Lyudmila Kuznetsov

__m16a1_girls_frontline_drawn_by_cero_last2stage__sample-6565311e6c8de30781aec9c1fd586974.jpg

Age: Mid-30s

Gender: Female

Race: Human (?)

Homeland:
Snezhnaya

Vision:
Geo

Constellation:
Artifex (The Craftsman)

Weapons

Weapon 1: Stake Driver:
A large hammer similar to the one used by Fatui Vanguards. Lyuda's Vision is incompatible with the internal mechanisms of the weapon that were designed for Electro, however her Geo Vision grants her the ability to handle it with impressive speed and power.

Weapon 2: Automatic Rifle:
A weapon that serves as an iteration upon the weapons used by the Fatui Bracers. She usually keeps it disassembled in a case on her back, and rarely uses it.

Vision Abilities:
Earthshaping:
Lyuda can precisely handle any earthen or metal object regardless of weight or shape while it is in her hands, and can gradually mold and shape them without any tools or heat. (Among other things, she can replenish her ammunition supply with the right materials, which are increasingly scarce.)

Tremor: Lyuda can create quakes, fissures, or eruptions of earth up to around 20 meters away from her by striking the surfaces she wishes to affect. This ability is more effective when used in conjunction with Stake Driver, being able to topple most human-sized targets, but can be used in a weaker form with her bare hands.

Talents:
Wilderness survival, mechanical engineering, sculpting (or at least she wishes it was)

Personality:

The events of the past years have left Lyuda quiet with a dry sense of humor, on top of being inured to the violence she continues to inflict. Even so, she remains optimistic as she continues her journey. On the path her life has taken so far, Lyuda remains humble, and shows a certain protectiveness towards people she admires. Her greatest admiration is directed to people who live passionately and particularly those who create art or other things of worth.

History:
Lyudmila Kuznetsov was born into an ordinary, struggling working class family like any other on the outskirts of Snezhnaya. While she had no problems making friends as she attended school, she found her time best spent in her mother's workshop, repairing and maintaining the community's vehicles and work equipment, a preference that reflected in her academic performance. Granted a scholarship to one of the universities in the capital city, she threw herself into the studies of all the advanced machinery that sustained Snezhnaya and served the Tsaritsa, on top of ways to improve them even further.

Hard at work as always one night, Lyuda witnessed an apparition of a spiraling staircase before her, as her dedication had apparently led the Geo Archon to see fit to grant her a Vision. She could not prevent word from spreading, least of all in a place so close to the Tsaritsa's gaze. Soon she was approached by a recruiter from the military, who persuaded her that the combination of her expertise and her new gift could be best put to use on the frontlines protecting Snezhnaya from the envy of other nations and all the danger that lay in the lands between.

After years of service, Lyuda was eventually promoted to lead a unit of the Fatui carrying out patrols in the wilderness of Sumeru, seeing and learning more than she ever could sitting in a workshop or an ivory tower. One fateful day, when she returned to the biting cold of Snezhnaya with an intelligence report, she was granted an audience with the Tsaritsa herself, who took special interest in what Lyuda had to say. It was then that an immense, otherworldly entity struck the city. Many survived, but the greatest damage of all was dealt to the nation as a whole, as the entity destroyed the Tsaritsa...her Gnosis sent away to parts unknown. Lyuda fled the scene to avoid capture, but being the only person with the Tsaritsa at the time of the attack, suspicion fell on her. At the very least, she had failed in her duty as a protector, at the most, she led whatever it was to the Tsaritsa.

Hunted by her former comrades, Lyuda currently wanders as a mercenary and bounty hunter, dreaming of being the one who solves the mystery of the Tsaritsa's destruction and restores her nation's beloved Archon.

Sigil Orias
char2.png
Appearance: Sigil has brown eyes, and brown hair which reaches down just below her chin. Her casual attire (pictured above) is typical Mondstadt clothing - a blouse with a long skirt and boots. When out hunting, she ties up her hair and wears snugly fit, lightweight leather gear, with her bow and quiver slung over her shoulder and carrying any other doodads she might need in her pockets.

