Fandom Young Justice: Day of Judgement

The cat left out a low annoyed growl as he made his way back into the building opposite to the club.

" I know, Teekl, I know. But we will get another chance to get a better look at it, I'm sure. "
tumblr_inline_o3y2xpmSo21s4qpfd_100.jpg

{ to that the cat gave a half hearted nod, before climbing on the boy's back and laying lazily there as if he was a very expensive and fluffy scarf. Drat! All that noise was sure to get someone he'd rather not see around there. Too many people and too much attention had just ruined their night of mischief, but well that night was not over yet... In a slight of hand the boy opened a small portal, lest he be caught in that mess too, no he rather be caught on his own messes for at least those he knew were worth the trouble.
Now, there were ways to travel a mapped road, walk the path you could see get to the destiny you expected. It was the kind of magic you learned as you learned to take your first steps. Baby magic. Today he took a step into the unknown, allowing the flow to take him anywhere. Anywhere but here. As he opened his eyes he found himself in some place yet unexplored in his travels, although not for long.
the smell of the sea mixed with the rusted containers made for something completely new for the witch-boy, after all there were no seas in Limbo Town and the waters in Gotham (with all the chemicals and pollution, it could be hardly called water anymore), but underneath it all there was a smell to which Klarion and Teekl were no strangers too.
they found themselves following the smell of blood to the backside of the docks. The witch-boy choose to stay back into the shadows while his Draaga-cat made his way closer to the trail of blood that lead to a small group of fisherman, but that was not what piqued their interest. it was a very familiar scene,
thus we learn the meaning of betrayal, eh, brother ?
and yet up there, hoisted by its tail and covered in blood was something neither boy or cat had ever laid eyes on before. there was no way the witch-boy could just leave the creature to its fate. he bit his lower lip, there would be no leviathan to help them out this time, no cards up his sleeves. he was almost tempted to say a small prayer to Croatoan, so were the odds of their success. the familiar came back closer to the boy, brushing himself against Klarion's legs before looking up to him.
so what will it be, brother?
well why not? he always did love a good challenge. }

in snap of the boy's fingers the docks were filled with a blinding white light, he took advantage of the confusion to try to get the creature back in the ground, sharp claws working together with the boys magic and they were able to get it ..him? down, but now the fisherman were snapping out of the confusion and started ganging up on the weird boy, who now stood between them and their prize. klarion knew another light trick wouldn't work this time.
his Draaga-cat snarled a warning, they needed a way out and they needed it quickly, before things really get ugly.

The creature (whatever he was) didn't seem to be in condition to help them in anyway, and by the amount of blood he seemed to have lost the witch-boy was worried the creature would be dead before they were able to get him out of there. Klarion looked around, counting the men around them.
" oh, by the blasted ways of the Sheeda! of course! "
he exclaimed, before closing his eyes and twisting his hands into a almost forgotten and yet so familiar position.

he couldn't help laughing.. starting to sound almost hysterical before the space around them started to quickly be filled with red light, until it wasn't and in a second they were dropped without courtesy into the hard, cold floor.

tumblr_inline_nvzj9skCyj1r9pg5v_500.png

Witch, Draaga and Merman were now surrounded by darkness, with only the boy's laugh to break the otherwise complete silence.

Jace, by this point had bled so much his mind was blurring. He couldn't really breathe in his nose due to the insane amount of blood, his gills did nothing on air and the duckttape was becoming a hazard. But before he knew it he was down and laying back on the ground. All the jostling only hurt worse as his hands found the harpoon still spearing him through. Atleast laying vertical like this he could get a decent breath in. His fins twitch against his back as he passively listened to what was going on, although it did take a bit to realize someone had actually come to his defense.

Next thing he knew he was dropped into another room, against hard floor, yelping lightly. he moved to remove the tape now that he was begining to come to his sense. He immidiately split blood, gills flitting at his ribs as he lays back on his side. He wanted to go hug the boy who saved him, but he didn't feel very good. His magic let down and his tail turned to legs, fins flattening and disappearing into his skin exept for the ones on his ears.

