"I'm not gonna be your worthless punching bag Deku forever... Kacchan. I'm... I'm the Deku who always does his best!"

Name:
Izuku Midoriya
Deku

Universe From:
Boku No Hero Academia

Gender:
Male

Sexual Orientation:
Heterosexual

Species:
Human Mutate

Bio:
Seriously, who gives a shit?
Born with no power, young Izuku Midoriya looked up to the number one hero, All Might. Later in his life, he met his hero and the hero actually revealed that his power could be passed on. Guess what happened.

Personality:
Izuku is a very timid, helpful and polite boy, frequently overreacting to abnormal situations with exaggerated expressions. Due to being bullied since childhood for being born without a Quirk, he is initially portrayed as insecure, being more reserved and not self-expressive, especially in front of Katsuki Bakugo, who constantly subdued him for his aspirations to be a hero. However, after being accepted into U.A. High School, making new friends and facing Katsuki during the Battle Trial Arc, he has gradually turned into a more confident and brave person, to the point of developing some leadership skills.

Izuku is also very diligent and strong-willed. His dream of becoming a Hero drove him to develop a habit of writing down notes about everything he knows in regards to their Quirks. Because of this practice, Izuku has developed a great analytical mind and is easily able to form complex battle plans in a matter of seconds, taking advantage of his allies' and enemies’ Quirks to put them in motion. Izuku externalizes his observations through endless mumbling, a habit which annoys or scares his peers. Izuku often writes down his observations in a notebook he refers to as Hero Analysis for the Future.

Izuku is a caring person, and will never hesitate to rescue someone in danger, even if he knows that he is not strong enough to do it. Often, he does this on a whim, taking a more careless approach than the usual overthinking he goes through. Izuku has also shown to be selfless enough to try to help people with personal, emotional problems, even if it does not concern him, claiming that a Hero is someone that meddles on the lives of other people. Izuku's heroic spirit is recognized by many, having earned the loyalty and gratitude of characters that were previously antagonistic to him such as Tenya Iida, Shoto Todoroki, and Kota Izumi.

Of all Heroes, the Symbol of Peace All Might is the one that has had the most impact in his life, with the formerly Number One Hero having shaped most of the goals and beliefs that Izuku follows since childhood. Many of Izuku's decisions and actions are inspired by his desire to become a Hero similar to All Might, and thus he has a great devotion for him, to the point of collecting several pieces of various Merchandise related to the Hero and emulating several of his traits. Having inherited his Quirk, one of Izuku's current priorities is to be able to live up to his idol's legacy, as he is always looking for ways to improve his usage of One For All, being aware of the immense pressure that is succeeding the greatest Hero of all time.

Izuku appears to have a more brash and abrasive side to him that mostly shows up when he finds himself in combat. This side of him makes him act more like Katsuki, being rather loud and unwavering, and also with a strong drive towards victory. He claims that this is because he sees Katsuki as the embodiment of what someone who strives for victory should be. He also has admitted that he doesn't like this side of him very much, and tends to keep it in check.

Skills:
Overall Abilities: When not using his Quirk, Izuku relies on hand to hand combat and has decent prowess and physical parameters above that of an ordinary student. Due to his training with All Might, Izuku was able to strengthen his body to make it more suitable to contain One For All. This was first seen when he not only managed to counter but slam Katsuki Bakugo in their mock battle in training. However, he has better improved his physical capabilities through his training with Gran Torino, enough to provide valuable assistance during the battle against Stain. During his second battle with Katsuki, Izuku was able to hold his own against Katsuki and was slightly able to fight back. Even though he was still outmatched in strength and speed; Izuku was also able to injure Katsuki, which shows a drastic improvement in Izuku's abilities as in his first battle with Katsuki he was not able to inflict any serious damage at all. His time at U.A. has also allowed him to develop his own signature Shoot Style, allowing him to hold his own against Villains with many more years of combat experience than him. By the time of the Cultural Festival, Izuku's skills have increased to the point where now he was able to defeat the Villain Gentle who was powered up by La Brava's Quirk and emerge from the fight with only moderate damage.

Keen Intellect: Izuku has proven to be exceptionally intelligent on many occasions, displaying both keen observation and analysis as well as adept intuition and resourcefulness. It is usually his intelligence that has helped him more than his Quirk. Izuku is able to formulate strategies that takes advantage of the situation and uses his knowledge to creatively utilize the Quirks of other people to their full potential, such as working together with Tsuyu and Minoru to escape the villains at the flood zone in the USJ. Izuku also has extensive knowledge on Pro Heroes, his classmates and their Quirks, as well as he wrote them down in great detail in a notebook called Hero Analysis for the Future. Izuku's intelligence has allowed him to figure out One For All's mechanisms, allowing him to utilize the Quirk more efficiently in a short span of time. Gran Torino even compliments Izuku's intelligence, saying that Izuku is the type of person who thinks before he acts. Izuku's intelligence is so vast that it allowed him to rank fourth in the academic exams, which showed that all of his training doesn't hinder his studies.

High Pain Tolerance: Izuku has shown in many occasions that he is able to handle and bear with a lot of pain, such times are mostly because of the repercussion of over-using his Quirk. However, he can still manage to move his body despite feeling excruciating pain, which was seen in his fights with Muscular and Katsuki.

Powers/Abilities:
One For All: Given to him from Toshinori Yagi, Izuku's Quirk gives him access to stockpiled power, granting him superhuman strength and greatly enhanced agility and mobility by spreading his power through his body. Though he has yet to demonstrate superhuman speed, immense reflexes, and durability on the level of All Might, Izuku has shown to be able to properly control a small percentage of One For All's power, using it to enhance his strength, speed, and agility. If Izuku does not keep One For All below his current limit of 20%, his body can be immensely damaged by the force of his movements. Izuku has also displayed a type of mental connection to the previous users of One For All.

Name: Commander Shepard

Universe From: Mass Effect

Gender: Female

Sexual Orientation: Bisexual

Species: Huamn

Bio: Both of Shepard's parents were in the Alliance military. Her childhood was spent on ships and stations as they transferred from posting to posting, never staying in one location for more than a few years. Following in her parents' footsteps, she enlisted at the age of eighteen.

