    Name:
"It's... Rei. My name is Rei."
    Rei Kei
    (Written: 隷圭
    Pronunciation: Ray Key)

    Gender:
"I'm a girl. W-Why are you looking at me like that?!"
    Female

    Sexuality:
"I-I don't need romance or anything like that! Uhm, but, maybe boys are kind of cute."
    Straight

    Age:
""Do I look old to you?!"
    17

    Nationality:
    "Uhm... Japanese?"
    Japanese

    Class:
"I'm the class A representative, you should already know who I am!"
    Class A Representative

Appearance: Rei stands at about 5'9", putting her just under average for her percieved gender though she's actually pretty tall for a girl.

    Personality:
Rei tries to push other people away, due to the fact that she has cripplingly low self esteem and doesn't want people worrying about her. This has lead to her having a cold, hard to approach personality, though actually trying to talk to her makes one thing very clear: she's actually a very kind and caring person, though she'll vehemently deny doing something for people because she actually cares. This causes her to fall under the typical 'Tsundere' Archetype, which has prompted her to have a bit of an NPC fanclub when coupled with her good looks.

She's extremely intelligent, being a child genius and all. The problem comes when you take into consideration that she's extremely unmotivated and doesn't want to actually do anything. Truly, she would rather nap and play video games, even with the very unwelcome encouragement from her cousin to actually get up and be a responsible human being.

    +Kind hearted
    +Caring
    +ReaLLY INTELLIGENT???

-Tsundere, which makes it kind of difficult to see that she actually cares for people
    -Clumsy
    -Zero self confidence

    Strength/Weakness:
    +Academic prodigy
+She can make some damn good cookies and cupcakes
+She's a good singer. She claims to have Perfect Pitch, but that's debatable.

    -Low Stamina
    -Comes off as really cold
-Is likely to get distracted by something that she finds cute.
-She literally will not study. She's an academic prodigy, but she'd rather be playing some Otome Game or any other game.
-Would rather date pigeons than Real Boys™
-Help her she doesn't want to be here
-One thing that she can't seem to get a hang of is cooking normal food. It all tastes awful and may not be safe to eat.

    What subject they excel in:
"What kind of question is that?!"

    401
What subject they are the worst in:
"You think I would struggle with something?! Who do you take me for?!"
Health, due to her low stamina and the fact that she's a clutz.

    Talents:
    She can bake sweets
    Very fast learner.

Bio: Rei was born to a middle class couple, just a couple months after her cousin, whom she was introduced to at a young age due to the fact that are, much so her dismay, neighbors. Sure, Chikara is her best friend... But she could do without her waking her up for school every morning. The only actual notable part about this is the fact that she didn't notice that Chikara is a girl until they hit puberty.

From a young age, it was clear that she had a fucking Einstein level IQ. Even back when she was a tot, though, she had the same problem she still has today- she's wasn't motivated to do anything academically. She could pass anything you put in her hands, why bother with actually putting effort into her studies? There are high expectations that come with being a genius that she just doesn't care for. What she really wanted to do in life is play video games and eat unhealthy snacks.

... Which didn't stop her from becoming the class A representative, despite it being the last thing she wanted in life. Effortlessly getting the highest score in the school, she was tossed into this role during her first year of highschool, and hasn't yet managed to shake herself of this role. She doesn't complain about it to anybody due to the fact that she doesn't want anybody worrying about her, but she hates it nonetheless.
    Fun facts:
She has a Levi Ackerman Dakimakura
She loves video games, especially Otome and anything else where you can date people in the game. It doesn't matter the genre, if you can date your brother she's down for it.
She may or may not have an incest fetish and look for every sign that siblings/cousins are dating
Chikara Ishii's cousin. She acts differently around her than almost everybody else; having known her most of her life, she's not as cold toward her, and perhaps a bit apprehensive about her cousin making her actually do something. Insists on calling her Nii-san.
Her chest is completely flat. If you took her shirt off, she'd still look like a boy.
"I hope Chikara doesn't catch me spying into the boy's locker room instead of doing something responsible."

    Aurel Cosma
    I told you
    Gender:
    Male
    Age:
    29
    Position:
    Ironman (Counselor)
    Sexuality:
    Heterosexual
"Why do people keep telling me traps are gay?"
    Nationality:
    Romanian
    Not to faint Students...
    Personality:
Aurel is a very strong man, not just to the extent that he could physically rip the school in half using just brute force. But also in the fact that he is mentally strong to the point he can control himself excessively well, that doesn't stop him from going up and beyond to strike fear into the hearts of the students. It's a mutual relationship, they don't to come to his office.. and he doesn't want them to be there, but there's always the ones who pick the wrong fight and as such get shipped to his room. He's also quite the tough person, with the ability to tell if you're just lying to him in order to get him off your back. If you do lie to him and don't admit to it.. well you've already crossed the line of no return and may as well sign up for a ride to the fiery pits when you're sent into his room.

Despite that rather.. mean-spirited and rough exterior he shows off to students who he has to deal with taking care of because of their own lackluster ability, he is rather kind. Going out of his way to help a student if they come to him rather than being sent from a class battle, with his fellow faculty he tries to be nice despite having a bit of a clashing ideal with certain occasions. His heart is bigger than some give him credit for but, he just wants the best for his students, and due to his time spent under the same crueler treatment in growing up he believes that sometimes tough-love is the best remedy for ignorance.

    Strengths & Weaknesses:

    Very Composed
Capable of being independent or working in a team
    Caring
    Tends to burst through walls/windows
Isn't skilled in this "Love" thing
Has a small case of depression

    Or else
    Avatar weapon:
A Sub-machine Gun and a pair of Brass Knuckles
    Skills:
    Gymnastics
    Weightlifting
    Sharp-shooting
    You Get to face ME
    Bio:
Aurel was born into a family of six children, he was the youngest... and the only one who still remains out of either prison, a mental institution, or a graveyard. Growing up in a rather small apartment his family made way by growing their aid from the country, but eventually his parents were seized as unfit to care for them and they were taken away by the country. He went through school with exceptional grades, so much so that he had been offered a full ride at multiple colleges and even managed to take two of his high-school years to do college classes alone.

He had wanted to be an instructor at one of the big name colleges since they always brought in allot of money and he wanted to be known for teaching others how to better themselves. But then his buddy rounded him into joining the military and four years of his life were sucked away from him by the war-zone, his friend Kyle had perished in their first deployment and it haunted Aurel for awhile. He was dispatched afterwards and had already come to terms with it, from there the twenty-two year old man had no clue what to do with his life. He couldn't be a professor and his time had been served in the military, as one of the best assassins that they ever had on the Romanian military and arguably in the world.

That's when he came to hear about some school that was looking for a counselor, he figured he'd been through enough to help some kids out so he joined them with a cheerful personality. Then after his first month he had become much... meaner you could say as he had lost the sense of being green to the field of this kind, the student came to give him nicknames such as "The Silver Bullet", "Mr. Grim" or even "The Ironman". He came to like the names that he was given and lived by them to an extent. Now after he had a year of this under his belt the following would get the same treatment, and oh how he savored seeing them tremble in terror.

    Name: Juishiro Motomiya

    Gender: Male

    Age: 18

    Class: Class C - Representative

Appearance: Juishiro always seems to have a calm and serene look on his face. He has silver hair and bright gold eyes - an odd look for someone who claims to be a pureblood Japanese. He stands at a height of 5'8. While he is not athletically inclined as the others, he does seem to be in fit shape as compared to the ones in the upper classes. He can often be seen in the usual school uniform - and doesn't seem to know the meaning of dressing casual as he always appears in semi-formal clothing.

    Personality:

Calm | Friendly | Level-Headed | Confident | Naive at certain things | Spaces out frequently | Lazy | Blunt

Juishiro is the type of person you would see sitting around, sipping tea, while everyone else has their noses buried in a book. In fact, that's what he actually does. Juishiro is never far from tea, as he extraordinarily loves it, but he often switches between coffee and tea. As Class Representative, he is often seen as calm and friendly. He talks with others with a smile on his face and bears no grudges. However, he is a tactical person and doesn't easily fall into the "Let's fight because we want to even though you have nothing to gain" mindset. Juishiro can confidently say that he knows every student in his school. Whether this is true or not is still a mystery, but it hasn't been proven otherwise.

Of course, he can't be all good. Juishiro, while smart and tactical, doesn't exactly know how the world works. He didn't have a chance to be a high school student as he isn't allowed to actually go out. Or at least, not out with friends. He is easily distracted hence why he spaces out way too frequently. But he somehow still is able to absorb information despite this. Juishiro is unmotivated and lazy to a fault. Unless he really needs to do it, he won't do it. As long as it would be considered effortless, he might do a good job with it. Someone might actually convince him to do good, but it may only be temporary. He is honest, brutally so. It's both his good trait and bad trait.

    Strength/Weakness:

    + Naturally academically inclined
+ Thinks rationally as he doesn't let emotions get the best of him
    + Speaks his mind

    - Doesn't care about class positions
    - Takes things too literally
    - His laziness inhibits his progress though his grades are pretty well-off

    Avatar weapon:
    Parasol
Cat - it seems to be a separate entity but has to be spoken to so that it would move.

    What subject they excel in:
    English

What subject they are the worst in:
Health (though less because he's not fit, but more because he's lazy to perform anything above the average needed to pass)

    Skills:
= He is a rather fast learner.
= Multilingual (as he has been taught different languages when he was a child)
= He can juggle while on a unicycle. He has great balance and body coordination.

Bio: Juishiro was the fifth and last child of the Motomiya couple. The Motomiya family owns a chain of businesses worldwide, making them quite a rich family. Juishiro never denied that he was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. He and his siblings were given everything they wanted and more. Of course, in exchange, they all had to give themselves to the business. His siblings - three boys for the first to third child and a girl for the fourth child - all did well. All were performing wonderfully, top of the class and popular student all around. The young male used to look up to his older siblings, often striving to become as good as them. He had the potential to be like them and also become a successful businessman as to be expected from a Motomiya, but as he grew older, he began to realize that his efforts would be for vain.

