Why is this happening to me?

The Scene



Six teenagers wake up in an abandoned house in the middle of no where with the remnants of a party strewn about. The teens are stranded with no cell phones, minimal food and water, and, worst of all, no memory of who they are or were. As these teens search for any trace of their forgotten pasts, they may discover things aren't always what they seem. After all, how and why did they end up here? Why does no one remember a thing? Is this house as really as safe as it seems?


The System



In order to maintain a sense of amnesia, the participants will write up character information. These imformation sheets will assigned a number. The number and particpants' names will be put into a radom generator. Each person will be assigned with a character they didn't create. This will not only make it interesting as you will make up your character's history as you go, but it will also test your ability as a role player. You will not know which character is your until the beginning of the role play.

Write up a character like you would for yourself and then they'll get randomized.


So for example you might end up role playing as the character I created, going off of only the information provided by the character sheet.

Personality: Gen isn't one to listen to others, especially people she doesn't know. Honestly, she's a bit more interested in hooking up with one of the boys here than doing anything else. I mean, they're probably going to die in this house so why not have fun in the mean time? Gen has an itching feeling that the life she would go back to wouldn't be all that better than the situation they're in now. If she's got to chug a bottle of wine to get through the next few days or weeks or however long they'll be able to survive, she gladly do it.

What if we put the full cs in spoilers so only the person who gets the number can read it? And what if you pm us our number so we don't know who anyone else is?

The fun of it is making up the character as you go. Plus, most of the cs such as background or relationships wouldn't really make a difference in the majority of the role play.


As for everyone else seeing who you are, it doesn't really matter either considering everyone will know with your first reply. But, if you all want it done that way, I'll do it.

Personality: Some would call it overconfidence, but Lance thinks he doesn't have enough. From the sound of his voice, you can be completely sure that his first answer is his final answer. Is that really a good trait though? Having complete faith in a single decision that may or may not work? But 99.9 percent of the time, he will make it happen. Whether he has to carry somebody on his shoulders, or kill a man for the greater good, the mission he sought after will be a success.
