has a severe case of PTSD relating to his last mission within the ORION program, where he failed to stop a bombing that killed 70 civillians and a platoon of marines.

Others (Trivia, Theme music, etc.) (Optional):
Johnson has a preference for Sweet William cigars, and smokes them regularly. He has also had numerous affairs and is quite the accomplished ladies man.

Name: Ragna the Bloodedge

Universe From: BlazBlue [Calamity Trigger]

Gender: Male

Sexual Orientation: Arguably “no” given certain joke scenes but hetero I guess.

Species: Human

Bio: He was raised by a cat and his life sucks. But no, uh, he and his siblings, Jin and Saya, were raised in a church. At some point, Jin went nuts, Ragna got his right arm cut off, and Saya got abducted. Also their home got burned down and their caretaker killed. Like how you do. Afterwards, Ragna was taken in by a talking, bipedal cat and taught various things. He eventually took up destroying NOL (essentially the world government) facilities and became a wanted criminal.

Personality: Ragna’s very short-tempered and sarcastic, but still has the capacity to care about certain other people. Further, he’s absolutely not the sharpest tool in the shed, and tends to frequently use harsh language.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff): Decent martial artist of no particular style, good survivability (despite having a low HP pool, he frequently gets the tar knocked out of him and survives)

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff): Has the Azure Grimoire (a sort of magical weapon) replacing his right arm. Allows him to use magic but also runs on human souls. Y’know. No big deal. In game, this is represented as gaining health by landing special moves.

Weaknesses (If anything notable): Really stupid. Like good lord, he’s dumb.

Others (Trivia, Theme music, etc.): Scared of ghosts and calls his attacks like a huge weeb.

'Quote' (optional): "An emissary from Hell! Spider-Man!"

Name: Takuya Yamashiro

Universe From: Toei's Tokusatsu Universe

Gender: Male

Sexual Orientation (Optional): Heterosexual

Species: Human mutate

Bio (Short/Long, who gives a shit?): Motorcyclist, Takuya Yamashiro's father was killed by The Iron Cross Army. In his thirst for vengeance, he gained powers from and went under the tutelage of Garia of the Planet Spider. He too soon passed. He kept this hidden from his siblings, fighting tyranny in secret. On some occasions, he teamed up Kamen Rider V3, Kamen Rider Stronger, Battle Fever J, Ultraman Jonias, and a mysterious blue robotic cat.
After defeating the Iron Cross army, Spider-Man participated in a large event where he fought with a legion of Spider-Men across the multiverse against a shitty vampire called Morlun.

He disappeared from Japan for 40 years.

Personality: Yamashiro is a man of his era, with a strong sense of justice and a collection of dramatic quotes upon appearing. He acts weak in his civilian form to throw people off his tracks.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff):
  • Indomitable will
  • Professional motorcyclist
  • Mecha pilot
  • Martial artist
  • Mechanic

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff):
  • Wall-Crawling
  • Superhuman Strength, Stamina, Durability, Agility, Equilibrium and Reflexes
  • Spider-Sense
Equipment:
  • Spider Bracelet: The source of all of his tech-based abilities
    • Spider Protector: The name of the costume, stored inside the Spider Bracelet. It wraps around the user's body upon leaving the Spider Bracelet.
    • Spider-Strings/Spider-Net: Pretty self-explanitory, they certainly look more ropey than the ones from the other universes.
  • Spider Machine GP-7: A flying car tricked out with weapons like machine guns and missile launchers.
  • The Marveller: A functional space-craft used by the residents of Planet Spider. It stores their greatest weapon, Leopardon, as well as housing cannons called the Fire Thunder.
  • Leopardon: A giant robot, used for fighting giant monsters. Occasionally equipped with nuclear generators to fight foes weak to such attacks.

Weaknesses (If anything notable):
Like his mainline counterpart, this Spider-Man is a lot fleshier than his contemporaries. Comparing him to a modern Kamen Rider is like comparing Peter to a particularly powerful mutant in 616.

"Shiver me whiskers!"

Name: Kwazii, Lieutenant Kwazii
Universe From: Octonauts!
Gender: Male
Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual?
Species: Feline

Bio: Some kind of... anthropomorphized cat? Look, man, the show doesn't really go into detail on anyone's backstories. It's just kind of a kid's show, ya'know? About fish and the ocean and stuff? The theme song is pretty catchy though, and the characters are all super well-defined and lively. You should watch it some time.