"Amélie Prince," The girl replied, wary of this Larry guy, but she wasn't panicking anymore. Looking through th assortment of drinks, she picked one randomly before sitting down. Amélie observed Larry, taking in his appearance, the way he was sitting, and they type of gum was using. A smoker huh? But...hmm, he didnt looked like it. She was silent, slowly sipping her drink. "So," She finally said after quiet some time of silence, "Why did he want to save me in the forest place? I didn't need help." fin fin

XIV dived into the crowd of fleeing civilians. He possessed one after another, changed their mental state to "flee" and then took a 'Rider' position inside the one fleeing towards the main square. When he 'Rides' somebody he can't control them, but the benefit was that he can't be detected. The people fleeing in all directions should cover his tracks long enough for him to make it back to his current 'True' host and from there it's a 1st-class plane ride to Metropolis.

Frankly, I'm still trying to figure that out myself.
Rai shakes her head, scanning the crowd. XIV was jumping from host to host so fast within such a big group she couldn't find which body had two souls and which was just two people crowded in too close together. I've seen a lot of demons but not anything like this. Rai thought she'd seen every kind of demon, devil, pseudo-demon and all manner of mythical creature out there. Then again she had no idea what XVI really was, she was working under the assumption he was a demon too.

I tried to cleave him away from his host, but seems he'd rather kill his host than be kicked out. Right now he's weaving through that crowd so fast I can't get a good visual of him. Think you can help me stop the crowd? The devil asks, removing the class figurine from her pocket. It looked so innocent at first glance but it slipped from her fingers and fell to the ground. A pile of ash and sulfur seemed to sprout where the glass cracked and the demonic squealing of the mount she'd called ringed out like a tortured child. Sickly green flames spread, but didn't burn anything they touched as the sillouette of the goulish horse took shape within the hellfire. And within a second the flames died leaving the devil horse, staring down the crowd with pure malice and strife.

Grimmorah looked like a creature from a horror movie, split hooves that looked painful, grey skin that seemed to be haphazardly draped over muscle and bone that bore a few tears, although through the tears seeped a green smoke. His face had the most skin torn away, white bone showing through with glaring green eyes that stared at Akeel, begging to be let lose after him. Grimmorah's teeth were sharp and jagged, exposed to air and looked like broken glass. His jaws open to take a snap at akeel, but the horseman quickly grabbed the reighns and gave a harsh yank downward to force him away. She settles her foot in her stirrup, swinging a leg over and forcing Grimoorah's head back tward the crowd.

Lets both go around the front and see if when can get them to atleast all go in one direction. If she could get the crowd thin and consistent, there'd be very little chaos to hide in.

{ oh, it was just shapeshifting magic then.. ? the witch wondered if the magic was anything like Etrigan's or the Horigal, secrets stolen from his people long ago. no, that was old magic alright.. but it felt different. not sheeda then, it was rooted on something else. he could not help but wondered on what.

With some of the blood that had dripped on the floor around them the witch-boy drew a sequence of symbols and the room was filled with a soft bluish glow, usually he would just use some chalk for the sigils but blood worked even better with his magic. The glow allowed enough light to see the room they were in a very simple one, the only piece of furniture was an old sofa, there was a variety of snacks and a box of half-eaten morning cereal laying next to it and a fair amount of books could be found around the floor.

Now that they had enough light to see properly, Klarion's attention was drawn once again to the Siren. He hadn't had the time to take a proper look on the other's wounds during the "rescue", the damage was a lot bigger than the witch-boy had expect to be dealing with, he knew how to fix simple wounds but most of the more advanced healing magics were passed down among the sisters only.

there was a meow as the cat made it's way closer to the place where the man lay still.
"You think so, Teekl? I suppose it's worth a try.."

