Chloe is often seen at this bright and bubbly girl. In spite of her shyness, when you do speak to her she's very sweet, caring, a good person to lend an ear to. She always seems to have advice or maybe a way to help you feel better. And it's like she always puts the needs and feelings of other people above herself. It's why it's so easy for people to walk all over her. Chloe lets people do that, she lets people take advantage of her kind disposition because she's that desperate for the meager attention and albeit most of the time fake, friendship. In private, or with the very few people who actually let Chloe be herself, she explodes. She's a talkative ball of energy that loves sharing her thoughts with other people. She hates small talk, but as her about how she thinks the universe formed or what animes she's watching lately and Chole will not stop talking. Of course, she's going to apologize a million times for talking this long, but still. You'll learn she's intelligent even if she's pretty bad at math, and is obsessed with serial killers. The normal kind of "why did they do what they did", Chloe does not want to date them.

Chile hardly shows anger, but when she does, it's not what you'd expect. She's loud, explosive, very blunt with the mouth of a sailor because she has finally had enough. Not many people have actually seen her angry like this before, but it was definitely the last time they talked to her. She's overly self-critical, and hates looking in mirrors or being on camera, will always chastize herself and pretty much believe any rude comment made about herself. Chloe's self-esteem has been dragged through the mud. So self-deprecation is not something uncommon. She hates herself, the way she looks, everything. Which may be the reason why she lets everyone walk right over her. She can't accept compliments without picking them apart piece by piece, convincing herself they were just messing with her. Which wouldn't always be a lie.

So she has a very hard time trusting the true friends she maybe has. It takes her a long time to accept the concept that maybe people actually do like her.

Chloe was both July 10th, two minutes older than her fraternal twin Gigi at Hadbury General Hospital. Her mother had a fairly easy pregnancy despite a 5-pound baby (Gigi) and an 8-pound baby (Chloe). Her parents were happy and threw a party as soon as those baby girls had been brought home from the hospital, a big barbecue party filled with family and friends. Their early years, up until the age of five, we're pretty much the same. Their birthday parties we're all the same, they had all the same little friends at playdates, shared a room because the twins just had to be together. But when the girls turned 5, Gigi wanted to join a pageant. And not just any pageant, the Summer Sugar Princess pageant. And their parents couldn't explain just how excited they were and entered both of them.

Gigi excelled, winning second place her first time...Chole however didn't do nearly as great. She was cut after the first round where they parade you out in front of everyone. Now, Chloe had always been bigger than the other kids, and while they'll say it was how shy Chloe was...she was really cut because of her weight. Not that the young girl minded at the time, she made the dresses and makeup, having to perform. But things certainly changed after that. Her parents still loved them both a lot but, Gigi was suddenly at the center of their attention. In fact, she was the center of the town's attention. She was a celebrity over night, which left Chloe in the background. Not that she minded, it left her alone to do what she wanted. As a young girl, Chloe liked to draw and would run around the yard playing soccer. Mind you she was pretty bad, which when you're five isn't a big deal. At least to her, it wasn't.

Her parents believed that if you weren't good at something, it shouldn't be chased after. So they signed her up for kindergarten soccer and quickly pulled her out after she failed. This would actually become a regular thing. Gigi joined anything she wanted and was allowed to stay in it because she was naturally good at a lot of psychical activities. Chloe wasn't. And her parents hated the humiliation of watching a red-faced chubby-cheeked Chloe run around a field trying to keep up with the other kids. Soccer, little softball, the only thing they kept her in was ballroom dancing since Chloe really seemed to enjoy it.

When she was seven, her mom started Chloe on a strict diet. A Slimfast in the morning, a yogurt for lunch, and a plate of carrots and celery for dinner. It wasn't helping like she wanted and so Rebecca started to mix diet pills into her water to try and get her to lose weight. The only thing it did was make her sick, Chloe having to stay in hospital for a while. Obviously her parents lied about what was going on, but thankfully once she was released they stopped. They gave up, not just on the diet, but on her too. And Chloe knew it. No matter what she did, Chloe was always in the background. Chloe stopped relying on them for thing she needed help with. Even once she reached Middle school and the bullying started. Well, started getting worse, kids are often influenced by their parents. And so elementary school was pretty bad.

