Emilia enjoys being hurt, to a point in which she'll hurt herself just to find her thrill. Nothing appears to be "too much pain" to her, though she has to have a limit. Possibly. At least, nothing that has happened in wonderland seems to qualify as “too much”.

Hypnophobia

Emilia has a severe fear of sleeping, which tends to cause her to go days on end without sleeping until she passes out from exhaustion. Part of this roots in her PTSD.

Emilia stutters, and her limbs frequently twitch. Occasionally, she’ll repeat the last word of what somebody else says to her.

Brought on by the time she spent in the asylum. Things such as people grabbing her wrists or ankles will cause, at the very least, mild anxiety, and at worst she’ll become violent and stop thinking rationally. She has frequent nightmares, as well.

Emilia is an interesting one, that's for certain. A majority of the time, she acts like a reasonable person, though she has a habit of saying extremely odd things, such as talking about how the moon could be a giant eye and how, if it is a giant eye, it's probably voyeuristic.


Past

There isn't much to note from before Emilia was committed into an Asylum because she wasn't attracted to men. Her parents thought that her behavior was strange and they didn't like it, but they also thought that they could manage it, as well as any man they married her off to. The problem came at about the age of fourteen, when they were trying to find her an appropriate suitor- They were kind enough to search for somebody she would like, but when they couldn't find someone she liked and she admitted that she was more attracted to women, they decided that there actually was something wrong with their child, and sent her to the closest asylum for conversion therapy.


There, Emilia went through all sorts of shit they thought could "cure" her homosexuality. Seeing homoerotic imagery and having some sort of pain administered, occasionally they would try psychoanalization, and quite a few of the male doctors forced themself on her as a way of proving that "men could please her in a much better way than a woman ever could" as well as "women are supposed to be there to pleasure men, not other women". All they ever really achieved was traumatizing her and making her averse to any form of a relationship, and one damaged her left eye beyond use by accident.

She had hit the age of sixteen when they concluded that they weren't going to achieve anything with her, and decided that they should lobotomize her as a sort of "last resort" of a cure. Before they could manage to do this, she found a looking glass and took a tumble through it, ending up in wonderland. During her fall, her body was mutated to the point that she felt like her body hardly looked the same- Her hair turning red, her vision coming back in her left eye, the right turning red, growing cat ears and a tail, her teeth sharpening, and she gained the ability to shift her hands into larger, clawed versions of themself- and, for some reason, she loved these changes. No longer did she look like the person her parents had given up and the doctors used and abused. She was someone new.


Since her tumble into wonderland, she's become a predator.

Despite her small appearance, Emilia is strong enough to carry a fully grown man into battle. They can't ride her, but she could certainly put them on her shoulders and easily be able to carry them like that.

  Lilianna can be reserved and distant upon first encountering her, but despite her exterior of icy displeasure, she radiates a certain level of kindness that barely anyone can exceed. True to her title, she is a fair-minded queen who wants peace above everything else for those she’s been trusted to protect. However, she has a tendency to daydream even when in the middle of a conversation, and she confuses things easily, requiring constant questions to help her clarify whatever she confused. In an effort to look the part of the queen everyone expects her to be, Lili is always trying to keep her ADHD and SDD in check. She fears that she’ll be ridiculed if she doesn’t.

  The White Queen once went by the name Lilianna Fetter, a girl in the real world who grew up on the fringes of society. Many thought she was crazy because she saw things that wouldn’t really be there, but that was a side effect of her SDD. She would realize these mistakes more often than not, and it caused others to think of her as ditzy and stupid. Lili, however, was truly intelligent and kind, but no one gave her a chance.
  
  One day, when crying in front of a mirror, she put her hand on the glass. Her hand went right through! Confused, she put her entire body through the looking glass and discovered Wonderland. This was the type of refuge she’d been looking for, a place where she wouldn’t have to face discrimination for being “crazy”—everyone here was just as mad as she was!
  
