Realistic or Modern Stalking The Ripper.

Karabunny101

Captain
I knew it was wrong. He was dangerous. He was causing a terror on the streets of London. A new aged Jack the Ripper. I should have turned around and walked away when I saw him slit her throat. It should have scared me but it didn't. It brought me a sense of emotion. A rush I had never felt before. I should be sick. I should be screaming, crying falling to the ground or running for my life. Yet, there I stood watching him. I watched him stand there over her body. I just stood there staring. I know it is wrong but I am the girl who has fallen in love with The Ripper.

Modern day London streets cause a war zone worth of noise and chaos. It was nothing but people yelling back and forth at one another. Someone was always angry with someone else. London, city of hate, it was the only place that someone could jump in front of a train and everyone would be mad. Why? Because it made them late for work. It was just another day for Kim Lovett. That morning she had headed out to the office like every other morning. She spent all day filing papers for people above her. She was good at her job, she had been promoted many different times, but she could care less. She didn't care for her job, but it fed her and housed her. Thus, she supposed it was fine. She was an emotionless void. Untouched by everyday life, complete numb to any emotion. She spent her whole life in a state of emotionless. She couldn't feel any emotions. Not sad, happy or mad. Nothing but emptiness. She learned early in life that is wasn't normal to feel nothing. Both her mother and father forced her to act normal. 'Paint a smile on that face and act right.' Their words rang in her head. She had faked a smile her whole life. She was good at pretending she could feel. She was the master of fake crying and laughing. Though deep down she had not real feeling at all. She sighed deeply as the trained arrived, she was ready to go home. It had been a long day and she couldn't wait to get back and take a bath. Her eyes grazed over the empty station. They lingered on a poster, warning the public of the killer that had been murdering women in her area. She heard the the mention of a murderer loose on the streets of London. A "Modern Day Jack The Ripper." The media called him. She wasn't bothered by this information, nor was she worried. She rolled her eyes and stared blankly ahead. She could care less about the women of London. She didn't give a flying fadoodle about anyone really. She didn't really care for herself, let alone anyone else. She rode the train back to her flat. She still had to walk a good distance to get to her flat. The coldness teased Kim's bare arms.
Kim was close to her apartment when she heard a muffled cry come from the alley way. She had to pass it to get home and she didn't fear anything. Nothing seemed off about the ally way. Many people were mugged and raped down that alley way. She never paid it any mind. She looked at the ground well prepared to ignore whatever was happening and speed home. She was no hero and she couldn't care less about others. Her eyes involuntarily darted up as she pasted the alley way. Damn that human nature, always getting her into trouble. That is when she saw him. He had a girl pressed against him with her head tilted back, neck completely exposed. A think sharp blade pressed to it. He drug the knife across her neck with one thin swipe. Blood went everywhere as the lady bled out. He hadn't noticed Kim, yet.
Kim stood there watching, frozen by the sight. A strange new feeling rushed through her. Was this what fear felt like? No. No. This was pleasure. A twisted smile curved on her face as she stood there watching the sight.
I knew it was wrong the feeling I was feeling. How could I help it? He was just so.. Oh I don't know sexy..... I fell in love with the Ripper.
