Advice/Help 10+ Post length..?

When you first join your stuck with doin 10+ post length, I’m not against it but I just wonder why we have to do this before we can send pm’s and such... And how do I do this with out feeling like I’m spamming all these post just to get 10 posts up... Was just wondering this to myself..

Spam bots come around here on a regular basis, so the staff made the 10+ post/24 hour rule in order to prevent that sort of spam from reaching our PM boxes.

[Idea]

I want to point out a small detail, it's not post length, it's just 10 posts. 10+ post length would be a 10 paragraph post by most standards. Just for future reference