Age: 18

Gender: Female

Race: Human

Homeland: Liyue

Distinguishing Markings/Scars: There is a noticeable scar on her left cheek which goes from her chin to just below her eye, though it is not deep.

Inherited Archon: Ophelia, the Anemo Archon - God of Relationships and Freedom

Vision: Anemo

Constellation: Lenis Aura (Smooth Breeze)

Weapon Name: Messenger (the same weapon from Genshin Impact)

Weapon Description: Identical in appearance to the original Messenger, except the top/bottom limbs of the bow are a murkier brown colour rather than a reddish colour.

Vision Abilities:
Normal Attack: Specialized Shooting
Sigil has never been able to shoot arrows in quick succession which come out as accurate or even remotely strong. Her attempts may lead one to assume she is either blind or drunk (which will only cause further confusion due to her young appearance). Fortunately, her success rate is significantly higher when she prioritizes quality over quantity, being able to let off precise, fairly powerful Charged Attacks which can be fatal to an unsuspecting target. She can imbue the tips of her arrows with Anemo energy, though this admittedly doesn't do much of anything unless her target is already affected by another element.

Elemental Skill: Puncturing Plume
Sigil conjures a feather made of pure Anemo energy. The feather is similar a physical object - she can "throw" it on its own or attach it to an arrow and launch it. She can "activate" the feather at any time, which will cause wind to flow sharply to its location for a brief moment. This wind flow acts like a remote slash, strong enough to pierce skin. The wind quickly turns from dangerous to blustery if she loses focus or tries to use multiple at a time. Still, "blustery" is sometimes still useful to lock down (small) prey.

Elemental Burst: Freeform Fire
Sigil imbues her arrows with high amounts of Anemo energy. She can use the Anemo energy to influence the angle and direction of the next few arrows she fires, highly increasing their accuracy. However, there are some caveats. She must launch an arrow with enough force in order for it to be influenced effectively by the Anemo energy and lock onto her target. Merely throwing an arrow or shooting it haphazardly will give disappointing results. Additionally, she cannot completely manipulate the arrow's pathing - shooting an arrow away from her target and trying to make it fly in the opposite direction with her Vision is nigh impossible, and the less accurate the initial shot, the more energy must be spent to correct its trajectory. Lastly, her Anemo energy will gradually dissapate over time, meaning subsequent shots are less prone to being influenced.

Talents: Spatial awareness, timing

Personality:
What Sigil had taken from her childhood was that many things were best left unsaid, usually for the sake of the other person. She rarely speaks out of turn, not wishing to tear open old wounds. Although she often keeps some thoughts to herself, she is greatly patient and understanding of situations. When at an impasse, she doesn't curse at the "what could be", but silently accepts the "what is". She looks to make sure that she never leaves behind any unpaid debts, and holds those who reach out to her first dearly. She's not the type of person looking to be a leader, but she finds herself willing to be one if no one else steps forward.

History:
Sigil was born less than a year before the genocide of the Seven. Her parents, fearing the worst for their one and only daughter, fled to their homeland, Mondstadt. The journey was far from leisurely. The death of the Archons had stirred the monsters all across the land, and in Liyue, monsters were filled with hateful karma and rage. Her father hauled a cart with Sigil and the rest of their belongings from sunset to sunrise, resting during the day. Her mother insisted on walking alongside the cart, but eventually deigned to sleep with Sigil halfway through the nights.

They had managed to make it safely to Wangshu Inn, but the inevitable happened a few days after their departure from there. Sigil's father, fatigued from the load of their journey, passed out in the dead of night. Sigil awoke to the sound of rabid growling and strained shrieks. The bow and sword which the father could have hoped to have protect himself with were out of reach, left in the cart. The sounds went on for too long. Suddenly, the growling grew louder, and the cart rocked. Sigil could only make out a fuzzy, whitish blur in her face for a moment. But the sounds stopped quickly and suddenly as if they'd been silenced. Sigil clearly remembers the next thing she saw - the shape of a blackened, horned mask with glowing green eyes. That, as well as the moaning and groaning of her father. She never got to know what his face originally looked like.