The boy came closer as well, kneeling besides the wounded man, as he tried to recollect what Bellulah had done to him at that time. Most of his memories from the Horigal were a mess of blood and gunshots, but somewhere underneath it all he could almost hear his sister's voice.

{ he picked up the cruciform from his belt and started to recite a low chant. the crucifix was warm on the boy's hand as it started glowing, but at least the magic seemed to be doing it's work, as there wasn't so much blood coming out of the siren's wound anymore and the wounded skin and flesh started to mend itselves into place.

Akeel still hadn't been able to put a finger down on what Rai was, considering what she was saying, his guess had changed to exorcist or maybe even a succubus. He nodded at the plan, but was stunned when the ghoulish horse appeared. Akeel continued on to take a step back as the demon-horse snapped at him, jagged, crystal-like teeth. The skin of the horse was already peeling away, reminding him of a zombie horse of sorts. He watched as the horseman yielded her back, followed by Rai boarding said horse. "You've got a lot of talking to do after this as well, Rai." He noted, a short chuckle before he turned to the crowd. By this point, he was sure Rai was a succubus, and XVI had some sort of mystical background, he could be a ghoul of some sort, hence his ability to possess the civilians. With his theory put on hold, Akeel raced towards the side of the building, grabbing his walkie talkie as he ordered his bodyguards to block the entrance, he wasn't going to let whatever was shooting the plasma towards the innocents walk away. Soon enough, the guards would be able to block the front and exit doors, trapping the civilians in the building. Akeel himself just used the Tantu Totem to gain the abilities of a lion, sprinting from side to side, roaring as to herd them like a dog would sheep. The sound of each roar thundered through the room, but did well at scaring them into the middle. He kept an eye on Rai through all this, making sure she'd be able to do her part, and if she wasn't successful, he'd be there to help. Gravitational Force Gravitational Force Demonhunter Demonhunter

Lawrence nodded, "Amélie? She better not be some spoiled French prick." He thought to himself. He adjusted his cuff links, using the side of his eye to watch Amélie as she scanned him, "'At least she's smart." He thought to himself, smirking. "To be honest? I have no idea why he chose you out of all those girls. But he probably has a good reason... and if not, you learn not to ask why after a couple 'a years." He replied, shaking his head slowly. "Where do you see yourself taking this singing career of yours to in a couple years? Are you gonna book gigs in a club forever? Your voice isn't too shabby, you shouldn't waste it, especially not while you're this young. Not in front of an audience like that either." Lawrence advised, stretching an arm back. "Toss me a bag of cheetos, now will 'ya?"

The magic of a siren was innate, something they were born with as tools for survival. All sirens could manipulate water from birth and all were capable of shapeshifting in and out of water. However the basics of hydrokenesis were innate, the skills to wield it as a deadly weapon were taught by mothers to their daughters. Jace was a special case. Due to his genetic anomaly, he put off all the pharamones a female siren did and retained his youthful and feminine appearance. His condition in humans was called Kleinfelters, he had two X chromosomes and one Y. In humans this often makes men more squat, fatter and causes some malformation of the jaw. In sirens, it made males present far more human than their normal male counterparts. Females were beautiful, males were like sea monsters and only came around during the warmer mating season for a month and then left back on their own. Jace never left the pack as males are supposed to and even teased the males when they came around every season, but rather he behaved like a female as well, finding his place among the lower ranks.

Jace blinks as his wounds seemed to heal and his pain soothed. The metal harpoon clattered to the floor as it was removed from his body. Thank god, he didn't think he'd ever been in that much pain in his life. Silvery blue eyes trace back to Klarion and he smiles sweetly, moving to rest his head against his shoulder. To those who'd never heard a siren's growl before, they'd think that's what that sound was that Jace was emitting. No, Jace wasn't growling, a siren's growl was loud and very much like an angry cat, this was a higher pitched trilling, a purr if you will. Sirens were very cuddly and social creatures that relied on touch and noises for 90% of their communication, so this was just Jace's incredibly akaward way of saying thank you.