  It wasn’t long before someone (she doesn’t remember who) named her the White Queen, in complete opposition to the Red Queen. Lili had never asked to be queen, and she certainly didn’t want to be one. Unfortunately, she’s never worked up the courage to step down from the position she’s been entrusted with, even though the rising conflict is something she’s not sure she can handle.

Damian isn't your classic Mad Hatter. Though he does have the Hatter's abilities, and quarks that identify him as the next incarnation of the Mad Hatter, he is much different then his predecessors. Damian is mad in a more twisted way then most. He has no moral compass, and genuinely does not know the difference between right and wrong.

Damian's childlike innocence is tainted wth the cruelty he knew before he came to wonderland. To Alex and Lysander he is harsh, but still sweet, and eternally devoted to them, almost to the point of obsession. Once he sees someone as 'his' he's willing to endure all kinds of mistreatment to keep them that way. Still, even they find his brand of affection to be a bit rough. He hugs just a little too tightly, and often licks, and bites his lovers to show his affection for them.

To his enemies, however, he is cold, cruel, and sadistic, laughing at their pain, and going out of his way to make them absolutely miserable. He enjoys pain (particularly his own) and finds watching people suffer at his wrath as one of the most amusing things ever. The quickest way to invoke this rage is by messing with Lysander or Alex. You touch them, and Damian will fuck you up...

He does have a weakness though: Normal people. Damian could never function in normal society, and the very mention of someone normal is enough to send him into a complete panic. He's terrified of normal people, or even normal looking people in Wonderland. As a seer, he knows the tragic fate that can bestow Wonerlandians who become normal: they lose their eternal youth, and all their years catch up to them at once, while their memory is erased, and all ties to wonderland are severed.

This is why he's constantly trying to keep Alex in Wonderland. His ability to move between worlds makes Damian fear he will become normal. Damian would do anything to prevent this, and will often willingly let harm befall Lysander to keep Alex occupied. Often, when Alex is in the real world, Damian will starve Lysander, believing that Alex will be able to tell they need him, and come back to them sooner.

This usually get's Damian in trouble with Alex when he get's back.

Diagnosed Mental Disorders:

Antisocial Personality Disorder:
Antisocial personality disorder, sometimes called sociopathy, is a mental condition in which a person consistently shows no regard for right and wrong and ignores the rights and feelings of others. People with antisocial personality disorder tend to antagonize, manipulate or treat others harshly or with callous indifference. They show no guilt or remorse for their behaviour.

Cute Aggression:
This is as a phycological phenomenon that is fairly common, where people get the extreme desire to bite, squeeze, or pitch cute things, or things they like. Perfectly normal in most cases, but in some cases, when it's acted upon, it can be dangerous, such as Damian's case.

Sadomasicism:
Damian can take pleasure from any kind of pain, weather it be someone else's *cough*Lysander*cough*Alex*cough* or his own. Still, Damian can only take it from himself if he's in the right mindset for it. If it comes down to a playful thing, Damian is all for it, but if it's for another reason, Damian is just as affected as anyone else.

Feral Child Syndrome:
Children who suffer extreme neglect, and isolation at young ages can become feral, or wild. While Damian is relatively tame compared to more extreme cases of Feral children, he still exhibits the behaviours of a feral child.

Background:

Damian was born in the more recent times, unlike many Wonderlandians. The Hatters who came before him have all faded away, and left Damian as the youngest to actively bare the the abilities of the sight. Before that, however, Damian was a social outcast in the normal world. He was afraid of people, and kept to himself, often moving around the country with his parents, who never stayed in one place long.

His parents ignored him for the most part, and their neglect forced him to take matters into his own hands. He knew from a young age how to take care of himself, even if he doesn't do a very good job. Damian, like most children, should never be allowed to take care of himself.