Though she never had someone ask her why she just stopped eating. Chloe was always in Gigi's shadow, the girl that never spoke hiding behind her sister as much as she could. Up until 6th grade, Gigi wasn't that bad, but the other kids started to influence her. Gigi joined in on the taunting and that bullying even continued at home. Her parents didn't do much other than giving Chloe her own room to put a little space between her and Gigi. But that only happened after Gigi complained that Chloe was making it hard for her to practice for pageants. Her little brother had been born by this point, actually he was a few years old at this point and was really the only one in the house that seemed to like being around her.

You'd expect that Chloe would have started to resent her family, but this poor girl started to believe it was her fault. That she should be different, that she wasn't good enough. So she took up baking, trying to show her family she had some sort of worth. She also joined the church choir and started to let Gigi pull her around. In those moments she was little more than a verbal punching bag. She could never bring herself to eat infront of other people, couldn't wear anything with really short sleeves or short legs. So she didn't have high hopes for highschool.

14 years old, Chloe never expected to meet her first, and only, boyfriend shortly after school started. They were together for maybe a month. Though Chloe never hung out with him and his friends at the same time, and he seemed really shy about their relationship. He'd get mad if she brought it up around other people. But one day, she found him with another girl. His real girlfriend. When Chloe confronted him about it, he laughed in her face. "You really thought I liked you? God you're dumb." He spat. "You're fat, ugly, the idea anyone would actually like you is so funny!" Chloe started crying. "You're going to be alone forever, nobody wants to deal with a fatass like you! Maybe killing yourself would be the better option, that would be better for everyone. Wouldn't have to look at you that way." Apperantly it was a joke. His girlfriend told him to do it so they could get pictures or spread around some explicit texts. Have you ever been asked out as a joke? It's not fun, and she was already at such a low point, she actually took his advice.

Her little brother found her, and there's not much a 6 year old can do other than call 911 when nobody is home. 53 various pills she had gotten from the medical cabinet, she was in the hospital for three days. It was the first time her parents paid any real attention to her so maybe there was a bright side...but Chloe only grew more withdrawn after this. Gigi thought it was stupid, and kept bringing her along to be a punching bag for her and her friends. Which was fine, it was Chloe's fault anyway wasn't it? The bullying never really stopped.

During her junior year of highschool, she started to upload some covers to YouTube when nobody else was home. She often decided to stay home during festivals or Gigi's pageants. She actually pretty quickly got a decent following, around 40k. It was respectable, and helped a little with her confidence. They couldn't see her face or body, so they could compliment her voice. And she rarely ever got compliments...it's what drove her to start selling pictures online. She was just desperate for someone to pay attention to her in a positive light, she would do anything.

When she turned 17, Chloe started working at the local ice cream parlor. There were a few rumors she would just sit in the back and eat ice cream for all her shift, or that she was trying to poison certain people in the town. Of course they weren't true. Chloe realized that she wouldn't get any help going to college or moving out of her parents house so she needed to do it on her own. She had gotten so used to bullying, rumors, and other rude things it hardly really phased her anymore. It still hurts of course...but she's come to expect it.

So, over the past year she's saved up a bit of money she's keeping secrets from her family, but not much else has changed for her. Summer hours have actually been cut down a lot to just the weekends, which is a bummer, but that leaves her free to hang out with friends or do other things she likes...but she's dreading that hot Georgia summer weather.

Town Reputation:
She's known as a sweet, but shy girl around town since she tends to avoid as much interaction as she can. Many of the older people think she should try and lose weight, so there are often rumors about her appearance.

Personality description or a list of 5 Vices and 5 Virtues: Most of the time, people would describe Kirsten as quiet and kind, but also fearful and often times infuriatingly timid. She is the sort of girl who will break down crying the moment anyone raises their voice. She has very little self advocacy skills, and has a terrible time trying to stand up for herself. Really, she just doesn't know who she is, yet. She's a massive people pleaser who goes to extremes to avoid confrontation, including lying. That being said, she's also very generous with her time and what little she has to share, and once she trusts you, she's one of the most loving and compassionate girls you'll ever meet.