Rai hadn't even noticed that XVI's new host had gotten so far, he'd hidden himself within his body so well she didn't even notice it. She kicked Grimorra's sides to get him to take her to the outter edge of the crowd, pushing them back due to their natural fear of the demon horse. Grimmora wanted to do more, he wanted to run one down and tear them to shreds. But the horseman kept her mount in line, gently pushing them back as if they were a herd of flighty cattle. She was searching the crowd all the same, unnable to really find what she was looking for. Shit. He must have slipped away while they were distracted with the explosion.

He's not here. She groaned, turning Grimorrah around, trying to see if he'd gotten to far for her to see him in the distance... but there were so many souls in the area she couldn't differentiate him and hadn't seen where he'd gone. We'll have to find him another time. She sits back in her saddle before realizing she had one of those succubi she was after right in front of her, staring at her with pure fear in her eyes. Discusting, hiding among the humans. Her scythe swings down with no mercy , slashing the head clean off her. A normal human would bleed, but instead it just turned to dust.

Well tonight was sure eventful. Rai hums, looking over to Akeel.

The boy was a bit unsure about how to react, having grown up on a puritan society physical contact, from anyone aside his draaga, wasn't something he was throughly acostumed to. So he just awkwardly petted the other's head lightly.
" Well met.. erhm .. friend ? I'm Klarion and this is my draaga-cat, Teekl." he waved his hand indicating the large orange cat that was now laying in the sofa.

" .. do you have a name to called upon?" the witch asked, a bit uncertain, after all he couldn't even tell if the other spoke and understood the same language as him.

There were spells for these situations, a telepathic link would probably work or a translation spell (but in that case he would still need to know what language the other spoke), but none that wouldn't take less than a few hours to be ready.

XIV found his main host just where he'd left him, propped on a public bench in the local park. Leaving his current host several blocks away, he entered his main host, fished out his phone, and made a call. "Alright, it's done.
Yeah, I hammed it up just like you said, don't worry. The explosives worked fine and we've got a great front page if you can get it spun right.
We got more supers than expected, that's why. Now I should be at the airport within the hour, just keep up your end. Toodles."
Within the hour XIV was boarding a Metropolis-bound plane.

Akeel scanned the area, his lack of supernatural abilities had gotten the best of him on this mission. He'd also noticed Rai pausing, seeing this as a sign that she too hadn't any luck of finding XVI. With a sigh, he marched back to Grimmorah, keeping his distance this time. Getting bitten in the face by a demon-horse wasn't how Akeel wanted to die. "We'll have to find him another time." Was Rai's response, causing Akeel to slump. This was quickly changed as Rai decapitated what Akeel thought was an innocent. His blood boiled, though as surprising as it was for Rai to behead the human, said human turned to dust. "Eventful? No kidding." He replied, leading Rai down the club amidst the chaos that ensued around them. "You've got a lot of explaining to do. Before that, I've got to get to my ride, of which I'm guessing you could join in if you'd like." The offer was sincere, with his strained ties with the Young Justice and League in general, Akeel hadn't found it easy to acquire a partner or two in the field. Rai seemed to be the perfect fit, with battle experience that was evident tonight. In spite of him not having much cooperation or team-working skills, it would be nice to have a second or third mind alongside him. Demonhunter Demonhunter

Larry took hold of the bag of Cheetos, popping the bag open before dropping four pieces into his mouth. "You've got more than one job?" He asked, truly surprised. In a whisper, he added, "Looks can be deceiving." Lawrence then went on to respond to her question, raising a hand. "Most likely." He answered, searching the cabinets up front. He pulled out one of Akeel's ex's fur coats, a white Versace one, to be specific. Larry handed her the coat with Cheeto-stained hands, leaving an orange mark by the back of it. "Hmph, if anything, it makes it look better." With that, Larry settled into his seat once more, turning of the air conditioning. "What's the other job you work, besides the singing gig?"