The rest of the journey was hazy to Sigil, but they'd made it to Mondstadt without any more encounters. Her father, irrepairably damaged by the karmic monsters, went mad, and fled from Mondstadt into the wilderness. He did not return. Miraculously, her mother showed no signs of injury from the incident, and she raised Sigil simply on her own for the next several years. Her mother always put on a smile, but even as an impressionable young child, Sigil knew that her mother's tongue was clamped as she gazed at her while she ate her meals.

Discovering what remained from her father, Sigil learned how to use the bow at a young age. Even through the genocide of the Seven, Springvale had managed to recover somewhat, knowing how to make use of the land. They trained her wholeheartedly and taught her basic survival skills, perhaps after seeing the sorry, beaten state her mother was in. Sigil made it her daily goal to hit a bullseye for every wrinkle on her mother's face.

Once, at the age of 14, she had been sitting in a tree in the Brightcrown Canyon, eyeing a lone, complacent boar, a sight which was uncommon back then which was becoming rarer still. Crawling on a thick branch and lying on her stomach, she pulled back the string, and struck the boar straight in its side, and it heaved over, limp. She had taken out her first target. As she tried pushing herself up, she slipped, and a sharp branch firmly hooked itself in her left cheek before she fell.

She lay on her back, blood slowly streaming down her chin, and a bit going up into her left eye. But there was no pain. A familar growling had all of her attention at that time. Thinking quickly, she abandoned her reward, and scurried back up into the tree while the hilichurls feasted. But they had sensed her. She found herself staring down three hilichurls, all staring back up at her, thankfully unarmed. An arrow followed each drop of blood that fell from her face. But she had more blood to spare than arrows. She'd only managed to take out one of the three hilichurls, and the others had only been riled up by the death of their comrade. They eventually backed off, but lingered around the area, keeping Sigil stuck up there. In the mean time, she blotted her injury with her shirt.

Some hours had passed before she was found. The Springvale hunters made clean work of the last two hilichurls, and Sigil could remember all of their expressions when she turned to them after shuffling down the tree trunk. Sigil's mother screamed at the Springvale hunters until she lost her voice. It didn't matter that Sigil was the one to wander off, or that Sigil hadn't told anyone where she was going. Still, the hunters apologized profusely, and Sigil did her best to make a reassuring face for them. As the scolding proceeded, her left hand was gripped tightly by her mother. Her right hand rested in her pocket, thumbing a new, small, smooth sphere.

She replaced the jewel on her old necklace with the new Vision. It was smaller than any other Vision she had seen - its diameter was about as long as her thumb. Since she always wore her necklace underneath whatever clothing she was wearing, no one had suspected anything. But when she was out hunting, and no one was looking, she'd pull out the orb, calling upon its light green glow.

Extra: Sigil didn't receive formal education growing up, so she is somewhat illiterate.

Though many fear his name and many look for him to answer the law, being highly wanted by law across the land, he is a sweet and innocent man who has respect for the ones he loves.

CIPALI
  • NAME
    Cipali of the Xochizal
    NICKNAMES
    Cici, Cili, Juvelo’s Sculptor
    AGE
    28
    GENDER
    Male

    RACE
    Half-Yahui
Known to exhibit the head and limbs of a crocodile and the shell of a tortoise, the monstrous Yahui can block most spears and arrows by using their near-impenetrable shell and passably tough scales. Unfortunately, Cipali has inherited none of those features, save for the topaz claws of his mother. Yahui bone, claws and teeth are traditionally made of nonmetallic minerals in the vicinity of their birth, but there have been unusual exceptions. In Cipali’s case, his mother’s choice was Flare Topaz, a variety of precious stone that flickers red-orange near heat as if it contains an internal flame.

    HOMELAND
    Natlan

    DISTINGUISHING FEATURES

Instead of protein-based nails on his fingers, he sports claw-like topaz protrusions filed for sculpting use, taking advantage of the high resistance to scratching and breakage. If he wears sandals or goes barefoot, one can see much of the same, just in their natural shape due to not wanting to carve with his feet. On his back is a stylized tortoise shell tattoo with icons symbolizing important events in his life drawn into each scute. Many plates are kept empty for future occurrences, and the tattoo itself is inked with turquoise linework.