Early in Shepard's military career she found herself facing an overwhelming enemy force. She risked her own life to save he fellow soldiers and defeat the enemy despite the impossible odds. Her bravery and heroism has earned her medals and recognition from the Alliance fleet. Shepard almost single-handedly repelled an attack by batarian slavers on Elysium.

A routine mission to recover a Prothean beacon on Eden Prime went awry when the Commander was attacked by geth forces led by a rogue turian Spector named Saren Arterius, who are also after the beacon. When the Commander located the beacon it activated, imparting strange visions of synthetics slaughtering organics in Shepard's mind before becoming inactive. It turns out that Saren is trying to find the Conduit, a mysterious device that would lead to the return of the Reapera, an ancient machine race believed to be behind the Protheans' demise. Shepard becomes the first human Spectre and was given command of the Normandy with orders to hunt down Saren. It was no longer just about bringing one man to justice, but also to save a galaxy from extinction.

After the attack on the Citadel, the Alliance sent Shepard to root out any remaining geth resistance. The Normandy was sent into a sector where three ships were reported to have gone missing in the space of one month. After four days of fruitlessly searching for signs of geth activity, the Normandy was attacked by an unidentified ship, ripping it apart.

As the rest of the crew abandoned ship, Shepard went to rescue Joker, who refused the initial evacuation order believing he could still save the ship. Unfortunately, a blast separated them just as Shepard managed to get Joker into an escape pod. The Commander's hardsuit was damaged by explosions and Shepard was flung into space, barely surviving the Normandy's destruction. However, the suit's pressure seals were compromised, and it is apparent that the Commander suffocated to death, coupled with the possibility of the hardsuit burning up on reentry to the planet below.

Due to his comprehensive knowledge of galactic events, the Shadow Broker sent Feron, a drell in his service, to obtain Shepard's body. At the same time, Liara T'Soni, who has been looking for Shepard since the attack, is recruited by Cerberus to recover the Commander's body. Feron had originally planned to return the body to the Shadow Broker, until he hears of the Broker's deal with the Collectors. At that point, he defects to Cerberus. Once the Commander's body is retrieved by the duo, they decide to give it to the pro-human organisation Cerberus, rather than turning it over to the Collectors.

In an effort undertaken by Cerberus called the Lazarus, Shepard is rebuilt and revived, organically and synthetically. Two years later, Shepard awakens in the lab of a Cerberus space station, which is under attack. As Shepard moves through the station, the Commander begins to learn about Project Lazarus and the effort taken to bring Shepard back—with many data caches citing the immense expense of the project and that despite their efforts to make the Commander exactly as before, Shepard may have been inadvertently altered in some way. Shepard has also been referred to as "asleep" for some time by the Illusive Man, leader of Cerberus.

Six months after the successful assault on the Collecror ship through the Omega-3 Relay, the Reapers launches an assault on Earth, having found an alternate means of entering the galaxy. Shepard and David Anderson escaped to the Alliance-refitted Normandy SR-2 where Anderson recommissions and charges Shepard with finding help while he stays behind to lead the resistance.

As the Normandy lifted off, Shepard spotted a young boy who previously refused help, climb into a departing shuttle, only for it to be shot down by a Reaper Destroyer. Shepard continued to have recurring dreams of the child, seeing him becoming consumed by flames before the Commander can reach him. In one such dream, Shepard sees the boy run up to another version of herself, before both of them are consumed by the fire.

Shepard then began trying to recruit the different races of the galaxy, both to fight the Reapers, and build a super weapon known simply as the Crucible, the schematics for which were discovered by Dr. Liara T'Soni in the Prothean Archives on Mars. Unfortunately, the Illusive Man seeks to oppose the Commander's efforts while trying to find a way to control the Reapers.

Personality: Shepard is a paragon of humanity, taking on any challenge for the sake of the galaxy. She is militaristic and takes charge whenever necessarry. She will sacrifice herself for others, and has become a symbol of hope for the galaxy.

Name: Toshinori Yagi

Alias: All Might

Universe From (Series your character comes from. OCs are labeled as OCs): My Hero Academia

Gender: Male

Sexual Orientation (Optional): No clue, but I'm guessing heterosexual

Species: Human (with a Quirk)

Bio (Short/Long, who gives a shit?): Born as a Quirkless individual, Toshinori Yagi always had a strong sense of justice and an idea to become a hero, one that would bring peace to the entire world by helping to eliminate crime and allow people to live with a sense of peace and prosperity. In doing so, he attracted the attention of the hero Shimura Nana, the current holder of One For All, a Quirk that stockpiled power and was transferrable through the generations. She took young Toshinori under her wing and began training up, eventually passing the torch of One For All to him. Once this was done, he began attending U.A high, the prestigious school for up and coming heroes in training. While there, he received practical training from the hero Gran Torino, causing Toshinori to develop a fear of the hero due to his harsh methods. During this period, the hero Shimura Nana was killed by the villain All For One, whose Quirk of the same name gave him the ability to steal other individual's Quirks, as well as combine them to use for himself. This drew the ire of Toshinori, as the holder of One For All was always destined to fight All For One and their villainous cadre. Soon after becoming a pro hero, Toshinori took the name All Might and adopted an American style, using his immense power to single-handedly instill great amounts of fear into villains all over the country of Japan. Soon enough, he happened upon his first battle with All For One, which he came out of victorious, yet at a cost. All For One wounded All Might in the gut, dealing permanent damage and causing All Might to begin losing power. Whilest out on patrol one day, he encountered a youth by the name of Midoriya Izuku, and was moved by his heroic spirit. He took the young lad under his wing and began his physical training to inherit One For All. When that time came, he passed on his power to Izuku, warning him never to use above 5% of its power or he could grievously wound himself. All Might watched Young Midoriya grow as a hero and a student at U.A, as Toshinori had become a teacher there. When villains attacked the students while on a training exercise, All Might defeated each villain and absolutely wrecked a being genetically designed to handle him at 100% power by exceeding his own limits. Fast forward to a rescue op to retrieve a U.A. student kidnapped by the League of Villains, All Might once again encountered All For One. This time, his power was dwindling, yet he summoned the last of his strength to finally defeat All For One, but at the cost of the remaining power of his All For One Quirk (this will not be included in the rp, just thought the entire story would help).

