    "Shut up Red, and just go away before you cause me more problems. Yeah an Ambulance... doctors... medical professionals. They are gonna need to look at your... umm your... l-leg." she gulps and just seems a bit faint. At this point all she wanted to do was lie down in the back of her Hummer and pass out. But, she decided to at least stay till the ambulance got there. The whole.... Ruby, Diamond, Nepharite thing would have to wait.


    She blinked as the spork was thrown and sighs. Giving the Pinkish girl a momentary glare, "Stop that.... you need to lie back... your foot ... umm knee, needs to be elevated." she runs over to her hummer grabbing a pillow and wincing as her burned hands stung. She moved back and slid the pillow under The pinkish girls knee.

Astra frowned at that, poking at the leg. The wound had healed over, but the leg was still missing. She didn't like that, um, Red person, but they seemed to have a gem like her. With a tilt of her head, she held up the gem on the back of her hand to that crazy person. Astra reached up and looked at Cassidy's hands, a concerned frown on her face.
"H-hwur?" She asked, a sad look on her face before she hugged the arm.

Astra looked up at her in confusion, most of the words flying over her head. She began signing, confusion clear on her face.


'What is that? Who are you? I'm Astraea. My papa left me a while back, do you have a family?'

Ruby furrowed her brow. "I don't know what you're talking about! I just need to know where the nearest warp pad is! Doesn't anybody around here know?! Grah!"

"Whaaaaaat, new geeeems?!" He had only been out for a couple hours, hanging out around the boardwalk. Surely even he could have seen these guys coming from a mile away; it's not every day that someone sees an alien land on the earth that's not out to destroy it. Speaking of which, it was pretty odd that the gems accepted and trusted these guys rather quickly, not that Steven minded. If his family trusts them, then there's no reason for Steven not to! 


Blinking away the stars in his eyes, he practically ran up to the newcomers, wanting to know everything about them right away. What are their names? What are their weapons, what are they like, how--


Well, maybe he should hold off on most of these. After all, a mission awaits!


"Hello everyone, it's nice to have you all here!" Steven stepped onto the warp pad, placing his hands on his hips while showing off a big grin. "My name's Steven!"

  Alistair's face turned a deeper shade of its usual torqoise color when Amethyst mentioned that they didn't need air. "A-Ah....I-I-I kn-know th-th-that...." he mumbled. "I-I-I'm j-just a-a l-little n-n-nervous....h-hi, S-Steven...." he added. He'd only known Steven for as long as he knew most of the Crystal Gems (about a year and a half), but he was still kinda awkward around...well...everyone. "I-It's n-n-nice t-to....to s-see you're doing well," Alistair said, an obviously nervous smile on his face. Let's face it, he was worried about everything that could possibly happen. And he was an EXTREME fatalist. As in, he had once freaked out when he saw a TV, literally pressing his face against it and screaming at the people inside it, promising that he would get them out of there somehow. It had been an off day, though, in his defense. Still, on the bright side, the entire event had become a major inside joke. Yay?

Astra frowned at her before hugging Cassidy. The ambulance came, sirens on. Astra shrieked and clung to Cassidy's arm, looking at the vehicle. The people tried to pick her up, she smacked at them.


"N-no!" She clung to Cassidy, refusing to let the people touch her.

     "Huh? My hands... dont worry about them Ms. Pink. I burnt them on that rude Napoleonic gems ship with no thanks from her. Look the ambulance... wait?"  looks between Roby and the Pinkish Girl. "Your... a gem too? Wait that means.... oh crap. We can't have a bunch of doctors looking you over... what if they... dang it."


    Cassidy stands up and pulls out her phone. "Yes hello... I'm sorry I was calling about the missing leg on the boardwalk.... yeah... well she never had one.... haha, yeah she had a fake one and just never told me. Yeah she's a mute... and... I know... I know. I'm sorry... Im bad at ASL... right... right.... I know. Really?! No please don't find me... I can't afford that... oh next time, okay... sorry again." she puts a hand to her brow and turns to Ruby.


    "Ruby your a gem right.... don't you have some super alien tech to fix her leg.... you do that I'll tell you where a warp is."

What a lovely day, thought the gem as she walked around the old battlefield of strawberries.  She sighed twirling her gun as she went to the warp pad, her bag jingling with something.  Pyrite warped, appearing somewhere new.  Where was she?  There was a door so she ran out and tripped, falling onto the sand.  Looking up she saw the giant statue, she has no idea she was in beach city.  Walking around the beach she wondered if there was another warp pad around.

