(Chun is based heavily off of the Legend of Genji project. Please check it out!)

Name: Chun

Appearance
(Art is from the incredible Legend of Genji project!)
PZxG6W2-IpCYbddqe_jMjmZ1s5jDwVbesPlym1gu4Vn2WY-6MUZd2h_9scKX3uv5DW4yqsPnv5ejZii7hLmDd1gih-ZyjuGyQQ-Nq96BOgrhHlFUKjAREHOwuW-WmOmaaP53__oo

Ethnicity: Sandbender (Mother is a Sand Tribeswoman, Father is Unknown)

Fighting Style: Chun has basically no bending training, so much of his style is very loose and unrefined, having been learned through watching and participating in pro bending matches. He relies mostly on his exceptional bending power and athleticism to get him through fights, being uncharacteristically flighty for an arthbender as he darts around his opponent as he looks for an opening. Chun uses a lot of improvisation in his style, using unorthodox techniques to catch his opponent off guard, mainly revolving around using his environment to his advantage. A quirk he's always had is that he has trouble bending blog objects. Smaller objects like rocks or sand is easy for him, but larger rocks or boulders take a lot more effort, leading to him often breaking them up beforehand so he can make better use of them.

Personality: Much like any Earthbender, Chun embodies his element. Stubborn, headstrong, and independent. But he differs in several ways. For one, he’s incredibly rebellious, and has a general disdain authority, mainly due to never having a father figure in his life, and the feeling that he was never enough. He’s also not very spiritual. He never needed to know how the spirits worked or what they did while in the slums, and he doesn’t much care for it. Gorging up without a father has led the kid to develop a chip on his shoulder. This leads to him having a bit of a temper, especially when he's being looked down on or made fun of. Chun often pretends to be aloof in a vain attempt to come off as mature and experienced. In reality, he's still the same angry, bitter kid, furious that his father left him to rot. But this also leads into his good traits. He's extremely determined, for one. When he puts his mind to something, he doesn't stop until it's done or he's dead, not in any particular order. He's also loyal. While he's apathetic to countries and organization, he's absolutely loyal to his friends and family, and will do whatever it takes.

Background:

Chun never knew his father. From what his mother told him, he was an Earthbender working the railways. Regardless, he was never home much. So when he up and vanished, Chun wasn’t hurt much. It was more the longstanding feeling that he wasn’t loved that wounded him. Growing up in the Lower Ring of Ba Sing Se and being the son of a Sand Tribeswoman didn’t help, with the family being the victim of constant prejudice and harrassment. Chun, being a natural troublemaker, always seemed to be in some sort of trouble, be it disturbing the peace, vandalism, etc. It got to the point that one of the cells in the neighborhood garrison was soon called the "Chun Suite," as he spent quite a lot of time there. All the while, he felt like a complete and utter failure. He rarely went to school, not that he would have learned much there anyways. Instead, he found himself working odd jobs where he could, eventually taking part in amateur bending matches due to his impressive natural talent at Sandbending.

And here he remains. Still just another face in the Lower Ring. He has no clue of his true origins, or what lay in store for him...

Princess Kiyora
Basic Information
Name - Kiyora
Nickname(s) - Ki
Title(s) - Councilwoman, Princess (secretly)
Age - 17, nearly 18
Sexuality - Demisexual heteroromantic