Personality: All Might's hero persona appears to be derived from western superhero stereotypes. His personality is very colorful and tends to have a lot of dramatic flair. Always sporting a giant smile, All Might usually show off a bright, borderline obnoxious, can-do attitude to inspire others. He tends to be extremely friendly and amicable, due to his popularity and years in the spotlight. However, when he reverts to his sick and scrawny form, he tends to be less energetic. He loses the need to hide his worries about the state of affairs around him behind his smile. Additionally, he avoids drawing attention to himself altogether, afraid that others might learn of his current state of health.

Two personality traits always persist in All Might whether he is in his muscle form or true form: his optimism and his oafishness. He has always had faith and hopes that someone would come along, worthy enough to bear One For All. Enough so, that he was willing to pass the power onto Izuku Midoriya soon after meeting the young man. All Might admitted that he had started losing faith in his ability to protect the world until Izuku's heroism taught him that something can always be done to fight injustice.

Izuku has compared All Might's personality to their mentor Gran Torino. Both apparently have two sides and are often playing dumb. All Might is actually more intelligent than his image would suggest, but he is still sometimes outsmarted by his students. He struggles as both a teacher of Class 1-A and mentor to Izuku. He has to use a script while teaching his class and often fails to help Izuku improve his mastery over One For All. His fellow teacher, Shota Aizawa calls him an idiot on occasion and Gran Torino says that all his strength and fame has not translated well into teaching others.

While All Might is seen smiling, laughing, and cheerful most of the time, he is extremely protective of his students and his rage will show if they're in danger. He was willing to use his Quirk beyond his time limit in order to save his students from the League of Villains. In spite of his anger, he made sure his students felt safe by showcasing his trademark smile before the fight.

All Might has a fatherly attitude towards his students (Izuku in particular) and takes pride in helping better his students as heroes. He is quick to give encouraging advice to them and often says he is proud of their improvements. On several occasions, All Might has tried to help mend Katsuki's pride and his relationship with Izuku. All Might was not afraid of pushing Izuku and Katsuki during their final exams and pulled no punches because he knew he needed to do his best to teach them both a lesson. He even used a villainous persona during their battle to get his point across, which both Izuku and Katsuki described as very intimidating.[3] He also has a habit of adding "young" (少年Shonen?) to the surname of his students whether he is speaking out loud or thinking to himself (ex. "Young Midoriya").

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff): His hand to hand combat skills couple quite well with his powers. (If anyone can help me out, that'd be great since I don't have a whole lot else for this)

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff): Quirk: One For All. Inherited from Nana Shimura, All Might's Quirk gave him access to nearly unlimited, stockpiled power. By channeling this power through his body, All Might had superhuman strength, speed, agility as well as invulnerability. All Might was so proficient with One For All that he was widely known as the world's most powerful person.

Immense Strength: A single punch from All Might could not only defeat a villain but completely change the weather shortly afterward. It also has the power to completely destroy several city blocks from the wind pressure it creates. Despite becoming severely weakened since first meeting Izuku, All Might's pure, overwhelming strength is comparable to that of a nuclear device. He quite literally beat the Shock Absorption of Nomu and was able to clash with All For One's attacks and cancel out their highly destructive power with brute strength alone.
Immense Speed: In conjunction with his immense level of physical strength, All Might possesses an equally impressive amount of speed. When he arrived at the U.S.J, All Might moved a remarkable distance from the gate and simultaneously incapacitated villains in the blink of an eye. Tomura even says that he was completely unable to track his movements despite the latter being slower than he once was. He was also able to travel over five kilometers from the bar the League of Villains was in towards the hideout where All for One was in about thirty seconds. However, according to All for One, this was actually much slower than what All Might is capable of in his prime.
Immense Durability: All Might has extreme durability, all most to the point of being completely invulnerable to attacks. He sustained no life-threatening damage from his battle with Nomu and took point blank, unrestrained explosions from Katsuki without so much as slowing down at all. All Might was even able to survive All For One's blast wave attack, a move that can cause city-wide catastrophic damage, and emerged unharmed with only some minor scratches.

Weaknesses (If anything notable): His injury sustained at the hands of All For One severely limited his maximum power output, meaning he was no longer able to dish out the same kind of damage he could in his 'hay day.' That, and his muscle form only has a limited amount of time before he reverts back to his weaker self. He can still manage to transfer One For All's energy into one limb at a time, however, to still have some access to the power, as seen in his fight against All For One.

Bio:
Vert appears in the video conference that Uni hosted. She mentions that she was playing Four Goddesses Online and may have found a lead from it and N-Chan to Neptune's request about Sanshiro's Soulful Patch. It may be in the First CPU's sanctuary. Noire doubts the validity of the lead based on her sources.

Vert assures her of it because it came a gaming friend that was also a history professor. When Neptune asks if Vert and the other CPUs would like to accompany her in exploring the sanctuary. Vert refuses saying she has deal the CPU Shift Period and the rampant rumors that accompany it. Uni wonders about her statement as she mentioned she was playing Four Goddesses Online.

Personality:
Vert is a very kind and mature woman who often plays the maternal role of the CPUs due to not having a sister herself. she is shown to be very caring to others and very wise, but can also be playful at times as well. She is shown to be the most level headed out of the goddesses at most times.

Green Heart's personality is typically the same as her human form albeit just a bit more serious than before but still with playful tendencies here and there, especially when it comes to her bust size. Blanc falls victim to her teasing the most.

Name: Wallace Night, also known as “Wall-Knight”

Universe from: Plants vs. Zombies (Fan Lore)

Gender: Male

Sexual orientation: Heterosexual male

Species: Genetically modified Wall-Nut

History: Wall-Knight is the shining beacon and leader of the plant heroes. He is the tech expert, leader, and moral compass of the team. Wall-Knight was just a regular Wall-Nut before the Zombot Hero-Tron detonated, giving Wall-Knight and other plants (and some zombies) superpowers. (OOC: From here on I’ll use fan lore because there is virtually no lore for Wall-Knight other than how he got his powers.) Wall-Knight initially showed no signs of powers, unlike the rest of his team, but when he was captured by Dr. Zomboss and held hostage in a garbage dump, he engineered a suit of armor that allowed him to escape Zomboss’s clutches. Upon returning to the Plant Base, he built another, more powerful suit of armor that he has been modifying and improving to this day.

