    Tricky stuff. You'd need to invent most of at least one completely different civilisation. I'd imagine there are people quite good at that, so who knows, a collaborative effort with someone might work out? I recall Terry Pratchett made friends with doctors and the like so he could ask questions like "how much force would you need to physically separate someone's head from their shoulders?", so it's hardly taboo to call on others for experience or expertise you don't currently have yourself.

    Point. One of my big concerns is also making it engaging for players who are not also anthropologists.

    They have one contest for spoken word, and one for a publication. Fifteen bucks to enter the publication one, though.
