A young girl whose sweeter than a ball of cotton candy during a spring festival, kinder than a priest during new years, and lovelier than a bouquet of roses. Rei is indeed, the exact opposite of all those things. Lazy, sharp tongued, a prankster, and perverted, Rei often refers to herself as a classy degenerate. Classy in the sense that she is a little more reserved than the stereotypical hooligan and degenerate because, well, she is. Rei is a far cry from elegant and an even farther cry from a respectable young woman. She is loud, not verbally, but from the way she plays her guitar to the way she furiously types on her phone, one could tell she doesn't need a voice to express herself. When communicating with people, she can be incredibly blunt and straightforward not being one to tip toe around delicate situations. If the answer was going to be the same regardless, might as well get to the point.
If that wasn't enough, Rei has an incredibly bad habit on spying on men in the name of research. Being an internet BL author she has found herself needing more resource material to add realism to her writing. Intelligent in all the wrong places, she capable of sneaking into places where she has no business being and if she can't get in through by normal means she find another. If nothing else, Rei is determined. To add the icing on the cake, Rei can be a very scheming person. Yet another example of intelligence misplaced. If she want something to happen she will do whatever's in her power to make it so. She often does this when gather info for her fan fic or when playing pranks on people.
Despite all her negative traits, Rei does make for a decent friend. Not the best as she is constantly looking out for number one, but good enough to make her tolerable. In her bluntness she may seem rude but what she speaks is what she truly believes. She is a surprisingly very honest girl when discussing serious and trivial matters. The same would not be true if with a teacher, but if the topic doesn't concern her secret escapades to the male only showers then she didn't feel the need to lie about it. She finds solace in music and likes to bring others along with her so they can enjoy it as well. Rei is very fun loving person and can be incredibly persuasive at times.
A secret that she keeps hidden under her perverseness and fun loving attitude is the fact that she is a coward. She does not like it when the stakes are high, especially if those stakes include her life. It's amazing that she even went through with the application to enter this school. A selfish person to the core, she constantly thinks of herself before others. Unlike many of the applicants of this school, she came PSA to do more with herself than be a mute salary woman. She is also one to easily let go of things if it seems impossible. Having given up her life's dream of becoming a singer, it become simple just to label something impossible and quit.