Name:
Juniper Kätzlein

Age:
21 years old

Gender:
Cisgender Female

Race:
Kätzlein.

Homeland:
Springfield, Monstadt

Distinguishing Markings/Scars:
Like the rest of her bloodline, Juniper bears the feline features of any other Kätzlein family member: Brown tabby cat ears, and a brown tabby tail. But due to a more concentrated genes she has more feline features- a cat-like nose, sharp teeth, long pointed nails.

Vision:
Hydro

Weapon Name:
Spring Fairy’s Strife - Catalyst

Weapon Description:
360_F_268835260_nGaePv2ZdkrpfzvQetJxnTXp6wR93Kph.jpg

A bright blue, leather-bound tome which features a fairy tale version of the namesake fae creature contained within a caricature of an oval-shaped, filigreed mirror.

Vision Abilities:
-Hydro Jet
Her basic attack. Exactly what you may think, her basic attack is send a concentrated blast of water at an opponent with the power of a power washer. Charging this power makes the water pressure increase, making it completely capable of punching directly through stone.

-Cat’s Evasion
When it rains, her running speed increases as well as attack power. But only when it rains.

-Kätzlein Fury
The burst attack where she summons a snake of water, that forms into a large cat paw that attacks enemies within reach by slamming on the ground. This does AOE Hydro damage. Great for crowd control.

Talents:
-She has cat-like grace.
-Loves horseback riding.
-Fastest runner in Springfield
-Booksmart
-
-

Personality:
Mostly shy and demure, Juniper tries to keep to herself for the most part. Sure, she can be friendly when she wants to be, and is definitely a very sweet young woman, but she is most certainly an introvert above everything else. She is smart, bookish. She spends an awful lot of her spare time reading books about the different nations of Teyvat, dreaming of traveling the world to see the sights, maybe even go to Sumeru to get a real education. But for now, she was just Monstadt's resident mail lady.

History:
Juniper is a born and raised Monstadt citizen. Born to the unique Kätzlein family in Monstadt's own Springfield, which was, admittedly, a lot smaller at the time this story takes place. Nothing more than just a small settlement of farmers and hunters.

Juniper lived with her mother and father, working the fields, playing with other kids, just your average, run of the mill life. At around 16 years old she took up horseback riding, which enabled her to become what she is today- Monstadt’s resident mail lady! She runs a sort-of pony express between the different settlements that are scattered around Monstadt. Because of this she’s actually fairly well known around Monstadt. If you need something transported quick around the country, Juniper’s Mail Service is the best choice for the job.

His skin and hair is the tone of fiery red and yellow, turning to red and black when low on pyro energy. His iris is the shade of yellow.
His outfit is the mix of yellow, blue, black, white and red.

Name:
Sari

Age:
920

Gender:
N/A(appearance leans to masculine)

Race:
Evolved Slime

Homeland:
Monstadt

Distinguishing Markings/Scars:
N/A

Vision:
Pyro Slime

Weapon Name:
Reforged Ore

Weapon Description:
Once a long forgotten weapon returned to a crude shape, burnt and molten into a weapon with pyro energy. Its insides melted away, caving in like a flute. While it can act as a good conductor for all elements, due to its long exposure to pyro energy it deals with pyro the best.
A one handed sword

Vision Abilities:
When Sari has surplus pyro energy in himself he will be Charged, his hair flaming and eyes and body glowing.
When Sari has enough pyro energy in himself he will be Temperate, his usual and normal form.
When Sari has insufficient pyro energy in himself he will be Exhausted, shrinking in size and will not be able to use pyro energy efficiently until he absorbs more.
He is resistant to attacks of pyro element, and can absorb the element's energy to charge himself. He can even absorb pyro element shield with low efficiency if he makes contact with it.

[Elemental Skill]
Steel Melting Claw
Sari forms a bow and arrow out of pyro energy and fires a shot. The arrow explodes with pyro energy upon contact. Sari can use the explosion to propel himself into the air.