Physical Appearance
Kiyora wears her hair in a traditional Fire Nation style, with half of her long, black hair down and the other half up in a bun. Kiyora has the signature golden eyes of the Fire Nation royal family, so it's honestly a wonder that she has managed to go without being discovered for so long. She tends to wear a red and gold tunic with black combat leggings and black boots on a daily basis. She'll sometimes switch her outfit up to a more flowy and breathable combo, but it isn't often. Kiyora is on the taller side...I would say she's around 5'6 or 5'7. She has a rather athletic build.
Fighting Style
Kiyora has been trained in the art of firebending by the greatest masters in the Fire Nation since she could walk. She took to it naturally, and her technique is nearly flawless. She tends to take a more cautious approach to her bending, but she's still incredibly powerful. She can pull off moves that many wouldn't even dream of. At the time of her family's removal from the Royal City, Kiyora was working on perfecting her redirection of lightning. She sometimes practices this in private whenever she has the time, but hasn't made much progress with it.
Personality
Although Kiyora was raised a royal and taught to have impeccable manners, she is very outspoken and opinionated. She will challenge anything that she doesn't agree with and will push her opinion until the other person acknowledges it. On a more positive note, Kiyora is very dedicated to her friends and family. She is very selfless and would give her life up in battle if it meant her friends and family had a chance of living a life that was a fraction better. Kiyora has slight anger issues, and for a time used these random bursts of anger to fuel her firebending. She's since learned that this isn't a very productive source of energy. Even though she was raised to be a proper lady, Kiyora is anything but. She interrupts people while they're talking, she can be loud at times, and she makes jokes that would make grown men blush.
Backstory
Princess Kiyora is not only a secret to the rest of the world, but a secret to the Fire Nation as well. Her mother, Princess Kokomi, had her out of wedlock, and, in an attempt to keep shame from being put on their family, they hid Kiyora from the world. Even still, Kiyora had a great childhood; she grew up in the Royal City with her uncles, mother, and cousins, and was raised the same way that they were. She received high quality training, and was well-loved. Kiyora has always felt a strong loyalty to her country, and admired her uncle's work as Fire Lord. Her life goal has always been to serve as one of the most well respected generals in the Fire Nation's army, and to serve her nation however she could. These dreams never came to fruition, however, because on the rainy night before her seventeenth birthday, her uncle was forcefully removed from the throne. Amongst the chaos that ensued the following day, Kiyora realized that (as she was a secret from the rest of the world) she was her family's secret weapon and the key to restoring peace and order to her nation. So, she set off to Republic City and climbed the social ladder, and in a matter of months was declared a junior councilwoman representing the Fire Nation and sent off with a group of other junior councilpeople on her first quest: to find the avatar.

psyche

Mayari was always seen as this dainty flower. Poised, soft-spoken, humble and to be one day be the wife of a Chief or, even a Chieftess herself. She was almost molded to perfection - but it hasn’t always been that way.
Mayari has always been a curious child - which led to her getting in trouble a lot. She snooped where she shouldn't have and had a tireless taste for something new: adventure. It also sparked her creativity and led her into partaking in art and a variety of other hobbies that never lasted long. As she grew older, this forcibly faded out, and her curiosity and creativity lowered (though peaks of it shine through at times).
She's a sweet and caring soul, down to earth, and welcoming to all. She wants to be the type of leader who is there for her people and will thoroughly listen to them. Her charisma helps a lot with this, even influencing her parents at times when she tries to talk herself or others out of trouble. She also has a problem with injustice. She didn't like it when her father made an unfair decision upon the tribe or her sibling was punished for something so minor.

Mayari can be a bit.. spacey. It kinda links up with her perceptiveness and curiousness. She gets deep in her thoughts and is off in her own world (usually when she shouldn't be). She picks up on a lot. The littlest of gestures, the slightest of movement, how that painting is tilted a little to the left - she'll dwell on it, point it out, or just continue to observe and act accordingly. Fortunately for her, some just view it as ‘philosophical pondering.’
However, her spaciness can lead to outright indecisiveness. She'll ponder too much on one thing and will be completely unsure of what to pick/conclude on.
Some other downfalls about her are that she's rather gullible and overly trusting. If you're her friend, she'll trust you. No doubt. If you're even closer to her? Then you'd one hundred percent never lie to her, right?
Even if you happened to break her trust or lie to her, the perpetrator wouldn't see much. She's very slow to show negative feelings. She just wants to be seen as this kind, fair ruler that cares for her kingdom, but isn’t too opinionated and isn’t too soft-spoken. She hates showing anyone that she's not okay. She was taught to be strong and that's what she was set on being. But who said you couldn't be strong and show emotion?
She's somewhat reclusive/secretive when it comes to her true feelings and anything romantic. She'll just try to brush it off and bottle it up until it'll eventually explode.. and she rarely explodes. For romance, she just gets extremely flustered.

history

Mayari is the bastard child of Rakai of the Fire Nation and Kyora of the Northern Water Tribe.
Even before the Great War, Firelord Sozin looked down on nobles marrying outside of nobles - especially outside of Fire Nation.
For Kyora, she was a princess, so she was betrothed to another.. but she did not love him back. It was forced, merely for political purposes. She didn't have any say.