Biography
Rei came from a middle class family, her father being your typical salary man while her mother switched between being a part-time housewife and part time whatever job she had during the time. Her mother constantly got fired from her jobs due to her uncontrollable temper. A former gyaru rock singer, she found it difficult to settle down and build a family having lived a life full of twists and turns. The old Yui would have never seen herself doing this but love makes a woman do crazy things. Thus she married a bear nosed man with as much personality as a wooden board and had Rei as a result of it. Like her mother, Rei was a wild child who enjoyed playing pranks on her unsuspecting father which soon extended to her younger brother. A busy body, there was never a dull moment when Rei was around. Whether that was a good or bad thing is up for interpretation. At daycare she was a huge trouble maker, causing a ruckus during nap time and secretly stealing other's snacks. They often had to call her mother who would end up punishing her by forcing her to watch an hour long documentary on the history of Japan. If not that then she'd smack her on the head and give her mopping duty and since they didn't own a mop she was made to clean the floors with a white cloth. She hated both equally so. Her behavior only got worst when she entered school.
When she wasn't setting off fireworks in the house, smuggling toys in her baby brother's diaper, or avoiding punishment, she was listening to her mother sing. A young Rei found comfort in her mother's soothing voice that echoed throughout their small house. Listening to her sing was one of her favorite pass time and after awhile she became interested in music, singing in particular. Finding no harm in teaching her, her mother began coaching her the way she was taught to sing. A decision she soon regretted as she gave the demon that was already terrorizing her home a new weapon. The house was now filled with nonsensical noise that sounded more like a banshee than it did a child. Despite this, her mother continued to help her, hoping that she could at least transform this banshee into a cow, a duck if she was lucky enough.
It was around this time where Rei began developing her quirk in the form of a small plug on her back that her mother called a "port". She had remember seeing her mother with something similar on her back, but unlike Rei's, her hole was always covered with by a black dot. Her mother called it a "port plug" that help keep it from collecting dust when she wasn't using it, and seeing that she never did it was always closed. Not knowing what her quirk actually was aside from the appearance of a port, her mother took it upon herself to show her. Along with their singing lessons she went about showing her daughter what the port was for. Removing the port plug for the first time in front of Rei, she placed the jack of a microphone into and suddenly formed a large speaker on her chest and thighs. Her mother then began to sing through the chest speaker and then alternated between her thighs, adjusting the volume and bass to them. Essentially a living stereo, Rei found it amazing to be able to control how loud the sound of her voice would be through the speakers. Interested, Rei had her mother plug the mic into her back where she began forming five speakers onto her own body, two more than her mother had. At first she couldn't even get sound to admit from where she wanted let alone make it louder of softer. After a few months of training, she was able to at least admit a sound from her forehead speaker that was a bit louder than a dog's barking.
Her days consisted of going to school, playing pranks on her brother and father, and spending time in the garage with her mother. Learning to use her quirk had been fun, and being able to be her own personal stereo made it even more enjoyable for her. When she and her mother practiced she often told her that their port was fragile and not to fiddle with it nonsensically. She never really thought much of it before, but she would soon know the true meaning of those words. She was around eight years old, her brother five. The two were in the room together as Rei began singing with the mic plugged up to her port. Kei, who was sitting with his action figures, became interested in singing with Rei who agreed to let him sing when she was finished. A five year old and patience did not go well together and so he tried to pry the mic from her hands. Being the bigger kid, Rei shook him off and pushed him to where he became angrier, deciding if he couldn't play with it then Rei couldn't either. He angrily removed the jack from her neck, fidgeting with it before pulling it out causing his sister to fall to the floor. Not knowing what he did, he began crying which called to attention their mother to see a unconscious Rei on the floor with a mic in her hand and the jack on the floor. Rei was rushed to the hospital afterwards.
The doctor examined her and explained that her vocal and shoulder nerve had been slightly damaged. Although not severe, it would take some time for her before she would be able to move her shoulder or speak without pain. Rei didn't much understand what this meant so right after a good night sleep she went back to her antics. However, when she tried to speak a sharp pain in her throat would stop her from letting the words out. Her shoulders were also unbearably sore and didn't allow for her to raise her hands above her shoulder or wear anything heavy like a backpack. This persisted for a few weeks before Rei was said to be able to speak again. The news excited her, but when she tried to speak she couldn't, the pain stopping her in her tracks. Noticing this, her mother asked why she was still hurting to where the doctor responded that the nerve was completely healed so he couldn't tell her. He suggested that she might need a bit more time to recover and sent them home with pain killers. Rei never spoke again after that.
It was later discovered that Rei was in good health and that she should be able to speak properly. Doctor's began hypothesizing that it wasn't that she couldn't talk it was more that Rei didn't allow herself to. It was explained that sometimes patients who suffer trauma like this become scared of the pain and once healed they memory of it makes it hard for them to adjust to it. Meaning that even though there was nothing wrong with Rei, the memory of what she felt kept her from speaking, even creating a phantom pain in her throat whenever she tried. This left Rei devastated, the idea that she couldn't sing let alone speak made her sick to her stomach. She tried to overcome this, returning to her everyday pranks and shenanigan as if she was fine. She wasn't though and her mother knew that better than anyone else. She understood how hard it was to give up singing, especially if it wasn't of your choosing. Wanting to make her little girl happy again she introduced her to the guitar. Not even remotely interested in learning, her mother forced her into trying it out where she, at first, found it to be boring. After awhile though she began to like strumming it, the sound sounding awfully like someone singing. With that, Rei decided to learn how to play it, her mother having turned her banshee sounding daughter into an even worse sounding broken car engine. The price to pay for Rei's smile.
Years went by as she grew accustomed to living without her voice, coming to rely on her smartphone to communicate with others. Going to school was a tad bit difficult having to converse with her friends and teachers through the use of a machine, but even that became easier as time passed. However, looking at her options now, she could either become a lame salary woman like her father or actually do something that seemed worthwhile. The answer was obvious to her, so she applied for PSA, UA being a little far out of reach for someone of her quirk and mindset. It was an actual surprise she managed to get in.