Personality: Kwazii is a something of a daredevil, always on the hunt for some treasure or other, and he always loves to zoom around in the GUP-B. He seldom considers potential harm to others - or even to himself - before attempting tasks, and has gotten into considerable trouble more than once before due to this behavior.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff): Kwazii is a highly athletic individual, capable of backflipping or somersaulting with ease. He is a ferocious warrior in hand-to-hand combat, and extremely deadly thanks to his feline claws.

Powers/Abilities:
Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.

Weaknesses (If anything notable):
He believes in many sea monsters such as the "Nackerwhack", and the "Tri-Toothed-Terror", and is deeply terrified of them. This means that creepy places, and dark ones as well, are frightening to the Lieutenant.

"I, Giorno Giovanna, have a dream that I know is just."

Name: Giorno Giovanna

Universe From (Series your character comes from. OCs are labeled as OCs): JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 5: Vento Aureo/Golden Wind

Gender: Male

Sexual Orientation (Optional): Gay? Bisexual? No one knows.

Species: Human

Bio (Short/Long, who gives a shit?):
The illegitimate son of one immortal vampire known as DIO (Brando) and an unnamed woman, Giorno Giovanna wasn't born into the best life. His mother was always out drinking in bars, while his step-father frequently abused him due to a habit Giorno developed of trying to read people, which itself was born from the abuse he received, creating an endless cycle.
However, this cycle would soon be broken as one day, Giorno encountered an injured man laying unconscious in the grass by the street. Moments later, a group of armed men approached Giovanna, asking if he had seen the same injured man, to which he responded by lying to and misleading them, subconsciously awakening his Stand, Gold Experience to hide the unconscious man in the blades of grass. While he was unsure of why he did so, this decision would only bring him good in the future. Two months later, he met that same man, who said he'd never forget what was done for him. When Giorno returned home, he found that his father, for some reason, stopped abusing him, and he became popular at school for no apparent reason. He discovered that this was the work of the man he saved, who was actually a member of the Italian mafia and was watching over him from the shadows. To Giorno, this was the first time someone else had treated him like a human being and showed him respect. The trust that Giorno should have learned from his father was instead taught to him by others, and ever since then something that could be described as a "cool breeze" blew inside his heart, marking his change from a cold and antisocial individual to a charming and righteous one. He subsequently forged a dream to make the corrupt Italian mafia just like the man who had helped him.
Years later, Giorno found himself in an unfortunate scenario. When a man known as Leaky-eyed Luca approached him demanding protection money, claiming that he is a part of Passione, the most powerful gang in Naples. Giorno refuses, stating that he has no cash whatsoever, to which Luca becomes increasingly violent, attacking Giorno with a shovel. Backed into a corner, Giovanna was forced to kill the gangster with Gold Experience's ability. This soon led him to be investigated by another Passione member known as Bruno Bucciarati, who soon discovers that Giorno was Luca's killer and reveals his Stand ability, Sticky Fingers, a Stand capable of creating zippers on people and surfaces and "unzipping them", whether it be to kill them or enter them. After defeating Bruno, Giorno saw that the gangster hesitated to attack him in their final showdown as he noticed that a young teenager who was accidentally involved in the battle had wounds from drug injections on his arm. The two agree to team up and end Passione's drug trade by having Giorno join Bucciarati's gang and infiltrate the mafia to dethrone the Boss, an enigmatic figure who runs the organization and wields the powerful Stand, King Crimson.

Personality: Being the son of a Joestar and a Brando simultaneously, Giorno's heritage is a mixed bag, and that resonates deeply within his personality. While he poses a kind and gentle facade strikingly reminiscent of his uncle (technically biological father?) Jonathan Joestar, he typically exploits this to get on the good side of strangers and steal from them. Despite this, he refuses to physically attack anyone who doesn't outright attack him first. However, to his close friends, Giorno treats them with the utmost respect, not retaliating or defending himself if they insult or mock him. He believes in proving his intentions through actions, not words, though he can be very persuasive and charismatic (much like his father) if need be.
Speaking of his father, Giorno's Brando heritage shines most in the thick of combat. Bearing DIO's cunning and ruthlessness, Giorno practically never spares his opponents unless he views them as worthy of it. He often puts critical thinking ahead of his emotions, rarely, if ever, breaking his stoic character. Instead, all his fury is focused into his Stand, which releases a valiant cry of "MUDAMUDAMUDA!" ("Useless" in Japanese) when attacking, a trait derived from his father's Stand The World. When truly enraged, Giorno's beatdowns can last to upwards of a minute.
latest

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff): Expert pick-pocketing skills, incredible agility.