Location: Prime Kindergarten





As the gem continued speaking, Flourite walked along the ridge until stopping to paw at some more recent claw marks. This gem seems to be under the impression that she couldn't pry them out of that vessel, insulting but not relevant to the mission.


"Your research isn't relevant to my mission unless it hints at where the corrupted gem is," Flourite stood and turned back to the ship to continue talking, but paused to give it a strange look for a moment "If you don't wanna get held up on that oh so important mission of yours, then simply say whether or not you are of use in this regards. Then you won't have to deal with me and can continue on your little task or whatever."


Flourite was still giving the ship an odd look, but folded her arms once more as she focused on her own eyepiece once again "If I wanted your errand sabotaged we wouldn't be having this conversation."

    Frustrated that the Crystal Jerks were too busy with their personal mission or whatever they were doing to hear her scratchings Arc decided perhaps he should familiarize herself with Beach City as a whole first. And perhaps scout for allies in her life mission. She jumped down the rampart and onto the sand bed and debated flicker flashing around the city; but, she decided on a more slow pad of the city was more appropriate. 


   From a distance he noticed a dark yellow skinned figure done up in the ways of Wyatt Earp. Arc knew enough about westerns to understand this was some form of light suit to reflect them. Adopting human culture most likely meant she either was a Crystal Gem or neutral. Arc ran over and began padding behind her looking for some manner of Diamond insignia.


   After a moment she barked aloud to draw the gems attention, playing the ruse of a normal dog for now.

Pyrite heard a noise as she rested her hand on her hip and took out her revolver.  A diamond shined from her belt as she went in the direction of the sound.  She didn't speak as he eyes wandered, it sounded like an animal so she shout at the air.  A bang was heard, the energy bullet vanishing into the air.  If it was a dog it was probably gone so she relaxed a bit.

   It quite didn't go as planned for Pyrite. At her feet was a adorable yet oddly intelligent looking coon dog. It sat down before Pyrite and looked up at her. Arc's eyes fell upon the diamond on Pyrite's belt and took notice of whatever color it had. It would seem either this yellow gem had not retreated to her gem to change her light suit; or, was in fact a homeworld gem. But, which Diamond did she blindly fallow that was the question.


    Arc tilted her head and let his tongue drape out acting the part of a cute Earth dog. She stood again and yipped excitedly at Pyrite moving closer and placing a paw on the tall gem's calf. Her paws were remarkably soft and the sheen of her fur caught the sunlight beautifully. Arc would then wait to see this gem's reaction. How a gem deals with organic entities tells alot about who they are.

The belt diamond shined pink, a memorial to her diamond.  She smiled, having a soft spot for human pets.  "Hi there," Pyrite picked Ark up "Are you lost?  You hungry, I think I have some-"  She was looking through her bag as shattered gem shards fell out.  Pyrite quickly gathered them up and took out a piece of a giant strawberry.  "Here ya go, pup," she said keeping her gun in a pink holster on her other hip.

    Whoa whoa, Arc thought as the tall gem picked her up. So she doesn't have a complete hatred for organics it would seem. Ha, wonder what she would say if she knew she was holding a hybrid. Bet she would flip her top and use that peashooter to attack me. Mildly bemused Arc didn't let his internal thoughts change the happy pup demeanor he offered up to Pyrite. 


    Arc licked Pyrites hands and gazed at the shards that spilt out of her bag. She apparently had been busy shattering gems or corruptions. So she has battle experience which could be useful for Arc's goals. Pyrite soon presented a familiar Strawberry from the old gem battleground she called home. She adored the little fruits and unlike gems she actually had to eat.


    Arc acted like a confused pup and sniffed the strawberry and then licked it to quickly take the delectable fruit in whole. She let out a cute yowl of excitement and glee and let her tail wag back and forth. Then a mischievous smile crept across her muzzle and she spoke in a youthful voice. "Why thank you Cowgirl."

Pyrite watched the happy pup eat the fruit before hearing it speak.  She wasn't made yesterday and this made something click in her mind.  "So you're a rebel, sad.  I liked you for a second," she moved the hat from her face, it shadowed her face but a twisted smile and a eye gleaming in the shape of a diamond could be seen.  She got up, towering over it.  Pyrite wined the diamond on the side of her gun and shot at the ground, creating a dust cloud.  She didn't take kindly to the Crystal Gems and another to her.....collection would be nice.