Quirk: Beast Notes Beast Notes is an emission type quirk that allows Rei the control of a beast made of shadow through the use of her voice. An odd combination of both her mother's and father's quirk, Beast Notes is a physical construct that is made of her voice. This meaning that it activates whenever she speaks regardless whether she wants it to or not. When using her quirk, she can manipulate the beasts movement through song that acts much like a chain for it. Each genre of music allows it different abilities that can prove useful but dangerous as well. Instruments such as guitars and keyboards can enhance those abilities, but Rei must be speaking in order to use it at all. Her quirk does not work unless she is actively singing as playing instruments alone does not activate it, only increases certain aspects of it.
Genre Attribute are attributes given to the beast when that genre is played.
Acapella: Standard beast. A bit stronger and more agile than the average lion and overall, pretty tamed. Easy to control but does nothing to amplify it's ability.
Rock & Heavy Metal: Doubles the speed and strength of the beast at the cost of loosening the reigns. The beast is more wild and can choose to reject and ignore orders that Rei gives it. This does not usually last long as singing rock in general puts a strain on Rei's voice as she has to continue wailing high and low notes in order to maintain the song. The most difficult genre to carry that puts stress on her voice.
Rap: Hardens defenses, making the beast's body as hard as a rock. Speed of rap can increase hardness, but with Rei's skill in it she can, at most, make it as hard as steel but this does not last for long as she can not maintain such high speed rapping. The beast is tamed but can show some attitude.
Country: Despite disliking the genre, this is perhaps the most versatile of the three. The beast body becomes more flexible and gain the ability to create doppelgangers. These doppelgangers are not as strong as the original but prove to be very useful in capturing people.
More will be added when she discovers them.
As versatile as her quirk sounds, it is not meant for long drawn out battles as it takes a great toll on Rei's voice after using it. Aside from that, Beast Notes has a great deal of flaws that make it extremely difficult to use in a fight. The beast can go as long as it can clearly hear Rei's voice. This meaning that it can go as far as it hears Rei's voice. If it tries to overstep that boundary it will appear to be trapped within a invisible cage. The use of a microphone and or speakerphone can help increase distance but the static can sometimes weaken the effect. Another thing to note is that the beast is an animal, a living creature that lives within Rei, specifically in her voicebox. When done with her quirk it return to her voice through her mouth, forcefully making her swallow it whole. There are times where it wants to come out and can cause visible bruising on her neck due to struggling.
There's gonna be a lot of concreteness to be added later, but since this is my early review of the quirk, I will stick to adressing the conceptual problems:
1. So does this activate when she SPEAKS or when she SINGS? Cause the effects seem to differ on the type of singing, but also be exclusive to singing
2. Genres of music are ill defined. I understand the idea you want to go for, but a 1 minute search can litterally find me over 10 times the genres you have written here. What defines a genre of music is not so simple that you can base an ability around it, is basically what I am saying, it's too fluent. Instead, I would suggest something like the emotions or the tone in which she sings.
3. If the ability is based on her voice, how is it possible that instruments have an increasing effect? It's not like I don't see any way of doing it, but unless you were thinking of what i am currently thinking of, in which case you should have specified it, this makes zero sense.
4. There is an overwhelming lack of detail as to the beast's shape and constitution. Specifically things like can they be cut, can they be burned, are they even physical things to begin with, do they have any weaknesses applying only to themselves. I am. And if it's made of sounds, how does it LIVE anywhere? It simply wouldn't exist half the time, unless you are saying that it is called by the sounds, not made of them, in which case, it's gotta be pretty small or it couldn't live in her throat.
5. Adding more is a breaking of the QEP system, unless it is strictly done within the QEP system
6. The ability is a bit too versatile without sufficient drawbacks. The quirk as it is can steal the spotlight far too easily, lacking both enough conditionals and limitations to not be overlapping. You essentially have many quirks in one. This isn't a deal breaker but it does mean you need to limit the usage with much more seriousness than "it's straining".
7. How many doppelgangers, how are they weaker, and tell me those dopplegangers can't make any of their own.

technically, a little over 100 is the threshold of pain for a human, and i believe 200 is a little too much. especially for a student. 200 bursts ear drums (and i believe causes death? dont quote me on that though. but permanent hearing loss is a given for long periods of time) i recommend maybe 120? the charts im looking at say 120 is like, front row concerts, so perhaps there or much lower. idea will most likely have something more to say about this than i do, though.

A young girl whose sweeter than a ball of cotton candy during a spring festival, kinder than a priest during new years, and lovelier than a bouquet of roses. Rei is indeed, the exact opposite of all those things. Lazy, sharp tongued, a prankster, and perverted, Rei often refers to herself as a classy degenerate. Classy in the sense that she is a little more reserved than the stereotypical hooligan and degenerate because, well, she is. Rei is a far cry from elegant and an even farther cry from a respectable young woman. She is loud, not verbally, but from the way she plays her guitar to the way she furiously types on her phone, one could tell she doesn't need a voice to express herself. When communicating with people, she can be incredibly blunt and straightforward not being one to tip toe around delicate situations. If the answer was going to be the same regardless, might as well get to the point.
If that wasn't enough, Rei has an incredibly bad habit on spying on men in the name of research. Being an internet BL author she has found herself needing more resource material to add realism to her writing. Intelligent in all the wrong places, she capable of sneaking into places where she has no business being and if she can't get in through by normal means she find another. If nothing else, Rei is determined. To add the icing on the cake, Rei can be a very scheming person. Yet another example of intelligence misplaced. If she want something to happen she will do whatever's in her power to make it so. She often does this when gather info for her fan fic or when playing pranks on people.
Despite all her negative traits, Rei does make for a decent friend. Not the best as she is constantly looking out for number one, but good enough to make her tolerable. In her bluntness she may seem rude but what she speaks is what she truly believes. She is a surprisingly very honest girl when discussing serious and trivial matters. The same would not be true if with a teacher, but if the topic doesn't concern her secret escapades to the male only showers then she didn't feel the need to lie about it. She finds solace in music and likes to bring others along with her so they can enjoy it as well. Rei is very fun loving person and can be incredibly persuasive at times.
A secret that she keeps hidden under her perverseness and fun loving attitude is the fact that she is a coward. She does not like it when the stakes are high, especially if those stakes include her life. It's amazing that she even went through with the application to enter this school. A selfish person to the core, she constantly thinks of herself before others. Unlike many of the applicants of this school, she came PSA to do more with herself than be a mute salary woman. She is also one to easily let go of things if it seems impossible. Having given up her life's dream of becoming a singer, it become simple just to label something impossible and quit.