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff): Giorno possesses an innate supernatural ability called a Stand, a powerful entity that is the physical manifestation of one's fighting spirit. Giorno's Stand in particular is called Gold Experience (named after the Prince album of the same name), and has its own unique set of abilities. Like most other Stands, ordinary rules apply: only a Stand user can see a Stand, only a Stand can physically interact with another Stand, but a Stand can freely interact with the environment or ordinary creatures (similar to a ghost), and any damage taken by the Stand transfers over to the user.

Gold Experience's Stats:
Destructive Power: C
Speed: A
Range (The distance it can travel from its user): E (2 meters)
Durability: D
Precision: C
Developmental Potential: A

goldexp.png
1. Life-Giver: Gold Experience has the power to transform any inanimate object its fists hit into any organic life, ranging from animals, insects, plants, even human body parts (which he commonly uses to heal others, or himself).
2. Life-Sensor: Gold Experience also grants Giorno the ability to sense life energy. When he touches someone or something, he can sense other lifeforms from within, allowing him to check if someone is alive or even determine how many souls there may be inside an individual. He can also track people by giving life to an object and planting it on them.
3. Life-Shot: Gold Experience's ability can also be applied to living creatures, causing their thought processes to greatly accelerate. When an individual is hit by one of Gold Experience's punches, their consciousness accelerates to such a point that they perceive everything else to move slowly. However, their body does not follow the surge of speed and can hardly move. While it heightens the senses of its victims as well, it also means that the then-defenseless body will feel a much more acute and intense pain over a much longer period of time when injury is taken, usually from Gold Experience's own punches.

Weaknesses (If anything notable): While Giorno himself has no discernible weaknesses, his Stand very much does. Gold Experience has incredibly poor stats, having the strength of an average human male (which is fortunately made up for with its insane speed). Its durability feats are all the less impressive, if not practically non-existent as it was easily dismembered and destroyed by Diavolo (The Boss)'s King Crimson. Thus, Giorno relies primarily on the utility and creative potential of his Stand's abilities, using physical attacks only if he believes he can quickly dispatch the enemy or weaken their defenses.

Others (Trivia, Theme music, etc.) (Optional):
(Giorno's theme from the anime hasn't been officially released yet, but someone made a cover of it already, so I'll use that)

As you can see, we've had our eye on you for some time now, Mr. Anderson. It seems that you've been living two lives. In one life, you're Thomas A. Anderson, program writer for a respectable software company. You have a Social Security number, you pay your taxes, and... you help your landlady carry out the garbage. The other life is lived in computers, where you go by the hacker alias Neo, and are guilty of virtually every computer crime we have a law for. One of these lives has a future, and one of them does not. I'm going to be as forthcoming as I can be, Mr. Anderson. You're here because we need your help. We know that you've been contacted by a certain individual: A man who calls himself Morpheus. Now, whatever you think you know about this man is irrelevant. He is considered by many authorities to be the most dangerous man alive. My colleagues believe that I'm wasting my time with you, but I believe you wish to do the right thing. We're willing to wipe the slate clean. Give you a fresh start. And all that we're asking in return is your cooperation in bringing a known terrorist to justice.

Name: Agent Smith

Universe From: The Matrix

Gender: None.

Sexual Orientation: None.

Species: Sentient AI Program.

Bio:

In the first film, Smith is one of the three Agents sent to deal with Morpheus. After Neo is successfully removed from the Matrix, Smith arranges Morpheus' capture by bribing Cypher, a disillusioned member of Morpheus' crew, with reintegration into The Matrix. When Neo manages to free Morpheus, Smith and his fellow Agents engage in a lengthy cross-town chase. He and Neo fight, with Smith dominating most of the fight. Shortly after Neo escapes the fight, Smith guns him down. Neo revives, realizes his power as the One, and enters Smith, to destroy him from within.