Juishiro, however, felt no such need to perform so well when the business had no chance of reaching him. He was free from it all. His grades were mostly average, only ever performing extremely well in English and any other language subject, and no special attention was placed on him. His parents were disappointed in the normal one so he was always left out in the family. This is especially apparent when there is a family gathering and, more often than not, he isn't invited to them. He often simply stumbles upon these meetings or just attend to simply piss his parents off. It didn't bother him though. His older sister supported him in his normal ways - her being considered his closest and most trusted friend, along with his adopted auntie and her husband.

His parents thought not to waste their money on expensive education for such an unmotivated child, so they sent him to Fumizuki Academy. In his first year there, he was actually placed in Class B and his grades were pretty consistent with the average to be seen there. However, come this time around he didn't make an effort on the entrance exam, which he does admit as he also says that he fell asleep in the middle and only had little time to answer the rest. It was a surprise to most who met him and saw him take the exam when he got into Class C. When his exams were checked, the ones he did have an answer to were ninety percent correct. It's just he didn't finish. Nevertheless, his grades bordered to Class B so he was unanimously chosen as Class Representative, a title he holds with little pride and care but still does his job anyway. Ever since his entry to Fumizuki Academy, he boards with his auntie who is also a teacher at said academy.

    Fun facts:
    - Juishiro seems to always have a small female cat with him at all times - be it on his shoulder or following him. He calls her Felissa. He has special permission from the administration to keep her around. He seems to panic easier when she's not around.
    - Is fascinated by games (video games or otherwise)
    - He is trying to find something to actually motivate himself, but has so far been unsuccessful
    - Has a strong love for tea and coffee. He can often be found brewing tea inside the room, with special permission, or carrying a tumbler with tea or coffee as it's content.

Simon and Tabitha
The Yin-Yang Duo

"We're super duper glad to be here! Right, Tabitha?!"

"..."

"D'awww you!"
Name: Simon and Tabitha Blackwell

Gender: Male (Simon) & Female (Tabitha)

Age: 16 (Simon) 18 (Tabitha)

Class: F Rep (Simon) Class A (Tabitha)

Appearance:
Simon.png Tabitha.png

Simon is a short and scrawny boy of 4'6, his skin of a slight dark tin that radiates with youth and his hair wild and blond. He likes to wear yellow turtleneck sweaters and comfy jean shorts, as well as white sneakers. He also wears dark yellow goggles on his head, but doesn't seem to tell the reason why. Tabitha, on the other hand, is the complete opposite of her brother. Tabitha is a tall and muscular girl of 6'5, having dark brown skin and an odd choice of a hairstyle for her deep purple hair. Tabitha likes to wear black and purple maid outfits (for some reason) with black leggings underneath her dress, and has thick rectangular glasses adorned on her face.

Personality: One look at Simon and you would think that he isn't even a Blackwell in the first place! He's an easily excitable, hyperactive, and kind boy who is known to be severely clumsy. He has a positive outlook on life and although he lacks in the brain department a bit, making him naive and gullible at times, he tries his best at every task thrown at him. He's the caretaker of his sister and the house, making sure his sister eats and sleeps well while doing the chores and making sure everything's in place while their parents are away. Don't think that just because he's happy all the time means he won't tolerate people bullying others, though, especially his Sister!

Tabitha is...different from other girls. With her towering height, Goth personality, surprisingly muscular physique, and piercing eyes, she's definitely a force to be reckoned with. She loves everything dark, mysterious, and twisted, as well as reading. She is quiet, choosing only to use one worded replies in conversations when she really wants to. She's also very smart, easily knocking through whatever subject that's in her way. She is also rather negative, managing to find the worst out of even the best of situations. Yet as you look at Tabitha more and more, you start to notice she is rather...fond of her brother, Simon. The girl is known to follow her little brother wherever he goes when out with him, waiting outside the bathroom and even walking into classes with him that aren't even her own. She allows him to do all the talking for her, he does chores she herself could never do, and she eats whatever he feeds her and listens to his every word. She's very protective of her brother, as well, so don't mess with him or you'll answer to her. If he's hurt, she's also known to literally panic and, rarely, cry, but those things seem small compared to her fury if that ever happened.

Strength & Weaknesses:
Simon +Social and outgoing +Good at cooking +Determined -Easily Distracted -Has trouble recognizing sarcasm/hostility -Bites off more than he can chew

Tabitha +Physically strong +Outstanding intelligence +Incredible perception +Has techniques in Judo +Respects elders -Low tolerance -Unsocial -A bit TOO dependent on her brother -Easily angered -Low Stamina

Blasters (That look like banannas)(Simon) Scythe (Tabitha)

Subject(s) student excel in: Health (Simon) Literature and History (Tabitha)

Subjects student does poorly in: Science and Math (Simon) Health (Tabitha)

Skills:
Simon can fit a whole banna in his mouth, Cook like a five star chef, and Clean a house spotless.
Tabitha has the strength to lift a locker, Has a photographic memory, and can speak both Japanese and English

Bio:
The Blackwells were always known as being a strict japanese family known for their obsession with anything dark and gloomy...until one opened up to a cheery tourist american woman in a sunflower dress, changing everything. Soon enough, the two had gotten married and moved in together...but as time grew on, they felt something was...missing. After a few conversations, they finally figured it out...they were missing a family. After some convincing, they both finally had decided it was time to start, and soon, Tabitha Blackwell was born. The parents were overjoyed at their newest addition, but a few years later, a couple days after a rather heated night, the woman revealed to her husband that she was pregnant again. After the man fainted and a few months after that, Simon Blackwell was born, bringing the parents back to that feeling of happiness and true bliss, knowing that their daughter's increasing social problems might soon be quelled.

And so, as the years piled on, the parents watched their children flourish and develop. Although the younger Tabitha was annoyed and irritated by her brother's happy attitude and his constant following, she eventually realized that she actually liked having her brother reading books next to her, always falling asleep on her shoulder around a blanket. She liked it when he would cling to her whenever they visited the cemetery, scared by the surrounding of death, but fascinated as well. And she liked the thought that no matter what, he'd always be by her side. Growing older, Tabitha and Simon grew closer and closer, yet ironically, their roles began to switch as Simon became more adventurous and outgoing and Tabitha grew more distant and anti-social.

They were going to be originally homeschooled by the father, but the mother suggested public school might be the best for them due to Simon's curiosity of friendship and Tabitha's unknown need for it. And so, after some time with Tabitha going to the academy alone while Simon continued his studies at Junior high, they were finally able to take a placement test for their first year at Fumizuki together. After they got home, joy that Tabitha managed to get into Class A (Again), but this was immediately replaced with disbelief and sadness that Simon got into Class F. Angered, Tabitha and their Father marched up into the school, their mother and Simon close behind to avoid bloodshed, to give the principal a piece of their mind...

Only until the principal showed that Simon drew a clown through bubble text on his test.

Name: Aaron Oosterbeek

Gender: male

Sexuality: Straight

Age: 16

Nationality: Australian

Class: F

Appearance:
a33fbb589c3edb43ce8d375850385de7-jpg.410812

Alerts

Personality or Character Traits: Ryth is not usually that social. his anxiety disorder and personality type makes it really easy for him to just ignore people and do what he wants. he is a very willful and sometimes stubborn male but more often than not he will be corrected when he is proven wrong. The male is a very logically minded person and while it does help him in ways like math and problem solving, it harms his imagination and social skills.

Due to Aaron's mental condition he also finds it difficult to change how he's acting when people are around and when they aren't.

Strength/Weakness:

Strengths: logically minded
critical thinker
spam worker (can do amazing bursts of skill but other times lower than average)

Weaknesses:
easily panic attack in exams
socially inept
low stamina

Avatar appearance:
highschool_dxd_issei_hyoudou_boosted_gear_balance_breaker-png.410813

Avatar weapon: fists/energy blasts

What subject they excel in: Math

What subject they are the worst in: Health, literature

Talents:
excellent hand-eye coordination
highly internet-savvy
theorist

Bio: Well Aaron did not have a good birthday at all... mainly because the birth went so horribly people were fearing he would die three times during the ordeal. The firstborn son from a union of both a dutch man and a half australian, half chinese woman fared worse than every single one of their five future children that would be born in the future. And despite the fears that he would have cerebral palsy, Aaron seemed to have a miracle and come out as a young boy with a mild anxiety disorder.

The boy's history was a choppy one as he couldn't make many long lasting friends when he was young due to his family permanently immigrating to Japan and starting up their life as unknowns there. due to the foreigner wariness of the people there (except for blonde white girls which means Aaron's sister had a great time), Aaron's school life in the beginning was especially tough, the far stricter education than Australia's and lack of friends made him extremely lonely. however his natural intellectual potential caused him to skyrocket to the top of his class.

This lasted throughout his life, he didn't need to try to do well so he didn't and he coasted at an ever lowering pace. when he desired something he could bring all his potential to do it and it helped him in his hobbies of gaming. He didn't need much, just a game to play every once in a while and the internet to keep him happy. This mindset led him to drop even further, he didn't care about getting a good job, he was just content to coast at barely passing in a way that he won't be held back or kicked out but would also mean he'd get a simple job for little pay. and so as he entered his new school he took as much attention on it as usual and ended up in class F

[div class="contentBox personaContent"][div class=scroll]Personality:
Perennially sleepy, Kotone Yamashita is a game lover. Constantly seen either on her phone or sleeping away, its amazing how much she is able to find the time to play games while being the Representative of class B. While she may seem quiet and shy, she's actually quite approachable and talkative, albeit sometimes in l33t speak. While she may be listless and legarthic in her actions, when it comes to Exam Summoning Wars, she's quite hyper and acts with lots of charisma. This is mostly because the ESBs are like real life video game fights to her. At those times, she may act like an Anime Character, which might sometimes lead to her downfall. Of course at those times she relies on her fellow comrades, Anime Style!!! She can be studious, but only in private cause of her mom.

Strategic
Easy-going
Approachable

Weaknesses:
Low Stamina
Legarthic
Procrastinate
Gaming Addict
Theatrical (when in ESB)

[div class="contentBox bioContent"][div class=scroll]Biography:
Kotone Yamashita is a gamer. Throughout her life, she has spent countless nights gaming on her pc and waking hours on her mobile games. She is quite excellent at these games, and have built for herself a small fan following online. Because of her consistent exposure to gaming, she has adopted l33t speech into her normal everyday vocabulary. Of course, before she sunk entirely into the depths of MMORPGs, in middle school, she was an avid anime lover. While it never progressed to cosplaying, it did influence her, making her act like an anime character when she's really hyped up. Of course her mother was worried about her consistent gaming. Her father wasn't, in fact he was always buying her the latest gear for her gaming exploits.