Personality: As a Wall-Nut, Wall-Knight possesses a innately desire to protect others. This trait was not diminished, but rather increased as he became a hero. He is fiercely loyal to his friends, is very protective, and will almost always put his life on the line to protect others.

Skills: Wall-Knight is extraordinarily skilled with technology, building several advanced suits of armor. He is responsible for most of the tech found in the current-day Plant base.

Powers/Abilities: (Also Fan-Lore) Wall-Knightls suit of armor contains a variety of weapons, gadgets, and surprises of all kind, including but not limited to:

* Four heavy energy cannons: These four energy cannons are Wall-Knight’s main offensive ranged weapons. They have varying power settings, and multiple attack types, like energy beam, rapid shot, explosive pulse and more.

* Two laser swords: These are Wall-Knight’s main close range offensive weapons. They can be combined to form a single, more powerful laser sword.

* An energy absorbing dish: This is one of Wall-Knight’s defensive weapons. With it, Wall-Knight can absorb energy attacks and rechannel them back at the attacker.

* Mechanical Arms: Wall-Knight mainly uses these for everything you would use arms for, but with an added attachment, he can also use them as melee weapons.

* Jetpack: Allows for Wall-Knight to fly.

* Rocket hammers: These hammers, with the help of the rockets on the back, allow Wall-Knight to rapidly spin, delivering huge force.

* Advanced Shielding system: Helps Wall-Knight with his defense. Can be overclocked to grant Wall-Knight complete invulnerability for a short period, but this completely drains the remaining shield power.

* Grabbing Claw: Allows Wall-Knight to grab and swing around things too big for his normal arms

* a bunch of other gadgets.

Weaknesses: Wall-Knight’s sense of morality and heroic attitude can sometimes backfire on him, making him very easily manipulated. He also has a very naive black and white view on the world due to the nature of the plant/zombie conflict. Thus, Wall-Knight is very naive and isn’t knowledgeable about the complexity of normal war. He is also a little too loyal to his friends to the point of almost getting himself killed several times for them.

Other: Once again, all of this is fan-lore.

Her tendency to get jealous, over others she shows a love interest in makes her work hard to the point of overworking to see them smile, as well as her rival with Loki (Not Marvel, her Universe Loki) seems to expose alot her weak points in trusting her family.

"I said my sword was a tool of Justice. Not used in anger. Not used for vengeance. But now.....I'm not so sure."
-Raiden to Senator Armstrong

Name: Jack, or Raiden.

Universe From (Series your character comes from. OCs are labeled as OCs): Metal Gear Solid/Metal Gear Rising

Gender: Male

Sexual Orientation (Optional): Heterosexual

Species: Cybernetically Augmented Human

Bio (Short/Long, who gives a shit?): A soldier since he was a child, Raiden was a pawn of Solidus Snake, the third of the clones of Big Boss, and the organization that viewed Big Boss as its messiah, the Patriots. In his young adult years Raiden would go on to distinguish himself as a soldier on par with Solid Snake during the Big Shell/Manhattan Incident, and would then be kidnapped by the Patriots to undergo Cyborg Ninja augmentation and training.
During the Guns of the Patriots Incident, Raiden would come to Snake's aid multiple times before the Incident was over, going so far as to save Snake from a Metal Gear.

Afterwards, Raiden would go on to work for one of the world's many PMCs, Maverick Security, and clash with another rival and corrupt PMC, Desperado. Raiden would not only then move on to defeat the corrupt PMC's cyborg lieutenants and commander, but the soon-to-be President-Elect, Senator Steven Armstrong.

Now, Raiden fights on his own, for his own war.

Personality: Reserved with high standing morals most of the time, Raiden prioritizes civillian life over anything else. However, when pushed to his absolute limit, Raiden will often revert back to a damaged and unhinged "Jack the Ripper" persona that paradoxically enjoys bloodshed and suffering.

Gear/Weapons:
Jetstream Sam's Muramasa:
-Sword passed down Sam's family for generations. The weapon's unique build coupled with it being enhanced with high-frequency technology allows it to cut through anything not vibrating at its high frequency. The Sheath is also equipped with part of an M4 to allow the sword to be unsheathed at rapid speeds. High-maintenance and fragile if hit with non-physical attack such as magical or energy based attacks.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff): Raiden is well-versed in sword-play and the operation of firearms and military vehicles and complicated machinery. He is also competent in first aid on human entities and the basic application of self-repairing nanopaste in regards for cybernetics.

Raiden is also proficent in operation behind enemy lines and the core aspects of stealth.

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff):
Cybernetic Body: Raiden's body is completely cybernetic save for his head and spine. This means that Raiden is able to react to events extraordinarily quickly, and move with high speed and strength.
Blade Mode/Zandatsu: Raiden's cybernetic body can quickly alter his state of mind to allow him to process information and react even faster with everything moving as if in slow motion. Raiden's fighting style of "Stab and grab" is also augmented by his cyborg body's ability to absorb the power units of other cybernetic humans or robotic machinery.

Weaknesses (If anything notable): While Raiden is capable of lifting a Metal Gear several many times his size, it comes at a cost. His body is entirely reliant on carbon-electrolytes, and can and will burn through them in a few seconds to leave Raiden significantly weaker.

Raiden is also without a self-repair unit, and cannot repair damage to his body without specialized self-repair nanopaste or carbon-electrolytes ripped from power units.
Raiden cannot easily win longer battles without his crutch of said nanopaste or electrolytes.
If Raiden's sword is destroyed, he cannot replace it and is unarmed.

'Quote' (optional): "I was about to call it quits and go home...but then I saw you...and I thought...if a man could fly...then I could stay in college."

Name: Killer Frost (Caitlin Snow)

Universe From: DC (Prime Earth)

Gender: Female

Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual

Species: Metahuman

Bio: Caitlin Snow was a young and bright scientist working for S.T.A.R. Labs assigned to an underfunded S.T.A.R. Labs Outpost #72 in the Arctic Circle, where the deceased researcher Dr. Louise Lincoln had been working on a Self-Sustaining Thermodynamic Ultraconductor Engine that could subvert the second law of thermodynamics in order to create perpetual motion. Caitlin became interested in continuing Lincoln's work, in spite of her colleagues warning her against it.