[Elemental Burst]
Lantern Lights of the Peach Blossom Hills
Sari bursts his outer shell around him to form a healing aura of pyro, healing himself and ones around him as the burst shell forms shapes of transparent blossoming peach trees. Sari becomes faster but is more vulnerable with less protection around him.

Talents:
cooking

Personality:
Sari is generally a quiet individual. After a long time of separation from civilization, he had forgotten most of his knowledge of communicating with others. He's also out of date with the technology and culture of people, easily surprised with the modern exploits of humanity that many enjoy(especially in Fontaine and Snezhnaya). Naturally, Sari is eager to explore the new world that he never got to see.
As he wore his mask in front of people most of the times with a few exceptions, Sari's expressions are quite honest. He is used to having the mask to conceal his expressions, so he hardly puts effort into keeping his face tame. You can read his face like a book.

History:
Back in the early days, Sari was but a simple, small pyro slime that knew nothing but to burn bright. Running away from Hilichuurls, hiding from people, Sari grew in size over time. Sometimes dumb luck, sometimes with his pea brain intelligence, the little slime grew and grew until one day, it gained sentience. More years passed as he learned to control his elemental powers. But the biggest turning point in his life was yet to come.
On a rainy day, Sari was taking shelter from the rain when a mysterious figure approached him. It was a human, holding great interest in his existence. The figure named him, and taught him the basics of human language. They met every now and then after that chance encounter, and soon grew to be close friends. The figure sometimes took him to the city of Mondstadt with a disguise, showing him the human civilization. Having seen the castle as the first civilization he'd ever seen, Sari considered it like his home. Even after he traveled around the seven kingdoms with the figure, he still considered Mondstadt his home.
The figure never taught Sari their name- even until the day they died. Sari was out for a walk in the Galesong Hills when he saw a group of hilichuurls dancing around a campfire, led by an abyss mage. When Sari got there after they left, he found tattered pieces of clothing the figure was wearing, and they were never seen again. Assuming the hilichuurls have done it, Sari drove them off and built a small grave in a remote spot. For the next few decades, Sari traveled around Teyvat fighting the hilichuurls around human settlements- rescuing strangers from the threat many times but mostly concentrating on dealing with the monsters themselves. People who witnessed the flames day or night told tales of a mysterious fire protecting them, and it turned into an old fairy tale of Mondstadt.
Sari's anger died out after decades of hunting down Hilichuurls and abyss mages. He wore a mask and clothes to blend in with the humans, and spent more time traveling and meeting new people. There were many, some good, some bad, some in between. Until one day, he went up to the Dragonspine mountain and disappeared from plain sight for a long time. It was a long time of meditation and training separated from the world. When he emerged again, he witnessed the deaths of the Archons. Teyvat was plunged into chaos.
Sari returned to Mondstadt to aid its citizens, wearing the same old mask just like when he drove the hilichuurls away centuries ago.

Name: Rolf Stradbroke
Age: 79
Gender: Male
Race: Elf
Homeland: Mondstadt

Distinguishing Markings/Scars/Appearance: He is missing his pinkie and ring finger off of his left hand and the small chunk connecting them as well as half of his left ear - hides the latter with his hair. Given his elven heritage, Rolf is still technically an adolescent, he is also short for his age and while in elven years he would be considered a late teenager or young adult he is often mistaken for a child at a distance or a girl up close.

Vision: Hydro
Weapon Name: Fisherman - Polearm
Weapon Description:
The handle of an oar with the bones and teeth of a large predatory fish making up the blade, secured by fishing line. It has many ropes and pouches attached to it that contain hooks, bait, tackle and other fishing necessities.

Vision Abilities:
Reach of the deep - Using his vision Rolf can summon a tentacle-like spout of water that will burst out of the ground or smack people. He can spawn one from himself which can pull him out of danger or pull people closer to him like a fishing line.

Sailors Warning - Rolf can focus to make his elemental energy burst, creating a water spout that draws in surrounding foes. The spout is full of hydro mimics of predatory fish and sharks. The mist/churning from the water spout reflect the light appearing almost red like a morning sky.