Rakai and Kyora met a couple of months before her betrothal, instantly falling head over heels for one another. Despite their love being forbidden, the firebender and the Water princess continued to meet and love in secret.. They hoped to come out soon about their love, but it was too late. She was already betrothed and even pregnant with Rakai.
Kyora did her best to hide her pregnancy, fearing the possible death of her love and exile of her future child.. and her own possible exile. Luckily, she had some friends that did their best to help her hide it.. until she got too far along.
Claiming a mental disturbance and illness, she wished to visit her sister - an extremely talented healer as well as the Chieftess of The Meirenyu Tribe.

While there, she gave birth to Mayari and begged Asyu to take care of her. Asyu of course agreed, as she was infertile (and uh, loves her sister, duhh). From there on, Mayari was raised as the Princess and the possible heir. Mayari is unaware of her biological parents, Asyu and Kyora both fearing that it'd cause distress and even more confusion.. so, they wait.

Besides that, Mayari was raised with much love and care. Her biggest stress currently is training, her intense emotions, and trying to become a good, future leader.

abilities

waterbender

As the daughter of the Chief and Chieftess, she began her training as soon as it was shown that she could waterbend. With that being said, Mayari is a talented and powerful waterbender and the best of her age range in the tribe. She started healing later on, so she's nowhere near an expert.
Though she's a powerful bender, her emotions cause her a lot of issues. Emotions affect all waterbenders, but it seems to hinder Mayari more than usual.
This leads to a lack of control and overall chaos and instability - sometimes even losing concentration entirely.

She can also dance! The tribe values dance and see it as a way to help and enhance waterbending. Every waterbender MUST learn how to dance in this tribe.

Kona of the Northern Watertribe
Basic Information
Name - Kona
Nickname(s) -none, but his name is actually a type of cyclone
Title(s) - Councilman
Age - 19

Physical Appearance
Kona is around 6'3-6'5, though the number gets a little higher every time someone asks him about it. He has a muscular build. Kona's eyes are grey, and he has medium length dark brown hair that he keeps braided out of his face.
Fighting Style

Kona fights with a spear or a sword. He wasn't blessed with the gift of waterbending, so he makes do with what he has. He always has a plan, and a backup plan for that plan, and so on and so forth.
Personality
Kona is pretty...humorless. He is serious in almost everything that he does. But he's a hard worker, and he is always good to his word. Kona is very observant, and can sense even the slightest shift in someone's emotions. Despite being a relatively serious person, he's very caring and does whatever he can to help.
Backstory -

Kona was born and mostly raised in the Northern Water Tribe and had a happy childhood. Unfortunately, when Kona was twelve, his father died in a freak boating accident. Distraught, his mother packed up him and his two younger sisters and moved them to Republic City, where he's lived ever since. He was appointed to the council at age 17, and has been working with the rest of the team to find the avatar.

(adding him as kinda a background character? just for more depth)

Name: Inspector Rekam Daiwon

Appearance
Inspector Yan-Liang.png

Ethnicity: Fire Nation

Fighting Style: Rekam is unlike any other Firebender. Most of those use practice the art, even those well versed in modern Firebending, are passionate, offensive. But not Rekam. Fighting Rekam is like being a flying struggling in a spider's web. He just doesn't want to beat you. He want sto break you, pick you apart piece by piece until there's nothing left. His attack are precise, efficient, yet behind them lay a hidden level of malice and sadism.