When Kotone graduated middle school, her mother enrolled her in Fumizuki Academy, in the hopes that the environment will force her to drop gaming. Well, for Kotone, she scored a decent score (she spent the previous night gaming), and landed herself in D class. She was influenced by the academy, but only because the avatar she summoned looked like her own in-game avatar. Her mother was extremely angry and confiscated all the electronics. For 3 days and 3 nights, Kotone was depressed. Some say that a black cloud could be seen surrounding her, others just said that her hair was in a mess from her going from barely keeping it tidy to not even bothering with life. Eventually Kotone's mother relented and gave back her games under a single condition, "Be in Class A." That Kotone could do. Her years of cramming aided her as she crammed extremely well for a transfer exam. She succeeded in getting into Class A, but because she continued her gaming exploits, she remained the lowest in the class in everything except exams. Well, during her time in Class A, she became well acquainted with the Summoner Battle System, treating it like its own MMORPG.

While her exams were good enough to keep her in Class A, her other scores weren't, and she dropped down to Class B. Once again her mother was furious, and made her final ultimatum, "Be the Class Rep." Well, it was fairly easy for Kotone to be the class rep, it just meant more cramming. So she did, and is now the class rep. Even though the position of Class Rep is tedious, she somehow always found time to play video games. Well, she slowly grew to like the position, likening it to a Party Leader, so when she went into ESB, she started acting more and more like a Party Leader. Despite being generally known in class as a gamer nerd, she's still the best in the exams and leads the class into battle with great theatrics.

Fun facts:
Loves to eat potato chips, but dreams of eating anime meat.
Has a surprising amount of strength when it comes to Dance Dance Revolution, but nothing else.

Personality:
Asuka is a high-tension, overly optimistic, and positive girl. She always tries her best in everything--as there is no word "lose" existing in her dictionary. She also likes to get praises and be spoiled if she does something well. She is also very cheerful and can easily get along with anyone, even with hard-to-approach people. She even admits that she has a magnetic personality and has no problem with befriending anyone, although naturally it requires a bit of effort on her part. Asuka also likes to boast about herself, sometimes calls herself a bishoujo (美少女 lit. pretty girl), eat a lot of food without getting fat, give other people nicknames, and such.
Although she is a bit noisy and quite an airhead, Asuka is not an arrogant person and in fact, she cares deeply about her friends and students. She can be pretty serious at times and keen regarding other people feelings. She also doesn't hesitate to lend a hand if someone needs her help, as she will help them unconditionally.

Bio:
Asuka, grew up in America and Japan. Her father was American and her mother was Japanese so they would travel a lot so. Asuka and her little brother could be around both sides of the family.

Asuka lived in America up until she hit middle school where she stayed until she graduated out of high school. She then moved back to Amerca and went to folk there. Asuka wasn’t quite sure what she wanted to do as a career. After some time she discovered she really liked reading and manga a lot. She had a talent for writing and drawing also. So she decided she would become a manga artist but her mother suggested that should be more of a hobby and told her she needed a steady job. So she ended up getting her degree in English/Literature.

She moved back to Japan to find a teaching job but was having a hard finding a opening. Finally she found a place that was hiring but it seemed like they were looking for older teachers. So she lied about her age to get the job. Probably wasn’t the best idea buuuut she was getting desperate. She actually just got the job and she’s quite excited to see what the school and her students will be like.

Ai comes from a high middle class family. It use to be her grandmother, dad, mother and thier pet dog Sparky. But because of her parents job they have to travel a lot. So she just lives with her grandmother now. But she doesn’t mind she understands why her parents aren’t around as much and it normally doesn’t really get to her.

As Ai grew up she took a interest in martial arts. She started going to a dojo and trained a lot. She really enjoys it. Because of all that training she got quite strong. She doesn’t look it which people tend underestimate her. That tends to piss her off and she has been known to go on violent rampages.

She also took up an interest in singing and she’s pretty good. Though her singing isn’t as good as her martial arts. Right now Ai attends Fumizuki Academy. Mostly she goes there because that was the school her father attended to. She is a pretty average student. Though she probably could be good enough to be in class B or even A if she study just a bit harder.

Personal
Personal

Personality:
Horus is fickle and elusive, running on his emotions far more often than logic. With his head in the clouds and a tendency to daydream or get distracted, Horus is always looking for some sort of "inspiration", or really any way to find himself busy as to not do any of his academic work. While he isn't half bad at what he does, writing plays, poems, and songs, though he isn't the brightest in any other department. A prideful idiot, his tact for writing and acting takes him far in his improv on what he doesn't know. Though, he's also known to be very gullible, and has a hard time of thinking any situation through before he does anything.

As stupid as he may be, Horus is a natural leader with a habit of taking care of people, even if it comes in strange art forms or rambling. He's fantastic at reading people based on their body language and eye movements from his (only) talent in what makes a great actor, and he makes an active effort to make sure the mood is light and those around him are happy. Horus is far too prideful to admit that he cares, though, and it is quote easy to break his confident facade, as he'll quickly get embarrassed or overly excited if he finds something that he likes.

Horus is a rambler and a talker, with a habit of talking to himself to ground him to what he's doing, especially if he needs to focus on something. He's there for his sister most of the time, who for her own reasons refuses to speak, and he's known her long enough to accurately guess however she's feeling or thinking even with a lack of expressions. His confidence typically attracts the attention of many people around him, yet it masks over his truthfully timid attitude. While he would outwardly express his confidence in the most theatrical manner possible, Horus tends to cringe afterwards and become embarrassed by his own actions when no one is there.

He is painfully aware of his own intellect, and will do anything if it means he can assure his pride, including switching places with his sister during the Entrance Exam.

Appearance:
Horus stands at 6'1, though he's really 5'10 without the platform shoes that he wears to seem marginally taller. When switching with Ain, she's the one that wears it instead. No one knows about that platform shoe thing, though, shh. shh. Dressed very theatrically, Horus is almost "fit" to be a prince, holding the complex, though in a much different light. Tough and willing to flaunt the fact that he's tough, Horus is nothing less of an 1800 British Playwright that demands their play be acted correctly or holes up in their room for weeks trying to meet a deadline with 8 glasses of champagne and a future English class to torture. He has long, wavy, shoulder-length hair he usually wears down, but he pins it up when he's masquerading as his sister. He has light amber eyes and is falls on the tanner side. His emotions are usually written on his face, and he'll be rather frank with how he feels. A dangerously good liar.

Horus is Ain's identical twin. They share the same face, though his eyes are usually more creased with excitement. Nothing a bit of makeup can't solve.

He makes his own outfits/costumes, and he dresses rather theatrical (as well as wringing his sister through with him). Always a sucker for new clothes.

Strengths

ミ☆ A man of endurance. It takes a lot to tire him out- it's probably the coffee.
ミ☆ Can read moods and when people are uncomfortable based off of very fine movements.
ミ☆ An amazing actor- a stellar liar.
ミ☆ Social butterfly

Weakness

★彡 Not the sharpest tool in the shed. Terribly dense.
★彡 Low attention span.
★彡 Overconfident and will do ANYTHING it takes to defend that pride.
★彡 A bit of a coward. Talks far bigger than he can act sometimes.

Sexuality:
Heterosexual

Personal
Personal

Personality:
Ain is a child prodigy. Aside from being intelligent ever since she was a child, she tends to be rather aloof, though ultimately cool-headed. Ain holds an absurd belief that the world around her is a program, and she's playing as part of a game- making it her duty to level up, collect items, and undergo quests if it means further experience in her 'class'. Though it's due to this peculiar scenario that she can keep herself composed, even under wildly confined circumstances and believes facing things with a calm and rational approach rather than an emotional one. She has vast knowledge in engineering and how mechanical inventions run and function, and tends to get really excited when others talk about the subject. Ain is greatly interested in topics she does not necessarily agree with as well, believing that all information given by "NPCs" is interesting and important from the point of view as a game protagonist.

It's known for a fact that Ain can talk, though no one has ever heard her speak. She remains mute, relying on her twin brother (who understands most of what she tries to 'say') to speak what she's saying for her, usually resulting in strange one-sided conversations between the two of them. It's confirmed through Horus that they HAVE switched before, and rather often, so she's capable of speaking with an immaculate talent in voice mimicry. While she doesn't speak (unless playing the part of someone else) and holds a bizarre sense of assurity that she is some sort of game protagonist, she ultimately plays the "game" as a pacifist, benevolent through her actions and 'conversing' among "NPCs" as best as she can, believing for all of them to hold relevance and importance that she cannot comprehend as something "not part of the code".

While her intellect and precocious ability to learn and expand upon information given to her, she's unnaturally submissive towards her brother. Anything that he wants, she'll provide. He switched places with her during the exam, leading her to receive his poor results while he received hers.

Appearance:
Ain stands at an impressive 5'10, and manages an androgynous and frankly exhausted semblance. Extremely well-built and rather acrobatic, Ain has long, wavy, shoulder-length hair that mimics her brother perfectly, and both are infamously known to switch places often. Her hair is put in an up-do that gives the illusion of it being short, when there are really an array of clips that tuck her hair in, leaving the layered strands out. She has light amber eyes and falls rather in the tanner side due to her birthplace. Not extremely expressive, Ain typically follows a set of 2-3 expressions of a polite smile, apathy, and disdain.

She is Horus' identical sister, and both have the same exact facial features and general body physiology, though Horus' eyes are typically more creased in excitement. Nothing a bit of makeup and acting can't edit.

She's dressed neatly or theatrical depending on the heed of her brother.

Strengths

ミ☆ Child prodigy - Highly perceptive.
ミ☆ An acrobat. What she can't amount to in sheer strength alone she can dodge and grapple. Has some killer reflexes too.
ミ☆ A good listener. If you manage to befriend her enough she'll do anything you say.

Weakness

★彡 Living in her own world. Literally.
★彡 SHE WON'T TALK.
★彡 A little... robotic? Won't fight or take tests or do ANYTHING unless she's told to do so. She's absolutely terrible by herself without some sort of command or order.
★彡 Never invested in a "stamina" skill: her strength comes in short bursts/ short-lasting commands before she's tired. She doesn't show it on her face, though. Ain has a Vitamin D deficiency, which typically leaves her tired quickly if she doesn't take vitamins.
★彡 Won't contribute into anything unless directly asked- and she STILL WON'T TALK.