Amélie nodded, "Yeah, I sure do," She answered, taking off Larry's jacket. Then he peeled off what remained of her dress, leaving her briefly in just her underwear. And, just for the record, she was wearing a matching, dark blue and black lacy set. Taking the coat, she slipped it on, covering her exposed form once again. She dusted off the Cheetos dust however, feeling it rude to let it sit there, even if it wasn't her hand who left it. "Oh, you probably wouldn't believe me. And, it's none of your business." fin fin

Rai was a bit upset about losing her target. How unfortunate. Aze Rai muttered the command, sliding off the side of the demon beast. Smoke began to envelop him as he disapears, leaving the strong smell of sulfur. She bends, sifting through the ash for a moment and finding Grimorah's figurine. She blinks momentarily, realizing Akeel may be asking her to get into a car. Boy was that a rather touchy thing for Rai. She could still remember the smell of gasoline and burning flesh. Rai supposed she could deal with it, she was dead anyway.

She followed Akeel, footsteps slow and melodic, both scythes hooked onto her belt at her hips.
Ask away. She calls as Akeel seemed to be curious, taking a moment to look the man over. She hadn't actually looked at him too much, just mentally marking him as a different man from the rest in this club. Every soul was different, even if only slightly, Akeel's called to her as one that didn't like to be contained. Some souls cried for structure and rules, but not this one. One thing about being a demon, she didn't see anything but souls, nothing else mattered. No title, no looks, no wealth mattered to a devil. Souls could be stolen all the same, a king's was equal to a beggar's.

The devil honnestly wouldn't mind companionship. Although, she did feel odd getting personal with mortals. She'd be here far after he was expired. The life of a human was but a heartbeat in the life of a devil. Oh, but Rai didn't mind that. She lived in the moment, as very few demons did.

Sol found so much happening yet so little to do she now had a new goal this phoenix group. It seemed that once again the villains had risen from the ashes, making the name rather ironic; she would have to put them back in their grave. She felt for the girl the wrongs committed upon her were exposed to Sol and the spirit she was bound to desire vengeance for what had been done, it reminded Sol of her own death and she had gotten what she thought she wanted the question was would it be the same for Lynn. that would be a question for matter right now Sol felt the nostalgia of the spirit as it remembered all the times it had fought organizations like phoenix, back in the golden age of heroes, back when the people knew to thank those that saved their lives and asked nothing in return. Sol would find Lynn and give her what she wanted after all she was the spectre god's vengeance upon the world.

It would take a little doing to find Lynn as she left the area seeming, at eats to Sol, to be wandering without true aim seeking a goal she had no idea how to reach. Sol would fix this so as she entered another ally Sol used her powers to create a half illusion half reality. The alley suddenly was endless every step got one no closer to the other side and if one walked long enough they woudl find themselves right where they started. The walls of the Alley seemed also to grow towering higher than one could jump seeming to trap Lynn where she was. Then upon the wall a shadow grew from Lynn's own encompassing most of the wall before glowing green eyes appeared.

" Ashlynn Soben, Subject 65" Sol spoke still manifesting as a shadow on the wall " You have been wronged and your heart burns for Vengeance, yet you are not the only one they have wronged" she continued " I have seen many like it rise and fall a cycle without end, but still they must pay" She said as she emerged from the wall " So the Spectre shall give you what you desire, you shall take vengeance with your own hands" She finished holding her hand out the deal obvious Sol was going to help her " Do we have a deal?"

"Spectre..." Ashlynn said questioningly. Yes, this new hell of an alley way she was put into was messing with her mind, but nonetheless she racked her mind for information. "Spectre, Age unknown, Aliases Unknown, reaper of 'Sins' is that correct?" She asked. Lynn was able to keep her calm, as she had been trained to for many years. "So... you say you want to help me destroy Phoenix? The fact you didn't kill me on sight on the roofs means I can trust you.... but don't get any ideas..." Lynn said as she took Spectre's hand. "I don't know too much about you, so I only trust you not to stab me in the back." She looked into the seemingly endless Alley. "I have to get to my home. If you need a place to stay, you are welcome... I just need to get some things."