Biography
Rei came from a middle class family, her father being your typical salary man while her mother switched between being a part-time housewife and part time whatever job she had during the time. Her mother constantly got fired from her jobs due to her uncontrollable temper. A former gyaru rock singer, she found it difficult to settle down and build a family having lived a life full of twists and turns. The old Yui would have never seen herself doing this but love makes a woman do crazy things. Thus she married a bear nosed man with as much personality as a wooden board and had Rei as a result of it. Like her mother, Rei was a wild child who enjoyed playing pranks on her unsuspecting father which soon extended to her younger brother. A busy body, there was never a dull moment when Rei was around. Whether that was a good or bad thing is up for interpretation. At daycare she was a huge trouble maker, causing a ruckus during nap time and secretly stealing other's snacks. They often had to call her mother who would end up punishing her by forcing her to watch an hour long documentary on the history of Japan. If not that then she'd smack her on the head and give her mopping duty and since they didn't own a mop she was made to clean the floors with a white cloth. She hated both equally so. Her behavior only got worst when she entered school.
When she wasn't setting off fireworks in the house, smuggling toys in her baby brother's diaper, or avoiding punishment, she was listening to her mother sing. A young Rei found comfort in her mother's soothing voice that echoed throughout their small house. Listening to her sing was one of her favorite pass time and after awhile she became interested in music, singing in particular. Finding no harm in teaching her, her mother began coaching her the way she was taught to sing. A decision she soon regretted as she gave the demon that was already terrorizing her home a new weapon. The house was now filled with nonsensical noise that sounded more like a banshee than it did a child. Despite this, her mother continued to help her, hoping that she could at least transform this banshee into a cow, a duck if she was lucky enough.
It was around this time where Rei began developing her quirk in the form of a small plug on her back that her mother called a "port". She had remember seeing her mother with something similar on her back, but unlike Rei's, her hole was always covered with by a black dot. Her mother called it a "port plug" that help keep it from collecting dust when she wasn't using it, and seeing that she never did it was always closed. Not knowing what her quirk actually was aside from the appearance of a port, her mother took it upon herself to show her. Along with their singing lessons she went about showing her daughter what the port was for. Removing the port plug for the first time in front of Rei, she placed the jack of a microphone into and suddenly formed a large speaker on her chest and thighs. Her mother then began to sing through the chest speaker and then alternated between her thighs, adjusting the volume and bass to them. Essentially a living stereo, Rei found it amazing to be able to control how loud the sound of her voice would be through the speakers. Interested, Rei had her mother plug the mic into her back where she began forming five speakers onto her own body, two more than her mother had. At first she couldn't even get sound to admit from where she wanted let alone make it louder of softer. After a few months of training, she was able to at least admit a sound from her forehead speaker that was a bit louder than a dog's barking.
Her days consisted of going to school, playing pranks on her brother and father, and spending time in the garafe with her mother. Learning to use her quirk had been fun, and being able to be her own personal stereo made it even more enjoyable for her. When she and her mother practiced she often told her that their port was fragile and not to fiddle with it nonsensically. She never really thought much of it before, but she would soon know the true meaning of those words. She was around eight years old, her brother five. The two were in the room together as Rei began singing with the mic plugged up to her port. Kei, who was sitting with his action figures, became interested in singing with Rei who agreed to let him sing when she was finished. A five year old and patience did not go well together and so he tried to pry the mic from her hands. Being the bigger kid, Rei shook him off and pushed him to where he became angrier, deciding if he couldn't play with it then Rei couldn't either. He angrily removed the jack from her neck, fidgeting with it before pulling it out causing his sister to fall to the floor. Not knowing what he did, he began crying which called to attention their mother to see a unconscious Rei on the floor with a mic in her hand and the jack on the floor. Rei was rushed to the hospital afterwards.

The key point of the suit is the balls located on his shoes, around the neck piece, around the end of the jacket, and on the shoulders. There's tubes near the hands that extract the substance that his quirk produces, guiding it to the balls. When activated, the balls will inflate with the liquid, allowing Avery to jump to higher places or descend slower to not worry about fall damage. However, these do follow the same 2 minute use, meaning that after its used, a refill time is needed in between.

There's always some kind of positive aura coming from him and his outlook on life is always something good, seeming like there's never a bleak moment in his life. Avery is also very social and is always ready to meet a new friend. He's always introducing himself and is determined to make as many friends as possible. This leads into another thing, his determination; whether it be in his goal to achieve what his parents have set out for him to do or, as said above, making friends, he will not back down. Avery will keep moving, even if his own life is on the line, valuing the safety of others over his own survival. This is his biggest fault, how much he will go to save another person.