BACKSTORY
Bio: When Kirsten was fourteen, she met a boy named Darrell. He was eighteen, and a senior, and he took an interest in her almost immediately. At first, he was utterly charming. He gave her the attention and validation she never received from her parents, and he made her feel special and mature. They became very serious, very fast. Her friends really didn't like him, or so he said, and bit by bit, they were edged out of her life. Soon, he was her entire social life. He began to tell her things like nobody but me would ever want you and your friends and family never really liked you, and convinced the girl that he had saved her. And, when she turned sixteen, he proposed. They got married two months later, and she dropped out of high school to be a housewife. That's when things changed. They got a little house, and he became the primary breadwinner for the household. Kirsten rarely left the house. She rarely saw her family, or anyone. And his behavior slowly became more aggressive. It started with shouting, with calling her names and telling her she was lucky to have him. Then, one night, he hit her for the first time. He apologized over and over, and for the next few days, was incredibly sweet, buying her gifts and making her feel so loved until she forgave him. Then, the tension started to rise again, more shouting, more insults, and then more violence. The cycle repeated and repeated, with the please forgive me love showers getting shorter and more shallow as time progressed. Kirsten didn't really think much of it. Her parents had never hit her, but they also had never really been there. And her old friends didn't seem to notice as she disappeared and retreated back into herself. It was only until she became pregnant that she realized things had to change. She began hiding money whenever she could-- sneaking out and doing little odd jobs while her husband was at work --until the baby was born. She had a nice little bit stashed away. She took the baby, got on a bus, and found herself in Hadbury. She got one of the Downtown apartments and a job at a local diner, and she's been scraping by ever since.

Hair color: Dark dark brown, only if he starts growing out a beard can you see the remnants of the lighter hair he used to have as a child blended in with his primary hair color now.

Tattoos: That's what the money in the shoebox under his bed is for.
Distinguishing features: If you look at him standing in front of you, there isn't much that stands out about him. A couple scars dot across his arms and legs, but they're faded. Wears a bit too much black for some people in the town, and has a couple oil stains on his t-shirts. When you see him walk, however, he suddenly goes from apathetic slouch to a determined stride. You notice that if you can't keep up with him when he's just casually walking about, you'll get left behind. Recently, within this past year, locals will notice that he's chopped off his wavy locks that were just barely long enough to be pulled back into a ponytail. Now his hair has been cut and appears much more neat on the sides and in the back. A little of the wave remains at the top, which still gives him a bit of a bed head appearance if he hasn't stopped to brush his hair.

Personality description: David enjoys having a new project, or something to think about because it keeps him moving! If he slows down too much, he has to make small talk, and that's one of the things he'd rather not do. If he can tell that someone is actually taking some time out of their day to really connect with him, he makes more of an effort but still can't help but be lighthearted or a touch snarky. Anything too deep, and he shrugs it off and avoids the topic. Anything too heartfelt? Again, shrugged off and avoided.

Likes: Menthol cigarettes with coffee, or just coffee. His guilty pleasure is a hot latte, especially on a rainy afternoon. Blaring music. Fun facts about anything. Clothing with pockets. Garage sales, flea markets, any place with a good bargain. Big bulky vintage jackets with, again, lots of pockets. New tools!

Dislikes: Watching sports, playing football, over-the-top festivals, pointless festivals, fixing brake lines. People making fun of his pocket flashlight. People making fun of his utility knife. Sometimes, just people in general.

Hobbies: Taking things apart and then putting them back together. Scoping out garage sales and places that sell second-hand. Watching space documentaries or videos of motorcycles. Going off into the woods to camp for a few days without telling anyone.

Ambitions: At this point, just making sure his mom is happy. After that's for sure, maybe owning a motorcycle. But then his mom wont be happy. It's a bit of a circle right now but he'll figure it out. He used to want to go to a cool college, major in aerospace engineering, and work for NASA.