As a result of his contact with Neo from the first film, Smith is "unplugged" in the second film, no longer an Agent of the system but a "free man". This is signified by the lack of an earpiece, which he sends to Neo in an envelope as a message early in the film. His appearance has changed in the second film as well; his sunglasses now have an angular shape different from the Agents' oblong lenses, approximating the shape of the ones Neo wears. His suit color, as opposed to the greenish tint from the first film, is now jet black. He still possesses the abilities of an Agent, but instead of being able to jump from one human to another, he is able to copy himself over any human or program in the Matrix through direct contact; this includes humans wired into the Matrix, non-Agent programs with human forms, redpills, and other Agents. Smith retains the memories and abilities, if any, of the one over which he copies himself. This ability is much like how a virus replicates, creating an ironic contrast with the first film, where Smith likens humanity to a virus.

He makes the claim that Neo has set him free. However, he believes there is an unseen purpose that still binds him to Neo. He tries to copy his programming onto Neo, but when this fails, he and dozens of his clones attack him, forcing Neo to flee. Later, he and his clones try to stop Neo from reaching the machine mainframe, without success.

Smith copies himself onto Bane, a crew member of the Zion hovercraft Caduceus. While waiting to leave the Matrix with a message from The Oracle, Bane is attacked and overwritten by Smith, who then takes control of his body in the real world. Smith tests his control over the body by making Bane cut his own arm, in preparation for an assassination attempt on Neo that he quickly abandons. He later sabotages the Zion fleet's defense of the city by triggering one ship's electromagnetic pulse weapon too early, knocking out the other ships and allowing the Sentinels to overrun them.

By the start of the third film, Smith has managed to copy himself over nearly every humanoid in the Matrix, giving him complete control over the "Core Network" (the underlying foundation of the inner workings of the Matrix), thus rendering him immutable by even the Machines themselves. The Oracle explains to Neo that he and Smith have become equal in power and that Smith is Neo's negative, a result of the Matrix's equation trying to balance itself. She tells Neo that Smith will destroy both the Matrix and the real world unless he is stopped. Smith soon assimilates the Oracle, gaining her power of foresight, or omniscience, and later manifests reality-bending powers equivalent to Neo's, such as the ability to fly. Meanwhile, in the real world, Bane (now under Smith's control) stows away on a ship being used by Neo and Trinity and tries to kill them both. Neo is blinded in the fight, but discovers that he can now sense Smith's essence acutely enough to land a blow that kills Bane.

Near the climax of the film, Neo offers a deal with the Machines to get rid of Smith in exchange for Zion's safety, warning them that Smith is beyond their control and will eventually spread to the machine city, which will result in destruction of both mankind and machines. Knowing that Neo is right, the Machines agree to his terms and command all Sentinels attacking Zion to stand down and wait for orders. They later give Neo a connection to enter the Matrix to stop Smith on their behalf. Although the Matrix is now populated exclusively by Smith and his clones, the Smith that has obtained the Oracle's powers battles Neo alone; as he explains, he has foreseen his victory, and has no need for the help of his copies. The two are almost evenly matched as the fight begins, though Neo's combat abilities seem arguably superior to that of Smith, the latter attacking more out of brute force, rather than the technical skill he displayed in the first film. This lasts, until Neo is able to punch Smith strongly enough to slam him into the street at least 20 ft away. As the fight continues, however, it becomes clear that Neo cannot win with his finite stamina against the tireless Smith, who begins to dominate Neo in the fight; by the end of the fight, he is able to brutally beat Neo into near defeat. In the midst of this battle, Smith explains to Neo his final nihilistic revelation: "It was your life that taught me the purpose of all life. The purpose of life is to end."

When Neo is near defeat, Smith demands to know why he continues to fight despite knowing he cannot win. Neo calmly responds, "Because I choose to" and is savagely pummeled by the enraged Smith as a result. Suddenly recognizing the scene from his prophecy, Smith is compelled to deliver the line he said in it: "I say.... Everything that has a beginning has an end, Neo." His own words confuse and frighten him, and Neo realizes that he cannot overpower Smith and allows himself to be assimilated. Because Agent Smith has deleted the anomaly (Neo) he no longer has a purpose and must also be deleted. Smith is now directly connected to the Source, the machines are able to destroy all copies of his programming and reboot the Matrix without errors. The process kills Neo, whose body is carried away by the machines, and an uncertain peace is established between Zion and the machine world.