" Your wrong about one thing" Sol said " I don't reap sins i am Vengeance" She said it was more or less nitpicking but she felt it was a good thing to distinguish between the two. A sin could actually hurt no one it could be a thought at times a dark desire never manifested Sol only punished actions taken and never caught. To her sins wee just to vague and encompassed more than her vengeance for actions.

With that reality returned to normal the half illusion vanished and things were once more normal a breeze blew through the alley signaling that what happened wasn't purely in Lynn's mind. The offer of a home was nice as in truth Sol had not bothered with one in along time, it was odd to even think about staying near a human again after she had so long been a ghost enacting vengeance upon the world. The spirit didn't care for the idea of rest it wanted to work to go on and forever punish those in need of it, but Sol was the guide and she wanted to stay and so they would.

" Very well i will go with you, it has been a long time since i last had a place to rest" Sol said revealing a little about her current circumstance.

Jace purrs, enjoying the whole 'petting' thing. His hair felt odd, still soft, but felt similar to the after feathers of a duck's feather, revealing why after leaving the water, Jace's hair appeared perfectly dry. Water would just roll off it's strands. All these words and he had no idea what they meant. He knew 'friend' and he knew from context that Klarion had just said his own name and had given the... odd orange creature... a name. Takal?

Jace himself didn't have a name, he just copied what he'd heard one surfer call himself. Jace. He smiles, needle like canines showing up. Jace didn't know enough english to have quality conversation, heck he didn't know much language at all. Sirens had no language, because words didn't carry in the water and making a language for use only when surfacing was impractical as sometimes they'd go days without surfacing. They spoke fully through body language, noises like clicks and sqeaks that would cary through the current (much like dolphins.) and touch. His interest turned to Teekl, he'd never seen a cat before, occasionally a dog would wander past the docks and he loved those. He'd play with a dog all day, swiming just below the surface and squirting them with water each time they looked elsewhere.

He curiously crawls onto the couch, hand reaching out to rest on Teekl's hip. He was soft! He had played with animals but he'd never managed to touch one! He runs his hand down the 'cat's' back, purring to himself.

“Then.. well met, master Jace.” the witch-boy said, more out of habit than really to the other, it was easy to see most of the words were lost to the man, he seemed to grasp some of it, but but he certainly didn’t have any formal or extensive understanding of english.

He wondered if maybe the weird purring the other made was some kind of language in itself or if it was, well, merely purring. Either way getting a translation spell done for it would be a lot more trouble than it was worth. The spell for building a telepathic link wasn't especially easy either, but at least the boy should be able to get everything he need for it reasonably quickly, and all he would need from Jace was for him to be present.

He watched the way the other moved closer to Teekl, with childish curiosity, while dealing with the surface dwellers he often had some cultural clashes, often because of small differences on his speech or things of the sort.

Back in Limbo Town there always had been a quiet understanding between the witch-folk, draaga mostly interacted between themselves and the ones they were bonded with, and even after getting to the blue rafter, neither Teekl or Klarion appreciated touch or pet him, as if he was just a casual house pet. But the witch-boy watched the way the other moved and stared at Teekl, he seemed curious but not malicious. It was different from men like Badde or Melmoth (if you could even call him a man), or even the Bat or “Uncle” Jason, the way the other’s hand reached to touch Teekl wasn't a threat.

The cat purred back, sharing with Klarion a knowingly look, before he seemed to tire from the merman’s attention and leaped back into the floor. He looked around the room once and meowed, moving closer to Klarion.

“Ah yes, Teekl. I have always hated this room too.”

He walked to the wall on the left side of the room, there were some markings that seemed to have been scratched over by a big cat or something. The witch boy placed his hand over the markings before closing his eyes and whispering.