Personality: Understanding Rekam is like trying to understand oblivion. How can you learn about something that is inherently unknowable? On the surface, he's friendly, well spoken, one may even say well bred. But he uses this facade to his advantage. He'll toy with people, keeping them caught between a false sense of security and impending doom, relishing every second of playing with his food, before a deep, dark malice explodes out of him, ripping apart anyone who dares stand in his way. Behind his humble, friendly demeanor lies someone who believes in their own superiority, and is desperate to prove it at all times. He's a perfectionist, planning every little tiny detail to the smallest minute thing, and if his plan doesn't work, he's quick to blame his subordinates. He is deeply, disturbingly human in his malice. Rekam is not a cartoon villain, he's an extremely disturbed, broken man desperately clinging to what little he has left.

Background: Rekam was born to a wealthy Fire Nation family in Republic City. Much like the Sato family, they were self built, his grandfather Saozum founding one of the first successful television production companies following the invention of movers. The family were immediately thrust into the upper rung of society. Despite Republix City being touted as lacking the aristocracy of other nations, it still took form in the upper class businessmen. Rekam wanted for nothing, receiving the beat education, the best tutors. Until he didn't.

It turned out that a candidate for president that Rekam's father had brought much support for had been using his campaign to embezzle money to several crime syndicates. The discovery shook Republic City, and almost overnight the Daiwon's were disgraced. The Board of Directors had to let the CEO go, lest that draw flak for having him running the company. Investors pulled out. Now, Rekam had nothing.

It was around this time that he first got involved with the nationalist movement in the Fire Nation. He had always been proud of his heritage, and now,on a vulnerable position, it was easy for their words to ring true. It was the nonbenders, the Earthbenders that targeted his family, jealous of their success, fearful of the superiority of the once mighty Fire Nation, now run by cowards and weaklings. Rekam joined the early movement when he was quite young, and in return they offered to pay for his education. He attended university to join the police force, under the guise he was out to prove that he was not his father. In reality, he helped provide support for the movement back home, allowing shipments to...disappear into their hands. He was so good at hiding this that he was eventually promoted to Inspector, and is up for a promotion to Chief Inspector, something he looks forward to with great enthusiasm, especially with the recent coup back in the homeland.

They are subject to change a little to add to the plot if need be they’re both about to turn 18

Name: Zitami Sato fire/combustion bender

Nationality: Fire-nation( father is a fire-nation War Admiral and mother is a daughter of the southern watertribe’s chief.)

Fighting Style: Zitami is a skilled swordsman always carrying a pair of platinum swords capable of holding high heat and unbendable to metal benders, he rarely goes anywhere without them. Considering he’s a firebender who specializes at combustion bending he was trained to be able to fight discreetly with his blades since age 8, Zitami has a selective/defensive style of fighting usually overwhelming his opponents with precise counter strikes and elusiveness choosing quality over quantity. When he’s bending he is a completely different fighter,he embraces his inner rage often making things go boom with his combustion bending or slicing flames emitting from his blades.

personality: Zitami is the typical rough and rowdy type, he is always contemplating an internal problem, he suffers from insecurities, and a bit of a short temper. but other than that he’s cool, a bit rough around the edges but cool, he enjoys traveling and training, he is bullheaded, broody when hungry or sleepy, but for the most part he’s a thrill seeking rebel and devoted rule breaker. He is a true party boy usually kept on a leash by his twin brother.

History: Zitami was born the younger brother in a set of twins from a secret relationship, his father an admiral of the fire-nations navy who laters joins in the overthrowing of the fire nation l, and his mother the daughter of a water tribe chief. His father led a crew ship that patrolled the borders along the south, when one day he came across a wrecked southern watertribe boat the only survivor was their mother. Pulling her aboard he had the chance to kill her but instead he took her to his quarters and nurtured her back to health, when she awoke she was met with a multitude of questions he found out she was trying to escape an arranged marriage, offering her sanctum over the next few weeks as he did his payroll the grew fond of each other before reaching the inevitable conclusion that she must return to her tribe. But not without a parting gift(s). Over the next few months she worried that her babies would be discovered and came to the decision that they must go with there father until they were old enough to lie about their lineage.

When the twins were born they were taken in by their father who was neck deep in treacherous activities in overthrowing the firelord and tossed his two sons right into the mix raising them to be living weapons for the resistance and sent them off to find masters in their bending styles. Zitami’s firebending came to him at age 7 and at that moment his childhood was over as he and his brother were shipped off to be trained along with his brother who’s bending hadn’t manifested.

