Skills/Limitations
+ Pain Resistance: nothing inherently supernatural or metahuman, he simply has an incredible withstanding for the usual beat-em-up with his favourite flying rat. Like a cockroach, it's hard to snuff him out with the usual amount of blows. Maybe it's all the scar tissue, maybe it's luck, but it takes a lot to really bring him down (except the nards).
+ Excellent Chemist + Biologist: Due to [REDACTED], Joker has an impressive hand with dealing with poisons and chemicals. He makes all his joker venom himself, and has managed to create a very 'special' drug, thanks to all his neighborhood villains in Gotham. His poisons are rather virulent, effective and lethal. With little supplies, he can create quite the weapon.
+ Hand-to-Hand Combat: In no way is he a master fighter, but he's got a surprising defense system. At least he can hold his own for a moment, until he's got his gear and weapons.
+ Amateur Marksman: He can shoot a gun, and he can shoot it well; but his aim is off sometimes. He's no perfect shooter, but he's willing to use the element of surprise to his advantage.
+ Criminal Intellect: He's been around the block more than once, more than twice, and understands the game. He's built a small empire for himself, and he knows how to play his cards (and his pawns).

+ The usual: razor-sharp playing cards, acid flowers, cyanide pies and lethal electric joy buzzers
+ A good old fashioned pistol, fully loaded with specially made exploding ammo (similar to a shotgun shell, with pieces of shrapnel stuffed with the gun powder)

Extras
The Joker here is a culmination of most of his public iterations (urban legends and rumours, IC). He's a master manipulator, a sadistic killer, a criminal mastermind, and a good jokester as well. Though not common knowledge, and with a lack of a real name, the Joker has mentioned his background in chemistry and biology (perhaps meaning he was well educated before... the accident, and the subsequent descent into madness and villainy)

He takes pride in his kills, and like the killer he is, tends to keep mementos.

While his early antics included joke-related crimes, or masterful jokes in his mind, he's built an underground empire of drug dealing, information extorting and mayhem causing. He's convinced his followers with threats, tales of success, and general appeals to the madness of the world. No one knows what he does with all the money.

His origin story that lead to his appearance is straight forward: a dip in a vat of chemicals at ACE chemicals led to the degradation of melanoma in his skin, the scarring, and whatever underlying mental illness to come full force. He dyes his hair green, however. He keeps the clown make-up on to hide the age to his face, the scarring, and his 'boring' face.

His proudest achievements are the dents he's made in the Bat-family, including the crippling of Barbara and the murder of Jason Todd and Artemis. There's something so satisfying about creating distress in others.

While he may contest that, maybe, he loved Harley, he never really cared for her. He can't really care for anyone. He trusts no one, and if he has your trust-- it means he's gaining something out of the exchange. His relationship with his supposed daughter is rooted in the ultimatum that he'd kill her in a second anyway; especially if she double crossed him. He wants to keep an ear in Jump City, and sending goons would be too obvious. A young recruit? Not as suspicious as one would think.

Murder is his favourite way of communicating.

Power
As a scion of the Blood Royale of Almerac, Maxima commands a vast array of immense psionic powers which she can utilize in a variety of ways. In her first face to face encounter with Superman she displayed a high level of psionic powers, such as psychokinesis and seemingly hypnotic mind control. Maxima can use her psionic powers to give herself superhuman strength, enough to prove an effective opponent in hand-to-hand combat with a resurrected Superman or hold her own against the even stronger Doomsday. Maxima can increase her strength to an unlimited degree, pushing her past those in her tier. She also has enhanced stamina, as well as having such a degree of superhuman speed that she could easily move faster than the speed of light and proven herself to be able to keep up with speedsters such as the Flash. Through skillful application of her psionic powers Maxima has been shown to emit powerful optical beams that can severely injure even Superman, take out Orion with one bolt, and she can create nearly impervious force fields. She is also capable of teleporting herself and others across vast distances, even from other worlds, which was demonstrated when she brought her adviser Sazu to Earth from a prison world. In the first battle with Doomsday, Maxima is the only one in that incarnation of the Justice League besides Superman who was able to actually hurt and withstand blows from Doomsday. Her various abilities and powers make her a threat potentially for the entire Justice League.

