experience with roleplay?
i have been roleplaying for a couple years now and i usually do semi-literate to literate roleplay, i like writing detailed replies to people and adding profound symbolism + dialogue. of course, i will do this depending on what character i am playing as this does not suit all characters.
what interests you have within roleplay, such as genre or settings?
i have a variety of interests, and i am fine with most things. for genre, i like to do drama and romance, but will not think twice about horror and anything of the like. it usually depends on how i'm feeling, so i will often ask the other person(s) about what they want to do since i'm up for anything.
fandoms?
i have many fandoms that i am a part of, and i will list them all at some point but i'm a student and might not be able to find the time.

Hi, I'm a new boyo. I've been rping for about a year and a half now. Sucked back then, but I'm a lot better now. My descriptions for things lack sometimes so I do a p o l g i z e. If it's any consolation, I'm good at writing combat! I only really do sci-fi and fantasy, just so ya'll know. Other than roleplaying, I like writing original stories, reading and playing video games. I dislike existing and hanging out with normal people.

Hi, y'all. I'm Triforce or Kat. I had been roleplaying with a former friend through email for about six years. I love Zelda and other video game based for rp, the longest standing a Kingdom Hearts rp to fit the games and fix what I didn't like (aka, I actually finished it).

I like story based plots that read with a climax and gradual cooldown. I like to follow video game plots in my rod mostly because they already have it written for me, although I've done a 7 deadly sins and faerie based to as well.

I love music and cats. My kitties, Remlit and Midna, are my two loves in life. I also love ballroom dancing and tend to dance my furrbabies around quite a bit. Remmy accepts it while Midna loathes it.

I just signed up but I'm excited to start.

Hi. My name is Jane.

I started roleplaying in 6th grade. A friend introduced me to a 1x1 format she'd been using for ages (re: 2 years) after a long term roleplay with one of her old friends ended in its 7th season. She was still very much in love with the old story, and I was the virgin rebound that she could teach. We exchanged a notebook between classes. I found out my mom had done something similar in grade school, only instead of each person having control of multiple characters, each person took turns authoring the entire story. When my friend left school, we moved our story to Neopets, where we both burned through accounts because Neopets blocked words like bastardsword. Ironically, we got tagged for weapons and archaic vocabulary, but not for any of the actual porn. Broken automated censors. Fun times.

RPNation, this is a test. How smart are your censors?

The move to Neopets introduced me to many other players, and was a time of speed writing. I'm old now. Slow. Now I tend to roleplay only sporadically. But to roleplay once in a blue moon, you need an active site full of people who don't know you yet, and the very real possibility of meeting other people who don't flake off after their first post. So hard to keep motivated and interested when it takes 2 months to gather 5 people to START a story.

Here's to hoping this site meets my needs, and that no one here has any expectations for me. Cheers!