Skills
Skills, Equipment, and Talents

Avatar Appearance:

Avatar Weapon:
A large pair of scissors. She can unhinge the screw in the middle and use both as blades to duel wield.

Skills/Talents:
✭With a natural talent to build, if asked she's capable of quick repair and construction of practically anything (within her power) as long as she's given adequate supplies. Terrible supplies leads to terrible construction. This also accounts for the quality of it, so if you got crummy wood to work with, whatever she's making is going to be just as bad.

She helps Horus design stage set and props.
✭Voice Mimicry. She isn't as good with making clothes as Horus is, nor does she speak. But she has an incredible talent to be able to impersonate anyone's voice as long as she's heard them for five minutes.
✭Can speak fluent Japanese, English, and Arabic.

Equipment:
-Cellphone
-Normal sized pair of scissors
-Multitool
-A few bandage wraps. She never knows what Horus is going to do.
-Hairpins and elastics

[/div] [/div] [/div] [/div] [div class=apptextwrap] [div class=apptext] Appearance. Ashikaga Seiji is an eighteen year old male who stands at a height of 178 cm (5’10”) with a lean athletic build. Taking after the cool coloring of his mother and his father’s face, it’s easy to say that Seiji is what many would call a handsome face. Though many who had bad experiences with him will swear up and down his black/jaded personality is severe enough to negate the external beauty. This teen’s face is “expressive” in a sense that it’s disturbingly easy for his expressions to change so vividly he makes you believe the role he’s playing with you. On the other hand, he can also close you off to any emotion, real or false, just as fast. His father describes this guarded expression of Seiji’s as something akin to an icy stone wall. However, his step-sister more accurately describes it as a boiling pot with a very tightly closed lid.

Avatar_Appearance. Seiji’s avatar appearance doesn’t change much from his usual appearance. Other than the fancier and stranger clothing and the harmless static and lights that occasionally spark off his feet that is. His avatar weapon...is a debate. On one hand, the soccer ball that he kicks into your face is the thing that hurts you. On the other hand, his natural leg power and shoes together are what powers the soccer ball to hit you in that face of yours. He also always has this dog on his shoulder that never seems to do anything. Seiji claims that it’s just a stuffed animal but some had sworn to him that they’ve seen it wink at them before. Of course, Seiji just brushes it off as people hallucinating due to stress or lack of sleep. [div class=tag] xworst_subjectx [/div] [div class=undertag] science [/div] [/div] [div class=basicsR] [div class=box] [div class=header] personality [/div] [div class=subheader] your voice is no longer a melody [/div] [div class=boxtext] Seiji’s personality is like a pure crystal clear lake. You think the lake is shallow while looking in from the outside but when you actually try to reach the bottom you realize it’s actually really deep and the shallowness was a trick of light. Except you only realize this because you’re drowning or dead so...yeah.

However, if Seiji were to be honest, his tendency to pull himself into a specific role that would most benefit him is more of a habit or reflex than something he does on purpose. If the pretender actually stopped to think about it he’d probably have some sort of existential crisis with those stupid questions like “who am I really?” Except Seiji is ridiculously good at lying to himself as well as to other people or at least pretending that his issues don’t have issues. Basically, he runs away from his personal problems by pretending that don’t exist at all. The fact that he has trust issues and only really trusts his step-sister of all people probably isn’t a good sign either but at least he’s a functioning human being, right?

Besides this teen’s many many not-issues and his tendency to switch his surface persona whenever it suits him, he is actually a functioning human being that isn’t always planning someone else’s demise or on a spite fest. His issues are one thing but Seiji makes it a point to always have a clear cut vision of what he needs and wants no matter how small or big they are. He can and will be social as a butterfly but knows when he needs to set aside time for himself before he crashes and burns himself out. His stress relief is either playing/training for soccer if his mind feels particularly busy or tucking himself into a well-hidden corner when he needs some peace and quiet to just be by himself read. He knows how he ticks and works with or around it depending on the situation.

And as he is actually pretty patient and relatively slow to anger, it’s rare for Seiji to actually openly lash out at someone. He’s petty and spiteful, yes. But he almost never lets himself be emotionally compromised to the point of actually reaching the point of anger. He does the petty and spiteful act for his own calculated satisfaction over being truly and passionately angry. He sees true anger as much as a weakness as getting hurt emotionally because you’re letting someone get to you. However, when Seiji does reach that boiling point of anger he clams up his expression tighter than a vacuum-sealed pickle jar and lashes out at you with icy sharp words that will pry at your weaknesses and burn.

[/div] [/div] [/div] [/div] [/div] [div class="Content ContentHistory" style="line-height: 0;"] [div class=box] [div class=header] history [/div] [div class=subheader] it is far easier to burn a house down than to grow comfortable living in it [/div] [div class=boxtext] Currently, Seiji’s relationship with his father is terrible as it is awkward for his father. While he was always closer to his mom, his relationship with his father during his childhood wasn’t terrible. It was just that his mom hogged her baby’s attention because...well. She did carry him in her womb for nine months so it’s given that mom got first dibs. And to the very impressionable child, Seiji’s mom’s words were like the gospel. So when her last words to him before she passed away were “make sure you take care of your dad because you’re my son and you got my good looks and brain” Seiji took it to the extreme because mom was always right.

After Seiji’s mom passed away, his father honestly didn’t know what to do with a son so he left Seiji to his housekeeper and nanny and started travelling to find himself again (while also working of course). No matter what Seiji did to try to help his father or to reconnect with the wayward father of his, nothing worked. At first, Seiji thought it was because he just wasn’t good enough and only worked even harder to “perfect” himself. But, of course, he did eventually become jaded over the years of his father’s distance grinding away his childhood innocence. Eventually, Seiji just gave up on his father ever being a proper father (let alone a family member he can trust) and started to do things for himself rather than for his father.

By the time his father remarried, Seiji cut away his emotional dependence on the man enough that he convinced himself that it didn’t hurt or sting the slightest bit that the man didn’t bother to ask what his own son would think of it. Instead, his father dropped his new step-daughter off at their house and introduced Seiji to his new step-mom and sister before the new husband and wife went off to their honeymoon.

Luckily for his father, Seiji and Narumi didn’t turn the house into a warzone. In fact, the two peacefully came to a mutual agreement that their parents were unreliable and since they were all on their own in this mess they should work together to survive. Unfortunately for the newly married couple, the pair of step-siblings worked a little too well together on the expense of everyone else’s misery. To be honest, by the time his father remembered that maybe he shouldn’t have put a pair of pre-teens within the same house all willy nilly without making sure they would get along…the pact and bond from hell was already forged it was too late.

These days Seiji’s father realizes that he was a terrible father to Seiji and does try to awkwardly reconcile and bond with his son. It’s just too bad that Seiji doesn’t want it and just stonewalls him each and every single time. Seiji also tends to spitefully does exactly what his father complains about so his father learned to keep his mouth shut around his own son. The last time he opened his big mouth, Seiji purposefully got his grades low enough to be left behind a grade and Seiji’s father was ready to puke blood at that point. His father’s only relief is that Seiji seems to at least get along with his step-mother. (Hint: Seiji doesn’t trust his step-mother at all and is just playing nice.) [/div] [/div] [/div] [div class="Content ContentMagic"] [div class=box] [div class=header] skills : baka and test [/div] [div class=subheader] it is far easier to burn a house down than to grow comfortable living in it [/div] [div class=boxtext2] [div class=triviawrap] [div class=tag] xof_many_facesx [/div] [div class=undertag style="text-align: justify;"] A skill he honed from years of attempting almost everything his father needed him to be. Seiji is a talented liar by crafting his lies around half truths whenever possible with some casual subtle evasion on the side. However, the most convincing part of his skill of stepping into the right role are his expression and body language. Like stepping into a second skin, Seiji learned how to step into the shoes of many roles. Originally the skill was honed to support his father during hard times but these days he tends to use it purely for his own sake. [/div] [/div] [div class=triviawrap] [div class=tag] xspeed_readerx [/div] [div class=undertag style="text-align: justify;"] Probably a skill he gained from years of devouring books whenever he could. Seiji can read (comprehensively) ridiculously fast when he wants to. It’s just that he prefers to take his time to either (understandably) take his sweet time with a nice novel in hand or (less understandably) to drive someone up the wall by reading as slow as humanly possible. [/div] [/div] [div class=triviawrap] [div class=tag] xathletic_legsx [/div] [div class=undertag style="text-align: justify;"] Seiji has thighs that can kill a surprising love for soccer. Maybe not always the teamwork aspect of it but he lives for all the running that comes with the sport. It’s also very nice to be able to viciously kick a soccer ball into a net without worrying about property damage whenever he’s particularly irritated with something (like his father). Due to his background in soccer, Seiji is has a good deal of stamina and leg power. He’s also able to catch a soccer ball with his foot even while dead on his feet...but that’s mostly due to long and brutal soccer practices. [/div] [/div] [/div] [div class=extraimage] [/div] [div class=triviawrap] [div class=tag] xgrades???x [/div] [div class=undertag style="text-align: justify;"] He was held back a grade supposably because he dropped his grades to a very low point to piss his dad off but really he did it because he was lonely and wanted to be in the same class as Narumi. [/div] [/div] [div class=triviawrap] [div class=tag] x...class rep?x [/div] [div class=undertag style="text-align: justify;"] Seiji didn’t choose to become the class representative of Class E but now he is. Narumi decided to switch their papers and by the time he realized what happened he was stuck with the position. Being the good little pretender he is he had to suck it up and play his part and honestly? He does what he has to do well so he doesn’t have to do it over again. [/div] [/div] [div class=triviawrap] [div class=tag] xmother’s_dayx [/div] [div class=undertag style="text-align: justify;"] His mom died when he was very young but he remembers enough to have fond memories of her reading to him (especially mystery novels). He actually doesn’t remember her last words all too clearly anymore... [/div] [/div] [div class=triviawrap] [div class=tag] xnovelsx [/div] [div class=undertag style="text-align: justify;"] One of Seiji’s favorite pastimes is reading. His first and favorite genre is mystery. He also prefers reading in the novel’s original printed language if possible. He can read Japanese (obviously) and English and is currently getting into learning Mandarin so he can try to read some wuxia novels... [/div] [/div] [div class=triviawrap] [div class=tag] xcoffeex [/div] [div class=undertag style="text-align: justify;"] Seiji finds it hard to function without a nice cup of black coffee to get him through the day. Without black coffee, he’s prone to answer only in monosyllables and generally looks and acts like a pretty zombie. ...so he when he needs his coffee he gets his coffee. Auguste is a pretty young man who stands at an impressive 6'2. With a pale complexion and a toned yet skinny frame, many have compared him to a foreign prince. Platinum blonde wavy hair, always a little disheveled, cups his face and a little bit past his neck, which compliment bright blue eyes. When he has the motivation and isn't considering suicide over the lack of sugar to put in his tea, he does his hair often in a variety of styles, like ponytails and braids. Even outside of school he dresses formally, though he's rarely seen leaving his house outside of a morning jog every so often. There's usually a complacently polite smile on his face, though that exact expression seems to have a hard time leaving. His hands appear to be gloved most of the time, and he rarely takes them off aside from preparing tea. Often, there are bird feathers or strands of birth feathers on his sweaters or uniform from the birds he takes care of at home. If there aren't any bird feathers, there's usually strands of Kubo's hair from getting headbutted or Kubo's collection of feathers to make a headdress for himself.