BACKSTORY
Bio: David grew up a typical kid, despite being a touch snarky when small talk carried on longer than he cared for. He excelled in school, and has always gotten really excited about space and rockets. One year he even begged his mother and father nonstop to send him to space camp. Later on, in high school, he continued to stick to himself. He had friends and acquaintances, but always loved his alone time to recharge and be away from all of the social gatherings. During his senior year of high school, while he was planning to attend a good engineering college, his father suddenly collapsed while working in the shop. David then postponed going to college, thinking he'd take a year or two to help take care of his father who was now in poor health. As last year progressed, his father's health continued to worsen, until he passed last February. Since then, David began working with his father's old friends in the mechanic shop. Now he spends all day working on cars or farming equipment as their apprentice. He always had a talent for figuring out how things worked, and it used to be one of his favorite hobbies. Nowadays, though, it's beginning to lose the excitement it once had. On top of being burnt out by working on the same things over and over, his dreams of one day being an aerospace engineer are dying out.

Town Reputation: He grew up being just an introverted kid, the town didn't think much of him other than he was fairly bright and stuck to himself. He isn't outright rude, but he never liked to make small talk. Nowadays, he seems much more cold than usual, and has been stirring up noise complaints when he speeds through the streets at night. Still, a lot of the town is sweet on him given that to them he's still just "Junior" or "Little David".

Personality description: Johnathon is a very irritable person. Past experiences with people he trusted left him deeply shaken, he can barely stand to be in the same room with certain people, and always needs to leave if there's a large group nearby. He has a hard time making friends because he has paranoia that anyone he learns to love will inevitably betray him. This fear leads him to act relatively rude a some times, but he rarely ever does it without reason. If he says something snarky to a person or is rude in any way, it's likely he took offense to something they said. But underneath all that fear, betrayal, and anger, Johnathon is a very gentle boy who loves animals, his art, and music.

Johnathon's life before Hadbury wasn't very eventful after his first few years of life. He was born in Manhattan, New York in 2002, and then lived in that area for most of his life. His mother ran out on them when he was two, making his father quietly resent Johnathon because of it. It started out as a few snide comments when his back was turned. But as his father turned further and further towards alcohol to cope with the feelings he was stuffing away, putting his hands on his own child started to sound like a better and better idea. He was a violent drunk, but not a bad person. Johnathon always thought the flurry of apologies that came his way after another one of his father's drunk fits meant that it was okay, he didn't really mean to get so physical. But the more and more it kept happening, the quicker he realized the truth. The flurries of apologies meant nothing, just empty words to keep him from disappearing like his mom did. But by the time he realized that, and wanted to stop it, his body had already become accustomed to being a victim. Johnathon couldn't so much as be in the same room as his father without tensing up. Raising a hand in his own defense was a pipe dream now, so he decided that whenever his dad started to drink, he'd just leave. Slink off to the nearest rooftop and listen to the city that never slept.

PERSONALITY
Personality description: Ryan was known to be level-headed and mature throughout high school. Despite being academically gifted, kids never picked on him like they would others. He was genuinely caring and never felt himself superior to anyone else - he was a simple country boy after all. Things changed however after he left their little town and entered the real world. Following his dream was supposed to be easy, he had trained for a long time and was smart enough to make it happen. When things went south however, he started having mental breakdowns, suffered raging episodes and had no one there to support him like before. BACKSTORY
Bio: Born at Mass General Hospital to the newly married Robert and Janice, baby Daniel was the darling of both sides of his family. However, as he started to grow, it became apparent that he was developmentally delayed. He didn't start talking until he was 4 or 5, and he fell behind in fine motor skills and started having uncontrollable meltdowns when his heightened senses were disrupted.

By the time he was diagnosed at 5 years old, his 3-years-younger sister had surpassed him on several developmental milestones. Iris, at age 2, was talking before her older brother, making eye contact, and was much more behaviorally aware.

It was only natural that she would become the family favorite, wasn't it?

After years of therapy, Dan was finally starting to catch up to his peers, but all the while he felt the disapproval of his mother. Janice was hell-bent on "fixing" her son, yet nothing she did could ever erase his disability. She projected that anger onto him, which in turn caused conflict between her and his father, ultimately ending in a messy divorce that was stressful for all members of the family.

