Fantasy The Soul of a Dragon (Interest Check)

I'm posting to see if anyone would be interested in doing an RP about a group of people who were dragons in their previous lives and are now human. While they don't remember everything they do have flashes and access to their powers to an extent. The plot would mostly be about trying to hide from a group that wants to kill us and make it to some sort of safe haven I'm thinking however I'm not married to the idea. If interested or have any questions let me know. Thank you for your time.

Do the characters get powers based on what dragon they were reincarnated from?
Is there a reason why the dragons died? Were they hunted down?

The characters do get powers from the dragons but they are lessened and depend on the type like if you have a water dragon it wouldn't control fire. The dragons were hunted down by a group who believed they were all evil but I'll explain more in depth the who why and how when I make cs thread.

Not really however I won't stop you from using them if you want, I ask that you don't make them like OP world enders and fix the mythology to fit into the world.

Will we be able to turn back into dragons or our powers come from our magical soul or something like that?
 
Hmmm, what if tapping into our draconic abilities taxes our human bodies in some way? And if there are any physical changes, like the growth of tails and wings, then maybe the metabolism increases in speed, not only depleting energy but possibly generating dangerous levels of heat. Not to mention how agonizing the process could feel. Though, I guess there's also the option of generating phantasmal parts more akin solidified magic energy that appears semitransparent. Just a thought.