His parents were both heroes and they tried their best to raise Avery while moving place to place. Jobs where harder then it seemed, the duo usually getting bested by a better hero and moving was the only way they could earn money.
Like most moving children, Avery was never able to keep friends and it usually led to him having to start from the ground up. However, his parents always pushed him forward and taught him the hero way. how heroes acted and how he could become one of them. This made Avery want to be like them, his parents and heroes, the brave and perfect people of the world. Moving became less of a problem, his parents were helping people, and that was all that mattered. His parents then thought about the life of Avery, their sons career, and what mattered more, their own jobs or their sons job.
That's when it was decided that instead of continuing to move, they'd go to Japan and stay there, a permanent home. It had good schools that could help Avery become what his parents and him dreamed, a hero. Avery couldn't believe the news and was prepared to go to what he believed to be was "The Heart of Heroes." He would work towards this goal and nothing could stop him.
Avery spent most of his time after that studying the language and learning little facts here and there so that he wouldn't botch his chances. One year later, when Avery was 13, he finally went to Japan and has since been pursuing his parents goals for him, trying to be a hero in a unknown land full of opportunity.

Not only that, but even though she's quite friendly, she won't let people get TOO close to her, as she feels like people wold get close to her only because of pity. In a situation when somebody insults her, she'll take it very personal and it can escalate to the point of shutting herself in a room and while not crying it out, she will think about it very carefully. For the most part, she’s calm and collected, never rushes in blindly (heh) and always thinks about her options before acting. That can quickly change however, if somebody close to her is in danger. If that happens, she’ll just rush in as quickly as she can, doing everything in her power to help out. She’s a giant light novel and superhero nerd, but will rarely speak of it in public. She only opens up to talk about it when it’s in private and with a good friend. The only exception to this rule, is when somebody says something outrageous and maddening, like: SAO is good. If she hears something like that, she can lash out on a person for his opinion, even in the middle of the class. Even with that, she can forgive almost anything and will never judge a person based on his looks (because she can’t), or likes and dislikes. In class, she’s always attentive and will contribute as much as she can, but physically she’s very weak (With the exception of her quirk). She will refuse being touched in the tentacles, because it feels weird, that however, doesn't apply to her, as she'll touch people with the tentacles very frequently. Backstory: Octavia is a daughter of a Japanese salaryman and a french actress. Both had fish-like quirks, so it was natural for her to develop something similar. What wasn’t natural about her though, was the development of her eyes. For a reason unknown, Octavia has been blind since birth. Because of that, her parents became overprotective of her and rarely let her go outside alone. She was home schooled, she was practicing walking with a cane either home, or with her parents supervision. Needless to say, she didn’t have any friends, and so, books became an avid book reader. Her family was pretty rich, so buying things in braille wasn’t that hard. One day, she was reading a superhero comic. She became inspired with hero’s hardships and overcoming them. She wanted to be the one helping people and not the one that needed help. She started sneaking out of home at night, and going to various places to train and develop her quirk. Octavia soon discovered that it’s quite powerful, and she announced to her father that she wants to become a hero. The mother being a busy actress was in France at the time, and with her Father being the more laid back one he agreed. The only rule was that if she didn’t pass the exam on her first try, he never wanted to hear about that again.
Relationships:
Her father – He’s the one who introduced her to the world of comic books, and let her go to the schools entrance exam. He is the cool dad everybody wants, and she loves him very much.
Her mother – She’s usually in France, shooting a movie, but when she returns it’s always a lot of fun to hear her stories and go out together. Octavia hates the way her mom is overprotective.
Quirk: Octohair – Octavia doesn’t have hair, instead, there are 4 pairs of tentacles of varying sizes growing out of her head. The length of them is: 2m, 1.5m, 1m, and 0.5m. With the shorter ones being in front, and the longer growing in the back. These tentacles act as Octavia’s sixth sense (5th sense realistically xd), as they are very sensitive to air movement, and have a good sense of touch. She learned to use it very proficiently and it makes everyday life easier. Other than that, her “hair” is pretty strong; She can lift up to 160 lbs with the strongest pair. They can hold on to things very well, because of the suction cups. These tentacles are not very resilient, as just one good placed cut can hurt them significantly, but they can regenerate pretty quickly, but it's a very painful process and will only work when the user places them in water to rest. If a tentacle is cut off, it will regrow in about 2 months, but then again, it is painful. One last thing, they’re covered in a slimy substance, so trying to hold them is very difficult. The flaws of this quirk are of course, the frailness of the “hair” and that they need to be hydrated at least once a day. If they lack water, they stop producing slime and become weaker and dry. A thing that's worth to mention is that moving the tentacles is more tiring than using any normal muscle, so using them too much will result in a headache and soreness. Using her hair to constantly carry the maximum she can hold will deplete will deplete her from energy in 5 minutes maximum. Lower weighths and taking breaks elongates the time.
Special Moves: Inkshoot –One of Octavia’s tentacles shoots out ink. It’s range is 20 feet max.

