Why Does Obama Lie?

First off, I'm neither republican or democrat. In saying that, I just believe their all hypocrites that I can (and probably will) rant on at another time. The reason why not now? I figure more people on here are liberal, and it's just no fun with people agree with you... *glares at Mitheral*.


It's just that, I stumbled upon these videos from Jon Stewart and thought that they were pretty fun, but yet very sad. The lies range from his view on universal healthcare, what he knew and when in concern to Benghazi, him talking about how he values freedom of the press and speech, him talking about how important whistleblowers are to effective governance, closing Guantanamo bay, prosecuting bankers that caused the economic meltdown, fast and furious.... You get the point?


I'm sure there are some that I'm missing, but I think I've made my point clear. Normally I make a longer post to detail everything, but if I really have to... then you're not really paying attention. I'll put some vids below to bring you up to speed if necessary.


How the hell are we suppose to believe anything this guy says?

I'm pretty sure the prerequisite to being a politician is to lie. I don't see how that's surprising.

It's because Obama is an idealist but he has no foundations , no drive


He's the kinda guy to just talk and talk and talk and HOPE things go his way, while lacking the backbone to do anything properly


For example he could just say "screw you Pakistani president I'm going to make public every one of your requests for a drone strike on a Taliban leader to show that we're in this together" bit instead he still tries to keep it private though he know he can't so he won't have to stand up and own his own actions


I mean hell, bush was an incompetent moron but at least he owned what he did, when it came to Iraq he didn't try to keep it private and make dictators happy, he waltzed on in there and said "we're tearing it down! Screw you guys, line up for your ass kicking!" And he didn't care what university flag-burners thought of him


As I said to clarify, bush was/is an idiot but at least he has the guts to OWN what he does.


Rambling here, back to the point


Obama has to authorize black-ops things that people don't like but since he lacks the guts to admit it, he tries to lie his way around it