“Nepo, uoy diputs rood.”

{ tch, baby magic. To imagine that wannabe warlock believed this charlatan brand of magic would hold he and Teekl prisoners.

In response to his spell the wall opened revealing a large hallway that lead to the main hall of what looked like an old victorian styled mansion.

“Shall we get something to eat, master Jace? I'm sure dear uncle Jason will not mind it. “ the boy said with a mischievous smile and in a way that let it very clear “dear uncle Jason” would very much mind it.

He gestured to the door and gave a special emphasis to the word ‘eat’ hoping it would be one of the words on Jace’s English vocabulary. To be completely honest the boy was a bit curious as to what the other ate, with fangs like those he was very likely a predator, but there wasn't anyway to be sure the merman wouldn't be omnivorous.

Teekl went ahead, serving as a scout and making sure there would no one there to give them any trouble until they got to the kitchen.

Jace was so very confused. Although happily so. He didn't mind not understanding things, that was all just a part of life to Jace. He rather liked Teekl, he was everything Jace liked. Soft and fluffy. He pet him until he seemed to grow bored and walked off. The fins on Jace's ears rotated forward in curiosity as he watched Teekl walk away. More words Jace just didn't understand and a door opened. He wiggles his toes once and works on getting up and actually keeping his balance.

It wasn't often a Siren had to walk on land. He was clumsy and it took a bit for him to get the natural sway of weight that walking required and getting used to the fact there was no current to either fight against or go with. He followed slowly, curiously inspecting everything he passed. He knew what the word 'eat' meant. People usually said that when they were nice enough to throw him food. But sometimes human food did not agree with him.

A siren's stomach didn't agree with vegetable matter very well, very lean meat didn't agree with him either. A siren's diet consisted almost entirely of fish, shellfish and fatty meats (from seals or porpoises). Pork was a good substitute, as was very fat beef, but chicken didn't do very much. He could have some veggies in the form of leafy greens, but too much and it'd throw his appetite off for weeks. He didn't understand there could be trouble, he didn't even know anything about something being morally wrong. He was a slave to his instincts.

If they were in the water, he'd pull Klarion in and eat him out of pure instinct. Yet he was on land and was like a big puppy.

It wasn't a specially long way to the kitchen, just follow the hallway and down the staits to the left, but Klarion decided to make a couple of stops along the way. Etrigan's house was full of magical trinkets after all, most of these were indeed boring or useless, but some of them were interesting enough to get the boy's interest. A wand, a couple of runes and a medallion.

Once he finally got to the kitchen Teekl was there already.

"What would you like, Teekl? I wonder if there's any cake.. "

The cat, who had been laying lazily on the kitchen counter near one of the cabinets, meowed in reply.

"A fine banquet we will have today, Teekl! Angels of Croatoan have been looking out for us." He said with a bit of a laugh as he took out some food from the fridge placing it all on the table, there was some fish and a different assortment of meats as well as cake, ice cream and other desserts. The salads and fruits although present didn't matter much for the witch boy so he just left them untouched, most of the food back in Limbo Town had been straight taken from the Earth, farming was good and reliable job and Klarion honestly couldn't stand it.
Out of the wonders of the blue rafters, one he enjoyed migtly was all the different and industrial foods.

Klarion served himself and gave Teekl some of the fish, salmon he thought it was, although he wasn't completely sure. There weren't any fish in Limbo Town, nor proper rivers or seas, most of the water was taken and stored from the semmingly never ending rain. But as long as Teekl was enjoying it, the boy didn't much mind what it was called either.

He served a third plate for Jace, with a bit of everything placing it closer to the other.

" Will you join us, Master Jace? "

The witch-boy attention was quickly taken away from the other, as Teekl gave a short low meow.

"I am not distracting myself, they are not to be used as replacements. Those just were not his on the first place either.. " he replied, sounding slightly annoyed at the cat.

To that Teekl gave a second meow, his tail waving slowly.

"We will get it later."
