Goro-Gor laughed at Rus' joke heavily, "Haha yes! Please, let there be no conflict between us...that would be fangtastic." Goro-Gor said laughing still at both his pun and Rus'. Turning to Caitlyn he apologised for his joke: "I apologise Sister, how was your journey to this forest?" Trying to make small talk to ease the tension building between the two girls.

 

[Tsuna]

Tasuke handed Amafrey some coins.

They walked out of the forest and into plains. From there, the nearby village was about a thirty minute walk.

"We'll get the horses there," Tasuke said. "You all should get them and catch up with us in Merch Town north of here this evening.

"We'll meet in the guildmember's tavern."

"Remember, we're here on mission for the king. If we meet any commonfolk who need help, we should help them. Finding the Ultra Knights is our goal, so is protecting the kingdom.

"Amafrey, Primus, Caitlyn, you three go to the village and meet with us.

"Goro-Gor, Rus, Elrie we travel north!"

With a playful salute Amafrey smiled at Tasuke and looked back at her group.

"Well, are you guys ready to head out and get this quest rolling? Some horses and a wagon should work. Don't know how much that will cost so I hope you guys can haggle."

With a sly smile Amafrey stretched her arms up and began walking towards the village.

Goro-Gor looked at Tasuke and gave him a light pat on the back: "North it is Brother! Lead the way!"

The Goron admired the setting outside of the forest, it was a lush green area with plenty of plant life, despite initially thinking he wouldn't like anything but the volcanic habitat he had grown up in, he had to admit, lush green areas were growing on him. They just had a certain beauty about them and they truly made Goro-Gor feel like he was on an adventure. He took a heavy breath in staring at the vast plains.

"So, it begins." He said aloud (despite intending to only think it...)

 

[Plutia]

Kumiko walked to the meeting spot. Only to see that no one was around. "Where is everyone?" She asked herself, did she somehow came in too late? Or was she too early? "No, I definitely was too late. If only Mistress was here to give me an order."

The blonde shook her head. "This isn't the time to be moping! Mistress is counting on me! I'll just check if their ahead." She ran north, hoping this was the group was going.

 

[Tsuna]

In the village, a man in dark armor walked in the middle of the main streets.

"Let me speak with the chief of this village," the man in armor.

The village elders walked to the man, accompanied by a few swordsme

"What do you want?" asked one of the swordsmen, protecting their leader.

"I will be taking over this village. I am Cadek the Knight. You and your people here can relinquish your land and flee or stay here and work for me."

"You must be kidding!" one of the swordsmen said, as he drew his sword.

Cadek, the knight in dark armor stayed silent, waiting for the village leader to reply


In the plains, an evil presence was noticed by Tasuke and the others.

It was coming from something coming towards them. A monster? Then a large flying black dragon flew in the sky towards the village.

Tasuke watched as the dragon flew by. The dragon went over the village and landed on a house.

"What...." Tasuke said, before deciding they should all go to the nearby village.

"Hey, something's going on. I don't think that dragon is one of the monsters for rent.... Let's go see if they need our help."

Tasuke began to run towards the nearby village.

Goro-Gor too saw the dragon fly by, it was monstrous in size, however Goro-Gor was no stranger to giant reptilian monstrosities- large (albeit not winged) lizard like creatures were indigenous to areas in the volcanic mountains. Goro-Gor ran towards the village on Tasuke's order, he could barely keep up with his companion.

"That beast is far too large to belong in a human village," Goro-Gor said agreeing with Tasuke that something was indeed wrong there "Hopefully those who are in the village can fend it off for a while if it does attack them." He said knowing that if that village was filled with normal people it was unlikely they could do anything to harm a beast of that magnitude.

"Let's hurry!" He said to the others in his group, trying to run even faster than before.

Rus nodded as he heard his companions. "Lets go then." He flew as beside Tasuke. Rus quickly started to chant a short spell to increase the groups speed. A pale blue glow seemed to encase the group. "The wind blessing will last only a minute or two but it'll get us there quicker." He said as his speed seemed to double.

 

[Tsuna]

While the adventurers moved toward the village, the villagers watched as a huge dragon flew overhead.

"Last chance. There's no point in trying to fight me. I'll give you a few days to leave," Cadek the knight said.

He wore a large sword with his dark armor. A surge of black energy was flowing from him, as he had summoned the dragon.

The swordsmen protecting the village chief attacked the knight. The dragon flew over the village, yet to attack. When Cadek the knight was being attacked, black bubbles fell from the dragon, landing on the ground as small, dark creatures were born from them. The creatures were a brown color, looking like large lizards the size of a wolf. The creatures ran at the swordsmen, jumping at them.