As a result, he was malnourished, had poor hygiene, and was lacking in a moral compass. He tended to act like a heathen, because he was. His parents never taught him otherwise, and he was forced to figure out life on his own, becoming a wild child, through and through.

When he went through puberty, things got much worse. Though he never experienced as much of a "sexual awakening" as most boys, he did get an increased aggression. His animalistic ways became more and more violent, and his fear, disgust, and distaste of normal people became more apparent.

This got him many enemies, and sometimes, despite usually holding his own against his attackers, the number of people caused him to retreat. It was during one of theses "strategic retreats" that Damian tripped and fell into a hole, hitting his head in the process.

When Damian woke up he was in a world unlike any other, and for the first time in his life, he felt safe. Not too long after he discovered Lysander, and took the rabbit man to the small shack he'd claimed as a home.

Depressive Disorder
Lysander shows signs of severe depression. He has a bleak view on life, sees himself as worthless, and records say that he's attempted suicide in the past. Additonally, he's been observed to sleep abnormally long amounts of time, solely due to the fact that he doesn't want to get up.

Paranoia
A more extreme case, Lysander seems to be afraid of everything if there isn't somebody near him, tying into his Dependant Personality Disorder. There are a few exceptions, though this paranoia has led to him being unable to learn how to do some basic necessities, such as cooking.

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
Lysander compulsively cleans and organizes, and seems distressed when faced with anything out of order that he can't fix. The exception seems to be making his bed.

Self Harm
Though not as pronounced as it was in the past, Lysander has a tendency to hurt himself on purpose, and welcomes it when other people hurt him. Despite welcoming the pain, he doesn't seem to derive any pleasure from it, thus meaning he isn't masochistic. Suspected to derive from his depression.

Dependent Personality Disorder
Lysander is dependant on other people to get him through his day, most noticeable when it comes to food- if somebody doesn't feed him, he has a tendency to forget to eat or refuse to eat what's available to him. This is all made even worse by his other disorders, making him practically dysfunctional on his own.

Despite his varying disabilities, Lysander has an apparently mature personality. In general, he's not prone to throwing tantrums or even getting violent with other people, though he does have a tendency to throw things if he does get mad or frustrated, due to not knowing how to deal with his own anger. Still, compared to others, he's quite mature. He's a tad bit cold toward other people, especially people that he doesn't know. Despite his apparent maturity, he has an almost childlike need of reassurance from other people, and will frequently butt in on conversations he doesn't belong in if the person he wants attention from is busy. Most frequently, this person is Damian. He wants to find a way to bring his mother to Wonderland, according to him.

History
Lysander was born to a rich single mother who doted on him from the time he was born. He was a bit of a neat freak for a kid, but otherwise alright. Due to this, he had a decent childhood up until he hit puberty- which was when his first signs of paranoia started to show. His mother, not realizing what was going on with her son, tried to help, which led him to growing increasingly dependent on her. Mother was always there to make sure that nothing that he ate was poisoned. She'd make sure that everything was alright. This is also where his depression seems to stem from- he was useless to do things for himself.

She didn't report his first few suicide attempts. She didn't take him to the hospital when she noticed that he was self harming. She was always determined that she would help her son. In fact, it was one of his friends that dragged him, kicking and screaming, into a hospital because he had tried to overdose.

The next day, he was transported to a mental hospital for help. He was there for about two days, trapped in a constant state of panic. He'd heard that the nurses were going to draw blood before bed while they were outside to get some fresh air. Of course, this meant that he had to find a way to try and avoid that, to hide from them. In his attempts to hide outside,
he fell through a hole into wonderland, hitting his head and blacking out on the way down.

He woke in a new place, with a pair of floppy rabbit ears on his head instead of his normal ones and a rabbit tail. The skies were a different shade of gray from what he had seen before, in fact there seemed to be multiple shades. Without his mother anywhere nearby, he had to find a new person to latch onto as a caretaker- this person ended up being Damian, despite how he was probably the worst person to do so with.