Kuma Beruseruku stands at 221 cms or 7, 3 feet which makes him tower over most normal people and weighing at 455 lbs or 201 kgs however his weight can increase depending on his Quirk would think because of his unnatural size. Underneath his right eye is a tattoo in red ink that is the word "REVENGEFUL" in English that is styled cursively and under that tattoo is another one that is alot smaller that is the word "LIVING" in blue ink. On the right side of Kuma's face is a set of tattoos which represent his family as there is a black star with a Venus flytrap growing in it and is wrapped up in Diamond, Gold and Silver chains which represents his father's situation while a white star with a rose growing inside of it that is being placed inside of a detailed coffin represents his mother's death, finally his star is grey in color as a cannabis plant grows inside as it is covered in slash marks and bullet holes represent his fighting but drugged influence fighting spirit. (The picture with the white dreadlocks, he also doesn't have a mustache. The dark marks are massive birthmarks or huge callus that become black because of the gigantic build up of dead-skin).

Backstory: Kuma Bersuseruka was a child born into a single mother that was connected to a Villain who just so happened to be Kuma's father. That man was a small-time crook that went big as in his early stages was making his money through small robberies, assault and theft so the only reason he was able to get away with it all was his Quirk, a rather strong Quirk that his father used for crime and competing/fighting off the police or any pro heroes in the area of his crimes.
Kuma's father however was arrested after a crime and sentence to life in prison, the police however interrogated him on the matter of where the money and valuable, priceless items that he had stolen. The police then proceed found out about Kuma and his mother in which, the two Bersuserukas were moved out the "home" and into another home with a fresh start for the both of them.
Kuma had much trouble over his Quirk's Awakening, it then proceed to permanently change his appearance til he looked very similar to his father in which he was bully by many child around his age because of the negative reputation his old man had. However Kuma's mother grew greatly sick in which she passed away but not before leaving a message for Kuma that said "Don't be a Evil Man like your father...Be a great Man...Like a Hero."
Moved into a small orphanage which he then grew up in however he listening to his mother's words, he looked at who heroes were and what he found was amazing things. Powerful people who were just and beloved, it pushed him into a positive light however he wanted a goal to have and his eyes locked onto All Might. The Number 1 Hero in the World and The Strongest One of them all, his goal was found as he wanted to be just as that man...the Strongest of them all so he trained and trained to keep on getting stronger until now.

Riba Hone ( B BlueClover ): Riba is a girl who Kuma meet in middle-school as a result it lead to them having a relationship similar to "brother and sister." The reason behind it is that they have a great deal of respect for eachother despite their limited number of interactions which lead to "fun" (Aka fights with people that didn't like them) moments, she doesn't give him a positive attuide or makes alot/any of small-talk with him. Kuma is rather protective of her and provides a older brotherly presence despite the fact he is younger than her.

