The Executor Initiative

The Executor Initiative was an secret experimental program funded by the United Nations, now called World Union, in the year 2031 for preparatory purposes should a new world war emerge.
The program focuses on turning various subjects into the best of the best, through long and rigorous training, usually lasting for 6 to 10 years. The subjects past memories are erased for optimal learning and unparalleled loyalty.
Once the subjects have finished their training and pass the final test, they will officially become Executors.

Executor

Executors are men and women skilled in various fields, and are all experts at the lethal arts. They each have a unique code name, a unique P.E.W., and a unique P.E.T.
You are an Executor and your code name is BLANK.

Judge of Execution / J.O.E.

J.O.E. is the person who gives Executors their various tasks and missions through the use of the P.E.T.
There is no other information about J.O.E., other than that J.O.E. is never seen, nor heard of.

The Augmentor

The Augmentor is a person who excels at tinkering with mechanisms and technology.
The Augmentor always wears a mask that changes every time they show up. The Augmentor will make their ever-changing location known through the use of the P.E.T. after an Executor finishes his or her mission.
The Augmentor offers Executors further enhancements for their equipment in exchange for gold and platinum cards, which can be earned by finishing missions and tasks.

Personal Execution Weapon / P.E.W

The P.E.W. is the greatest and the only needed combat tool for Executors. It varies greatly per Executor, thus, there are no P.E.W.s that are the same.
The P.E.W. can be upgraded by The Augmentor, if the Executors wishes it.

Portable Executor's Transmitter / P.E.T.

The P.E.T. is the Executor's best gadget. It is where the Executor gets to know their assigned task or mission, and it is where they receive and access the rewards for accomplishing them.
The P.E.T. also has other functions, based on the model being used.