When Caitlin succeeded in finishing the S.T.U. engine, her colleagues turned on her and revealing themselves to be working for H.I.V.E., as they were expected to ensure that the engine was never made public in order to protect H.I.V.E.'s investments in the energy industry. Furthermore, they were also responsible for Lincoln's death, and they then proceeded in silencing Caitlin by placing her in the working S.T.U. engine. In a panic, Caitlin ripped out the wires for the engine's coolant system, consequently infusing her biological makeup with ice. As a result, she became a vampiric being who craved for heat, and killed the H.I.V.E. agents.

After carrying out her vengeance, Caitlin continued to search for other sources of heat; she attacked a Norwegian research camp and stole their helicopter to fly to her hometown of Pittsburgh, where she encountered and fought Firestorm. While fighting Firestorm, Caitlin discovered that Firestorm's powers can temporarily heal her condition, and devoted her time to seeking and confronting him. She soon learned about the Firestorm Matrix and attempted to recreate it.

Killer Frost was captured at some point after, and transported to Belle Reve where she was forced to join the Suicide Squad. After reforming and saving the world from Eclipso, Batman had her released on parole from Belle Reve and she joined the new Justice League of America.

Personality: Caitlin Snow is a brilliant scientist with a conviction towards making a difference in the world. She is willful and stubborn when challenged. She has a deep respect for Superman, and other heroes. Her turn from an incarcerated criminal for theft and property damage (among other things,) jas been overturned, now seeking to be a genuine hero.

Skills: Genius-Level Intellect: She was S.T.A.R. Labs' youngest and brightest scientist. She can solve difficult equations in a single day's time, as well as repair and operate heavy, energy generating machinery.

Powers/Abilities:

Unique Physiology: Her new state is very basic, almost primal. Her body is completely encased in permafrost. She is not made of ice but she generates organic ice-like cells which make up her changed genetics.
Cryokenesis: She can generate ice spikes to spear her opponents, kill an ordinary human her freezing kiss and/or create a ice storm powerful enough to freeze everything killing multiple people.
Heat Absorption: Frost must regularly absorb heat to survive. The most efficient way to satiate this "hunger" is to absorb the body heat of others.

Weaknesses:

Power Instability: Frost will die unless she regularly absorbs heat. This extends to areas of extreme cold for too long.

While Marie is somewhat subdued and loose in design, Callie is wilder and excitable. Her tentacles, which are black with a purplish pink tinge at the ends, are very long and tied in a large bow on the back of her head, leaving the ends to dangle, along with a bang swept to the right of her face. She has large, angular eyes with gold irises and light brown pupils in the shape of a plus or a 'ninja star'. Her eye markings end in small points, and her eyebrows are large and oval shaped. Her ears are slightly narrower, longer, and upturned than those of the average Inkling, and on them she wears a pair of chunky, milky white earrings. She wears a pink and white hat resembling the Japanese fast food Ikayaki on her head, and has a birthmark on her left cheek.

"Agent 3! Can you hear our song?"

Name: Callie
Universe From: Splatoon!
Gender: Female
Sexual Orientation: Straight
Species: Inkling

Bio:
Callie was raised in Calamari County. At a young age, she became interested in singing and entered Inkopolis' first annual Youth Folk-Singing Contest with her cousin, Marie. Their stunning performance earned them a standing ovation from the audience, as well as a first place trophy and certificate. This success made them instant pop icons. After moving to Inkopolis, Callie worked at Walleye Warehouse with Marie for some time before eventually becoming the Squid Sisters idol group.
Then, the Octarians captured the Great Zapfish. With the help of Captain Cuttlefish and Agent 3, the Squidbeak Splatoon as a whole defeated D.J. Octavio and saved the day. No more than two years later, the Octarians struck again, capturing Callie in the process, and Agent 3 and the Captain were off on something of a... "business trip" to the Deep Sea Metro. She fought against Agent 4 and Marie before Marie charger'ed Octavio's hypnoshades off her face.

Personality:
Callie is very cheerful and excitable, and is usually seen with a grin on her face. She is rather fond of puns, and uses them from time to time; a habit that tends to annoy her cousin a little. She is often quite optimistic and caring; she thanks her Splatfest team for doing their best, whether she won or not. Unlike Marie's sarcastic comments, Callie seems to always have something happy and innocent to say. She looks at the bright side of things when she's commenting about stages. Her favorite Special seems to be the Bomb Rush.

She seems to gravitate toward exciting, outdoor activities, such as driving, running around, and going camping. However, she has expressed having a fear of heights, skateboarding, and even Bluefin Depot, and cannot ride a bicycle or drive, which is ironic as she represented cars in the Cars vs. Planes Splatfest. Some of her Splatfest choices are mostly energetic and uplifting, for example, her choices Fit, Love and Perfect Body. She also loves to eat and often talks about food, much to the chagrin and occasional disgust of Marie. Her favorite food appears to be chips. Easily distracted by cute, pretty, or striking things, many of her stage comments are about something totally irrelevant to the battle. Callie also seems to have a fascination with clothing and makeup.

Skills:
Callie, being a member of the Squidbeak Splatoon, is very highly trained in the usage of most weaponry- specifically low-range or strictly melee weapons.

Powers/Abilities:
Inklings... don't have superpowers. However, Callie has a rather superhuman reaction time, coupled with unparalleled agility. These compliment her preference of melee weapons very well, helping to both outsmart and outmaneuver the enemy.

Weaknesses:
Inklings are terribly intolerant of water, and they consequently cannot swim. Callie is uneasy around bodies of water she could easily slip into, and has a terrible fear of heights. Due to being an Inkling, she is also actually very small, standing at about 4 and a half feet tall, and pretty light even for her size.

Marie is a stout inkling in every definition of the word. She's somewhat short, and her milky white tentacles are always trimmed down pretty far. Generally wearing dark, traditional Japanese clothing which complements her bright green ink. Thick eyebrow makeup which complements her unique golden irises and exotic cross-like pupils. Wears some basic earrings, complementing the traditional Japanese look.