Kuma's relationship with Lián is...extremely rocky as she has often tried to harm him or destroy his belongings but despite this negativity that she always gives to him, he cares for her and watches out for her so nothing bad or crazy happens to her.Quirk: Muscle Enlargement Augmentation A Transformation Type Quirk: Muscle Enlargement Augmentation is a Quirk that make Kuma be able to augment the muscle fibers that are beneath his skin, increasing the power and speed of his movements. When using this Quirk, the enhanced muscle fibers protrude from and cover the skin of the area that is being augmented greatly increase in size
As an example of a more complex strength-enhancement Quirk, Muscle Enlargement Augmentation can be used to attack and defend in a number of different ways. As well as simply augmenting Kuma's strength and speed, he is also seemingly able to control his muscle strands individually, utilizing them for more refined attacks, such as crushing crushing a enemies limb or weapon when it's caught in augmented muscles or act like a very protective shield capable of block multiple attacks or single, destructive blows. Additionally, Kuma can increase the size of augmented muscles which results in a greater increase of strength and durability in exchanged for speed and stamina because of the extra weight while he can enlarge certain parts of his body.
This Quirk improves as it requires the user to having to do large amounts of harsh and rigorous physical training so that Kuma's muscles will grow in mass and strength which leads to his quirk's muscle augmentation becoming far more stronger. There are weaknesses in this quirk, the first is that whenever Kuma fights beyond his current limit of ability, his body can't contain the destructive power which cause his muscles to be torn apart and his bones to shatter. Kuma also can't exceed a certain level of enlargement if he does try to exceed the limit, the muscles fibers will begin to tear themselves appear which can result in damage that will take along time to heal.
Kuma's current level of muscle augmentation level, increase mass allowance and power usage at the moment is at 1%, Kuma`s reckless and wild-self means he has a habit of causing destruction or breaking things by accident, this helps him because the Quirk has a time limit of 1 hour where Kuma can continuously use his powers freely. Muscle Enlarge Augmentation enables Kuma to have superhuman strength at destructive levels, increased agility, superhuman speed while having an increasing his overall durability. Kuma's base augmented muscles only allows him to throw around 500 lbs but he can thrown around 625 lbs when he is enlarge all muscles in his body, much higher pain tolerance compared to normal humans, faster reaction time/speed than the average human and sprinting at speeds of 21.2 miles per hour as his base but it's reduced to 16.4 miles per hour when his whole body is enlarged but it means that his stamina is decreased in such .
Kuma's enlarged state leads to an increased size of the augmented muscles, it will give him a major strength boost and defensive exchange for major decrease in speed and overall stamina as the new weight that he acquires makes it harder to move around and it takes alot more energy to move at such monstrous size as Kuma reaches when his whole body is enlarge however if he gets more training in, he'll slowly get used to it but he is far more durable in this state compared to normal as the muscle fibers are much larger and cable of cover more area so it becomes a far better "shield". Additional, Kuma can enlarge selective parts of his such as his arms, legs or torso/neck/head which will only yield a 25 lb increase in strength while a 1.2 mile per hour decrease as his body weigh will by 30 lbs which will result when he enlarges his entire body, he will weigh in at 605 lbs.
A strange part of the Quirk is that whenever Kuma attacks a organic bodies, his strength doesn't resonance as well which means his attack power is greatly reduced as he can't destroy someone's body with a single blow but he still punches hard. His power however functions at full force when he attacks something that isn't organic and it can be told apart whenever his limbs that are augmented begin to glow, if he attacks something that is't alive, the muscle fibers will glow a fiery orange but if he is attacking something that is alive, it won't glow.
Special Moves: SMASH! Kuma is a fan/follower of All-Might in which inspired him to be a future hero. As a result, whenever Kuma attacks with maximum strength behind it or has the intention of killing/destroying the target. Kuma will say with a roar "Smash!!!" Alexander is a tall blonde american, and he is always wearing his school uniform with a thick fur coat. If looked at closely, the coat is seemingly very thick and rough, hinting that it is made of wolf fur. While he is not able to hide or carry them around in school grounds, Alex will always be carrying around knives whenever given the chance. His fur coat has several hidden pockets inside of it, making it a convenient and efficient place to hide his sharp blades. He is also seen wearing catholic cross earrings that are upside down. He isn't religious in the slightest, he only thought they were cool.
Superhero Costume:
(Until I get the picture that my friend is drawing, I will just have to describe the suit)
The suit is completely white, being colored a nice matte white. The suit has a helmet with a visor that hides his face completely, and on the side of the helmet, small wings are detailed across the side of the helmet. His suit is decently armored, but Alex sacrificed defense for mobility. On the back of the suit, a backpack like box is attached to the back, filled with the energy drink that he uses for his quirk. This allows him to re energize himself up to two more times. He also has up two twenty knives. He has three on each wrist which he uses as throwing knives, and three more on each leg to throw as well. He has his signature bowie knife attached to the back of his waist, two karambits attached to his thighs, and two small shivs attached to his boots. (mostly for cutting rope) The suit is also covered in sharp spikes in blades. Alex's main way of attacking is slamming into his opponents, cutting and slicing them up before retreating quickly. His "hit and run" tactics are especially well suited with his suit. (Hah get it) He also has an air conditioner built into his suit to keep him cool.

Right out of the womb, Alexander was not a seemingly cheerful human. Almost always seen with a scowl or a mute look on his face, he doesn't give off much emotion. Usually listening or ignoring others, the only times you can rely on Alexander to talk is to either introduce himself, or if he is insulted. You could say he is well adept in intimidation, as his constant lack of emotion and short, angry answers usually shuts the other person up. This type of emotion (or lack thereof) was because of how he was raised. His father would always cut off anything he doesn't seem serious, which meant everything except studying and classes. However, his mother was able to at least keep his mannerisms, such as speaking to elders appropriately, opening the door, speak when spoken to, etc. He doesn't like teamwork, as he sees it as a problem. Why rely on others when you can do the job yourself? He sees it as a weakness, and he keeps himself as a lone wolf. And due to some problems in his past, he has a lack of trust in anyone, even in his elders. To him, he is more comforted by knowing that he can rely on himself, even if he really can't in a situation. He hides this lack of trust with his hardened emotional frame, preferring not to talk about himself. And even if he hates to admit it, he is afraid of being seen as a liability, someone who can't help himself. While Alex can be seen as ruthless, when he is on the battlefield, his cunning truly shines. His father trained him to be a hero, not an idiot. He makes sure that he understands what is going on, and what position he is in. If he ever opens up, he is a great strategist, though he can sometimes underestimate his opponents and just rush in and attack. Under the deadly intimidation and cunning braveness, Alexander actually does have a soft side, a side only his mother and his closest friend ever saw. And frankly, this soft side is pretty shy. Alexander likes to be kind, and he is extremely protective and loyal to the people he holds closest to him, but the strict and ruthless side his father pounded into him makes him believe that kindness is a symbol of weakness, and so he keeps it behind his angry exterior. However, at times people are able to see this shyness. For example, when he talks in Japanese and accidentally screws up, he looks away, a slight blush filling the cheeks. He is secretly hoping that he can find help and trust in others, but that is buried under the ruthlessness he has.

