Rage, That is not allowed. You two distinct effects that are not related. Effectively you have two quirks which is not naturally possible, much less allowed in this RP

How closer do the effects have to be in order for it to be a combined quirk?

You have to be able to describe them as a singular effect. Even if said effect has multiple consequences/applications.

Todoroki is my usual example. He doesn't use ice and fire. What he can really do is control temperature. This can be applied in either direction, so he ends up being able to use fire and ice, but they are just two distinct ways of using the same effect.

for another example, my first character has a quirk that produces special cells that can transform into whatever is near them using a form of molecular memory. By exploring this concept my character can merge with things by having those cells turn into them, can regenerate by having the cells turn into her missing body parts and even increase her muscle mass the same way. However , it does come with the appropriate consequences too. I won't detail much further because I put a heck lot of details in my quirk description but that's kind of the gist of it.

Understood?

yes, i do and thanks for the information.

Idea Idea
Augmenting muscles.......improving them....what could function similar to that...it might take some time for me to figure this out.

Idea Idea Question.....Augmenting muscles could be connected to enlarging the muscles? I'm just asking because i'm looking overlooking muscle/strength based quirks.

Depending on how those are achieved, yeah
Well, i'm thinking that Kuma's muscles themselves increase greatly increase because of the individual fibers themselves are being empower as a result they would be enlarged.

-Avery's costume isn't anything too special and can be confused with normal outside attire. However what makes it different is how it works with his quirk. The clothes are dominantly white with added baby blue, some dark blue, and some gold on the soles of his shoes.

The key point of the suit is the balls located on his shoes, around the neck piece, around the end of the jacket, and on the shoulders. There's tubes near the hands that extract the substance that his quirk produces, guiding it to the balls. When activated, the balls will inflate with the liquid, allowing Avery to jump to higher places or descend slower to not worry about fall damage. However, these do follow the same 2 minute use, meaning that after it's used, a refill time is needed in between.
Height:
-5'6
Weight:
-132
Personality:
-From first glance, Avery is your happy-go-lucky boy who has a smile that refuses to falter, even in the darkest of situations. There's always some kind of positive aura coming from him and his outlook on life is always something good, seeming like there's never a bleak moment in his life. He values friendship very dearly and will put his trust and loyalty into those he sees as friends.

Avery is also very social and is always ready to meet a new friend. He's always introducing himself and is determined to make as many friends as possible. This leads into another thing, his determination; whether it be in his goal to achieve what his parents have set out for him to do or, as said above, making friends, he will not back down. Avery will keep moving, even if his own life is on the line, valuing the safety of others over his own survival. This is his biggest fault, how much he will go to save another person.

There is more, he does have other faults in the form of his trusting nature when it comes to friends, he values friendship and will trust them completely, backing them up on whatever the matter it is, as long as it isn't something illegal. Another flaw is his curious nature, leading him to want to know things and get himself into trouble by poking around in other peoples business. Avery also, like said before, doesn't know when to quite and will keep pushing leading him to be slightly obnoxious in that regard. Along with that are three traits that shouldn't be together, his loudness, how much he talks, and clumsiness. He doesn't enjoy silence and quiet areas bother him quite a bit; he has to make some kind of sound, some kind of word must be spoken or else it drives him insane. Avery doesn't know when to keep his mouth shut either and will drown on and on if you let him. He's also got two left feet, meaning stealth isn't the best option for him. He's one to mess up quite easily, bump into people and trip over himself.

Something else is how he deals with sadness, push it back and lie to yourself. He looks at his imperfections like a giant scar; he wants to be the ideal hero. The hero who never cries, the hero who can't do wrong, and the hero who will sacrifice everything to make sure lives are saved. All of this probably isn't possible but to Avery, this is. It's why he stays positive, even in the lowest of times, why he sacrifices his life. Maybe, just maybe, he can be like his parents, be like the PSA teachers, the pro heroes. Maybe he could be just like all of them, a hero.

-Known to use words like "Howdy," "Gee Wiz," and other odd American words that no one uses.