Personality:

From the start it is evident that Agent Smith is significantly stronger, smarter, and more individualistic than other Agents. While other agents rarely act without consulting each other via their earpieces, to the point where they often finish each other's sentences, Smith is usually the one giving orders or using his earpiece to gather information for his own ends. Smith also appears to be the leader of other Agents in the first film, as he has the authority to launch Sentinel attacks in the real world. As with other Agents, Smith generally approaches problems through a pragmaticpoint of view but, if necessary, will also act with brute force and apparent rage, especially when provoked by Neo.

The earpieces represent some form of control mechanism by the machines. It is notable that when he is interrogating Morpheus, he sends the other agents from the room, then removes his earpiece, releasing himself from the link to the machines before expressing his opinion of humanity. Early in the second film, Smith's earpiece is sent to Neo in an envelope as a message from Smith, representing Smith's newfound freedom.

Agent Smith complains to Morpheus that the Matrix and its inhabitants smell disgusting, "if there is such a thing [as smell]". Smith has an open hatred of humans and their weakness of the flesh. He compares humanity to a virus, a disease organism that would replicate uncontrollably and eventually destroy their environment were it not for the machine intelligences keeping them in check. Ironically, Smith eventually becomes a computer virus, multiplying until he has overrun the entire Matrix.

At the same time, Smith develops an animosity towards the Matrix itself, feeling that he is as much a prisoner of it as the humans he is tasked with controlling. He later develops an immense and increasingly open desire for the destruction of both mankind and machines.

He was also shown to be a nihilist, which eventually culminates in his statement that the purpose of life is to end, and crediting Neo's life for his determining this. During his final showdown with Neo, Smith angrily dismisses causes such as freedom, truth, peace, and love as simply human attempts to justify a meaningless and purposeless existence, and is completely unable to comprehend why Neo continues to fight him despite the knowledge that he cannot win.

The Wachowskis have commented that Smith's gradual humanization throughout The Matrix is a process intended to mirror and balance Neo's own increasing power and understanding of the machine world.

A writer at The Guardian commented that Smith seems to enjoy his job too much.

"Here's your warning; We'll be taking your treasure!"

Name:
Kairi Yano

Universe From (Series your character comes from. OCs are labeled as OCs):
Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger VS. Keisatsu Sentai Patranger.

Gender:
Male

Species:
Human

Bio (Short/Long, who gives a shit?):
When Kairi was a child, his parents died and he was raised primarily by his older brother Shori Yano. However when he was 18, he lost his brother to Zamigo Delma. Provided with a
Changer by Kogure, butler to the descendant of the legendary thief Arsène Lupin, Kairi was promised that, by becoming one of the Lupinrangers and reclaiming the Lupin Collection, he would be able to grant his wish and bring back who he had lost. Becoming Lupin Red, Kairi joined Blue and Yellow, Tooma Yoimachi and Umika Hayami, with whom he made the promise to claim their wish.
Personality:

Kairi's known to be a level-headed person who is devoted to reclaiming the Lupin collection, albeit he usually slacks off during his work in Bistro Jurer. Kairi takes his Phantom Thief job seriously. He's able to think outside the box as he able to 'use' the Patrangers for helping Lupinrangers course of actions and possesses good leadership skills.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff):
Gymnastics - Like every Sentai known to man, Kairi has an adept knowledge of the elegant art of running and jumping on walls.
Swordsmanship - Though basic, he can still wield a bladed object just fine.
Marksmanship - Does it take a genius to fire a gun? No. Does it take a genius to spin the gun while firing it to have a spread effect? Yes.

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff):
Transformation - With the usage of the VS Changer and the Red Dial Flier, he can don the spandex-like armor of LupinRed which allows him to use other VS Vehicles. Using a VS vehicle while in this form will result in a Kaitou boost resulting in an extra armor or a stronger attack

Utilizing a VS Vehicle on the VS Changer(On a Dial Flier, twisting the dial while on the trigger machine pulling thr trigger) will allow the vehicle to grow larger to a rideable state.

Utilizing the Good Striker VS Machine if not for a Kaitou Gattime will allow it's user to clone themselves into three.

Weaknesses (If anything notable):

As a human, he could stripped off his armor and be reverted back into hus civilian form which usually happens when a great deal of damage has been dealt to it's user.
