I mean that people who are good at something don't usually do it for free. While raffles sometimes exist, you'll bave better chances getting good quality via commissioning something. That way you'll guarantee it's done, and done well.

Just a quick cut the ship out from white and put it on the star background?
I can do it in a couple minutes when I'm home, tonight (10:30am, here), unless someone else beats me to it.