Backstory:
-Avery isn't naturally from Japan and is actually from America. Avery was born in the southern part of America though his family was known to move around wherever they were needed. His parents were both heroes and they tried their best to raise Avery while moving place to place. Jobs where harder then it seemed, the duo usually getting bested by a better hero and moving was the only way they could earn money.

Like most moving children, Avery was never able to keep friends and it usually led to him having to start from the ground up. However, his parents always pushed him forward and taught him the hero way. how heroes acted and how he could become one of them. This made Avery want to be like them, his parents and heroes, the brave and perfect people of the world. Moving became less of a problem, his parents were helping people, and that was all that mattered. His parents then thought about the life of Avery, their sons career, and what mattered more, their own jobs or their sons job.

That's when it was decided that instead of continuing to move, they'd go to Japan and stay there, a permanent home. It had good schools that could help Avery become what his parents and him dreamed, a hero. Avery couldn't believe the news and was prepared to go to what he believed to be was "The Heart of Heroes." He would work towards this goal and nothing could stop him.

Avery spent most of his time after that studying the language and learning little facts here and there so that he wouldn't botch his chances. One year later, when Avery was 13, he finally went to Japan and has since been pursuing his parents goals for him, trying to be a hero in a unknown land full of opportunity.

Relationships:
-Julia Baburu(Queen of Suds): Julia cares very much for her son and husband. Willing to so much to make sure her son is able to reach his goal. While soft, she does have a firm hand and doesn't allow herself to be pushed over, she's the parent with a short temper when it comes to others.
  • Julia's quirk makes it so that her body produces soap suds from her body. Making her a very slippery hero and hard to catch once she's covered.
-Enka Baburu(Sticky Avenger): Enka is actually from Japan but moved with the rest of his family when he was merely a baby. He is a normal father with a tough appearance but with a soft side only his family can bring out. He loves his son and wife, willing to move to another side of the Earth for them.
  • Enka's quirk allows him to produce a substance from his hands and feet to stick to almost any surface. He is able to scale large buildings and shoot it out to stop villains in their tracks.
Quirk:
-Bubbles: This quirk allows the user to ability to create bubbles of varying size and shape. The creation of them is one at a time, coming from the users palm, expanding from the middle out to form whatever sized bubble is needed. Little command can be given and can only be controlled to go one way and will keep going until finally popping; each bubble has 2 minute creation time though Avery can make them pop on command, after either, they'll pop.

The bubbles can be only done through the users hands, the actual secretion is unknown but is said to be slightly sticky, to that of simple duck-tape. The strength will depend on the size as a basic bubble will just pop from simply stepping on it while a bubble the size of the user(Avery) will need pressure of 150 pounds to pop it. However, this is blunt force. The bubbles can also be popped by sharp objects like swords or high powered shots like with guns. The creations also have a slight stickiness to them, so if used on something like a plank, it can actually lift it up though it might take a few as one single average sized bubble will not lift the board.

Special Moves:
-Bubble Barrage: This is when Avery creates two large bubbles on different hands before throwing them forwards toward the enemy. This process is repeated until the enemy is covered in bubbles and in most cases, will probably start to float up. This is really only meant to disable enemies and not actually hurt them in anyway.

Idea Idea Added more to the personality, added in the costume from before, added a dislike, and added a skill :)

If I need more flaws, need to remove the costume, or the skill doesn't count as a skill. Let me know :D

How do you intend to translate creativity as a skill? As in, how will you craft your character being more creative than the others?

My idea was outside the box thinking in order to help him when his quirk can't cut it. Like using the glop on his hands as, instead of a bubble, to stick to walls, use his secretion as some sort of glue for hand made weapons, or finding new ways around problems such as, like before, with Bombardment. Though, ya, I think I just stitched that on the more i'm thinking of it, so i'll probably just remove it :)

Alright. For future reference, a skill should never be something strictly intellectual. This is because they usually fall under the type of thing that either relies on the player's own capacity (if the player is not creative, the character can't be either because they just can't write them right, but if the player IS creative, there's no sense wasting that just because the character doesn't happen to have the skill) or in powerplaying, forcing other players to take actions without their consent (manipulation, for example, would strictly mean your character is good at tricking others- which without a massive amount of planning and cooperation simply means that you'd force others to be fooled).

Okie! Thank you for that and it's been removed :)