Weaknesses:
Her powers are controlled by her emotions, and Maxima often lashes out in anger. They also take a heavy physical toll on her, especially something like a Psionic blast.

Cold: Her homeworld is mostly hot, so extreme cold is another weakness of hers.

Sonic Soundwaves: Maxima is sensitive to certain high frequency sound waves because of her telepathic abilities.

Skills/Limitations
Leadership: Maxima is a great leader, especially in battle.

Hand to hand combat: She has learned many different styles of fighting from across the galaxy, making her lethal even without her powers.

Weaponry: Yet another key aspect of Almeracian culture is weapons, Maxima carries a sword and energy blades.

Battle Tactics: All of the knowledge required to win a war, Maxima has. She is a great leader and a good strategic planner, though all of her plans involve violence.

Shapeshifting: The Martian Manhunter has shapeshifting abilities. He often takes the human disguise of Detective John Jones. He has often been shown to grow an extra pair of arms to supplement his fighting abilities and his strength. He can become stiff or malleable, as well as alter the size and length of limbs. He has elongated parts of himself into bladed weapons during combat. His density is also variable and changes as he wills it. He can use this ability to become intangible and move through objects or allow attacks to fly harmlessly through him or to become extremely dense and increase his invulnerability. J'onzz can also become invisible.

J'onzz is the most powerful telepath on Earth. J'onzz is capable of linking the minds of all superheroes at once from a distance of the Moon to all corners of Earth, even once scanning the entire galaxy to see if anyone was not experiencing a brief moment of transcendent bliss. He is also capable of reading the minds of all inhabitants of Earth at once. His telepathic abilities also allow him to create realistic illusions; telepathically trace and locate people; shut down people's minds; brain blast; mental shield; influence thoughts; mind control people; manipulate memory; astral projection; possession; induce sleep; reprogram or reorder minds; and transfer information directly into people's brains. He is also capable of mentally shielding those around him from telepathic assault.

Enhanced Martian senses
J'onzz possesses "Martian Vision" allowing his eyes to see across the electromagnetic spectrum, including X-ray vision. He can also project energy beams, known as "Martian beams", the exact effects of which have varied in different decades from incendiary effects to concussive impacts to disintegration. J'onzz also has nine senses compared to humans, giving him clearer and more numerable perceptions.

Weaknesses:
Fire: Pyrophobia, with fire being the Martian's "Achilles heel". Exposure to fire typically causes J'onzz to lose his ability to maintain his physical form, so that he "melts" into a pool of writhing green plasma. One portrayal explained that the flame weakness was tied into Martian telepathy, with fire causing so much chaos in Martian minds that they collapse. It was revealed that the Martian weakness to fire is a built-in psychosomatic effect, placed in the Martian race long ago by the Guardians of the Universe to prevent them from reverting to a previous evolutionary state in which they were highly aggressive, on the verge of interstellar conquest, and in need of flames and the psychic suffering of others in order to reproduce.

Batman noted that Martian shapeshifting was an instantaneous reflex based around the psychic study of others, allowing J'onzz to adapt rapidly to any opponent's physiology or fighting style. Curiously, this aspect of his power puts him at a slight disadvantage when faced with Plastic Man, who is immune to telepathy and who has no set fighting style, but is instead described as "inspiration given form", a completely spontaneous and unpredictable being.

Genius Level Intellect: The Martian Manhunter possesses highly advanced reasoning and logic capabilities, and uses them to great effect. The Martian Manhunter's particularly astute reasoning capabilities and long-term association with Earth's global population gives him an edge in dealing with humans of diverse governments, cultures and religions.
