History:


Quinn was born and raised in Wolfwater, the home of all that is hot, dry, and strictly ruled by religion and old-fashioned beliefs. Her parents worked and lived as world class adventurers, traveling from place to place, discovering the new and the old, and never stopping a moment to rest, that was, until their child was born. They were surprised at the sight of her, neither parent was born with the deformity most commonly known as Auribus Alterius, or Ears of Another, but Doravin's father had been. Even with her furry, large, diagonally growing ears they loved her with every fabric of their being, just as every parent should. Residents of Wolfwater didn't overlook her strange ears, each was too old and too set in their own ways to treat her as equally as other children because of her difference in appearance


Shortly after her birth Quinlan's parents purchased a broken, ruined building in the middle of town. After several expenses and a month and a half of repair the Chindler's opened up 'Steamed & Hammered', a saloon that became a huge hit within the community. The Chindler's home sat on top of Steamed & Hammered, entered by a flight of stairs behind the bartender's counter. Wolfwater's people eased up on Quinlan after her parent's pub became such a success, though the discrimination against her was still obvious. She was oblivious to it at the time, but as she got older it became more apparent, especially when her parents were no longer their to defend her.


Not that she needed defending, a simple fact that the Chindler's learned on her first day of school. Like all parents, they were fearful for their child, more-so because of her ears. They imaged her being bullied and beaten by the other children, which was what happened for the most part. Quinlan was bullied, very harshly so, by the other, bigger children. She was poked, prodded, called names, had her sensitive ears pulled and flicked, but she was not the one receiving a beating. When her parents were contacted about Quilan's attacking of the other children the Chindler's couldn't help but feel proud. They scolded her in front of the school officials, but in the privacy of their own home they praised her for defending herself. That was an event that largely molded Quinlan into the person she is today.


Quinn had very few friends in her life, the youngsters her age saw as a strange, ridiculous girl. She never joined in with the girl's gossip and refused to wear dresses, which displeased the young ladies, but she always beat the boys at their own rough and tumble games, often offending the lads. The elders saw her as a heretic, not only did she have the ears of an 'evil' creature, but she refused follow 'proper etiquette'.


Quinlan was on her last few years of teenagehood when her parents went missing. They closed up the shop early and went out on a date, at least that's what they told Quinn. The next morning a distraught and bedraggled Quinn reported them missing to the Sheriff. For weeks the town of Wolfwater searched for the Chindler's, but they were never found, not even a body. Quinn was forced to leave school and work full time as the owner of Steamed & Hammered, even during her period of grieving. As time went on Quinlan stumbled upon a clue to her parent's disappearance within their study. Stacks of papers, journals and maps were scattered throughout the room. Each paper was written in a language she had never seen before, but in her mothers journal was a simple message " We love you Quinlan, love Doravin and Fidella Chindler", underneath was what she assumed to be the same message, but written in the same foreign scrawls as all the other books and pages. Using her mother's message to pick out letters, Quinlan was able to translate enough to grasp at what had happened to her mother and father. They were about to uncover a dark mystery, the same mystery that was once questioned, but now forgotten: Why did the war start?


Present Life:


Quinn works her life away as the full time owner of Steamed & Hammered. During her free time she practices pieces either in her home or at the library. She can be seen performing perfected pieces along the street, or perhaps on something rickety or high above the ground. If not playing her favorite instrument she can be found traveling to the grassy part of Wolfwater or hanging out with Hidden.

Clockwork, his pet robotic owl that he raised since it was just a robo-egg. It is nearly always perched on his shoulder and can drop cherry bombs on opponents from its, ehem, rear hatch.

The Condor is Zeta's personal firearm. It was designed to perfectly fit his hand, and seeing as his hand is large enough to wrap around someone's head, this pistol is more similar to a shotgun. It fires 12 gauge slugs of solid steel and has so far prevented anyone from even trying to rob his store.

It works by when he diffuses the water though his gills and it looses oxygen, it take in air from outside to replenish it.