They spent ten years on the road with their masters traveling all over the world learning various styles of combat, knowledge of different lands along with their customs. Zitami spent most of those years resenting their father upset and hurt that he would sentence them to a decade long field trip and would often
lash out at their masters who would quickly subdue him but nonetheless they did their jobs and made him a force to be reckoned with once he mastered combustion bending.

Once the Fire-nation was taken over by the resistance he and his brother were sent on their very own mission to either capture the avatar or kill him being that he would be fairly young and untrained. Zitami took that as a chance to escape and begin life anew, maybe locate his mother, commit patricide, find a home on the far corner of an island far away, but one thing was certain, he was done being a puppet.

A2ADA1EF-3A02-40CF-97C0-C853D81C7F9F.jpeg
Name: Ziro Sato (waterbender)

Nationality: Firenation (father is a firenation War Admiral and mother is a daughter of the southern watertribe’s chief.)

Fighting Style: Ziro is an offensive style waterbender preferring to be on the attack than defending, Ziro uses his water bending abilities to create weapons of his desire whether it be axes, hammers, maces and in some cases swords. His fighting style differs depending on the circumstances but it all has one thing in common, intent to crush his opponent. He is also a martial artist considering the lack of waterbending masters in the fire nation so he learned to use his hands and feet a lot quicker than most, he is also very agile and athletic using that to attack from advantageous angles considering his lack of firepower.

Ziro is a charmer, he has a very smooth personality, he is rather chill studious and has a way with words, also very deceptive, using his charm to get what he wants, while talking you in circles. He is far from a killjoy but he is rather cold when you talk to him as if all emotion has been stolen from him, it is rare for him to show enthusiasm considering how mellow he is, but that all trickles down to his drive for inner peace and tranquillity and tries his hardest to appear at peace but his mind is full of questions that in times get the best of him and will cause him to be a bit short tempered once every blue moon.

Ziro was born the older brother in a set of twins from a secret relationship, his father an admiral of the fire nations navy who laters joins in the overthrowing of the fire nation l, and his mother the daughter of a water tribe chief. Over the next few months she worried that her babies would be discovered and came to the decision that they must go with their father until they were old enough to lie about their lineage.

When the twins were born they were taken in by their father who was neck deep in treacherous activities in overthrowing the firelord and tossed his two sons right into the mix raising them to be living weapons for the resistance and sent them off to find masters in their bending styles. Ziro’s Water-bending came to him at age 10 and completely changed his life. He had spent 3 years on the road with his brother training to be a fire bender to learn that he wasn’t one, completely lost he wondered where it came from and what his father had been hiding from them. Refusing to continue training he demanded that he return to his father to get answers, just as shocked as he was their masters took them back to see their father where they learned their mother was a waterbender and nothing more his father persistent on keeping them in the dark

Spending the next 7 years traveling all over the world learning various styles of combat, knowledge of different lands along with their customs. Ziro began collecting whatever scrolls he could pick up to learn waterbending techniques; most of the scrolls were out of his league needing either a partner to help him train the moves or a master of his own. None the less he still picked up on bending ice into weapons which helped him boost his martial skills that were his strong suit.

Once the Fire-nation was taken over by the resistance he and his brother were sent on their very own mission to either capture the avatar or kill him being that he would be fairly young and untrained. Ziro being the oldest realized the gravity of this situation if this didn’t go well or they attempted to run away they may not have a homeland to return too as long as his father had a influence in the resistance, while his brother took it as a chance to cut loose and do whatever they wanted, adding another dilemma to deny him peace of mind.

Name: Mazom

Ethnicity: Air Nomads

Appearance: Mazom has somewhat tan skin and a red spikey haircut with a few braids on the side. He stands at around 6ft and has a nomad necklace. While he has the nomad robes, he has modified them as a short-sleeved tunic with a sash that goes around the waste. He does not have the tattoos yet and he carries a glider with him (the newer version).