An ou-sama chara? The first step towards knowing Class F’s “Kirarin” involves substantial first impression breaking. At best, onlookers will conclude their observations with wishing that his gaps would end at his appearance.

The source of his misery oft results in people’s blatant misgendering of the male. After all, “there’s no way a boy would be given such an embarrassingly sparkly name, right?” to which they find that perhaps his parents are just a pair of eccentrics. Contrary to the image of a cutesy mahou shoujo-esque person that the name invokes, his appearance gives off a sense of regality. A little delicate, sure, but if anything, his label is more appropriately a “prince” or “king” over—he gets chills at the mere thought—a “loli.” Definitely, certainly, without a doubt, not moe in the least.

Unfortunately for one so disinterested to attention, Rin sticks out for reasons other than his aforementioned peculiarities. With a model-like figure, the delicately crafted features of his face and skin of smooth jade give off the impression of a painting. At the same time, his eyes of honeyed amber nestled under his bright red—not pink, or so he claims—hair which ranges from cerise to scarlet makes him an easy target to pick out from a crowd. He isn’t quite as tall as his foreign counterparts, either, but he considers it to be satisfactory. Yue often states that he’d be the popular sort if it weren’t for his NEET-like attitude. That is, when he’s not pathetically dying in her presence. [/div] [div class=standardbox] [div class=header] personality [/div] A quiet dry ice type with a cool and aloof aura. At least, that’s the image he gives off on first impression. Seeing someone so dignified sitting in the dingy facilities of Class F, onlookers can only assume that he must have some good reason for being there? Yue only shakes her head at this tragic ignorance of his true character. He’s merely a careless person, one who failed his exam by neglecting to write his name on the paper. Even then, it’s rare for him to answer all the questions on a test, opting to snooze his time away instead.

A complete my pace character, Rin’s mindset can be easily understood as being in the moment. He is not a schemer, and apathy is deeply ingrained in the core of his existence. His beliefs are the only things true to him. Insults fall on deaf ears. Most importantly, his nerves are kept hidden behind that cold, unwavering mask. Jaded, as people would say, and his grades suffered for it. Though he boasts high marks in English and Math, as a failure in all other subjects, he is but a grave disappointment.

While he is, in truth, incredibly high-spec, his severe lack of motivation makes him come off as a dame otoko. “His face and cooking are his only good points” is a phrase which quite aptly describes him, and Rin himself seems to have little attachment to his non-existent achievements. In fact, he was raised with the expectations that “if it’s Rin, anything is possible,” but he’d much rather believe that he’s completely ordinary. The best position for a man of no ambitions is as a mere passive observer of the flow of time.

On the other hand, the sole recipient of his affections triggers an astounding shift in his behavior, though it is neither object nor person. His inert, useless self seems to revive with an otherwise never present vivacity once he sets his foot into the role of an actor. To the point where his image overlaps with the character he is playing, Rin completely immerses himself into his role, clearly an obsession. After all, his sole aspiration in life had been acting, only for his wishes to be denied by the constitution he was born with. 04.academic1.png
[/div] [div class=academictwo] [div class=header] strengths [/div] 01. his cooking is bribe-worthy material, and he has no qualms about using it to his advantage
02. a flexible jack-of-all-trades who can adapt to most situations when he tries
03. boasts perfect or near perfect english and math grades...when he fills in all the answers on the damn test
04. as a former child prodigy of an actor, his memorization and analytical skills are actually top-notch, capable of memorizing and understanding an entire script in little to no time at all
05. his skill in acting itself is also nothing to sneeze at to the point where he can thoroughly convince someone that he’s actually “Rin’s identical twin” while otherwise undisguised

[div class=header] weaknesses [/div] 01. while his low blood pressure, asthma, and anemia can be easily managed, he still has a relatively weak constitution incapable of strenuous activity over extended periods of time
02. as someone raised in a different country, Rin has difficulty recognizing kanji past the elementary level, and he finds little reason to care, unfortunately, though it’s better than looking like a foreigner yet not even knowing a lick of english
03. there’s one thing that can get Rin to freeze on the spot, completely petrified: Yue calling him “Rin-chan” (reason stated in “extras”)
04. when he is absorbed into a role, he will act it out to the T, often doing things that he normally wouldn’t do, and, most importantly, putting his own health at risk to do so (which is precisely why his parents banned him from acting)
05. to him, anything that isn’t acting can go screw it [/div] [/div] [div class=interludeborder] [div class=interlude] [div class=interludeimg style="background: url('https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/i032nw8zimmaape/04.academic2.jpg') no-repeat center; background-size: 770px 193px;"] [/div] [/div] [/div] [div class=standardbox] [div class=header] skills [/div] DOMESTIC INDEPENDENCE
With her complaints that Rin’s face and cooking are his only good points, Yue often frets that her younger cousin is on the fast track to becoming a himo. Having had a professional chef for a father, he grew up with the notion that anyone that wished to lead a respectable homelife needed this life skill. As such, his cooking is varied and well-refined, to the point where his mother compliments that his cooking is even better than his father’s. His specialty is valkosipulikeitto!

A3!
Though simultaneously a sore spot, the one thing Rin takes 500% seriously is acting, to the point where he can be called an act(ing) addict(ed) actor. His favored stage is that of musicals, but he isn’t very picky (except his dislike for opera) and is flexible enough to pull off a multitude of roles. However, he can get extreme once completely absorbed into his role, to the point where he’d have no qualms donning frills or kissing another guy as long as it’s in the script. Yue finds this side of him—or rather the extent of his devotion—a bit disturbing.

EMPTY ORCHESTRA
His normal speaking voice can be described to be mellow with a hint of a vibrato, giving off a calming vibe. In terms of singing, his voice isn’t particularly special, but his technique cultivated from his past vocal training more than compensates for that lack to generate a powerful but beautiful sound. He is also capable of reading and following scores with ease, though composition is not his forte. He has relative pitch over perfect pitch.

SHIELD OF APATHY
There’s really not much that can seem to get a rise out of Rin. His face (outside of acting) is a perpetual poker face, causing most to be unable to read his thoughts. Though it doesn’t seem like much, casually ignoring scathing insults to easily duping others in old maid are all things he is fully capable of as a result. [/div] [/div] [div class="Content ContentHistory"] [div class=interludeborder] [div class=interlude] [div class=interludeimg style="background: url('https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/mlyysdiq27yfl45/05.story1.jpg') no-repeat center left; background-size: 770px 193px;"] [/div] [/div] [/div] [div class=standardbox] [div class=header] history [/div] “He won’t be able to live like an ordinary child.” Such was the verdict that the doctor had set down for the child who was born with signs of having a weak respiratory tract. However, children always seem to turn out stronger than what adults expect. By the time he left the hospital with his mother, there wasn’t a single nurse around who could say that the ruddy-faced and bright-eyed child was the same as that prematurely birthed baby in the NICU.

Naturally, his parents were extremely pleased. Their first-born son was like a treasure to them, one which they would carefully nurture, and this pride and joy they placed in Rin only grew as he showed his brilliance from an early age. Though strenuous sports were placed to the sidelines upon the suggestion of his doctor, his academics and skill in other miscellaneous areas were beyond what most parents would expect from their son. “There’s nothing Rin can’t do,” they continuously praised, though they didn’t fail to miss his disinterest in his multiple talents.

It wasn’t until a random trip to a musical in his second year of comprehensive school that the “fire” that his parents had searched for in him rose. When he looks back on it, the performance wasn’t particularly stellar, but the scenes dancing by one-by-one excited him beyond anything else that he had ever experienced. Immediately, he knew that this was something he wanted to pursue no matter what, and there was no need for him to convey this through words: his mother could tell just by the change in his expression.

His parents worried that he was overworking himself when he began vocal, acting, and various other types of training, but they, as supportive parents in the end, took the laissez faire approach. Who were they to hinder a child’s growth? Little did they know that their decision would become one of their greatest regrets.

It wasn’t until Rin’s collapse that they noticed the things that their son had been hiding from them in order to continue his haphazard methods. They knew that he seemed to retire to his room easily, but that was within their expectations, for his body wasn’t used to moving about and he worked harder than the average person. However, what they had not expected was that he had actually experienced light-headedness and would often find difficulty catching his breath at certain points, to which they immediately brought him to the hospital.

Though his symptoms weren’t diagnosed as anything immediately life-threatening, the concerns the doctor expressed caused his parents to fear that his health might completely relapse into that of when he was just newly born. Suddenly, their words of encouragement warped from absolute support to urging him to pursue something else: anything as long as it wasn’t acting. His grades were still in top-shape, so there was no worry for him to travel down some other walk of life, yet this constant urging and “encouragement” that no matter what he did, he was still capable of showing his “talents” only brought on unnecessary pressure. The hopes that he didn’t want pushed onto him...he rejected them completely, allowing for himself to turn into a academic failure.