While this went on, Dan assuaged his anxiety with routine: guitar lessons, teaching himself to sing, watching Franco Zeffirelli's Romeo and Juliet until he knew the script forwards and backwards. Through this, he developed a love for all things Shakespeare, discovering new plays to read and always yearning for a chance to talk about his newfound passion.

Finally, when the divorce was completed and custody was awarded to his mother, she completely took off, hopping from town to town and job to job with her two children, which was especially hard on Dan, who at this point had just started high school. As the years went on, the moves became more and more frequent until Dan could barely tell what town he lived in anymore. He thought this dip down south would be just another of these quick goodbyes, but here they've stayed for 5 months.
Here's hoping Janice is finally settling down.

Darla grew up as an only child and had all the attention of her doting single mother. She always encouraged Darla to be whoever she wanted to be, and made her feel incredibly special and unique. As Darla went through various phases, such as pretending to be an alien or a witch, her mother had a good kick in going along with it. The two would go out hunting for frogs together, or stay up staring at the stars all note and using a flashlight to send messages into space. As Darla matured, she stopped pretending to be like the characters she read about it books, but still continued to wish to experience as much as she could in life. One of Darla's favorite memories around that time in her life was when she and her mother were talking in the antique shop that her mother owned. Her mother was describing why she loved antiques, saying that every piece in the shop had it's own unique history behind it. Darla loved that every item had a story, but soon enough just collecting and learning about antiques wasn't enough. She started to collect information about the town itself, and then residents. Soon, she had to develop even a filing and journal system about everything she recorded. Even that wasn't enough for her, and in high school she started to pull "pranks" around the town to liven it up. One time, she even mowed a pattern on the football field resembling crop circles. Another time she attempted to paint the school hallways bright pink and green. However, she always pandered to people to not tamper with her good standing and the trust she had built up. She doesn't try too hard, but just enough to get by without getting reprimanded.

Despite her willingness to listen to others and empathise with them, one of her biggest faults is the seeming inability to practice what she preaches, often deciding to keep things to herself rather than talk about her thoughts, the only exception being her grandmother, her therapist and her pets. Her lack of security with her own thoughts and feelings can cause her to come across as aloof and cold, especially with the bluntness she often speaks with. Kim was born and brought up in Glasgow, Scotland for the first nine years of her life until her family moved across the pond to America when the recession hit and her parents struggled for work. Kim is still very connected to her Scottish roots, retaining her accent and often finds America confusing, but regardless, had settled relatively well. She was not diagnosed with Aspergers until she was three, and her family chose to have her begin school a year late, giving her an extra year in nursery which in turn made her a year older than the rest of her classmates. This translated over to America. Life was relatively stable for Kim, until one night when she was fourteen, her parents were killed in a carcrash on the way home from the cinema in the city, while Kim escaped the crash with a small scar on her face and damage to her right hip.

After the accident, her grandmother Peggy moved from Scotland to Hadbury to take care of Kim. Despite recovering, Kim was traumatised from the crash and became reclusive. She barely leaves her room aside from school and works hard on her webcomic, causing her to have a pretty big following online. The only time people see Kim now is either in school, walking her dog or the occasional trip to the diner with her grandmother.

Town Reputation:
-Kim is relatively liked by adults in the town, due to her connecting with adults rather than other kids. With kids she was seen as weird due to her quirks, causing rumours to fly at school. After her hiatus, she's struggling to reconnect with people she knew.

There are a lot of things easy to figure out about Gigi. First and foremost, that sweet southern belle persona is more than it looks like. To the older people in town, Gigi is an absolute princess. She helps out when she can, always putting other people's needs infront of herself. She's the girl you can call upon when you need an extra hand and she wouldn't think twice. Gigi is even sweet enough to bring her sister Chloe along so that poor girl gets out of the house. She has a silver belled laugh, and a sunny disposition...at least to anyone old enough to be out of highschool.