Talents: Survival, fishing, filleting fish, cooking fish, identifying fish, swimming, sailing.

Personality:
Rolf is cautious, to put it mildly. His upbringing has left him wary of others, so he doesn’t stay in one place too long and when he has to venture into populated areas he is more often staying on the outskirts. He embodies mondstadts city of freedom ideal in that Rolf has no strong ties to keep him in one place, travelling wherever the waters carry him but most often to different fishing sites.

He is most comfortable when he is alongside a body of water, the calming ripple of waves and water aids him in his sleep and is when he is most at ease, more so in freshwaters such as lakes and rivers. He has a great distrust of kingdom soldiers and when he cannot avoid them is often rude and berating, not helped by his youthful appearance often leading him to be confused for a child leading to unwanted assistance or demands.

In contrast, he has a surprisingly good relationship with hilichurls, the simple creatures that they are Rolf, in his time on his own, has improved his mannerisms and knows how to live peacefully with them, often camping in their huts overnight while travelling. Though he is more comfortable with them than kingdom citizens he doesn’t extend his welcome especially in the presence of armoured Lawlachurls, and if abyss agents are present he avoids them at all costs.

History:
Born in a fishing hut on the outskirts of Mondstadt, Rolf has no memory of his parents they died in a sailing accent when he was young. He was raised by an old fisherman that his parents were acquainted with who taught him how to fish, talk, live. He passed before rolf had reached 10 years though and from then on Rolf had to look after himself.
The first time visiting Mondstadt city Rolf was intimidated by the crowds and tall buildings that he’d never seen before, looking scarcely older than a toddler the city guards and the knights of Favonius tried to bring him in, fearing that he had gotten separated from his parents. These strangers trying to grab him terrified Rolf and he fled from them, eventually evading capture and returning home.
He survived primarily through fishing, trading his good with the occasional merchant who wandered past his old rundown hut. Eventually, he lost his house to the weather and Rolf use what sturdy wood remained to fashion a small home on the docked fishing boat that had been long unused.

Older now he was forced to visit mondstadt again to gather materials for sails and spent as little time in the city as possible. Determined to get away from his old home he set sail, looking to travel south to tropical waters. However, poor weather struck him again and he was thrown into the ocean where he nearly lost his hand to a shark. As his consciousness faded his thoughts fell to his parents, lost before he was even aware to a similar incident and Rolf was determined to survive. The water itself seemed to reach up and pull him back onto his boat holding the mast firm and getting him out of the storm.

Bleeding out from the wound on his hand he made it to a fishing village north of liyue where his hand was bandaged up. The parade of questions that struck him, caused Rolf to depart the very next day, now aware of the glowing blue vision attached to his belt.

Following that night, Rolf felt a new sense of determination. One to survive unlike those who raised him, to travel with the current and go where it led him. He became more willing to visit civilisations though he never stayed long. The thought of unique and unknown fish was his primary motive for travel, as well as the ever-present sense of flow that guided Rolfs movement.

Extra: He cooks a mean barramundi curry

Name
Anom Astrium
| Palm Reader |
“Creepy Hand Guy”

Age
22

Gender
Male

Race
Human

Homeland
Inazuma

Appearance
Anom stands at a satisfactory 5’9 that is accompanied by an ever-present slouch. He tends to dress in dyes of white and blue, but when running low on mora, he will wear just about anything he can get his hands on. Many have commented on his snow-white hair or his heterochromatic eyes, but his response is always that he was simply “born with it”. After an accident dating back to his childhood, he is also seen with a cross-shaped scar that rests underneath his left eye. His Vision is positioned just below the collar bone, fastened by a chain around the neck.

Vision
Hydro

Weapon
“Book”, or as the peddler he received it from referred to it as “Dei Ira”. An ornate tome that is illuminated in a gentle blue shimmer, as if to boast its affinity to the elements. It encaptures an unsettling visage, beholding an unnerving symbol of an eye as if to insinuate a more sinister past. According to Anom’s research, the man that sold it to him said, and he quotes: “It’s totally not evil in any way, my man. Something so pretty could never be a bad omen. Now cough over the mora.”