Fearing that their mistakes would be irreversible, Rin’s parents decided that perhaps for senior high, it would perhaps be better to move back to his father’s homeland. Though they believed that Finland’s education system did not lose to Japan’s, they hoped that the more competitive environment at Fumizuki Academy might perhaps stimulate his non-existent desire to succeed.

Perhaps in a final attempt to please his parents out of filial piety, Rin put forth his best effort to prepare for Fumizuki’s entrance exam. It should have been a perfect score, yet the report he had received stated that his grade had been marked down as a 0.

“Kira Rin, you never wrote your name on the exam paper, making your score void.”

“...”

Seeing the distress and disappointment in his parents’ eyes, Rin didn’t dare announce the true reason why he had failed his exam. In the end, truly, the best route to take was that of no expectations or hopes placed upon his shoulders... In actuality, Rin is not so sickly that he cannot partake in the average activities of a theater club. However, his parents know that he overworks himself whenever he’s allowed to do so for extended periods of time, hence banning him from such clubs.

FACT 02
His surname consists of 吉 meaning “good fortune” and 良 meaning “skilled/excellence” and his given name is 凛 meaning “cold/dignified”

FACT 03
Other than his name, Rin also has a complex about his low stamina and difficulty in gaining any substantial amounts of weight (regardless of far or muscle mass). As such, the yearly health examination at school typically leaves him depressed for a day or two, and his weight is a closely guarded secret. When pressed for an answer, he’ll typically answer that he weighs under 70kilos...though it’s clear that the margin between that estimate and his true weight have quite the gap.

FACT 04
Rin can tell the general scope of whatever his cousin Yue wants to say based on what she decides to refer to him by. “Rinrin” is used for casual chatter, “Rin-chan” is when he needs to brace himself for a choker hold or german suplex, “Kirarin” is for teasing, while “Rin” means serious business.

FACT 05
His first language was actually English despite living in Finland. This is due to the fact that his mother and father spoke to each other in English for the sake of comfort and convenience. Finnish comes from school while Japanese comes from 1x1 convos with his father and his father’s side of the family.

FACT 06
Often inserts English words into his sentences for various reasons. Any such instances will be indicated by the English words being underlined (ex. “You really can’t mind your own business, can you?”). Most bilingual people will get what I mean... ; w ;

FACT 07
His avatar weapon is literally a randomized assortment of kitchen utensils ranging from silverware to pots and pans. As often coffee mugs or forks appear, his weapon is normally thrown. However, the occasional frying pan will usually end up being used to directly smack things in the face. [/div] [/div] [/div] [/div] [/div] [/div]

Unlike the original model it's based off of, the colors of Ayumu's avatar are much more monochromatic. He's opted for black and white detailed with metallic gold. Rather than the gundam green most are accustomed to, the eyes are warm yellow to match the rest of his color scheme.

Ayumu's avatar comes with its own sound effects. Every movement is accompanied with a matching sound. Simply moving an arm produces a soft whirring sound not unlike a machine coming to life, which suits the aesthetic he went for.

If for some bizarre reason the helmet of his avatar came off, one will see what seems to be a simplified version of his face. [/div] [div class=section] [div class=title] [div class=star] [/div] [div class=wordsplit]avatar[/div] [div class=wordsplit]weapon[/div] [/div] As an ode to classic gundam while blending in his fondness for the new, Ayumu's avatar uses a beam machine gun. It fires multiple yellow orbs of minimal damage, but over a wide area of attack. And while it's not the most painful thing at first hit, no one wants to keep standing under its fire for long. [/div] [/div] [/div] [/div] [div class="tabs appearance normaltab hideani"] [div class="bgimg avatarimg revealavatar"] [div style="height: 100%; width: 100%; background: var(--mainbgcolor) url('https://i.imgur.com/unHyNx2.png') center center no-repeat;"]help me[/div] [/div] [div class=textbox] [div class=scrollbox] [div class=section] [div class=title] [div class=star] [/div] [div class=wordsplit]appearance[/div] [/div] Saito Ayumu's face is one that's graced many an advertisement and magazine page, with a physique to match that's closely monitored by his manager. He stands out even more due to his height; at 182cm, he's unusually tall for the typical Japanese teenager. He finds both an excellent weapon for both his profession and the world. Tools work better when taken care of, and Ayumu takes these words to heart. He carries himself with perfect posture, maintains the weight his manager dictates and does his best to take care of his health. Were this an alternate reality wherein he didn't use his image for a living, the black-haired male wouldn't even bother.

It is with chagrin he admits that his body type is on the slender side, having difficulty developing any sort of muscle. Unlike most of the models of Japanese descent, Ayumu can't really pull off the pretty flower boy look. This is a bit of touchy point with Ayumu, but he works out to maintain the little muscle he gained during her training days. It's not his favorite thing in the world, but his personal mantra keeps him in the habit of logging a few hours every week in the gym. If his academics suffer as a result, it's not really his fault... or so he tells himself.

Ayumu's one of the few students who wears their uniform properly. While he personally couldn't care less about how he dressed, his manager ingrained in him that a model couldn't go about looking like a slob. He also has extraordinarily soft hands. He moisturizes often, another habit that was drilled into him by his manager. Apparently it would be disgusting if he had reptillian hands and had to shake hands with other people. He concedes to both points.

When lounging at home, Ayumu wears glasses. Outside it, he wears contacts, usually clear so that his dark brown irises are visible. He'll often put on colored contact lenses for jobs, as the clients find it more 'interesting'. Unfortunately, he has to wet his eyes as they're on the dry side. [/div] [/div] [/div] [/div] [div class=separator] fluticasone fluticasone [/div] [div class="tabs personal normaltab hideani"] [div class=textbox] [div class=scrollbox] [div class=section] [div class=title] [div class=star] [/div] personality [/div] First and foremost, Ayumu loves himself. The only thing he loves more than himself is Gunpla. But in the realm of people, no one else comes close. He takes great pride in himself for pulling himself and his family out of the mess they were in. And while some of that arrogance is deserved, he's gone over and beyond the limit. It's lucky he doesn't care enough about other people to bother them to talk about his greatness. Otherwise, someone probably would have stitched his mouth shut. He enjoys talking about his accomplishments or not-so-subtly referencing things he'd done when conversing with others, but he doesn't seek others out just to brag.

Life has taught Ayumu to care only about things he can control. He'll spend time on things that either interest him or he finds useful. Nothing else. Unfortunately, people seem to be the exception that proves the rule. He'd rather struggle on his own than ask for help, although it would be wrong to assume it's all due to pride. Considering his ego, that's a reasonable assumption. But for this particular individual, a good half of it's due to habit. With most of his accomplishments being single-handed efforts, he's simply used to the idea that no one will come to his aid. On the other side of the coin, while he won't actively help others, when requested, he'll take action. Unfortunately, expect to laud his greatness when you do ask for his assistance.

Despite the ego that occupies the entire school and then some, he's surprisingly pragmatic and practical. If you need someone to budget the class treasury or create a reasonable timetable, Ayumu's your guy. His decisions are always founded on the realities of his current circumstances; it's rare that he'll be carried by emotion. He hates the thought of losing control on the tight leash he has on his feelings. After seeing the breakdown his brother suffered, he refuses to let himself fall to the same depths. Whenever he feels himself reaching any extremity of emotion, he pauses and re-assesses the situation. He's one of those people who'll solve physical problems with no issue, but the moment it relates to his emotional well-being, he'll shut down and escape.

Anyone who looks beyond the wall of vanity can see that majority of it is a deflection tool and his obsession with gunpla a form of escapism. While he's quick to brag about his accomplishments as an individual and how he helped his family financially, he remains mum on the subject of family itself. It's obvious... if one cares to listen and ask. Fortunately for Ayumu, few are. [/div] [div class=section] [div class=title] [div class=star] [/div] history [/div] Ayumu's life is one riddled with tragedy. He enjoys talking about how he pulled himself out of the rut, but leaves many important details that aren't obvious at first glance.

Currently, Ayumu's family consists of a brother 12 years older than him, and a sister younger by two years. His parents passed away in a car accident when he was 10. Since then, he's been under the "guardianship" of his older brother. The validity of that statement is highly questionable, though that wasn't the case for the first year that arrangement.

Before that tragedy, life as a member of the Saito family was perfectly normal. Ayumu and his younger sister didn't particularly excel in school, but Naoki was the pride of the family, on track to become his department's valedictorian. Ayumu in particular hero-worshipped his elder brother. Their parents were normal; both worked and spent most of their time away from home, but it wasn't as if they'd been left neglected.

Then the car accident happened. As one might expect, the death of Ayumu's parents was a great shock to him and his siblings. The problem grew when the investigators and insurance agents realized that they had no close relatives. Or any relative really, who would be willing to take them in. It was then that Naoki accepted the responsibility of taking care of his younger siblings. The only other alternative was giving Ayumu and Emi to the state, but for Naoki, that hadn't been an option he was willing to take.

The first year went on fine. The grief was intense, but somehow, they persevered. It looked as if they would eventually acclimate to their new version normalcy.

Then Naoki broke down.

In retrospect, there were several signs that had led up to it. But too wrapped up in his own struggles, Ayumu hadn't realized anything was wrong. He thought his brother was on break, and the two would even spend time together binge-watching Gundam or playing video games. But then that wore off when he realized the house was a pigsty, his sister hated going home, and having food on the table was not a thing anymore apparently. He had his real wake-up call when he played with his bro for two weeks straight and didn't realize he was absent for so long. It wasn't until his friends came over that they saw and showed him the mess his life had become.

Ayumu knew his first order of business was to find a job, as he had a bad feeling about the state of his family's finances. As luck would have it, he'd been approached several times on his commutes by talent agencies. He chose the biggest company and signed, and started out as a pre-teen's model. At the same time, he recruited his younger sister to his side and the two of them divvied up the house chores between them. Ayumu continued to make attempts to reach his brother, but by the time he was 15, he knew he had to accept the reality that he'd lost his brother in a very real way.

His career exploded when he finally grew into the lanky frame of his tweens. The combination of his life circumstances and his successful job in the industry forced Ayumu to grow up quickly. Too quickly, some might say. But it was either grow up, or fall into the same pit that Naoki fell into. And Ayumu definitely did not want to join his brother down there.