Fighting Style: he was taught in the traditional form of air bending his personal style has some capoeira mixed where he fights with speed by using his air to increase his movements and uses his bending to confuse others

Personality: Mazom is a very adaptable individual. He often is up for anything that doesn’t have to do with spiritual training. One of his favorite activities is to just relax on a sunny day and feel the wind fly by. He often looks on the bright side for others but rarely for himself however. He can be seen as lazy which he’s fine with however he wishes others would stop talking about his full potential to him like he’s not even there. When he gets annoyed with things he either leaves the area or strikes at whatever it is. There are moments where he seems to be looking at something far away.

History: Mazom was brought up to parents who converted to the air nomad lifestyle. They were immensely happy to have a son who could air bend. He grew up in the monastery in Republic City and he soon found that the spirits were drawn to him as well. Normally this would be a good thing but the spirits around him rarely allowed him a moment to himself sometimes becoming agitated for reasons unknown to him or sometimes wanting him to go to the spirit world by force. Seeing this the monks taught him ways to repel the spirits. However he’d often overhear that he would do great things with this power and some of the monks started to put pressure on him to use this power. Mazom felt as if his destiny and life were beginning to be decided for him and that he had no freedom at all. Now at 16 he has left that life behind him and gone out to see the world.

  • 97124f81bc20e5037f1f30661137c694.jpgName: Yung-Se
    Nationality: Earth Kingdom
Fighting Style: Yung-Se's less of a fighter and more like an aggressive retreater type. Why risk things getting more out of hand by increasing the violence when he could just not be there? Now, that being said, his attempts to 'slow' down opponents while he makes his get-aways could be seen as rather violent. Throwing whatever he can get ahold of, toppling anything just to slow down his pursuers, eventually just throwing nail traps on the or flinging one of the many rocks he could easily grab onto, its not uncommon for folks to sustain concussions or worst when trying to get ahold of Yung-Se. Despite his impressive ability to utilize his environment to disable his enemies, Yung-Se is always focused on preserving his personal space. Being able to run and scale the sides of buildings fairly quickly without the use of bending, his footwork and slippery nature definitely make him hard to get ahold of.

Personality: Yung-Se's a self-centered con artist plain and simple, and has no problem doing or saying anything if he thinks it'll put him in a favorable position. Some might call his honest lifestyle of grifting, cheating and just generally being swindler-like a bad thing, but to those people Yung-Se would quote the tumultuous efforts of the honest average citizen... then sneak out of the room while everyone tries to figure out where he was goin with that speech in the first place.

He's quite the escape artist, which is probably one of the reasons he's managed to evade capture by the law and burnt former partners for so long. Yung's personal rule of thumb is to never get into a room he can't get out of in at least three different ways, but he would never let such paranoia show and worry any friends he might have who may tighten their hold on their wallets as a result. He would never let their day be ruined like that, at least not until the next day when they wonder where that money's gone.

No, Yung-Se is a man of conviction and tact, and would only show the best of times to anyone fortunate enough to be by his side when hitting the town or viewing events or just generally having fun. Woes and regrets are for the next day, when he's long since vacated the premises with their coin. But for that night? Best thing they'll ever remember guaranteed. His street smarts definitely help in this regard, not to say he isn't smart in general or anything. Why, a gracious host such as him would have to be of quite a high intellect to be able to accomplish as much as he has.

That being said, he knows better than anyone how boring subjects like history or complex numerics or basic street laws are, and would never ruin someone's good day by internalizing that information for too long. He's thoughtful like that, and keeps his vast array of knowledge locked to whatever he needs to live another day and entertain his pals.

Again, he's just thoughtful like that.

Background: Growing up in the big city, one has to learn and adapt to survive. This was Yung-Se's motto for most of his youth, growing up in Republic City's underbelly. Always looking out for number one, it wasn't long until he became familiar with pickpocketing and petty theft. As the years went on he became more and more well versed in just generally conning his way into whatever he could think of. Sure, he made a lot of enemies, but as long as he was one step ahead of them then there was no problem. What good was an army of thugs or cops if they couldn't slap him in ropes or cuffs? Sure, there were a couple close calls here and there where he could only rely on some silver-tongued talking and lucky chances, but wasn't life all just one roll of the die anyway?