One of the monsters bit a swordsmen on the arm. The monster held on as the young man tried to shake the monster off.

Other creatures went past the swordsmen and attacked the villagers.

Men and women screamed as chaos began.

Amafrey let out a shout in rage as she drew her battleaxe.

"Primus, Druid, there is fighting to be done!"

Amafrey charged into battle heading for the nearest creature. She screamed her prayer to the gods as she rushed in to protect the villagers.

 

[Tsuna]

Tasuke agreed with Goro Gor, running alongside him. Tasuke
nodded to Rus, as the spell took effect.

"Thanks! Alright, those of us with ranged abilities get to the rooftops to stand against the dragon. Everyone else defend the villagers!"

There was a weak metal gate around the village, the guards at the entrances having abandoned their posts to help fight the threats.

The entrances were locked.

"Find a way inside! Break through or fly over if you have to!" Tasuke said as he jumped an impressive height, landing on the top of the gate, looking at what was going on in the village.

Immediately Tasuke and a knight in dark armour made eye contact. "Be careful," Tasuke said before jumping down and battling the monsters that had spawned from the dragon.

With a single mighty strike from Goro-Gor the lock on the gate was destroyed as the gate swung open with extraordinary quickness. Goro-Gor rolled in, flattening some of the dark monsters in the process. The Goron began to carry villagers on his shoulders, escorting those who were being attacked into houses before turning to attack some of the lesser monsters, he noticed a knight in black but it seemed Tasuke had it covered. Besides, the amount of villagers who needed saving was still tremendous

Amafrey's axe bit into the neck of one of these creatures and as she pulled it from its now lifeless body she heard a crash. She turned to see what she thought was a boulder smash through the village gate and squish a few of the creatures before standing up. Her eyes went wide when the saw the boulder was non other that Gor. A wicked smile crept across her face as she realized the cavalry had arrived. The sight of Tasuke atop the gate added more fuel to her fire.

She let out another roar as she looked for her next target. A creature was looming over a villager and she took off. She plowed into the creature smashing the haft of her axe into the creatures head before kicking it down with her boot. She brought her axe down into its skull. With a heave her axe came free with a wet squelch. She offered a hand to the villager and pulled them onto their feet.

"Get to safety."

This is what Amafery has been looking for, she was being flooded with a mix of emotions. This is what she was meant to be doing. Saving people, having adventures. She took a second to let it all sink and then like that she was off. The hunt was on and in the end the dragon will fall.

"A Dragon!"

 

[Plutia]

Kumiko saw what looked to be a village in the distance. "I hope I'm not too far behind." She sighed before noticing a big object in the sky. It was a dragon, and it doesn't look friendly. Passing by a boulder with a gate underneath. She ran to the Village and was met with a missing gate, and a Blonde woman wielding an Axe. Monsters could be seen out and about in the village, causing trouble.

Kumiko ran to the blonde woman. "Miss, what is going on here?" She asked.

Amafrey looked at the woman and then around at the village.

"What? The village is under attack, get to safety!"

The smaller monsters seemingly made from darkness were hardly a match for the brute strength and physical defence of a Goron, much less a Goron like Goro-Gor. He ploughed through them with not much effort, his mighty punches were so powerful they were audibly shattering the bones of his opponents as he connected them. He looked around to see the black knight again, Goro-Gor grew tired of the lesser monsters and made his way over to the knight, "Who are you? What is the meaning of this presumably unwarranted attack?" Goro-Gor said, his disgust at the terror that this knight had caused the innocent villagers was both audible in his voice and visible on his face.

 

[Plutia]

"I may not look like it, but I am capable of using a sword." Kumiko unsheathed her weapon.

"Then put it to good use!" Amafrey yelled back over her shoulder. She felled yet another creature with her axe when she saw Gor approaching the Black Knight.

Amafrey surveyed the village or battlefield as that is what it had become. She set her sights on the dragon, if it is making these creatures then if it died they would no longer be a concern. But it would be madness to take it on herself. She needed help. She looked around for the Druid and Wizard.

Rus was busy in the air chanting in a language that seemed to burn the air. As his chant ended he aime a finger gun at the dragon. "Inferno cannon." A blast of blue fire shot forward at the beasts body. "Hey hot stuff come and get me."

 

[Tsuna]

Tasuke found a group of villagers that weren't running in the midst of the battle. That must be the village chief.