Ayumu chose Fumizuki Academy due to its proximity; he hadn't bothered to research beforehand the kind of environment it was. He paid dearly for it. He'd initially landed in Class F, but studying for a transfer exam allowed him to place in Class E. With academics not being his strong point and simply not having enough time to study, he chose to simply maintain his position. [/div] [/div] [/div] [/div] [div class="splitsection splitskills"] [div class="bgimg" style="border: none; background: var(--mainbgcolor) url('https://i.imgur.com/2A2fJ6V.jpg') right center/auto 120vh no-repeat; cursor: default;"] qkhkhe [/div] [div class="infoskills textbox2"] [div class=scrollbox] [div class=section] [div class="title" style="margin-left: -5px;"] [div class=wordsplit]steady[/div] [div class=wordsplit]hands[/div] [/div] He has surgeon's hands in that they never shake or fumble, even when surprised. He does a lot of delicate work with his gunpla, so this is likely a result of it. Ayumu also has incredibly neat handwriting and a very consistent signature. [/div] [div class=section] [div class="title" style="margin-left: -5px;"] [div class="wordsplit" style="margin-right: 0px;"]house[/div] [div class=wordsplit]husband[/div] [/div] When it comes to household chores, it's hard to beat Ayumu. While he's not the best cook, he's decent enough, and knows how to multitask. He can have something cooking on the stove while he throws in the laundry and mops up the floors. It's worth noting he hasn't burnt a single food he's made, and it's always edible, if a bit lacking in the taste department. At least it's nutritious, as required by his manager. [/div] [div class=section] [div class="title" style="margin-left: -5px;"] [div class=wordsplit]professional[/div] [div class=wordsplit]face[/div] [/div] Though he doesn't typically use it outside work, Ayumu has the ability to turn off any emotion at a moment's notice and slap on his professional face. The latter (夢) means dream. [/div] [div class=section] [div class=title] [div class=star] [/div] fact 02 [/div] Most of Ayumu's modelling gigs relate to clothes aimed at his age demographic. Currently most of his work is on advertisements in magazines, though he has had a few subway posters and even had a billboard once. His manager wants him to get on the catwalk, though frankly Ayumu doesn't want the same. [/div] [div class=section] [div class=title] [div class=star] [/div] fact 03 [/div] Ayumu is close to his younger sister despite his actions saying otherwise. Emi understands it though, even if most other people don't. Admittedly, even she wants to stab him sometimes because of his over-the-top ego. [/div] [div class=section] [div class=title] [div class=star] [/div] fact 04 [/div] Two of his room's four walls is just a gunpla shelf. One wall is his gunpla workspace. He has a complete set of tools for customizing his gunpla. When he doesn't have anything on his plate, he'll usually be found sanding down nubs and melting down seams. [/div] [div class=section] [div class=title] [div class=star] [/div] fact 05 [/div] Due to the sheer number of clothes he owns thanks to his job, he and Emi converted their parent's bedroom into a closet and general storage area. He doesn't have a closet in his room beyond his underwear, as his most of the space is occupied by his gunpla. [/div] [div class=section] [div class=title] [div class=star] [/div] fact 06 [/div] He's fairly adept at applying make-up, again brought about by his job. He always has a small make-up bag in his bag, though he typically doesn't wear any at school. This is mostly for those times when he has to go to a job right after classes. • male | class a teacher | principal | 29

    Appearance
A everlasting smile on his face, the Principal is an eccentricity in and of himself.

The only ordinary thing about him that could be said is his height, standing at a remarkable 5'8. He's far from your average principal, however, much less even a teacher, or a man that should even be in any authority.

His trademark spiky green hair and gold eyes give it all away. It's never hard to pick him out from the crowd, and even then his clothes stick him out like a sore thumb. Rumors have circulated that his shades are glued on, others claim they have seen one instance of it off - but only once. They simply commented that his face looked pretty young for a man just a few months away from thirty.

Despite his best friend being in the mafia, surprisingly he isn't in it himself. His delinquent looking clothes that only a freshman high schooler would wear during that certain "phase" never seemed to outgrow him, and to this day his wardrobe is chock full of black and white, only now beginning to fill with color from some goofy outfits, much to Auguste's chagrin. His expressions are often enigmatic. You either must be Auguste Hawthorne or just extremely lucky to see anything other than the constant impish smile and be able to decipher what he's feeling.

There's also occasional bird feathers or stained "ketchup" on his clothes from time to time. Don't think about it too much.

Name - - Amatani Senka
Age - - 29
Gender - - Non-binary / Goes by 'he' but are they really?
Sexuality - - Pansexual
Class taught - - Physical Education though sometimes he may filler in for Health as a substitute teacher
Nationality - - Japanese mixed Croatian 50/50 each.
[/div] [/div] [div class=textblock] [div class=number]02[/div] [div class=postbg] [div class=subtitle]appearance [div class=smalltext]A healthy body leads to a sound mind[/div] [/div] Beautiful is usually not a word used to describe a man, but it does when it comes to Amatani Senka.

Long legs stretch out, giving him the fine height of 5'11. With his slender build and small framed face, one could even dare say he looks delicate. His hair is grown long, sweeping past his back and unlike most, he prefers to keep it down instead of tying it up, even when he's exercising. At most, Senka will use a long silver clip to keep his dark raven locks from falling from his face, but because of its usual well-kept manner, his hair rarely poses as a problem.

He once heard his students murmur among themselves about him having Legolas hair. Whatever that is.

Under the right lighting, some may spy the tints of violet which match the silver specks in stormy grey eyes. This usually pairs with the dark navy jersey he wears as uniform when he's teaching his classes or the casual, semi-traditional Japanese apparel he's seen to frequently adorn.

He carries around with him an aura of serenity which places ease into most students, making them fond of the ravenhead teacher. Most would usually find him silently enjoying a good cup of tea or reading a book on campus, and it's usually during those times where people flock towards him, finding solace in his comforting personality.

He makes an amazing listener and is one to rarely be the main driving force of a conversation. When he does initiate them, they're usually steered in a manner where they end up talking more than himself (something which Senka much prefers). Albeit, Senka shows no signs of having difficulty with converse, he just keeping to his usual quiet self, choosing to express more with actions and small expressions.

As a PE teacher, Senka is very avid on health and keeping fit. While he seems to lack the desire to build up a muscular body, he maintains an elegant figure that's strong and lean in muscle. He always encourages his students during his classes by telling them random small benefits of their activities. If Leonardo wasn't the Health teacher of the school, he might have very well been.

Anyone who gets to know the male on a personal level would realize that there is a hint of playfulness in the male's seemingly-aloof actions. Sometimes it comes in forms of soft hums when he thinks no one is looking or the guilt-striken look when he's caught adding sugar to his tea (he claims he never does, but occasionally he does treat himself). Other times it's in his misleading advice, making listeners wonder if he's really as dense as he plays out to be. His gentle smiles are usually his go-to attack when getting out of sticky situations. Maybe it's the fact that he's beautiful or the the cartoon flowers which emerge from the background every time he does, which makes people soften to his antics.
[/div] [/div] [div class=textblock] [div class=number]04[/div] [div class=postbg] [div class=subtitle]skills [div class=smalltext]much more than what meets the eye[/div] [/div]Skills:
∴ Swordplay ; despite the discrimination he faced in the Amatani household, Senka was still required to learn the basics of fencing and kendo, but due to his passion for them, he continued with his lessons until he's graduated the school. If he wanted to, he has the qualifications to teach swordplay to students.

∴ Great Listener ; he prefers listening over talking and enjoys hearing the stories and rambles of his fellow peers and students.

∴ Tea Expert ; being an avid tea drinker, Senka's taken it upon himself to try out as many flavors of tea he can throughout his lifetime. Because of this, he's quite familiar and well versed in tea, but he has yet to experience the procedures in a proper tea ceremonial house. (Everything he knows about that is simply head knowledge).

Strengths:
∴ Peacemaking ; he has an uncanny ability to mediate between arguments or disagreements, because he's such a great listener. If it's not making peace, Senka's good at providing comfort simply by listening and offering tea and good advice.

∴ Patience ; Senka has a godly amount of patience and finds enjoyment in filling his time waiting with small activities like reading, mediating or even watching paint dry.

∴ Gentleness ; self explanatory, you rarely see him raise his voice in anger.

Weaknesses:
∴ Droopy drowsy eyes always gives people the impression that he's about to fall asleep or tired. This can offend people who are talking to him because they assume that he finds their conversation boring (when he doesn't) or worry others.

∴ Indifference ; he has an indifferent attitude to most things and reacts in ways the majority wouldn't. (Take his interaction with Kubo for example). This makes him come off as weird or strange but that's precisely why he can fit into the school so well.

∴ His daughter ; he adores and spoils her a lot but fears her hating him too much to intrude on her personal life (even though he very much wants to). He joined as a teacher at the school because Kouka was going to study there. She wouldn't talk to him for a week because she was pissed at him, leaving him extremely depressed.

Their family has been running a school which teaches traditional swordplay which later dwindled to kendo and fencing for years, which gets passed down from generation to generation. Senka would've been the next in line if it weren't for his mother's mixed blood in him. Strict on keeping the bloodline strictly Japanese, the eldest son of the Amatani family broke this rule by eloping with a Croatian woman, later starting a family of four: Senka and his elder sister Nanoha. Because of his father's rebellion and racial discrimination, Senka does not get along well with his grandparents and the rest of the Amatani household, nor does he plan to inherit their stinky dojo.

Despite his disdain for the family, he still grew up learning swordplay and naturally grew a love for it which maintained in his adulthood. He served and helped taught at the Amatani school until a turn of unfortunately events left him with child. Senka was 21 at the time and never would he have thought he'd end up a parent, a responsibility thrust onto him through the cruel and unwanted death of his beloved sister. The child was barely 9 when her mother, Nanoha, died in an car accident which killed both parents upon impact.

The child wasn't his but he knew he couldn't let it grow up ostracized by the Amantani household, so he adopts her, keeping the name his sister gave to her, Kouka.

It was here then when Senka stepped into parenthood, maturing far quicker for Kouka's sake. After 8 years of raising her, Senka can confidently say that the child is indeed his and he loves her unconditionally. (Bonus: Kouka used to call Senka mommy when she was growing up, a trait which Senka didn't bother correcting until Senka was old enough to realize that Senka was a male. Even then, she finds it hard to call him 'dad' or 'uncle' and thus choose to stick with neutral words like 'parent' or 'guardian' which she still uses to this day.)

