Help Album Settings?

I am honestly trying, but I can't seem to figure out how to change an album from private to public. I've clicked everywhere I can think of and I seriously can't find it.

For reference, I'm on a laptop on Google Chrome.

Please help I just want images to actually be seen ;w;
