Okay, this is something I am meaning to say for a while, but I think Hell City lost its flair and I might have gotten a little bored with it. I admire the amount of work Fem worked into this but I missed having rivals and gang and having sides and keeping secrets from each other. I might even go as far back as missing those ridiculously OPed characters and people beating the shit out of each other. I'm not sure what happened, but i feel like we have gotten too soft and going the safe way.

Ive talked about this with fem and I want to open this conversation up to everyone and what their take on the rp. Fem cant work this all by herself, it's gonna wear her out trying to be the good guy and the bad guy and juggling between all of us. I just wanna know what we, as a group, do. We should talk about what your characters are planning. We can start there and brain storm stuffs to do. We need the badassery back in Hell City.

Well since you reminded me, I was planning to do a little family reunion with my character chijiro, as he already found one which is fems fujima. Its only a matter of time
 
Thank you for pointing this out Trip-senpai ^.^ Adding onto that, while there are some cray-cray peeps in Hell City, we definitely need to decrease the sanity level to bring it back to its former glory.

I do play Bernkastel as a villain for the sake of there even being a villain in HC in the first place. The thing is, while she is a worthy opponent and all, I can't hold up the responsibility of her being the main villain that everyone's after, and the homicidal maniac that basically sets the conflict in course.

Yes, the characters within Hell Coty are all very unique and well-developed....the thing is that I kinda feel as though I'm on my own when it comes to huge dangerous crazy whack-jobs.

One of my suggestions for a later arc or an arc within the current arc involves a disease suddenly developing that causes insane and homicidal tendencies. This would make Hell City go absolutely berserk (which is what I'm going for), alongside a shit-ton of mistrust developing. While it's still a WIP idea and I need to come up with symptoms for said disease, it would add some tension. Plus that disease + time loop = people with that disease taking this as a chance to kill people again and again, only for the day to restart so they can do it all over again.

It's only a suggestion, but I think it'll prove beneficial.

I mean I just got stuck because my rp partner vanished. :<

Also, I didn't like how everyone seemed involved with each other and kinda kept to people they knew. That's why I dislike joining pre-existing rps that I wasn't a part of. Everyone already knows each other. ;-;

*le hmms* You know, you are allowed to create new organizations n stuff. Along with that Bern's gang (Devicto Mortis) needs members desperately

It's not a case of "it's hard to get someone to interact with me" or "I have no one to call my friend". It's just... Idk, maybe it's too difficult to explain. I can become active again and kinda do a do-over, but again idk... :/

Nah, I think I get it. For a while in the original HC I didn't post and when I returned I was completely lost. I created a thread on arc information that way peeps can stay in the loop on what's planned for the plot so far. Alongside that, a little earlier in the OOC, I posted our Discord so we can chat on there too. If you'd like to do a do-over then that's brilliant, we have a chance to see some cool new OCs come our way...whiiiich'll serve as some opportunities in the plot of the RP since it's pretty character-driven.

If you'd like to find a way to get back in, all ya hafta do is ask~! I'm almost always available and willing to give some pointers to steer peeps into the RP

Aww yeaah, the disapearence of partners. If things like that happens i think its best to give a notice to them and move on, even if the situation in the rp is... weired. Better to move on than being left behind, no?

Im kinda guilty of doing that, but i think i can understand that. With some people i feel a bit of a disconnection. I havent reached out to many characters here in a while too, maybe that got to do something with it. Reaching out and just talking with others to join an on going senerio might help if just randomly throwing your character at others is not ur thing.

Character personality n the environment can be a factor to meeting characters but we gotta try and nudge our character for something.
 
Well generally I just attack people and it works out for me so... xD
 
I'd like to point out everyone is always welcome to barge into the Ice Cream store, the only reason I haven't advertised is because we are very slow rpiers. I didn't want anyone to feel held up because of us. ^-^