He owns 5 of the same pair, one for each day of the week marked at the back where the wash tag is).

∴ He drinks from a various selection of tea and has most likely tried any possible combination known to man. Suggest him a tea and he probably has the packet in his cupboard. His daughter thinks his tea obsession is excessive.

∴ The tea enthusiast has never been seen touching coffee. It's probably the last thing he'd drink but he does appreciate it's fragrance.

∴ Senka has been confessed to by both males and females throughout his school years and surprisingly, his years as a teacher. As a teacher so far, he's politely turned most of his admirers, but doesn't stop them from making a "secret" fanclub nor does he acknowledges its existence.

∴ Snippet image of Senka as a student. He carried the tracksuit trend into his adulthood. ∴ If Senka is fond of you, he'd probably let you play with his hair granted that you don't mess it up. The only exception to this is his daughter. x

While initially he tried to keep himself from growing too attached, that back-fired. He tries his best to hide how much he loves her to keep from smothering her because he understands she's going through a period of rebellion where she needs her own space to fly. (But papa is so lonely without Kouka ;; )

He treats her like any one of his students when they're on school grounds, keeping an unbiased nature which disappears the moment they're off campus and home.

He finds Kubo's actions amusing but comments that the male is too 'energetic' for him to actually befriend.

[/div] [/div] [/div] [/div] [div class=apptextwrap] [div class=apptext] Appearance. The first step towards sekai seifuku world domination is presentability. “Pretty” is not an adjective Narumi hesitates in tagging herself with, and even if others wish to refute her claims as mere nar(u)cissism, they cannot denounce them as entirely false. However, unlike her brother, her so-called beauty stems from her painstaking efforts as a fashionista. Careful balance of pH and research on skincare leaves her skin smooth and supple, and her soft, blonde locks are left without a single knot or kink. Her unblemished base appearance is then accompanied with a faint touch of makeup and a meticulously selected wardrobe (though in the case of an ugly school uniform, complimentary accessories will have to do), presenting a charming figure who, while not a perfect aphrodite, is well over pleasing enough on the eyes to deserve her various received confessions.

Naturally, her confidence is evident not only in her dress but also her posture. Clear amethyst eyes never fall short of boldly meeting another’s gaze, and her gait reveals not even a modicum of hesitation. It might all seem vain, but to Narumi, the world is a battlefield, and a lady must properly arm herself lest she be trampled underfoot like a common weed. And that is the most unforgivable act of disrespect towards herself. Her old elementary school teachers would as well. However, the brutal shattering of her child-like innocence quickly replaced that blissful oblivion with a sweet devil disguised under an angelic smile. Those who earn her displeasure are quick to find out that little red riding hood is the real wolf in sheep’s clothing. Truly, a poisonous flower.

On a superficial level, Narumi is a resourceful and charming student who does her best to assist her older brother in his duties as the Class Representative. The school faculty praise her benevolent nature, and her family generally sees her as comely and incapable of any serious wrongs. However, there isn’t a single student whose ears haven’t heard of the nasty rumors surrounding the seemingly delicate soul. An altruist she is not, instead possessing a heart that had long twisted into something vile.

Like her brother, Narumi trusts no one other than her step sibling, as ironic as that statement is. To her, the world is a staircase: the higher you are, the less likely you are to be kicked down by someone else. Social Darwinism is an ever present reality in her mind, and she refuses to allow herself to grasp only the short end of the stick. Thus, she is not afraid to keep her thorns undisguised. At the same time, her venom is curbed enough so that the presence of danger that she bears doesn’t immediately ring alarm bells. Either way, this “alarm” is easily dissipated by her defenseless smile and silver tongue, seducing the keenly alert with a devil’s whisper.

While she does not set out in pursuit of an effort that isn’t worth giving, Narumi’s patience has several spots which have been worn thin over the years, in particular her cynical view on love. Considering it to be a disease which causes a person to commit irrational acts one after another, she’s both disgusted and—though she’ll never admit it—jealous of it as a comfort which she’ll never have, spurring her on to take her time enjoying crushing whoever happened to offend her in that way. The only offense greater than that taboo topic would be attempting to pry into her thoughts. Compared to the Seiji who runs away from his problems, Narumi is likely even more vulnerable underneath the fortress she’s erected. However, no one is likely to ever reach that core, as tearing down her defenses is like trying to drill into a 10 inch thick steel wall. Likewise, the day anyone—even Seiji—sees tears dripping down that cold face will only arise once hell freezes over. [/div] [/div] [/div] [/div] [/div] [div class="Content ContentHistory" style="line-height: 0;"] [div class=box] [div class=header] history [/div] [div class=subheader] love is merely a disease which causes one to act irrationally [/div] [div class=boxtext] Slender, pale fingers stepped across the piano keys in a graceful waltz. Though he was modest about his skill, his genuine love for music showed in his beautiful form. And she had admired that about him.

While the others found the piano boring, Narumi would spend as much time as she could listening to her beloved music teacher’s playing. More than her father who’s mere name she was forbidden from learning and more than her mother who was always busy with work, she preferred these song sessions. “What would Narumi like to hear today?” was a question always asked to his “favorite” student. So he claimed.

Narumi was foolish, but her reason was still intact. Hearing him confess to another teacher that, “Ashikaga Narumi, that child is rather troublesome,” it went without saying that the warmth of his playing quickly cooled.

As usual, a beautiful smile played on his lips as he asked “what would Narumi like to hear today?” Yet she could only draw back her cheeks to force a smile of her own while pushing down a nauseating feeling. She hadn’t known that false kindness to be hypocrisy at the time, but her immature self knew enough to recognize it as something that she didn’t want.

“Naru is ‘a troublesome child’, so Naru will go quietly read a book,” she said while keeping her voice from trembling. It wasn’t until she saw her teacher’s face blanche that she somehow felt that heavy feeling in her stomach disappear. However, it wasn’t another three years until she’d cement the lesson learned from that event.

As if it was a mere daydream turned nightmare, she erased the attachments she had once had to the memories of her “dearest” teacher. It was a new year, new school, and new relationships. Regardless of how her mother failed to look after her by giving instead of doing, she was fine as long as she had her friends, especially her best friend. That was, until she received a literal slap of betrayal and harassment from said best friend who had taken offense in Narumi being the recipient of affections from the boy her “friend” happened to like. Needless to say, she sourly spat back at her “friend” in the end. There was no way she could be attached to someone who showed his affection through the immature acts of bullying, so why was she the one at fault?

She wouldn’t say that she led a terrible or tragic life, but it was enough to stir up a black and white sense of inferior versus superior. Blindly trusting had made her weak, and the weak were always pushed to the bottom. Thus, the pursuit of happiness was, without a doubt, a pursuit of power. If she was to ever get anywhere in life, then she’d have to place herself in a higher seat than her enemies.

Likewise, her mother’s attempts to make amends with her daughter as well as her remarriage to yet another useless man did nothing to change this philosophy of hers. She’d play nice and give them pretty smiles, but she’d never take a step closer even if they begged. It was only Seiji, her step-brother, whom she’d make a compromise with for reasons she’d keep a secret…

“You with the same name as me, remember that betraying me is mutual assured destruction.” [/div] [/div] [/div] [div class="Content ContentMagic"] [div class=box] [div class=header] skills [/div] [div class=subheader] our doubts are traitors and make us lose the good we oft might win by fearing to attempt [/div] [div class=boxtext2] [div class=triviawrap] [div class=tag] xmusic start!x [/div] [div class=undertag style="text-align: justify;"] Though her talents may be limited in other areas, Narumi’s musical prowess is far from trivial. Alongside her love (and hate) for music, her exposure to it at an early age makes it a deeply ingrained part of who she is. That said, she isn’t able to pick up any random instrument and play it perfectly and effortlessly, but she’s been exposed to several different instruments over the years, including the electric bass and guitar, piano, harpsichord (don’t ask), violin, and flute, and she also has vocal training. She can compose her own music and is also capable of transcribing something perfectly (though possibly filling in some gaps) after hearing it just once. [/div] [/div] [div class=triviawrap] [div class=tag] xpoison cookingx [/div] [div class=undertag style="text-align: justify;"] Whether it be unintentional or intentional, Narumi’s personal, unsupervised cooking will trigger food poisoning at a 100% guarantee. This extends to baked goods and just about anything edible, to the point where even her rice can end up a deadly concoction. If your dream lover is someone who’d make lunchboxes for you, you’re better off looking elsewhere. [/div] [/div] [div class=triviawrap] [div class=tag] xangelic terroristx [/div] [div class=undertag style="text-align: justify;"] Narumi can go from sweet to sadistic in the span of a millisecond. That said, her “pure” smiles contain a trace of contempt or disdain more often than not. If she ever compliments someone or gives a kind word or two, there’s likely to be an insult hidden somewhere in her words. Unfortunately, she’s clever enough so that her intentions aren’t understood until she’s a good distance away. [/div] [/div] [div class=triviawrap] [div class=tag] xnot an idolx [/div] [div class=undertag style="text-align: justify;"] Due to her mother’s urging, Narumi entered an idol audition at one point and passed. She ultimately rejected the offer, however, as she felt that it didn’t match her interests. Her goal in life is to become a composer and music supervisor for various films. [/div] [/div] [div class=triviawrap] [div class=tag] xuniform issuesx [/div] [div class=undertag style="text-align: justify;"] Thinks that Fumizuki’s school uniform is just about the ugliest thing in fashion history and wouldn’t be caught dead wearing it outside of school. She’s actually considered transferring to a different school on several occasions simply due to the uniform. [/div] [/div] [div class=triviawrap] [div class=tag] xclass e repx [/div] [div class=undertag style="text-align: justify;"] Originally, Narumi was supposed to be the Class E rep due to having the highest score within that bracket. She believed that such a public position would interfere with her methods and schemes, so she ended up lying to the teacher that her exam paper belonged to her brother (same kanji), effectively passing the buck to him. The two traits most people enjoy the most are that Marina is that she is kind and adventurous. Of course she's also confident, incisive and realistic, but they're often slightly tainted by a mindset of being stubborn as well.
Her kindness though, this is what she's pretty much known for. People often count on this and her relaxed nature when they're in need of support.