Her classmates and peers know the true Gigi. She's a manipulative young woman who always gets what she wants or else. Gigi only interacts with the people she feels deserves her presence. Her fellow cheerleaders, the jocks, some of the art freaks but only the ones who are into fashion like she is. Her friend groups is large, but at the same time, none of them are really true friends. They just want to avoid her wrath. At least most of them. Her inner circle are made of three other people, and all of them have to be similar to her...but know she's the one who claims alpha. Gigi is intelligent, having never struggled much in school, and carries herself with a semi refined dignity after her years of pageantry and modeling. She truly believes she's better than everyone else thanks to the way she has been treated her entire life, but Gigi can also have brief moments of genuine humility.

Those are the moments she comes down and makes dinner with Chloe, or make sure she has something cute to wear for once even if it means an all nighter. She sometimes be over come by the stress and guilt that often comes with a position such as her own, and will stand up to her parents when it comes to Damien. They don't need to ruin another kid. Up until she was five years old, her and Chloe had the same life. Spoiled by their parents, loved equally, despite a few differences in tastes. Gigi ways wanted to be a princess. When ever her and Chloe played make believe, she was always the princess. When her and Chloe would play dress up, Gigi was always drawn to the long dresses and her mother's heels. So it wasn't a huge surprise that Gigi wanted to join the child pageants. And I mean this was genuinely what she wanted, her mother took her to one the year before because their neighbor was competing and Gigi immediately fell in love. The glitter, the dresses, the attention. Who cares if it was hard, Gigi wanted that. At the time, The summer Sugar Princess pageant was the best one to join. Ages 5-7, all pretty little girls...Gigi started going to dance and music lessons the day after watching her neighbor compete. Her sister joined them too, but eventually stopped coming to the dance and violin lessons. Not that Gigi cared. A year later when she was 5, her and Chloe joined the pageant. And while Chloe didn't even make it through the first round, Gigi won second place. Gigi became a celebrity over night with the other two winners, and things only went uphill.

She entered that same pageant the next two years after that, winning first place both years. And it was during those two years she met her best friend. Amy Dawn. The only girl that actually gave Gigi a run for her money, her parents actually pushed the friendship on her at first but it was easy. Chloe would follow the two of them around, and because of the last two years of being out on a pedestal and listening to her parents compare Chloe to her negatively...Gigi started messing with her pretty early on. At first it was making her be the ugly creatures or bad guys in their games. During pageant season, Gigi would use Chloe as a personal assistant and make her watch her practice and model possible dresses. Their mother putting Chloe on a strict diet only showed Gigi it was okay to treat Chloe like that. Gigi was modeling for some of the new clothes at the Juniper Boutique when Chloe ended up in the hospital. Not that Gigi cared to much, it was what she deserved anyway.

Gigi joined soccer in elementary school around that time. And while she wasn't the star player, she was certainly popular. Hell, she was popular everywhere. That, plus the way her parents were treating her only inflated her ego more. But at the same time, Gigi realized something. If she gave into her urges to throw a temper tantrum every time something didn't go well, she'd lose all that praise. Gigi quickly learned how to manipulate the adults and her peers. Of course it turned her into a bully, Chloe being her favorite target for both practical use and practice in general. She was soon able to bend pretty much anyone to her will by either sweet talking or brute force. However, it was around this same time, age 10, Gigi discovered she liked to make clothes. It started with using some balloons to make some clothes for her barbies. Though that wasn't good enough for Grandma Stewart, who immediately took little Gigi back into her studio.

Gigi learned how to sew that day. And it, just like watching her neighbor strut along a little runway, sparked a new passion. Every chance she got, Gigi was making clothes for her barbies, baby dolls, and teddy bears. She learned how to draw after her parents got her a little fashion designer kit, and at 12 years old she made her first piece of real, wearable clothing. It was a skirt for her mom, something she could wear to the fall pumpkin harvest. Of course it was something simple but her mom loved it. Next she made a blanket for their brother, and then a shirt for their dad. Her parents were thrilled and started to really help Gigi with this new passion, especially after her grandmother passed. That old woman left a bunch of material, a sewing machine, and other sewing supplies to Gigi, who came up with the brilliant idea of getting Chloe kicked out of their shared room. And it worked! Gigi had a large bedroom all to herself and whatever she wanted to do.

