A lone warrior stalked through the forest, sword raised and eyes wary. Her steps were silent, her wings slightly open, ready for a quick retreat if there was a need. She spread her senses to try and discern the location of her opponent. She could feel him…sense him. He was somewhere in this forest watching her. She then invoked her magical armor to protect her from attacks, physical and magical. All of a sudden, trees and dirt flew into the air. The eerie calm was sent into an array of disorder. The forest erupted into an uproar. Woodland residents scrambled to get away from the battle site.
Prologue
"Wings of power, sword of destiny – embrace the legend."
