He shifted to his ghost form, then phased into the family’s apartment, and found both Holly and surprisingly Falconcry asleep. Joining the two, he wrapped himself around the girl, aware that she could feel his body heat and soft fur thanks to her power. She snuggled into his tail, and soon he too slipped away to dreamland. Holly was in no danger, and perfectly safe.