Lysander has Monochromia, and thus should not be allowed to dress himself. His outfits tend to clash terribly.

Background:
* Karma grew up in America in the late 1700s, when the promise of the glory of revolution held society in a permanent frenzy. Though his family were immigrants from Italy, they were not spared from the excitement in the air. His father and all four of his older brothers fought in the war, fought until fighting was all they knew.

Karma was spared from that fate because he was thick. Or at least, that was what everyone told him. He was never fully able to read, or at least not enough to keep up with his peers. He could never pay attention to a single subject long enough to follow orders. He was a teenager, yet could still not sleep alone. He was viewed as useless, dumb and thick. Everyone knew him, and everyone liked him, but only as they could like that one-eyed dog that always begged for food.

But Karma was sharp, Karma was quick, and Karma was quickly becoming restless. He wanted more-he needed more than those same cobbled streets he had walked down a million times, and the same voiced speaking to him as if he were less than themselves. He wanted to fight in the war, wanted to win and have the respect he felt-he knew he deserved. And then one day he followed a blue bird down a hole.

Karma doesn't know what happened in the fall - all he remembers is blurred walls, darkness and thd musty scent of dust peirced by the sharp tang of blood. And the pain, oh yes, he remembers the pain. When he emerged, everything was different. And going on three hundred years later, he still doesn't quite know how he feels about it. *

Muchness: Hani has usually been known to be easily approachable but her appearance will fool you. Is she cute, yes. Does she enjoy invading your space, yes. Does she have an abnormally short temper when things don't go as she planned, Absolutely. She's basically a ticking time bomb of crazy that will be 100% honest with you because "lies only lead to troublesome things that I don't want to deal with". Honesty has always been the best policy in her opinion even if it hurts you. Her overall personally may seem quite erratic but she doesn't just flip out on everyone for no reason.

Background:
Hani grew up in the era when Seoul, Korea was relatively traditional and it was a pretty bad time for her, besides being born with near white hair and a haunting pair of red eyes. Albinism was still new and unexpected amongst the culture, let alone the rare strain that result in red eyes in humans which resulted in her being a test subject in a secluded lab that unknown to the public. When she was around the age of 12 she had managed to escape the facility she was trapped in before one of the security guards found her. A rather large shadow loomed over her and had her pinned to wall in a matter of seconds. Before the guard could do anything to punish her for escaping her, she could feel herself falling back into the wall and had assumed that the fear and stress had finally driven her mad.

By the time Hani had finally come to her senses the sky above her was painted a strange shade of greens and pinks. All she could do was stare up in amazement before it clicked to her that none of this was normal. She reached up to rub a sore spot on her head and felt something extremely soft, large white rabbit ears had appeared on her head along with a fluffy tail. That being said he is very volatile and violent. He can be mischievous and calculating, cold at times too. He can be emotionally passive and cruel, much like most Wonderlandians. He loves knowledge and he can be found reading a book at the most times. He can be arrogant at times and might be a bit absorbed at the fact that he is one of the most powerful beings in Wonderland.   Born in 1950s England, Alice was born a Lord and a Lady of Cambridge. He was brought up with a standard. Act like a man and get married to a lovely noble woman. He didn't quite like this and rebelled quite often. It drove her parents mad, especially since he wasn't a normal child. Since he was young he was always prone to fits of violence and was icy and wasn't at all the perfect son they wanted him to be.
  
  He would always be lost in his own world. When he heard talks of them wanting to send his to an asylum, he ran away. He didn't get far other than his own garden and found a white rabbit. He followed it and soon he fell down a rabbit hole. He had lost perception of time while falling and when he reached the bottom, he felt pain. He had twisted her ankle. He managed to get out into the wide World of Wonderland and was in awe.
  
  Soon he would find that this was the only place he would fit in and found it to be home. His friends within it became his real family. Death would be the cost for those who harm them.
