Good question. Yeah undead are immune to most conditions. If the ice is building up and making them slow down that's a different story.

Ok. Then how can you maximize who you see or who hears you? Now how much will they heal? Will they regrow limbs? Fully healed?

That really is going to be up to you. So how much healing will it do? For how far? How many people?