-Knife play. It's his favorite way of fighting, and he very much enjoys it. His knife collection is vast, and very exotic.

Sugar Run - Sugar Run is a manifestation of his mother and fathers quirks. This quirk allows Alex to enhance his muscles speed with sugar. His muscles are able to break down sugars at an insane rate, giving them more energy and more power to his muscles, increasing his speed. This quirk also allows him to speed up his other muscles, like his arms, but they do not increase the force as much as the speed. Say for example, he punches you at an increased speed of 60 mph. You would not be getting hit with the force of a fist going 60 mph, it would be more so a fist going 30 or 40. This is due to his muscle retraction, which cuts down the force of the punches. Alexander is a tall blonde american, and he is always wearing his school uniform with a thick fur coat. If looked at closely, the coat is seemingly very thick and rough, hinting that it is made of wolf fur. While he is not able to hide or carry them around in school grounds, Alex will always be carrying around knives whenever given the chance. His fur coat has several hidden pockets inside of it, making it a convenient and efficient place to hide his sharp blades. He is also seen wearing catholic cross earrings that are upside down. He isn't religious in the slightest, he only thought they were cool.
Superhero Costume:

The suit is completely white, being colored a nice matte white. The suit has a helmet with a visor that hides his face completely, and on the side of the helmet, small wings are detailed across the side of the helmet. His suit is decently armored, but Alex sacrificed defense for mobility. On the back of the suit, a backpack like box is attached to the back, filled with the energy drink that he uses for his quirk. This allows him to re energize himself up to two more times. He also has up two twenty knives. He has three on each wrist which he uses as throwing knives, and three more on each leg to throw as well. He has his signature bowie knife attached to the back of his waist, two karambits attached to his thighs, and two small shivs attached to his boots. (mostly for cutting rope) The suit is also covered in sharp spikes in blades. Alex's main way of attacking is slamming into his opponents, cutting and slicing them up before retreating quickly. His "hit and run" tactics are especially well suited with his suit. (Hah get it) He also has an air conditioner built into his suit to keep him cool.

Right out of the womb, Alexander was not a seemingly cheerful human. Almost always seen with a scowl or a mute look on his face, he doesn't give off much emotion. Usually listening or ignoring others, the only times you can rely on Alexander to talk is to either introduce himself, or if he is insulted. You could say he is well adept in intimidation, as his constant lack of emotion and short, angry answers usually shuts the other person up. This type of emotion (or lack thereof) was because of how he was raised. His father would always cut off anything he doesn't seem serious, which meant everything except studying and classes. However, his mother was able to at least keep his mannerisms, such as speaking to elders appropriately, opening the door, speak when spoken to, etc. He doesn't like teamwork, as he sees it as a problem. Why rely on others when you can do the job yourself? He sees it as a weakness, and he keeps himself as a lone wolf. And due to some problems in his past, he has a lack of trust in anyone, even in his elders. To him, he is more comforted by knowing that he can rely on himself, even if he really can't in a situation. He hides this lack of trust with his hardened emotional frame, preferring not to talk about himself. And even if he hates to admit it, he is afraid of being seen as a liability, someone who can't help himself. While Alex can be seen as ruthless, when he is on the battlefield, his cunning truly shines. His father trained him to be a hero, not an idiot. He makes sure that he understands what is going on, and what position he is in. If he ever opens up, he is a great strategist, though he can sometimes underestimate his opponents and just rush in and attack. Under the deadly intimidation and cunning braveness, Alexander actually does have a soft side, a side only his mother and his closest friend ever saw. And frankly, this soft side is pretty shy. Alexander likes to be kind, and he is extremely protective and loyal to the people he holds closest to him, but the strict and ruthless side his father pounded into him makes him believe that kindness is a symbol of weakness, and so he keeps it behind his angry exterior. However, at times people are able to see this shyness. For example, when he talks in Japanese and accidentally screws up, he looks away, a slight blush filling the cheeks. He is secretly hoping that he can find help and trust in others, but that is buried under the ruthlessness he has.

-Knife play. It's his favorite way of fighting, and he very much enjoys it. His knife collection is vast, and very exotic.
-Burgers. Being born in America, what do you expect?
-Fashion. He likes wearing clothes that make him seem intimidating. And he really loves his fur coat.
-Monster Energy Drink: Regular. He loves the taste, and it is the drink that he prefers for his fueling.
-Fighting. Being raised to fight villains, his father taught him several forms of hand to hand combat. He enjoys sparring and fighting as a means of exercise and improvement.

-Disrespectr'. The thing that ticks him off is someone trying to a rise out of him. It never ends well. And he will even jump in if he sees someone else either disrespecting or bullying someone else. Those never end well either.
-Other energy drinks. They're useless, and they taste gross.
-Villains. He has a deep hatred for them, for several reasons.