Tasuke made his way to the village leader. "Hey! Lets get you to safety!" Tasuke said. "We'll take care of these guys!"

The elder looked at Tasuke. "The ball... take me to the ball..." the old man said.

Tasuke was confused but guarded the man as he went towards one of the houses nearby.

Cadek the knight, in his dark armour, watched Tasuke speak to the village leader. Cadek was about to stop them from going when someone spoke to him.

"My name is Cadek," the knight said to Goro-Gor. "I'm taking this village for myself. I'm not from this kingdom, I'm simply here to take this town."

Cadek watched as someone shot a blast at the dragon.

The dragon roared, getting hit by the blast and roaring a strong wind down towards the village below.

A visible wave of wind blew down before the dragon flew further up and away from the village. It stayed up in the sky, waiting for its master to command its.

Cadek looked around for who had attacked the beast then focused on Goro-Gor again. "I'll give them some time to leave the village. Even employ them as workers if they want to work for me. However they decided to try and stop me so I had to show my strngth.

"Why are you here anyway? Are you all this town's knights? Or did you come to simply help the pathetic fools."

 

[Tsuna]

While Tasuke and the leader were going towards a house, a large monster made of many of the smaller lizard monsters moved in front of Tasuke and the old man.

It looked like a brown huge toad with wings made of a scaly, tough lizard exterior.

The creature was as big as one of the shops on the village road.

"Uh... Rus I may need some help with this guy." Tasuke said as the frog monster charged at them.

Natsuki was awaiting the other adventures at an abandoned village which was supposedly haunted since the town was slaughtered. Natsuki had to watch himself from all angles due to him having the highest bounty so far on the planet. His face is up on millions of cities, towns, and villages for him to be hunted and killed if seen so his fellow adventures might attempt to kill him for the gold. The spirits in the village began to swarm him and they all sat next to him in peace even though they were demons they felt natsukis spiritual power and knew he would erase them if need be. He decided to Speak to them "scout the area for government soldier or any other people." He said to the spirits as they nodded in reply then scattered quickly.

 

[Comet]

Ross sat by a pond, her eyes staring into the gleaming water as thoughts raced through her mind. She was by the water in case of a heat-flash, but she also couldn't think of anything better to do. She was far from the ocean, which was very strange for a siren. Most sirens can't live for long outside of the water without having a heat-flash. Though, Ross has accustomed herself to the heat and going long periods of time without water. She was far more Superior than other sirens, since most of them can't survive long on land.

She could hear a battle nearby, but she paid no heed to it, knowing full well she can't fight. She wishes she could, but sirens are usually solidarity, so they have no need to fight. Just lull people to them and switch lives with them.

She sighed, looking up at the hot sun before dipping her toes into the pond, instantly feeling relief over her full body. She closed her eyes, slinking the rest of her body into the water and transformed into her siren form before slowing dozing off.

 

[Arvios]

"It's official— we're well past noon", Hugo mumbled with a sigh, his eyes gazing towards the sun that was well past the overhead position of midday. One might say that he was talking to himself, though in truth, he was speaking to the ornate ball of metal floating behind him. As it dragged itself through the air, Ward continuously hummed a lullaby of low pitched whirs that one would expect out of a magical sphere. The sound echoed weakly through the plains that lead to a forest in the south of their position. It was a horrible idea to leave on a whim, only relying on rumors that powerful warriors would gather in that location at 12 O'clock. It was true that he didn't have much fighting experience, but he sure as hell wanted to start with something as important as finding the fabled Ultra Knights. Plus, maybe he'd figure out the relationship between himself and Ward.

Just as he looked up from his thoughts, Hugo eyes a pond with a beautiful girl dipping her toes in the open body of water. He stops dead in his tracks, staring at the woman as if she may be a mirage of some sort. She had odd appendages on her face, though Hugo didn't seem to notice how strange that seemed to be. Ward's humming grew louder in a series of short beeps and boops, snapping the boy back into reality. He was so distracted, that Hugo didn't take note of the sounds of battle from the nearby town.

"H-Hiya", he says towards Ross nervously, hoping to get her attention. Ward continues to hover in place, only spinning slowly, now in silence.

Goro-Gor frowned upon hearing Cadek, "Hmm, so forcing people out of a village out of sheer avarice- clearly your morals are corrupt." The Goron cracked his knuckles, "And as for who we are, we are the warriors who were sent to find the Ultra-Knights!" He shouted, swinging a closed fist towards the knight at a tremendous speed "and we are also here to stop the likes of villains like you!"
