I think I would get a small SCP-173 on the back of my neck. Why? Because I'm a huge SCP fan.

Oh wow, that sounds like an amazing tattoo. I don't have a high pain tolerance either, so I can't/won't go for big tattoos. Great idea too.I'm a bit biased because I already have five tattoos lol. But I've been wanting to save up for this back tattoo idea I came up with a few years ago. I want to see my first tattoo artist for it because his tattoo on my shoulder still looks like I got it done this year (I got it back in 2014).
Anyways, the tattoo idea is feather wings that are folded against my back, but the top tips are on the backs of the tops of my shoulders and the bottom tips of the wings are all the way down to nearly being on my bum lol. The wings are a bit tattered, feathers roughed up and one hanging a bit limply. Then I've got a few loose feathers floating down my back and one resting on my lower back. The wings are two different colors, one entirely black and another is white with black ink starting to cover up the white feathers from the top down.
There's words in-between the wings at the top of my back, pretty much going over my spine. I've got a bunch of quotes I've been setting aside for this tattoo, but haven't really settled on one yet.
"Am I darkness, or am I light?"
"There is darkness inside of all of us."
"Birds are so lucky; they can always escape."
Idk, the tattoo was estimated by my artist to be around $1,000, not including a tip. And I don't have a high pain tolerance, so he said I should do it in two parts, getting the outline and words done first. Then I heal for two weeks and come back for the coloring job.
I also want to get tattoos based off other things I love and starting off with a simple one that shows off something you love is a brilliant idea. My first tattoo was a Lion King one.Oh wow, that sounds like an amazing tattoo. I don't have a high pain tolerance either, so I can't/won't go for big tattoos. Great idea too.
I've always wanted to get a tattoo, but I'm VERY indecisive and as I said before, I can't handle pain too well.I also want to get tattoos based off other things I love and starting off with a simple one that shows off something you love is a brilliant idea. My first tattoo was a Lion King one.
I get that. I only got one tattoo in the US. I got all of the other ones in Canada because I found artists there who charged by the hour instead of by the design. And they did a wondrous job for the simpler tattoos I wanted and even one complex one.I've always wanted to get a tattoo, but I'm VERY indecisive.
Thanks for the advice! I'll keep it in mind if I ever work up the courage to get a tattoo.I get that. I only got one tattoo in the US. If you're getting a simpler design, I'd definitely suggest trying to find someone who charges by the hour instead of by design.
SmartI'm thinking about getting my blood type put on my wrist. Maybe known allergies too.