Bio:
Having risen to stardom over time as part of the "Squid Sisters" with her cousin (not her actual sister) Callie, Marie enjoyed life near the top for some time.
Marie enlisted the help of the newly-recruited Agent 4 to help her rescue Callie and the Great Zapfish again.

Personality:
Marie is quieter and not as excitable as her cousin, Callie. She is very witty and is characterized with biting sarcasm, which often takes the form of a bratty, prone-to-complaining Inkling. Most of the time, however, her mood is too mild for her wit to cause any serious harm, and she usually means well. She dislikes intense, stimulating activities, and is a little prone to laziness. She is not a fan of tomatoes.

Skills:
Marie, being a member of the Squidbeak Splatoon, is very highly trained in the usage of high-precision, long-ranged weapons like snipers.

Powers/Abilities:
Inklings do not have superpowers, but Marie has inhuman accuracy and an uncanny battlefield awareness, which compliment her choice of long-ranged weaponry. She is capable of quickly learning the robes on just about any vehicle, and can become fairly skilled at it if given the chance.

Weaknesses:
Inklings are terribly intolerant of water, and they consequently cannot swim. Marie is fearful around bodies of water she could easily become submerged in. Due to being an Inkling, she is also actually very small, standing at about 4 and a half feet tall, and pretty light even for her size.

Name: Mr. Death, HUNK, The Survivor

Universe From: Resident Evil

Gender: male

Species: human

Bio: Almost nothing is known about HUNK's history; even his real name. The earliest piece of information relating to him was that he received training at the Military Training Center on Rockfort Island in 1996. In only two years, HUNK proceeded to carry out a large number of successful operations, many of which he was the only survivor. This earned him the nickname "Grim Reaper".

Personality: HUNK is shown to be a cool and cunning fighter as he is able to maintain his cool even in the most extreme situations, such as when he fought his way through the Raccoon City Police Department to be evacuated before it was eradicated. He is also highly skilled in combat, as it is shown he can take on or at least survive some of the most powerful B.O.W.'s like the G-virus infected William Birkin.

Skills: CQC specialist, Weapons specialist and Stealth expert

Powers/Abilities: the only thing abnormal about HUNK is his ability to evade death even when it would seem death was the only outcome, HUNK would survive

Weaknesses: he's only human

Name:
Minako Arisato

Universe From (Series your character comes from. OCs are labeled as OCs):
Persona 3 Portable

Gender:
Female

Sexual Orientation (Optional):
No.

Species:
Human

Bio (Short/Long, who gives a shit?):
Minako is an orphan whose parents died on the Moonlight Bridge during a fatal incident a decade prior to the game. She also begins her story when she transfers to Gekkoukan, becomes aware of the Dark Hour, obtains her Persona and becomes a member of the Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad, or SEES for short.

She apparently died of exhaustion at the end of the game; her soul sacrificed to become the Nyx's Seal...

Personality:
she is very bubbly, funny, upbeat, and cheerful. Her dialogue choices exhibit a broad spectrum of emotions, ranging from sarcasm, joking tones, utter seriousness, and otherwise depending on the player's choice. She is a sharp contrast to the male protagonist who is very reserved and concise where she, on the other hand, is not afraid to interject into conversations where her male counterpart would remain silent.

She is also said to be dependable and tough, just like how a leader should be. Although she seems to be always in high spirits, she hides her suffering and burden, which is why everyone, mostly Junpei Iori and Akihiko Sanada, worries so much about her.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff):
Cooking
Staff handling
leadership skillz

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff):
Persona - The manifestation of one's soul. The psyche that reacts to external stimuli--A mask, if you will. They are creatures of good and evil, light and darkness for man can be a God and a Demon all the same. The body adjusts depending on the persona you use along with it's physical properties.

There are many ways to summon a Persona and varies for each one. Minako is known as a 'Wildcard', and holds 3 Personas in her arsenal. She could hold more, but the three are considered her Main trio.

Orpheus, the greek poet, master of the lyre who lost his wife to the underworld. Never to return because of his own doubts.

Orpheus can play his harp to conjure up fire or to heal those she consider her allies. Along with it, Orpheus can use his harp to smack people.

As Minako's initial Persona, it is naturally the docile.

Orpheus can resist Offensive Holy/Light Magic but is weak to Electricity and Offensive Curse/Dark Magic.

Weaknesses (If anything notable):
If her Persona is used a little too much, then she gets fatigued. Along with it, the pain that a Persona feels could be felt by the user albeit a bit watered down. However, an attack with a property that a Persona is weak to would cause it to temporarily desummon itself, knocking it's user down for a few seconds.

Universe From (Series your character comes from. OCs are labeled as OCs): My Hero Academia

Gender: Male

Sexual Orientation (Optional): Heterosexual (assumed)

Species: Human (metahuman)

Bio (Short/Long, who gives a shit?):
Enji Todoroki was always overlooked by All Might and viewed as only second best, regardless of his impressive crime solving record. Enji developed an obsession with surpassing All Might, to the point of forcing a Quirk Marriage upon Rei Todoroki in order to conceive a child with a Quirk strong enough to be capable of surpassing All Might.[1]
When he was five years old, Shoto started to receive training from his father because of his Half-Cold Half-Hot Quirk. However, the training was too harsh and forced Shoto to cry and vomit. Rei would try to defend him, but Enji refused to listen and would even hit her in front of Shoto.
His father also prevented Shoto from interacting with his older siblings and Shoto began to despise the training and resented his father for abusing him and his mother.

During these dark times, Rei would always be there to support him. Despite the abuse she suffered, she would still try to encourage Shoto to become a hero. There was a time when they watched a TV special on All Might. He encouraged children to make their powers their own even if they inherited their parents' abilities. In line with All Might's advice, Rei told him that he is not a prisoner of his bloodline, and could use his powers to become what he desires.
However, Rei eventually broke down from all the domestic abuse, finding it painful to look at Shoto's left side because it reminded her of Enji. One day, as she talked with her own mother over the phone about her trauma and recognized that she no longer had the mental stability to raise her son. She was startled by Shoto's sudden appearance at the door, and after seeing Shoto's left side, she snapped and threw boiling water over the boy's face, giving him a burn over his left eye.
Sometime after this incident, Shoto asked his father where his mother was, to which Enji replied that he sent her to the hospital for hurting him. Shoto blamed Enji, saying that everything that happened was his fault. At some point later in his life, Shoto would forget about his mother's supportive words.

