The only part of the place that wasn't trashed was a singular piece of light pink parchment sitting on the tip of a chair leg. Speed-walking over, she picked it up and read it.

The other person thankfully is able to stop themselves from damaging themselves with the fall, thanks to their grappling hook. But the collision clearly hurt them, which isn’t making their exhausted, panting mess of an existence any easier. Their eyes are mostly determined and calm in between the overall gaze of true burnout, but you can read a sliver of desperateness in between.