Vision Abilities
Normal Attack: “Backhand”
With a lax flick of his wrist, orbs of water propel themselves at Anom’s enemies. If charged, signified by the clenching of his fist, a pair of watery hands emerge from underneath a target, temporarily engulfing them and then exploding, dealing AoE Hydro DMG in a short range.
Elemental Skill: “Second-hand Healer”
Much like a child in a karate movie, Anom punches the air in front of him, forming a fist of water that homes in on a single target. On impact, the fist dissipates into a shower of droplets that gradually heal any nearby allies. The continuous heal is indicated by a handprint that is located on a comrade’s chest.
Elemental Burst: “You’re Under A-wrist!”
Anom beseeches the guidance of the Hydro Archon, clapping his hands together and summoning a translucent bubble extending in a 10ft radius around himself. Any enemies within this bubble sustain a defensive debuff as well as a slow debuff, caused by liquid sigils in the shape of hands that are temporarily seared over an enemies’ eyes. Hydro-based enemies, while still sustaining lowered defense, are not affected by the slow debuff, as water does not hinder their vision.
Mage Art: “Force Palm”
Using his hydro Vision, Anom finishes his combo with an orb of water shaped in an open hand that slams down on an enemy from above.

Talents
Palm Reading

While Anom personally believes his readings to be fraudulent and ridden with nonsensical mumbo jumbo, many of those that have received said readings have reported accurate insight and favorable outcomes. Of course, Anom is well aware that anyone looking to get their palms read is most likely a nutcase, to begin with.

Haggle Warrior
A penny pincher in the truest sense, Anom is capable of lowering the price of mora it takes to create or enhance any catalyst-based weapon. This is due to his innate ability to have an extensive hour-long argument that ultimately ends in a negligible discount on said item. It’s likely this could extend to other forms of commerce, but he has never had the time or care to try it.

Personality
The perfect word to sum up Anom is “unenthusiastic”. As someone that has long lost any and all forms of ambition and drive, he hopes to carelessly float through life doing as minimal as possible. Anom’s ideal is to be swimming in mora without needing to lift a finger. He also views himself as a con artist, his knack for palm readings acting as a conduit to swindle star-struck buffoons into handing over their hard-earned mora. His least favorite type of people is those with insufferable righteous conduct and optimists.

History
Anom grew up in Inazuma as an orphan. He lived on the streets for as long as he can remember, and whenever someone attempted to take him in, he left soon after, as to not grow attached. He spent his childhood scavenging for scraps, buttering up the locals for candy, and stealing books from the Narukami Publishing House to learn more about the outside world. This livelihood only worsened when Inazuma had suffered from the catastrophe, the chaos of losing parts of their city to the sky, and the silence of their beloved Archon leaving little room for the pity of a street urchin.

His interest in books is what led him to take up palm reading. Stumbling on a beginner’s guide written by an author from a far-off land, Anom was enamored by the mysticality of the practice, spending much of his time learning the ins and outs of the art. He had hoped to one day possibly find the reason as to why his parents had abandoned him; why his fate dictated him to be alone. However, that divination never came, and he has been unable to read his own destiny to this day, much to his chagrin.

The day he was blessed with his Vision was rather lackluster. It happened during the first palm reading he did that was for someone other than himself. Vivid imagery had filled his mind, as if handing him the answer to their questions, and as he opened his eyes, the Vision lay within his hands. Anom doesn’t remember what he had told the person, nor whether or not the divination turned out to be true or helpful, but he does remember the overwhelming sense of disappointment that a god would ever waste their time rewarding a nobody like himself. They were a real dunce if you asked him.

Presently, Anom found himself disliking the constant pressure of obtaining a diligent work ethic enforced by Orobashi’s regime, which directly contradicted his mantra of laziness. Going against his principles, Anom decided to test his fate, becoming a stowaway on a random vessel that he had no inkling of its destination. Sneaking out once they had docked, he now traverses unknown lands in the hopes of finding a paradise that supports his lazy needs.

Extra
He doesn’t actually have a hand fetish.
