I really like how your describing this set of races. You've included everything from general height, to family information, even if they are capable to have children with other races and were they would generally be situation in the City and what sort of jobs they might be seen doing.

anyways, I have another question for all of you. I'm basing the crime factions on the seven deadly sins and I'm not entirely happy with what I've assigned to Gluttony. As such, I would like to ask for suggestions as to a crime that could fit that sin. Furthermore, suggestions as to the proper names of the others would be appreciated (EX: The greed faction is called The Emporium and is a black market)

Gluttony could be an "inside man." Maybe a rich fat woman, someone who is from higher up in the hierarchy any makes sure everything goes through safely and goes through her. AKA big boss bitch keeps some shit for herself.
