Premise




Beginning ECHO Log playback.

This is... Lieutenant Allen... of the Crimson Raiders...

You hear a cough.

Current location... hell... if I know... every damn desert on Pandora looks the same.

Another cough interrupts him.

Sanctuary's... gone. The whole ship... just went down in flames. I'd say it was Tediore, but... they weren't the only fleet that came after us. Couldn't tell who the others were, but... there had to be two others after us, at least. Happened too fast to know what happened for sure, but... I thought I saw them fighting each other up there, too... whatever we got from Tediore, everyone... might be scrambling to get it.

It takes him a while to speak again as he struggles to inhale.

They... let me onto one of the escape pods. Maybe I... woulda survived if I didn't take it. Hit a ridge... metal bent... impaled me right through the gut. Hurts... like hell. Don't know what happened to the others... hope... they're doing better than me. Ain't looking too good... last I saw of Sanctuary was the whole thing lit up like a bandit mass ritual. Augh- son of a bitch-

You can hear some shouting in the background, incomprehensible from all the voices yelling at once. The distance isn't helping.

Shouldn't have mentioned bandits... just my damn luck. Any of you find this ECHO Log... tell Campbell... he still owes me $30... the slimy bastard.

Another voice, now more understandable, shouts, "THE ARTS AND CRAFTS STORE THAT IS THE INFINITE UNIVERSE, HAS ONCE AGAIN DELIVERED ME AN EMPTY CANVAS!"

Oh, for f-

The last thing you hear is a series of gunshots before the ECHO Log stops abruptly.​

Important Notes! Please Read!

This roleplay takes place in a setting where violence is normal and guns are a mainstaple of society. I would personally recommend characters that you would believe would have an interesting dynamic with a world like this.

For those who were in the first part of the roleplay, the story picks up after a small timeskip from the last chapter. The ship of Sanctuary has been shot down over Pandora. In a last ditch effort to keep everyone alive, the Crimson Raiders both escaped through the escape pods and used the Fast Travel system aboard the ship to teleport whoever was left on board to random locations on the planet. Unfortunately, they were unable to get everyone to safety. Thankfully, it seems that Sanctuary crashing into the planet awakened something deep underground, bringing another group of people from across the multiverse to the crash site...

Because of this, you can easily switch out characters from your previous cast list as you please.

I know, she looks like she's ready to stab the nearest person but-- she's not as mean as you'd think! Even if she calls you the occasional swear, she'll warm up to you eventually..!

Despite the rough exterior (rougher past, if we wanna be extra), Raine is a good-natured Froslass at heart. She might come off as harsh at first, but once you get to know her, she's a lot more chipper and caring than she seems.

• Cryokinesis. Raine can form and manipulate ice at the tip of her fingers. If cold enough, she can also freeze small bodies of water. The perks of being an ice type.
• Like most Pokémon, Raine has a moveset of her own. She doesn't use it for much however, as she heavily prefers to sword wield.
• .. Speaking of which, swordplay! Raine is skilled with both single and dual-wielding, though is mostly seen using one. She calls this sword Morning Glory.
• She has a weird obsession with purple. Like.. very obsessed. Not so much to where a foe can blindside her, but just enough to make you question it.​