Personality: Shoto has a cold, aloof personality which stems from his harsh upbringing. He is quite seasoned in battle, being able to stay calm and composed even while fighting real villains. Though brutal in combat, he is well grounded on the ethics of heroism, only wishing to subdue his frozen opponents as opposed to killing them by prolonging their frozen states. After the events of the U.A. Sports Festival, Shoto still has a distant attitude but has become noticeably more sociable, even gaining a sense of humor and occasionally smiling.

Shoto had a deep loathing for his fire power, which he inherited from Endeavor, as it symbolized his father's wickedness towards him and his mother as well as what he was born to be: a tool to surpass All Might, a fate that he detests. As such, Shoto decided to rely only on his ice power and never to use his fire power in combat, going so far as to cover his left torso and arm with ice in his first Hero Costume to symbolize his rebellion against his father.

During his match with Izuku Midoriya in the Sports Festival, Izuku's speech made the memory of his mother's supportive words resurface, and for the first time, he used his fire power in combat. After the battle, Shoto had mixed feelings about using his left side, but after reconciling with his mother, Shoto eventually came to terms with using his fire power. Despite being scarred by her when he was a young kid, Shoto showcases no hard feelings towards his mother.

However, Shoto still harbors a grudge towards Endeavor, even if he respects his father's ability as a Hero, admitting to himself that such hatred can't vanish so easily. Having been denied a normal childhood so that his father could train him to realize his own selfish ambitions, Shoto still holds various psychological scars, which tend to emerge back into his mind when others compare him to Endeavor. Because of this and Izuku's influence, Shoto now strives to become a Hero, but without walking through the same path his father did.
Despite his calm demeanor, Shoto did initially possess a mild level of arrogance, which, combined with his solitary tendencies, sometimes made him take the initiative without considering the opinions of others. In his fight against Aizawa, he failed to effectively communicate with Momo Yaoyorozu and plan ahead, leading him to be berated by his opponent. In their first combat training and the Sports Festival, he showed absolute confidence that his ice powers alone would be enough to grant him victory.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff): Shoto has pretty good endurance and durability, considering his age. He's able to take a 5% One for All Smash to the gut and continue fighting, as well keep fighting after being slashed and stabbed multiple times by the Hero Killer Stain.

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff):
Half-Cold Half-Hot (半冷半燃 Hanrei Hannen?): Shoto's Quirk gives him dual pyrokinesis and cryokinesis, divided between his left and right sides, respectively. The appendages on his right side can drastically lower temperatures of anything they touch, enough so to create large waves of ice. The limbs on his left side generate heat and allow Shoto to create and shoot streams of fire. Until taken to his bodily limit, neither has any visible effect on his body.
The drawback to his Quirk arises from his need to maintain his own body temperature, as excessive use of his ice power causes Shoto to suffer from frostbite. The frost that covers his body slows him down physically and weakens the strength and speed of his ice attacks. However, this weakness can be counteracted if Shoto uses his left side to offset the low temperature. The side effect to prolonged use of his fireside has yet to be revealed, but likely resembles a mix of burns and heatstroke.
As noted by Stain, one of Shoto's greatest weaknesses is his heavy reliance on the devastating power of his Quirk.[2]
Another shortcoming is that Shoto is unable to fully control the fire he generates.[3] [4] While he has predominately used only his ice power for the last ten years out of spite to Endeavor, allowing large and small scale control over its abilities (ie creating ice glaciers and also only freezing Iida's Engine calves without him realizing it) it is only after the Sports Festival that he begins using his fire as well. While he is capable of using these two abilities simultaneously, he has said that he isn't used to doing this (having only restarted using his fire abilities post Sports Festival), and still needs practice in dual wielding his Quirk

Weaknesses (If anything notable): While using his right side, his body slowly frosts over due to the lower temperatures and suffers symptoms of frost bite if he does not use his left side to heat himself up. His ice also becomes slower and weaker. He also relies too much on his Quirk in combat, assuming its overwhelming power will be able to win him the fight. Aside from that, he's a human adolescent.

Others (Trivia, Theme music, etc.) (Optional): He's basically Zuko with ice and fire.

Name: Madcap

Universe From (Series your character comes from. OCs are labeled as OCs): Marvel

Gender: Male

Sexual Orientation (Optional): Hard to tell

Species: Human (Mutate)

Bio (Short/Long, who gives a shit?):
The man who would become Madcap was a religious man belonging to a group that organised a trip. This man, his parents and his sister Katy went to the trip in a bus, with some other forty people.
Terrorist scientists from A.I.M. were trying to destroy a chemical developed by themselves, Chemical X07, which apparently included enzymes to incite a rapid healing in human bodies. The accident killed all of the people in the bus, except for the man who would become Madcap. Coincidentally, this man laid unconscious for hours on a pool of X07, which would eventually evaporate. He would recover consciousness in a hospital, but then discovered that he was the sole survivor and his faith in a rational universe collapsed. He ran away from the hospital and threw himself to a car trying to commit suicide. To his surprise, he was unharmed and felt no pain at all. This drove him completely mad. He correctly suspected that the accident had given him this immunity to damage, but could not understand why he was to obtain power from an accident who had killed forty people, including his family and friends.

Finally, this man decided that things happen without a reason, and that nothing has a purpose. He soon discovered his other power, which allowed him to drive people crazy. He bought a bubble gun in a general store and stole a harlequin costume. He called himself the Madcap and wandered through New York City driving people crazy. He had no compunction about putting people in danger: as he could not be hurt, he could not understand that other people could be hurt.