   Leapt from the Pyrites hands and watched her expression change to a menacing one. It was delightful in many ways to see others with as much hatred for the Crystal Gems as she had. The first bullet was clearly made to create distance between her target. She fights at range so to Arc this made perfect sense. If Arc was Pyrite her next step would be to draw out her opponent's gem weapon and gauge any special abilities their gem may posses. Keep a tactical distance and capitalize on her raw talent. But, Arc had no time for that and she could very well injure her.


    As the dust settled Arc had all ready flickered away to quite a few meters away from Pyrite and far away from the bullet. It was a fast bolt of speed; but easily tract to those with battle ability as Pyrite clearly had. However, it showed there was no gap Pyrite could create quick enough that Arc couldn't close.


    "I do believe you miss-judge me Pyrite... you are a Pyrite are you not? I am no Crystal Gem. I am.... a neutral if you will. I have my own goals and motivations none of which could ever have me ally with the Crystal Dastards that confront you Homeworlders time and time again. Do you really wish to fight me... when you are supremely outnumbered... and out gunned? No pun intended. Certainly we could... find some common ground?"

Pyrite glared at Ark "I'm not a homeworld!  Whatever that is, only world I know was under the diamond."  She meant Pink Diamond, that is how she always refereed to her as.  She lowered her gun, she knew when she couldn't escape.  The gun was pointed to the ground in case the gem struck.  "As long as you are not a rebel we are cool."

     "Excellent, good to see we could reach some common ground." Ark trotted over with a proud little strut, "So then my none Homeworlder... I suppose like me you have a particular HaTreD for a particular Crystal Gem by the name of Rose Quartz then?" used this moment to gauge the gem's resolve and opinion about that particular gem. If she was to ever get her organization off the ground she needed a diverse group of gems that neither aligned themselves with Homeworld or the Crystal Gems.


    And though fast she had the distinct feeling this gem could easily shatter her if they battled for more then ten minutes. She had more battle experience then her that much was easily perceived from what little movements she had displayed. Her ranged talents could likely compliment Arc's close range fighting style.

Pyrite eyes seemed to burst into flames as he heard the name of Rose.  She looked at Ark, her smile grew to insanity.  "I would love to shatter that," she pointed her gun at a spot far away and fired.  It left a charred star on the ground "Traitor," she said letting her go and trying to calm down.  "Sorry I've heard countless gems say that name and well....." She opened her satchel to reveal the many colorful shattered gem shards.

      Ark seemed thrilled with the reaction. The canine maw smiled from fur tuft to fur tuft. "Ohh I would too, you see.... like you my vengeance against RoSe qUArtZ... is one that I have defined much of my long life around. I do not.... believe in what Homeworld is doing either. Earth is my home and they have no right to take that from me. Humans for all their.... issues are kind to me. But, but those Crystal Gems.... they have shattered other gems for the sake of humans... they have drove Gems mad with war and sent them spiraling into Corruption. They are hypocritical and in their want to protect the Earth they have killed many.... I find them distasteful and I want to bring about their death knell. But you see.... I need allies. Harbingers of their destruction... to use their tools against them.... to... well. Succeed them. People like you and I... born on Earth should be the ones to protect it... not these foreign gems who think they know Earthlings."

"The Gems want to save gems but they do it by imprisoning them.  She shattered the one I lo-served."  She shook her head, felt wrong to tell this gem her true feelings.  "I want them shattered, none deserve to call themselves good over the deceit and death they used to create there army."  She looked down at Ark with burning eyes "Gems like us need to stick together."

     "I agree whole heartily. However though I do know who comprises the bulk of their remaining ranks... their is information I as of this moment don't know. Also us two simply won't be enough to take them on when they have the ability of fusion on their side. They also have Garnet's future vision.... and Rose Quartz's healing ability." she sighs knowing how awful the odds were. Frankly it was a huge undertaking as in a way she had less tech, gems, and unity then them. And if a faction like Homeworld couldn't defeat them with all their might how could she.


    "As much as it urks me to admit." her eyes narrow. "Neither of us are equipped to destroy them all as we are. So.... to you I ask this. What will you do now? Charge headlong and pick them off one at a time till the likes of Rose Quarts fuse with that unconventional Pearl of hers.... or perhaps it will be the monstrous Sugalite composed of Garnet and Amethyst."