Armed with years of experience on the streets of Republic City, Yung's fairly confident that he's mastered the art of keeping his head low. That didn't mean he was above tricking some fool into betting on the wrong Horse-lemur and making bank with a pal of his, only to immediately run off with both cuts of the take, but he's only human really. And even if the consequences of a lifetime of just barely keeping ahead of those he's swindled do finally rear their ugly head, Yung's got it on good authority that he probably has a good chance of keeping the good times rolling.

Fighting Style
Traditional air bending influenced by modern bending techniques and other bending styles. He is not quick to start a fight and does rely on diplomacy, however, when the fight start he does not hold back aiming to end the fight quickly. This means he is aggressive by air bender standards but not without intelligence and precision insuring that first blow is usually the last.

Personality
His father's son, in many ways, playful and mischievous with a carefree manner, taking nothing seriously, taking the idea of the element of freedom to another level. To him freedom is not detachment and peace, it is the freedom to experience and act freely not an ascetic life of isolation especially when acting as peacekeepers. Despite this he is not unfeeling and will help those in need if he can do something about it. Also, though he gave up the nomads and family, it doesn't mean he would not do anything for them when the need arises, they were still family after all.

Son of Janora and Kai, there was a lot of expectation regarding his role among the air nomads particularly being the son of the grandmaster of the order and the great-grandson of Avatar Aang. For a while he seemed to meet them greatly, like his mother he earned his stripe at a young age being a capable airbender and became a popular figure among the new generation of air benders with a natural charm and charisma. Apart from bending, he was also found to be a capable musician and performer, which only enhanced his popularity. Also as he began to age he question the lifestyle of the air nomads and became dissatisfied in his role. This began to worry some older members of the nomads, who thought of him as little of a firebrand. Jinora tried to keep the peace between her son and her underlings but without success. One bad argument later Gyatso left the temple.

On his own, he wondered, aiming to explore the world and found his own way to live. He explored the United Republics for a while, trying his hand in Pro-Bending before moving to the Earth Nation. Taking a stop to see family friends at Zaofu and even taking a hand in the Earth Rumble tournament, doing well with his airbending. After a couple of years of travel he seemed to returned to Republic City, seeming willing to return the air temple, however after sort rest at republic park where he performed when he got the intention of busness men who got him into a career in music. Gyatso now going by the name of Gozo now is a rising celebrity in Republic city.

  • Name: Na'Kama Huve
    Nicknames: Kam, Naka
    Age: 22
    Sexuality: Bisexual
    Nationality: Earth Kingdom
    Ethnicity: Southern Water Tribe
    Height: 5'10"
    Occupation/Title: Pro-fighter
Appearance: Kam has dark brown hair, shaved on the sides and often shoved in a mess of braids and loose strands that she rarely styles or really cares for, often just trying to keep it out of her way. Her eyes are a dark brown to match and her skin boasts the darker complexion of the Southern Water Tribe. She is pure muscle from years of training in all forms of combat, and able to not only withstand a beating but take them out on others. She's usually always spotting a myriad of bruises or busted lip that she is always happy to show off and tell how the other person looks far worse. She's inherited her mothers eyes, but her chiseled features all come from her father.

Personality: Kam isn't one for talking or camaraderie and instead prefers to be her own company. Those who end up in close quarters with her either can't get a single word out of her or see how abrasive and domineering she can be. Although she isn't opinionated about much, what does get a rise out of her is being called wrong about what little she knows or thinks she knows. She will argue until her voice vanishes or the other person finally has enough and ends it, and even then she can always continue the argument another time. She's extremely confident in herself and lets the world know it.
Although her fighting shows some restraint and contemplation, all that goes flying out the window when it comes to her as a person. She's impulsive and acts on a whim when it comes to personal pleasures, then regrets it later but never admits it.
She comes off as an ass, but everyone has their layers. She doesn't like getting close to people because she has a history of losing those closest to her which has formed into an avoidant style of attachment―leave them before they leave me. Her jokes that cover up true feelings and help her not having to discuss things that bother her have also been a safety blanket, especially as a child growing up in the less than kind streets of Ba Sing Se.
