Penance

We have returned.
<p>

So you know how in old cartoons like scooby doo and stuff the main character will hide in a drawer or in another room Villain opens the door to that room and they're in a different room and the process repeats If that was a super power, being able to go in different rooms like that, what would it be called???

Stress-based teleportation powers. A common ability given to cartoon characters who have even the slightest amount of adrenaline in their system - It allows them to instantly transport themselves across entire rooms to reach a desired hiding place just before the thing they're hiding from arrives.

Similar to this phenomenon is the less-exclusive-to-cartoons Dramatic Moment Sensor. This convenient device is installed on almost all automatic systems, halting their programs entirely until it is needed for the plot. This can effect doors which can have a character be standing right in front of it and yet only open when they intend to leave, weapons which will ignore all orders to fire until any arguments about whether or not they should be fired are settled, and timers that will stop or slow down their progress to give protagonists (But not antagonists) just enough time to reach their destination should they be unable to reach it fast enough on their own.

I vote for "Schticky Landings". The character instantly ends up wherever it would be funniest for them to be at that moment.