Personality: As stated in his name Madcap is, well, mad. Any sane being would call him insane. Usually more of a nuisance than a serious threat with so many heroes around. He cannot feel physical pain and has no problem putting himself and other's at risk. Though impish and childish in behaviour, he actually see's no purpose in life and see's causing madness as fun and that it breaks people out of their boring and meaningless lives and entertains him.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff): N/A

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff):
Emotional Control: Madcap has a specialized form of mind control that makes targets highly susceptible to suggestion by him. Even without specific suggestions, Madcap's influence makes victims behave in a wild, uninhibited manner, in a form of temporary madness. Madcap requires some form of medium to transmit his psionic power, but that medium can vary with his needs. He originally used a soap bubble gun to influence people who came into contact with the bubbles. Deprived of the gun, he could still influence people by making eye contact with his power intentionally triggered.

Healing Factor: Madcap heals at extraordinary speed and recovers his vitality and stamina quickly. He possesses no sense of pain since the chemical accident that gave him his powers. He tried many suicide attempts, but failed, as he was able to survive each and every injury.

Weaknesses (If anything notable):
Mental Illness: Madcap has a serious mental illness which makes him believe that life is meaningless

His soul can be injured and is one of the few ways he can feel pain

His regeneration is limited in such that if he were burned alive, heavily mutilated, or dunked in acid, he could not regenerate. Also if a limb is severed it can be regrown but starts out small with a "baby" like appearance.

"I AM CYNTHIA! I FLOAT LIKE A LEAF AND STING LIKE A NETTLE!... Eh. Too vegetarian. Although it might lull the foe into a false sense of security..."

Name: Cynthia

Universe From (Series your character comes from. OCs are labeled as OCs): Fire Emblem

Gender: Female

Species: Human

Bio: Cynthia is Sumia's daughter from the future. In the past, she used to be a "girly-girl". Cynthia grew up with the stories of the "Generation of Heroes"—the stories of her parents and their friends—even if they were not all entirely accurate. Cynthia spent time with her mother, Sumia, often, and the two planned to make a spear together. Unfortunately, Sumia was killed in battle before this project could start. Sumia's pegasus eventually found its way back home and wanted to protect Cynthia, thus becoming her mount. She also received Sumia's wedding ring and has worn it ever since. Sumia's death weighed heavily on her and because of the stories of her parents, Cynthia changed her entire personality and began hanging out with boys more than she did with girls. She eventually began training to be a hero and to become a member of the Pegasus Knight Squad. Cynthia would later join Lucina and the other children on their journey to go to the past and prevent the ruinous future.

Personality: In the past, Cynthia was very girly and hated violence, but with the death of her mother, Cynthia discarded these aspects in order to learn how to be a hero. Cynthia continues to be a bright and energetic person, despite her change in personality. She admires heroes and studies dramatic entrances to become a hero herself. Unfortunately, she inherited her mother's clumsiness, and her entrances and pursuits to become a hero go differently than she plans. She also enjoys doing flower fortunes like her mother. While she’s clumsy just like her mother, her enthusiasm and tomboyish nature make up for it. She has a strong sense of justice, and although it can often become misguided, she seeks to do the right thing. She highly admires her mother and father, both of whom she seeks to be like.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff):
  • Expert lancer
  • Skilled pegasus rider

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff):
  • Relief: The skill Relief allows Cynthia to heal from wounds much faster than any human could manage, so long as she is decently far away from enemies. In-game, Relief allows her to recover 20% of her HP if she is three spaces away from any enemies.
  • Aether: Inherited from her father, Chrom. The skill Aether gives Cynthia a chance to activate a one-two combo of the skills Sol and Luna in quick succession, which serves as an extra attack.
    • Sol: The first strike following Aether’s activation will restore HP equal to the damage done to the enemy.
    • Luna: The second strike following Aether’s activation will halve the opponent’s defense, ignoring durability to a certain degree.
  • Lancefaire: Inherited from her mother, Sumia. Cynthia’s lance strikes hit with the force of someone three times her size. In-game, Lancefaire boosts the attack power of all lance attacks by 5.
  • Luck: Cynthia’s stat growths imply that she is exceptionally lucky compared to most of the other Shepherds, despite her shortcomings.

Weaknesses (If anything notable):
  • Unfortunately, Cynthia inherited her mother’s clumsiness as well. She is klutzy to the point of harmfulness, much like her mother. She is prone to tripping and getting her armour and hair caught on things, and her “dramatic” entrances often tend not to go as expected.
  • Cynthia is extraordinarily naïve. When she returned to the past in the original game, the first person she came across claimed to be Chrom, and despite him having no resemblance to anyone in the royal family genealogy, she believed him and chose to follow his instructions until she was convinced later by the actual Chrom.

Others (Trivia, Theme music, etc.):
  • The most baffling sleep talker of the Shepherds.
  • Born on the 14th of May.

Name: Billy Batson, Captain Marvel

Universe From (Series your character comes from. OCs are labeled as OCs): Some variety of DC Universe, probably ending in S or 5.

Gender: Male

Species: Human

Bio (Short/Long, who gives a hoot?): The orphan Billy Batson, through a series of unfortunate events, ended up stumbling into The Rock of Eternity and meeting the wizard Shazam. The elder proceeded to explain the significance of his name's many letters, each representing an ancient figure. Upon speaking the wizard's name, Billy became Captain Marvel and swore to fight villainy wherever it arose.

Personality: Billy Batson is so gosh darn pure that it has deterred demons from even trying to corrupt his soul. As an actual boy given power, he's often seen as a bigger boy scout than his contemporary, Superman. He is also often seen as naive, but don't confuse this for flat-out stupidity. He has the wisdom of Solomon, after all.

Skills (Normal, Mortal-like stuff):
  • Charisma
  • Journalism

Powers/Abilities (World's Mightiest Mortal stuff):
  • Divine Empowerment
    • Wisdom of Solomon (Eidetic Memory, Superhuman knowledge of tactics, science, and languages)
    • Strength of Hercules (Super strength)
    • Power of Zeus (General magical abilities, Magical resistance, Teleportation to the Rock of Eternity)
    • Courage of Achilles (Invulnerability, Superhuman Optimism)
    • Speed of Mercury (Speed, Agility, Flight)

Weaknesses (If anything notable):
  • If one is clever enough to trick Captain Marvel into saying Shazam or subject him to enough electricity, he'll revert into his mortal form.
  • If Billy can't talk, he can't turn into the Earth's Mightiest Mortal

Others (Trivia, Theme music, etc.) (Optional):