Things were going well in Gigi's world. She had all the attention she wanted, had started to make her own pageant dresses and a lot of her own clothing by the age of 14. But freshmen year Chloe tried stealing her attention. Her sister ended up in the hospital. When Gigi showed up after school, all she could do was tell about how selfish Chloe was. How could she do that, just how stupid was she? About 10 minutes into it Gigi realized she was crying and for the first time in years...she actually hugged her sister. Not the fake hug she would put on for the adults when asked, or for family pictures. A real one. It was the first time in a long time Gigi actually realized that Chloe meant a lot to her...in spite of the way she treated her.

Over the past four years, Gigi has tried to patch up their relationship. At least a little bit. It was never very successful, the way way Gigi treating Chloe in public never changing. And it seemed to only get a bit worse after she started dating Mr. Warner.

Gigi is Hadbury's sweetheart. The apple of the town's eye, the girl everyone looks up to and everyone idolizes. Gigi is the girl who can do no wrong.

Bio: She was born in Hadbury, latched on to Gigi pretty fast. When she was twelve or thirteen, her thoughts towards Gigi started to become less... platonic. Her parents found out when she was fourteen, by reading her diary, and sent her to a conversion camp over the summer. They told nobody, saying that she was just spending the summer with some relatives in Texas. She has since buried her feelings, but they remain.

Bio: The fact that he's been raised in a lesbian couple has made things uncomfortable in the general public's eyes. His sister was born in rough times when money didn't flow in but out from their savings and it was just them against the world, but it all changed for him when he entered into the art world and had piano lessons with a , how people thought and acted around him. It became his life and source of inspiration, meeting all kinds of people and broadening his skills, both social, which was somewhat damaged before due a car accident that could've crippled him for life and a series of bullying phases he went through, and musically. His life at the suburbs taught more than enough to survive out there on the streets, learning to know where to look for stuff and who he can contact at any time, ever need anything? He's yo man. A couple of bad encounters, dark relationships and a rave where the deal was closed and got him into narcotrafficking, almost being caught by the local police department in one of the raids against the drug lord who kept him stuck to this way of life. Luckily, he made it out and decided he'll dedicate his life to music and try to live it as peacefully as possible, that last thing made him think on living outside of the big city, somewhere close to the countryside and a local community, far away from the skyscrapers and long avenues that encircled his ambient.

A bright and sociable woman she welcomes most people with open arms unlike her socially anxious granddaughter. Her maternal instincts extend beyond just Kim and she tends to treat any young person she encounters as a unofficial grandchild. One aspect to Peggy's personality that can cause conflict is her firecracker-ish temper. Typically a mellow woman, Peggy can remain diplomatic in a debate or argument, however if the safety, reputation or livelyhood of any of her 'ducks' is threatened, this woman does not hold back. This mama hen can switch to mama bear faster than thought possible. However, despite her fiery temper, everything Peggy says and does is out of love. A selfless woman, Peggy at first was adamant to remain in Scotland, but when Kim was orphaned by the car accident, she dropped everything to move to America in order to save Kim from being put into foster care. Peggy was born in Glasgow in 1948 and lived a fairly normal existence. She married builder, William McAlpine in 1967 and gave birth to her daughter Heather in 1971. The family lived their whole lives in Glasgow and eventually Heather married Duncan O'Shanter and while they moved to the other side of the city, she kept in contact with them and was highly involved in their daughter, Kim's, upbringing. She was deeply saddened at their decision to move to America, but understood their reasons. This sadness was punctuated when William passed away in 2008 from a fatal heart attack. Regardless, Peggy soldiered on through her empty nest syndrome and grief. Heather and Duncan had tried to convince her to move to America for her own benefit but Peggy adamantly refused, citing "Heaven shall have my soul but Scotland shall have my bones." However, she had to abandon her ideals when she found out that both Duncan and Heather had died in a crash, leaving Kim orphaned. She moved to the town and has remained there since.

-Peggy has a good reputation among town for her friendly and motherly nature, however here lack of tolerance for nonsense and gossip tends to strain her relationship with other oldies who are more gossip-y.

-Peggy has memorised almost all of her recipes by heart and is wily when people ask for them. She gives them the recipe but with a subtle enough change that to them, it would taste good but slightly off, leaving her as the superior chef between them.
