considering the fact that i took five minutes to even find how to make a thread really shows that i'm very new to this. i started when someone random started texting me using asterisks and unusual noises, which i later found out was a type of roleplaying. i started roleplaying like this until i evolved into actual coherent sentences. then i went onto a bunch of other websites and found roleplaying to be quite fun. i'm trying a lot of new experiences, and this is one, so i hope i have fun here. thanks for taking time out of your very important life to read this.

SO HEY GUYS I'M NEW HERE SO BE FRIENDLY TOO UNCLE DEATH.

I've been rping since 1 or 2 years, I'm Semi-lit and hate one liners, I always try to do not that mch grammar mistakes, English isn't my first language so be easy on me.
I do Fantasy,Horror,Drama,Romance and other stuff also fandom rps.

GREETINGS HUMANS AND OTHER SENTIENT LIFEFORMS!

I've been scouring the interwebs for many moons now in search of a role play community that's still active. It's almost depressing how many amazing groups and sites have fizzled out over the years and now lay in ruined piles of corrupt image files and broken links...


Anyway, as you can probably guess from the name "GasglowJones" I'm a sucker for steampunk or anything adventure related really. (Especially of the alternate history or speculative science/fantasy variety)

Other interests include Film, Books, Writing, animation, Video games, history, anthropology, languages, Lego model building and I'm probably forgetting a few but those are the most notable.

I don't have much experience in the RP community. closest thing being the insurgency scifi rp on Mocpages.

As far as roleplay interests go I'm not entirely certain since I don't know what's out there but I don't particularly care for fandom or dark and super edgy roleplay. Just not my cup of tea. Sci-fi, fantasy, historical, post-apoc or sword and planet are more my forte.


Anywho, I hope to fit well into this vibrant community of wrliters.

Now if you'll excuse me I'll go search the recruitment thread...

Hello. Discovered DnD and roleplaying as a whole through Youtube recommendations about half a year ago or so. Didn't have friends to play with, as I come from Lithuania and here people, familliar with RP, are basically non-existent. Thus, that led me to discovering RPNation. I have no practical experience in RP, so I still consider myself a total newbie; My favourite genres would be sci-fi, mystery and horror, also adventure (no magic tho). Can't wait to do so RP'ing in the near future!
 
Yo, name is Laz. I've been roleplaying for about 9 to 10 years? It's an on and off hobby for me that I sometimes take pride in; its helped my English improve a lot. I made this account to roleplay with some friends starting up a long storyline.

I honestly don.t mind most genres, but my favorites tend to be in some sort of fantasy or historical setting. I really like supernatural stuff too. I like realistic roleplays, and at times can nit-pick historical inaccuracies.
